The grand war museum boasts an impressive classical-style building and features a massive painting as its centerpiece. The artwork, titled "The Siege of Sevastopol," depicts the significant battle that occurred during the Crimean War. Russian forces defended against their opponents - England, France, and the Ottoman Empire - for nearly a year before ultimately signing the Paris Peace Treaty. Unfortunately, during World War II, the museum was bombed and parts of the 1116-meter-long panorama were destroyed.
A very charming museum telling you about the first world war in the part of sevastopol, the people there are nice and the tickets are so cheap , have a nice park around it , the most impressive part of this museum is the panorama view in the top floor , it's just so beautiful and specific, every part of it tilling a different story in a different battle for a different hero , i had a lot of fun there , the good thing about it that the stories are written in English and Russian

The Siege of Sevastopol is a painted panorama by the Russian artist Franz Roubaud. Sevastopol became the site of the key engagement of the Crimean War in the mid-19th century. England, France and the Ottoman Empire attempted to push Russia from the Balkan Peninsula and from the Black Sea. After 11 long months (October 17, 1854 to September 9, 1855), Russian defenders faced multiple opponents, 75,000 Russians against 173,000 British and French troops. The whole war culminated in the signing of the Paris Peace Treaty, which did not bring any of the struggling parties a complete victory. In 1942, the building was bombed and from the 1116 m² of the canvas, only the burned fragments were saved.

Must visit memorial! Painful to realize that you are standing on those very grounds where soldiers were dying defending their home land. Great memorial, well built and kept.

Very informative and touching. Careful attitude to history. Well-preserved historic objects. All the types of excursion routes are worth going. Excellent book store. Free entrance, but tickets are to be booked in the morning on the day of your visit.

Breathtaking! This memorial shows the actual picture of a war realities and their implementation on people's lives. There are many combat artefacts left underground, including huge bullets from the high calibre artillery. This place puts you into the condition of understanding how harmful and distracting the war is.

The Muzey-Diorama Velikoy Otechestvennoy Voyny is a round World War II museum situated on the hilltop of a war memorial, encircled by military vehicles and trenches. The exhibition both indoors and outdoors is captivating, while the diorama is truly remarkable. However, the guides lack warmth and appear mechanical in their behavior. This historical park creates an immersive atmosphere reminiscent of the Second World War era.
I really loved the exposition outside and inside and the diorama is impressive. The guides are not really nice and behave like robots.

"The УГОЛ" НАС ВЫБИРАЮТ is a burger joint that offers exceptional burgers, including a vegetarian option. The quality of their food is truly impressive and the prices are reasonable. This establishment has gained a reputation for being both surprisingly delicious and affordable. It is definitely worth visiting again due to its mouthwatering menu and overall positive dining experience.
I’ve tried a bunch of different things from the menu over a couple of weeks and everything here has been really good. The burgers are decent, the sides are excellent, the breakfast menu is really nice as well. Friendly and helpful staff. Really no downside to eating here every day if you’re in the area. Some small cons: - The seats in the main restaurant area are really low relative to table height. You feel like a child sitting there and it’s not really comfortable for dining (check out the photo of a grown man looking like a kid at a baby table). - Staff won’t always tell you that there’s a free drink with your breakfast item (you get a free coffee or a juice drink). - They have delivery which is reasonably fast but one of my orders was wrong (received mussels with thai soup which tastes… not great). Left feedback in their app and they didn’t seem to care. Most orders were fine though. Oh yeah, their delivery is from a different location with a slightly different menu. So if you want your food hot (you should) then eat here.
