First of all it is a Beautiful Hotel.The Architecture is just amazing.The Rooms are Beautiful. But that s it . The Management and the Service are just Horrible. We were Really looking forward to this 2 Night Trip to Crans Montana but everything was a disappointment.The first evening we had Dinner at the Restaurant and the choices were a joke! A very few choices between Caviar or Lobster ( at 2001 Meters over See Level) or Filet of Beef and so on .....the dishes had no Taste whatsoever! I asked for a bit of cheese to put over my Pasta but the waiter told me i should not eat it like that and i did not get any.The next evening we did not feel to eat such dishes and went down to play some pool and have some bites.We asked for a Cocktail Card ....there was no such thing.I asked the Waiter if could have just some Pasta with Tomato Sauce...i did not.I asked the Waiter if i can have a Cheese and Ham Sandwich....i did not.I asked if i could talk to someone from the Kitchen.....i was not able to talk to anybody. So we had to eat plain Cheese and cold Meat.The next morning at Breakfest i was thirsty and asked for a Coke Zero....the waitress told me i have to get it myself at the Bar. By then you can imagine how bad the feeling about this Institution was. There are many more thing that were wrong like the Pool did not work....the atmosphere within the staff is very stressful and so on and on and on. My friend just had his 40th Birthday and i took a very small Firework with us that does not make any noise just some sparkles.The day at check out the famous Manager took me outside to show me the damage of the Table.With some Scrappapper this is gone in 5 Minutes.He charged me 200.- extra and told me i behaved like a Child. So i did spend 3300.- for two Nights and it was a total Nightmare. I did talk to the Manager but he had an excuse for everything.Corona was his big excuse. I would suggest to him to let the Staff come a few day before reopening and get a real Training to the Staff. Or maybe he should go back to Hotelbusiness School and learn how to Manage a Hotel.All in all it is a 4 Star who tries to be a 5 Star but delivers 1 Star. Never ever go there unless you wanna be treaded like a a-Hole. Good luck to Chetzeron you more than need it.

Disappointment. The food for this price could be much, much better. The restaurant didn't live up to the level described during booking. There were four of us. Three fell ill after dinner: they all had the same meat dish. The fish for one of us was heavily oversalted. The tempura vanilla dessert was heavy, doughy, and the pumpkin starter was simply inedible. The other desserts were also without merit. After ascending so high, with such effort, we expected a reward from a superb cuisine. Instead, there was disappointment and food poisoning. On the positive side: beautiful interior and ambiance. The staff was friendly.

All in all the service was not the standard you expect from such a place. 100 francs for a 3 course meal is a rather high price but then you expect a professional service. In our case this expectation was not fulfilled. So please dear Chetzeron management. Teach your service staff good and friendly hospitality!!!! I will go there for a lunch in near future but not for a 3 course dinner anymore.

Stayed for one night at the Chetzeron in a junior suite. Beautiful place, architecture and view (especially the roof top pool experience - incredible...!). Unfortunately, the quality of service (especially the rooms division maganagement) and the food do not match the standards at all. There is room for improvement considering the price you're paying for. It has been a nice experience anyway but not sure we will come back again.

Amazing hotel with the nicest staff! Everyone was really kind to us! The location is really unique, they come and pick you up with a 4x4 or if the snow is extreme with a snow cat. The room is beautiful, the whole hotel is an architectural masterpiece. The history of the hotel makes it even more interesting. We had great cocktails, tasty dinner. All the pastries were warm for breakfast.

Luxury resort by the slopes in Crans. This place is a 5 star stay! It is at 2000mt and can be reached by ski or with the snowcat. Everything is premium in this place starting from the design, rooms, and service.

Was staying in a hotel in Montana but headed up here just for dinner and what a unique treat and experience it was! The location was just simply ethereal and breathtaking and the views - incredible. We absolutely loved our 3-course dinner and service was attentive and friendly. A special shout-out to our driver of the 4X4 (a gentleman from Lyon) who went above and beyond to ensure we made it back safe to our hotel in the dark of the night. We will definitely be booking our stay at the Chetzeron very soon!

Beautiful place, really. We loved it during our stay for 3 nights. My only feed back ( that I provided to the hotel) would be: -menu at the restaurant. The choice is limited and the value for money could be better. - reduction card provided by the hotel, could be better organized by the hotel ( dates not matching) apparently happening with several customers. A part from this, we loved the place and we would recommend it.

I had a wonderful experience at Restaurant Continental. The atmosphere is great, the food is delicious and reasonably priced, and the staff were friendly. I went with friends and we were all very impressed. I ordered the entrecôte as my main dish and it was divine!

Wow!! What an incredible experience. Couldn't fault a thing with the meal, service, ambiance or anything else. Will definitely be returning.

Good place to eat lunch. The menu is varied enough but I recommend their tartar's. They have more ways of making them each unique in taste. The staff was abit on the slow side but they were full so that might contributed to it. Prices were fair.

We visited this place several times this summer end july, beginning august. We had been here numerous times the years before so we know it quite well, me myself had been here for probably 35+ years with the dutch dude who owned this place and even before. The first time we visited this summer i convinced my kids to try the tartare. (due to the corona virus situation there was only a small selection of what they normally offer) Sandra proposed that they could get a kids version of it which was a bit smaller so we accepted it. It was so good the few times afterwards they took the normal dish. Kids want to come back with christmas but that damn virus... we'll be back next summmer or winter :) but as a Belgian, i was really wondered why nobody was wearing a mask.

Always looking forward to have healthy food, our CEO tested EDO Restaurant. It is clearly a great place. The team is very welcoming and the atmosphere is very friendly. The owner is a nice Japanese lady who took time to great us and enquire about our satisfaction. They offer a wide of dishes and our guests enjoyed them all. We gave 4 stars only because dishes are to europeanized and sushi slice are unevenly cut (some were large and short others thin and long). Anyhow we highly recommend the place wether you are looking to spend some nice familly time or more business related time.

Absolutely amazing food and service. I still think about this place 12 years later whenever I visit sushi restaurants because nothing came close to the quality of the food served in Edo. Highly recommend to anyone in the area. Better reserve in advance.

Sushis are well made and quality of fish is incredible. You can order various sake brands and many Japanese whiskeys. We spent a nice time with our children.
