I reccomend you to try the traditional local food and skip dishes based on fish which, all in all, i found a little bit neglected and doesn’t really fit in their typical cuisine. Prices are excellent as well as the food quality.
Very accommodating with helping me find a vegetarian selection on their menu, although I could have made a meal from the ricotta on the cheese plate it was so good! Everything was delicious.
La Cantina del Marchese is where to go for a taste of la cucina tradizionale.
While Marina di Camerota is a seaside town, the food served here is not really fish but can be categorized as ‘hard-core nonna food’. Absolutely try the the melanzane imbottite and the Maracucciata. Interior is what you would expect from a cantina/tavern with an abundance of wood and antiques hanging from the walls. It reminded me of the film based in the early 1800s ‘Il Marchese del Grillo’.

Traditional cuisine with old time dishes different from any other restaurant. Try Lagane e ceci. Also Stuffed Aubergine is a must!

Ammore e Mare, located in Marina di Camerota, is a beloved restaurant. It was visited on a weeknight in July and offered incredibly fresh seafood and delicious pasta dishes. The scialatielli allo scoglio stood out as scrumptious but slightly salty. The interior had a charming vintage feel with everything served in local terra-cotta, giving off a cute and kitschy vibe reminiscent of Spongebob Squarepants.
Nice place..taste of the food is amazing and all it's fresh.
I suggest to taste it.
Costs are in average in line, compared to the other resturant in the same area.

The fish was really delicious, and their menu is really interesting.
The service was great, super friendly staff. I do recommend booking your table in advance.
Super cute place to eat!! Really loved the enviorment and the staff. Very kind people and the food is super tasty! The seafood pasta is great and i had a special of the day which was a tuna with pistacchio a-ma-zing. Definitely comjng back here before i leave.

Ammore e Mare was my favourite restaurant in Marina di Camerota. We ate dinner there late on a weeknight in July, though the fish was super fresh and the primi were some of the best I’ve had in a long time. I ordered scialatielli allo scoglio, it was scrumptious but slightly salty.
The interior is a bit kitch and gave me major ‘spongebob vibes’ but pretty cute, everything served in local terra-cotta, and seemed vintage. Kind staff and excellent local white wine.
What an amazing surprise!

We already visited this cozy restaurant above of the harbour from Marina di Camerota many times but I have to say that from our first time and our last times two weeks ago it was a big difference…
What i wanted to say is,that our first visit was extremely good,the options of our Menue,how the plate was served, the service
and for sure the price
But this summer we were surprised how expensive they are , it seems to be in a big city where you have to pay a lot of money to get the fresh fish,but here you get everything fresh in front of you ???
And also the wine was not cooled enough and when we asked friendly the service to bring us ice cubes ,he forgot it twice.
So what I try to say is,for the price you pay everything has to be perfect!
Very tasty food, very good products, (understand English ;-)). Ambience outside could be more coherent.
The restaurant looked very nice, was right at the harbour, so we wanted to try it. Unfortunately it was a bad choice, we felt ripped off! The menu already sounded pretty fancy, prices were higher than usual for the area. The taste was ok, but the portions were worth a laugh, even our teenage daughter was still hungry after her meal. The waiters looked professionel but didn't behave that way. We had to wait so long for the single courses that we already considered leaving. There are lots of better, tastier and even cheaper options around!
We wanted to go for a dinner at this restaurant. Went there and we saw enough space. A group (6persons) without appointment got a table. We, young parents with a child,were not welcome at the restaurant,we thank you!

Kon Tiki is a pizza establishment that offers a wide selection of high-quality ingredients. It is highly recommended, particularly during the winter months, as it provides an excellent choice for those craving pizza in Marina. The service is efficient and prompt, although the ambiance can be slightly cold and reminiscent of fast food. Despite this, it remains an appealing option. This restaurant is situated a little further away from town but is definitely worth the extra effort due to its exceptional pizzas and pleasant seating area.
Pizza place with good choice and high quality ingredients. We were there in January and yeah it's a great option, probably the best during winter times. Service was good and fast. During the winter months the room atmosphere is a bit cold and fastfoodish but it's still OK. I surely recommend it if you are in Marina and craving for a pizza.

Great pizza and nice place to sit, a little bit out of town but worth the extra effort. And prices are really cheap €5-10 per pizza. €4 glass of wine
Pizza was a bit average and overpriced. Service wasn't great, especially considering it was raining and we were struggling to get our tables somewhere where we could eat without getting wet. The staff didn't show any signs they cared; they even charged us an expensive coperto for the privilege of eating soggy pizza.
