The cathedral provides a combination of architectural styles but what is truly attractive is the modern pieces, especially the new font and the altarpiece designed by a famous contemporary artist and which offers a full tale (front and even back!) of various religious stories and symbolism, including a very personal memory from the artist himself. The original church dates back to the XII century but has undergone many refurbishments and alteration. Its unique history and variety of styles offer tourist a depiction of the history of the city and Sweden.

Quiet church, very beautiful, very simple. I definitely recommend to visit this amazing monumental church.

It is always great to find such stillness and peace in a city, to be able to draw near to God and feel his healing love.

An absolutely amazing experience. We ate in the "matsal" with 12 menu Michelin course. Staff was great especially the sommelier. It's almost undescribeable how unique the taste were. Strongly recommend even with the price.

Lovely stay with kind and attentive service. We enjoyed both the rooftop restaurant and bistro during our stay, as well as the bakery. Rooms are well designed and equipped but we found the sound proofing to the street a bit poor — on Friday night especially a 1st floor room was very loud with noise from cars, motorcycles, etc on the street.

Beautiful hotel in the centre of Växjö. Wonderful luxurious rooms with very comfortable beds. Terrace is great with a bubble pool, lap pool and bar. The only downside are the prices at the bar. Otherwise a very enjoyable, special boutique hotel.

Pleasantly surprised by the delicious food and calming decor here. We all ordered cheeseburgers that came out juicy, medium doneness and deliciously seasoned with crisp fries and a tasty aoli. Everything felt laid back - other patrons seemed comfortable and familiar. If I lived nearby this is the kind of place I would regularly visit.

shared a few plates with my girlfriend, and i must say the sushi was the highlight by far all of the nigiri was very good, we tried the salmon smoked with kelp sauce, salmon smoked with chili glaze, and the sauteed lobster with garlic and chili mayo the lobster nigiri was phenomenal and is a must try we also had the sauteed salmon with chili glaze maki, which i felt was lacking, as the inside of the roll was just cucumber and avocado the dumplings (shrimp) were great, however, and should be ordered we also tried the pork side bao - we felt the bao was just okay, but the bao buns themselves were incredibly soft and pillowy all in all this is a good restaurant and would be nice for a date night

My fiance and I went here for our engagement dinner together and had an absolutely magical evening! Every bit of food was incredible. (The Pork BAO was out of this world!) We hope to come here again every time we come to Sweden! The staff were so nice and friendly.
