Very impressive back drop of cliffs. The little village is a typical collection of shops and cafe's, you can't actually get close to the cliffs unless you take a boat trip.

A must, very suggestive place. Black sand beach with a blue sea that takes your breath away. Beautiful view of the cliff of Los Gigantes, very characteristic. Starting point for boat excursions in the protected area where you can see small cetaceans and dolphins

Beautiful beach with a magnificent view to the Los Gigantes cliffs. We visited in December and there were some bigger waves, no one was swimming but there were few people walking in the water. There is a lifeguard. Definitely good place to see the cliffs from the bottom. There is very nice ice cream place coming up to the beach. You can also rent a kayak next to the beach and watch cliffs from the water.

Lovely wee beach with an awesome back drop. Black sand is so Sparkly in the sun. If you go in the sea further down its much easier and you can swim with the fishies.

Very tiny black sand beach with the most giant rocks and cliff. Nice to see it take a picture and enjoy to view, but not sure if its the best beach to chill and spend hours. But definitely one of the must see in Tenerife

Lovely clean harbour, plenty of different waters ports to try, sensible prices. From here you can also get a boat trip for fishing sight seeing or to see the whales and dolphins. Along the harbour there are plenty of shops and restaurants/bars where u can sit and enjoy the sea views. I took my daughter there with some bread, she had a great time feeding the fish, some had lovely colours and patterns on them, we where even lucky enough to see a massive Ray swim past !

Went on a whale watching boat trip around the bays. Scenery was stunning, sea was crystal clear, boat trip was beautiful! We saw 7 Pilot whales in a pod. 1 mother with her small calf eating a squid. We also saw a beautiful turtle. Highly recommended!!

Quiet and calm place to visit for a little stop. You are not able to go any further, the hiking way is closed for the public. However, you will get fabulous views of the cliff

Little view point with gift shop and café. Very difficult to park the car due to windy busy road, take extra care while walking on the street as traffic is quite heavy. Lovely view at Los Gigantes cliffs.

Probably The most Breathtaking views from this lovely locally run café serving drinks, snacks and freshly home baked local delights. Highly recommend if you are a competent driver in Tenerife and comfortable with a few hair pins on the route down.

Beautiful spot to view Los Gigantes cliffs. I highly recommend stopping here. There are free parking spots coming to the mirador but also a bit further down and than you can hike few minutes back up. Next to mirador there is a souvenir shop and small restaurant. After seeing los Gigantes from the top I recommend driving down to the beach and marina where you can admire cliffs from bottom angle.

One of the best view for Los Gigantes area>bay>town>cliffs. There is park place next to the road, cosy coffee shop with some sweet treats and local souvenirs where you can seat, drink and relax watching ocean and town below. PS. Did I mention place is situated on beautiful curved TF-454?! It’s a heaven for motorbikes and those who like driving mountain like. ❤️

It's a observations desk overlooking the Los Gigantes cliff and port. There is a small coffee and giftshop, you can get there snacks and drinks. Good attention from the ladys working there. It becomes very busy when tourist bus stops by.

A beautiful view of Los Gigantes with enough spaces to pull aside the car. (Which is usually not the case, so this vista is a great stop) Sunsets are absolutely stunning from this spot!

Great view of Los Gigantes. Nice little cafe and a cool gift shop too. If you’re driving, the parking spaces ‘appear’ as soon as you come around the corner, so take it slow if you’re planning to stop!

A view of the city and also of the rocky cliffs of Los Gigantes. It is possible to stop around the bend along the road. There is also a small garden with seating and a view. There is also a small souvenir shop.

Perhaps the best view on Los Gigantes. The parking lot next to it is for about five cars. But even of you have to walk a turn, don't miss this spot.

After staying one night, my wife noticed that there was a bed bug infestation in our apartment. She noticed them crawling on the bed and there were dead bugs on the floor. Bed bugs happen, but the response by the management was awful. She immediately informed reception and took one of the bed bugs, in tissue paper, to show the manager. He dismissed this and threw it straight into the bin. He visited the room with my wife. He didn't offer for us to move rooms and she had to ask for this. He did agree, however offered no help to move our belongings to the new room, despite my wife being 6 months pregnant and the new room being up a flight of stairs. This is despite his request for her to move out the room "as soon as possible". Once packed up, my wife had to go back to reception to ask the manager to help move the heavy suitcase full of belongings. We had to purchase our own cleaning products from the supermarket to disinfect everything as we were not offered any by the management. As there were no laundry services in the area, we had to wash all of our clothes in the bath. Later that night we found another dead bug on the balcony of the new apartment. We immediately informed the night staff who didn't appear to know how to deal with the situation appropriately. We had to stay in the apartment that night. He told us there was nothing he could do until the day manager was back in at 9AM. The next morning we asked the day manager if they had laundry services at the hotel we could use. He begrudgingly showed us the washing machine with no offer of detergent. We asked him to provide this but he said no. After a discussion, he agreed for us to purchase the detergent and offered 2 euros towards it. We went back to the room and suddenly the cleaners appeared with some detergent for us to use, rendering the whole argument pointless. We wasted 2 days of our holiday washing clothes and the rest of the week with restless nights sleep due to the worry of the situation. Upon checkout, no apology was offered and we have not been compensated in any way for our inconvenience or monies spent. I would avoid this hotel at all costs. We remained at the hotel for 4 more nights and during this time, as far we could see there was no evidence that the room with the bed bug infestation was fumigated.

Overall, we enjoyed our holiday in the apartment. The location is good for the village and close to lots of restaurants and shops without too much climbing of hills. We were lucky to get one with a lovely view of the sea and cliffs, but not every apartment has that. The swimming pool is a nice size and plenty of lounge beds always available. The apartment itself is slightly dated but was clean and the furniture was comfortable. The staff cleaned the apartment regularly and provided fresh towels. The lack of kitchenware was a little disappointing with no way to make coffee and no washing liquid supplied to clean dishes.

Stayed here for 2 wks this August. Appartments are in a good location half way between the harbour and the top of the(steep) hill.Were were in a refurbished room which was totally adequate for our stay. Main bedroom big enough and had very comfortable bed, the sofas converted to beds in the living area and were comfortable enough for adult girls. Kitchen had full oven and hob, and big fridge freezer, and all necessary kitchen equipment for meals. Good sized balcony ect.The staff we met were very helpful, and rooms were cleaned daily, the cleaning team worked all day. Yes, we were one of the families affected by the pool turning everything green, but the the pool was emptied and cleaned , hopefully my daughters hair will turn back to normal when we visit the hairdresser or we may have to take the issue further. However, overall this wouldn't deter us from staying here again. Some great restaurants which I've posted short reviews for. Shame the resort hasn't fully recovered after covid, lots of places still closed., so it's very ,very quite.

The apartment was big and comfy, had decent cooking facilities and was mostly good. Pool was a decent size and clean. Price was competitive. The main things stopping it getting 5 stars was the dirty floors (especially the balcony) - our feet were constantly black and we had to keep washing them. Also the shower head needed replacing or cleaning as water was only coming out of 4 of the holes when there were 20 or 30. This meant it hurt like a pressure washer. I think charging for fans and wifi is naughty, seemed a rip off. Luckily we didn’t need either during our stay but I’d have felt ripped off if we did.

Stayed here with my wife and daughter recently, the reception and staff are all friendly and very helpful , our room was spacious and clean it has a oven ( but no racks just a tray ) kettle , toaster , good size freezer plus large fridge . The balcony was large and had good views , the pool is clean and fresh the whole area is cleaned every morning! Ok so same as every hotel the biggest bug bare off all by most holiday makers not just with this hotel but many hotels “ thers not enough sun loungers ! And are all taken by 7.00 in the morning plus a few are broken same with parasols ( this is a easy fix for the hotel owners iam sure ) also at the moment the pool bar is closed ? Saying that we enjoyed our stay and would have no issue in staying again 🙂⭐️

great base for a family holiday. apartments were basic - but clean and everything worked. wonderful view from our balcony out to the sea and the cliffs. pool was great for playing in and cooling off. location was tops - walking distance to everything in los gigantes and puerto santiago. right next to the bus stop for longer jaunts. only issue was lack of air-con which would have been good for the warm nights - but we knew this before we went. try and sort data roaming out before you go - wifi is charged extra but runs out quick with kids on it. although oursfound free places in town to piggy-back onto.

The apartments are a little bit dated but very clean. The hot water pressure is low, it'll take a while to have enough water for a bath the pressure was fine when using the shower. Pool area is excellent. Wi-fi has to be paid for 20€ for the week Location wise they're in an excellent position 5 to 10 minute walk into the town square,15 minutes to the harbour. The bus stop/station is across the road.

This is our second time staying at the El Sombrero the apartments are basic but clean and comfy beds, the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. When we arrived I had asked our tour operator to ask for a lower floor as my wife has mobility issues. The owner of the hotel went out of his way to get us a lower ground floor after receiving no notification from jet2 holidays. The location of the El Sombrero is great for both puerto santiago and Los Gigantes. There is a bus service that runs all over the island from Los Gigantes, there is plenty of restraunts and bars within a few minutes walk. For value for money I would recommend The El Sombrero the area is a little hilly so be prepared for a leg workout.

Nice clean and spacious rooms, very helpful staff. Well located close to the town. Some of the hills are steep so could be a problem for the less mobile. The pool is small but well kept and clean. The only disappointment is the lack of a pool bar, however there is a small shop (Franks) just across the road for cold drinks and snacks. This is a self catering hotel but the kitchen is well appointed with a fridge freezer and full oven. I highly recommend a stay here. 👌

Nice place not noisy. Ideal place middle of los gigantos friendly staff two pools, wasn’t happy to hire fans as it does get quite hot in august, fans should be provided! Rooms cleaned nicely regularly, two stars coz I had to hire fans at 30 euros each I could have purchased fan at that price but I wanted my kids to sleep properly

Great spacious apartments, great kitchen facilities. I really liked the pool as it wasn't freezing and also as it was salt water it was easy to float about in. It was never too busy to get a sunbed. Cleaners were very good and came often. Obviously no air con so you may want to hire a fan.

Here at the moment on holiday, never been before. We are in a studio apartment which has plenty of room, with a little kitchen and bathroom going off the main room. Although quite basic it is spotlessly clean, and the beds are very comfortable. The pool area is also very clean and at the moment we can get sunbeds very easily. All the staff are very pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

This pool, although created by people, is a natural pool nestled in the southern area of Los Gigantes, and it's surely a stunning viewpoint. It's important to note that it's not very easy to access, but despite that, we all managed to get in, even though there were many people there, as you can see. The rocks can be slippery, so please be careful. The water is cold, but the view is so breathtaking that just sitting by the pool is magical and I'd say worth it.

Had a good time and nice place when the waves ain't bad. The only issue I had was the safety rope around the edges need replacing in some parts, some woman nearly got washed off the edge and into the sea because the safety rope wasn't there.

Beautiful place but it’s closed though all the tourist just go under the blockage. I’m told that a tourist died few months ago and that was the reason you are not allowed anymore down there. It’s very beautiful but please don’t go over the rocks for a picture like you can see one my pictures of the place and some tourist do for the one picture that can change your life.

Nice natural pool spot, though clearly some of the walls are constructed and not entirely natural. There are stairs to an extent and then rocks to walk in to get access right by the pool Based on waves you may or may not want to swim. Sign says not to swim but there were plenty of people laid out in the sun or taking a dip

This is one of the natural (although is human made) pools from Los Gigantes area. It is great for people of all ages because it's a closed area with sea water and the water barely reaches your neck. You can relax in the water and see the view of the area. The sunset is stunning.

The place is beautiful 😻 and it makes for some great pictures, sightseeing and people watching. However, please use your common sense for your safety here. Coming from Hawai’i, to me is just normal to understand and respect the ocean. I see several negative reviews about how dangerous this place is. It’s only dangerous if you don’t have common sense. If the tie is high and the water is rough, it makes sense not to get in the water or even get closer to the pool. Waves sizes are not consistent and it’s obvious at one point one huge wave will come and will drag you into the open ocean. If the water is calm, this place is perfectly safe. We took our kids here and the water was calm but we didn’t let them in because it felt super dirty. Such a shame. Also watch your step as you cross the narrow platform because it’s super slippery. I was more interested in exploring the little cave beach to the left of the pool. Three stars because it’s not completely natural and because it was dirty.

This place is a gem. We were Lucky as our hotel was just 8mins away from this natural pool. I love it. In Tenerife there are a lot of natural pools but this one is my fave. A must see in Los Gigantes

Go here, not really for young children or those not very steady. Fun!! *edit* Yes it can be very dangerous! Sitting on the edge or looking for trouble gets you hurt. So be careful and never underestimate the power of the sea!!!

A welcome cooling off swim along the coastline walk to Los Gigantes. It's not been modified very much to make it easier to walk around the pool, and a woman was being helped by paramedics when I arrived, she had fallen badly and gashed her leg on the unforgiving rocks, so be warned and where appropriate footwear. Lots of fish in the pool so it's worth taking goggles or a mask.

Beautiful view but a bit scared to go in the pool as the waves are a bit strong when we were there.

Really great public pool. Good price and has infinity pool. Really enjoyed day here. Food is pretty good. There is Raven kids pool. Liked it. You need to go there if you are in region.

An excellent facility with two pools. The children's pool has a small slide and climbing frame and other attractions including a very popular tilting pumpkin which slowly fills then drenches the person underneath. The main pool is larger and has two water slides which are very well used. There is a bar and a very friendly restaurant on site and the whole site is not overcrowded. The sun beds and umbrellas provided are comfortable and clean. Great view of Los Gigantes cliffs and harbour.

Great pool with " infinity" border of the edge. A lot of atractions for kids. There is also some palm trees so the is shadow so it`s cooler. Great view on Los Gigantes.

5€ for a day pass. Saltwater pool in an amazing position. The crashing waves in the background but you are protected from it all. Great food served here and does get busy. A perfect end of the day after you have gone whale and dolphin watching.

This restaurant is a food oasis. Honest, creative, cosy. An exciting changing menu that is sure not to disappoint. Today I had pumpkin with mushrooms and cheese; and rabbit stew with black olives. You really don't find this kind of food often, and the setting is casual, the staff friendly, the atmosphere relaxing. Love it. (Probably best to book ahead)

A real hidden gem! The menu is designed so that everything can be ordered in half orders, so you can try a wide range of menu, even if you have two persons. Sangria wasn't average cheap teastless, just pured to jug and with few slices of orange. No! It was fruity, fresh and full-bodied - I could go back there just for that Sangria. We had rabbit, stuffed tomatos, avocado & prawns and clams - each of them better than the previous one. The service was fast and the waiter always noticed when something was needed and the atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. if it were possible, I would give more than five stars!

The food and wine were absolutely amazing and there were plenty of vegetarian options. The service was a little slow and stressed and forgot part of our order. Overall I would definitely recommend, make sure you get a reservation. It worked easily through email.

Wow! The food is very good and everything is local. You can order in Tapas size or regular size. We had seafood tapas that were really good. I recomend everyone to go there!

very tasty tapas, something different from all the other places we've been, a must try! especially the *Lomo de cerdo con datiles y almendras*, the *Tuna tartar* and the *Pez espada con pistacho* were pretty amazing

The waiter and waitress were a little bit blunt at the beginning, looks like they have their own way of system here. The place got super busy after 8:30 even during the week, so glad we made a booking in advance. There is parking just around the corner at the harbour, costs less than 1euro for around one hour. The food was really good and served fresh and hot. Unbelievable good price for cocktail. In general, only one runner for an extremely place and he seems very passionate about the food. There is only one menu on the board, save yourself some time by taking a picture of it and study it before he comes to you.

If you have not eaten here, your life is incomplete. Get on a plane, train, bus, dolphin, flying saucer, whatever you need to get here. It's a small place and defintiely make a reservation. The food was delicious, fresh and just on another level. Puts all the other hotels and restaurants we have eaten at to shame (except for Roccos in Lisbon, go there too!)

Our second visit to tas-k this week. The menu is essentially completely different to what it was 3 days ago. Everything was delicious, but I'm just a stupid tourist so what would I know? We also weren't confused by the dishes arriving together or in quick succession like last week's Dutch reviewer. It's a tapas restaurant! We loved it and are coming back tomorrow. We had 7 different dishes, hence the high per person amount, but each dish is around €6-7.

This is an amazing place to eat. Everything was absolutely delicious, and the service was great. Our best lunch in Tenerife so far. If I could give 10 stars, I would definitely do that.

Initially we wanted to go to another restaurant when I found this place on Maps. And it was so great! The food, the service, the atmosphere! Our waiter was really attentive and he described the whole menu for us in detail. We especially liked the orange chicken and the pork cheek. Also the tuna was awesome! Unfortunately one of us was really exhausted because of our day activities and almost fainted when we tried to leave (the food is not to blame, we went to Teide peak before the evening and that was pretty tiring). Still our waiter was and absolute sweetheart and gave us some water and a coke for free and checked on us. Thank you so much!

Tas-K restaurant offers a delightful dining experience with delicious food from a fresh daily menu. Despite its cozy space, the ambiance is inviting, and the attentive service adds to the enjoyment. With reasonable prices and a variety of tapas and main meals, it's a place worth returning to before your holiday ends.

Good location with a nice view from the terrace. Pork ribs where more bone than meat unfortunately and a little burned on some sides. Potato wedges where nice. One person of our company had the curry which was too spicy and she couldn’t finish it. Price-quality wise it was a bit on the expensive side. Overall a very British restaurant in the canaries

I recently visited a restaurant that served delicious fish dishes and burgers, paired with cold beers and an amazing view of palm trees. Not only was the food excellent, but the workers were also incredibly nice, making the overall dining experience a delight. The fish dishes were especially noteworthy, with fresh and perfectly cooked fish that melted in your mouth. The menu offered a variety of fish options, including salmon, tuna, and cod, all served with sides that complemented the flavors perfectly. The burgers were also delicious, with juicy patties and fresh toppings that added the perfect crunch and texture to every bite. To top it all off, the beer selection was extensive, with a variety of local and international beers to choose from. The restaurant's atmosphere was also exceptional, with an amazing view of palm trees swaying in the breeze, creating a perfect tropical vibe. The ambiance was complemented by the friendly and attentive workers who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and satisfied. They provided excellent service, answering any questions we had and ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Nice clean location with a lovely view, well priced, with entertainment on a regular basis in the way of live singer's, and friendly staff. I had fish and chips whilst there which was good quality and a fair price at €10.95, I also had the breakfast which for €4.95 was extremely cheap considering that included tea or coffee, however I would have been more than happy to pay an €1euro for better quality sausages.

Can’t recommend it. Dirty forks, slow service, caprese salad without mozzarella, smoothie tastes like a water. But they have nice view on the ocean.

Walked past the place before and wanted to go, we decided to treat ourselves and it was the best decision! They were Very friendly and the tapas was really good. Would definitely go again.

Food quite reasonable, drinks ok, cocktail loaded with ice, went twice, on the bill was drinks I’d not even ordered? Was busy staff running around, manager apologised for the wrong items on our bill but made me wonder if anyone else checks their bill before paying or the staff try it on…? Great view, decent entertainment, lots of English people but none too loud or obnoxious. Overall quite good place

Excellent food, the menu doesn't offer many choices but that in my opinion is a good thing as the food will and is exceptional. The place also offers excellent entertainment with quality entertainers. I must mention the drag artiste ( we don't usually go for this kind of an act) he was so good & had us laughing so much.

Really disappointed - we reserved a table at 8pm for an evening dining and live music- solo singer was good - we arrived early and got sat at the table, at the back might I add. we ordered our drinks which arrived, told the waiter we’d like to order food and he said it was the lady who took orders …. Clearly she forgot about us …well over 30 minutes later and we saw others seated and served before us - we had to waive her down …the charismatic Spanish water who served our drinks at the beginning to f the evening was the only good thing about our experience - such a shame :(

Had two fantastic meals at this Restaurant last week . Highly recommend the Steak and the Ribs . Excellent service and a fantastic atmosphere to enjoy whilst eating. Plus a good desert to finish if you can.

The food here was superb and worth the value for the money. I ordered a spicy chicken wrap and my partner ordered the Friday special fish and chips , the portions were very filling and tasted amazing! There was live music on and it consisted of popular 80s music which was very entertaining. The servers we encountered spoke English and were very polite. There was also pool table near the swimming pool with beautiful views .

We loved to come here to enjoy views, music, relaxing atmosphere in the morning after walking. Good coffee quality and great location.

Great week away in Los Gigantes ,Tenerife at The Harbour Club. Beautiful weather every day 😍. A great place to relax with Great food and entertainment at The Wine Bar and terrace. Looking forward to returning in 2022....

We visited when on holiday and ended up back there a number of times. The service was amazing in particular Dee who always went above and beyond and really had an Amazing manner and sense of humour making us feel at home. We adore the way it's been decorated and feel it really stands out in a good way in the area its in. All in all we loved it, would recommend it and would visit again if we were in tenerife!!

Came here twice for lunch while we stayed in Los Gigantes! 😋 Ordered Tuna, Chicken sandwiches which are both good portion and such a good value!👏🏻 They have really nice tennis courts (€12 per hour)and they rent you tennis rackets and balls for €1 each person ! 🎾 Also they have a nice and cute swimming pool (€6 per person, including sunbeds, shade for an extra €2.5) 🕶️⛱️👙

We came for the pool - 6 eur per person (sun-bed included), 2,5 eur for the umbrella. The water in the pool and the pool itself seemed a bit dirty. They make a good sangria. Very nice staff. They closed the pool at 17:00.

We had a great Sunday lunch it was delicious the entertainment was excellent it was a jazz duo one of them was called Sam, they were brilliant. had such a great time, it was the best memorable day of our holiday. They are such a friendly crowd. Highly recommend it 😋 🥂🍾

Feeling good is easy here, relaxed atmosphere, amazing cocktails, cold beers, really good food, the best vegan burger in town, loved it. Perfect place just wished they did fresh chips instead of frozen.

Stumbled upon this cafe during our visit to Los Gigantes! Absolutely loved the food, ambience and the warmth with which the staff welcomed us. We had ordered buffalo chicken wrap and cheesy garlic bread, both the items were freshly prepared and tasted delicious.

Walked here from Puerto Santiago along the beautiful coastal path. Took a while but well worth it. The Sangria was the best I've tasted anywhere in Spain and the strongest too! Food was so tasty and all the staff so nice. Spent the afternoon lying by the pool. Just perfect. Highly recommended.

Lovely Bar, restaurant and bistro, with extremely friendly staff and good food in Los Gigantes, Tenerife. Serves Breakfast and lunch daily plus some evening meals on certain days. Sunday's a roast is popular. Any trip to Los Gigantes of mine will include atleast one or two visits to Tipsys. Live music, tennis courts and swimming pool. Car parking.

A very enjoyable and memorable place in Los Gigantes! We came here several times for breakfast as it quickly became one of our favorite spots. The staff and food were wonderful. Coffee is a must. We enjoyed watching the tennis matches while enjoying our meals.

A beautiful find! Came here in the day time for a few drinks and stumbled across their cocktail menu! And got the Frozen Daiquiris and Frozen 'Daisy' (Margarita). They were very reasonably price (€8.50) and came with the added special touch of sweets on the side! It was a lovely friendly atmosphere with friendly staff from all different places! We got some of the wedges with Garlic dip to pick at which were tasty! And we asked if they had some Cards and they did so it was so lovely and relaxing playing cards and having Frozen cocktails on a warm day! We they found the Pool table and played and had so much fun! Thank you Tipsy Terrace, we will definitely be back when we return to Los Gigantes!

Our favourite dining experience in Los Gigantes 😍. African themed decor, shaded alfresco dining. Reasonable wine at 12 Euros a bottle, fantastic food, friendly service. The best pina coladas in town (served with lovely dried fruits).

Wonderful Christmas day experience, great atmosphere, excellent service, and the food was spot on, especially considering they were so busy. We look forward to our next visit.

This is the best place to come the staff are brilliant and so friendly and helpful the food is so nice and the entertainment is always good too highly recommended you visit here and see for yourself how wonderful it is x

Great venue, really good food and service. Stopped in for a drink during the Carnival and returned for food another day. They have a swimming pool, crazy golf and Tennis court so it is great for family day out. Would recommend visiting if youre in the area

We holiday in Los Gigantes once a year and alway book a table at Charlie’s Bistro and it never fails to be anything other than our best meal out. The food is fantastic and the staff are lovely….highly recommend 👍😁

First class food & service. The menu is very well thought out, something for everyone. The Chef Bernard is very talented & puts a lot of love & effort into his cooking. The staff are very attentive & the service is excellent, Jason is very bubbly & entertaining while Sylvia is very calm & friendly. A must if you enjoy good food & an entertaining night.

Ate here last as a family of 6. The experience was superb. Food was exceptional, everybody was suitably impressed with their choice of food and went home happy and full up. The atmosphere was enjoyable and the staff efficient and friendly. Would have no hesitation in recommending this restaurant. Excellent value for money. We will definitely be returning.

We expected great food and great service reading the reviews. Well, the food was very average. The vegetables where cooked to death and the fish pie was sloppy with no real flavour..The chicken vol au vaunt was lovely and dauphinoise potatoes. So won’t be going again. In response to Charlie who obviously has a massive chip on his shoulder and doesn't appreciate an honest review....You made us feel so uncomfortable when we arrived we dare not mention that the food was sloppy and over cooked....We will be in again soon to talk to you about Weatherspoon's as we have never heard of them. Hopefully we would have a better experience there...

We ate here last night and will be returning soon, the food is fantastic, I had the turbot which was perfectly cooked and I must say that the prawns that came with it were amazing, such lovely flavours. Wife had the baked lamb which i obviously sneaked a taste of and it was just melt in the mouth to die for. I was completely stuffed and couldn’t eat another mouthful so had to opt for the Crème brûlée for desert which you must try! Well done to the lovely Jason and his fantastic team for giving us a wonderful evening, see you Tuesday bud. 👍

Visited twice during our recent Los Gigantes stay. Jason and the team are great. We now know why Charlie's receives such high ratings: superb service; fantastic food; great value; friendly, cheery and most welcoming atmosphere. Loved it!!

Such an amazing spot. Gorgeous staff, gorgeous food ( beef Bourgogne was the winner). Great wine list too and all with the seal of approval from "Madonna" the cat. Even called us a taxi !! Thanks so much all for a lovely evening

Went to our favourite restaurant in Los Gigantes 😋 😍. Fantastic food as usual. Jason, Bernard and Sylvia looked after us as normal.

Food excellent, service excellent. Due to an illness I have great difficulty eating food, so to find a restaurant I felt comfortable enough to attempt eating is a bonus. However, the biggest plus for me was the Moroccan Lamb Casserole. I've lived on a pureed & a very soft diet for over a yr now & to have managed to eat a small portion of this delicious dish was second heaven. There are many tempting dishes on the menu I'd love to try. Price wise, excellent - quality food but not at the expense of your pocket. Cannot praise it enough.

Had a fantastic meal for 2 here tonight. So good that we are actually going again before the end of our holiday. Jason is a very good host and makes sure that everyone is happy- the food was sublime, the best we have had on our many trips to Tenerife- and we have had some really good meals in the past. Amazing value and all cooked from scratch. Having been a chef for many years I really do appreciate how much work this takes. I can’t praise this place enough. We had a 5 day wait before they could fit us in as the place is so popular- and now I can see why. I can’t wait to go back again, Vikki and Simon .

My girlfriend tried to call this place to make a reservation but the voicemail directed her to make a reservation via Facebook which she did via messenger. This was about a week in advance and she followed up with another message a few days later. When we headed to the restaurant thinking our RSVP had been captured there were plenty of tables without reserved signs and we referred to the messages she had sent and even showed them on the phone. We were met by nothing but a very rude and angry attitude by a lady who funny enough looked a lot like my grandmother. Needless to say, we turned around and went to another restaurant that offered FINE DINING. We will never come back to this place again.

We returned to Charlie's tonight for a special occasion. My wife is Vegetarian, and although they only have a few options, the food was excellent! and presented really well we will return on our next visit - Thanks Jason & the whole team for a lovely evening

I had dinner here tonight and it was excellent. There's a 2 course set menu with lots of choices and I had the fried anchovies then the beef, both were delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful and altogether a pleasant dining experience, so good in fact I'm going back in three days time for my last meal of the holiday.

We popped in for lunch and had the most wonderful experience. The tapas was the best we’ve ever had. The calamari was so tender. The ducks liver was astonishing. To top it all of the staff were an absolute delight. Need to go back. It’s well worth the 4 hour flight

Booked on the day but unable to get a table outside as so busy. Table inside by window was perfect though. Service was a little slow but really didn't bother us as nice to sit and chat. Salmon, lamb and cod dishes were gorgeous. Curry was okay. Will definitely visit again.

Decent British food and a nice restaurant. Well presented but small portions for the price compared to other places in the vicinity.

We were only in Tenerife 1 week, but had Sunday lunch and dinner. Food is delicious and generous. Homemade, fillet steak... yum, curries, fabulous Enchilada s or simple grilled chicken cooked perfectly. Vegatarian options. Lots of choice and specials. Great desserts. And lovely people. Will just have to visit again!

Lovely Bistro down a side alley in the centre of Los Gigantes. Very atmospheric especially in the evening. Menu is excellent, choice, quality of produce and imaginative. Portion size is very generous and food is very well presented. Staff are very engaging, professional and welcoming. A cut above many of the other restaurants/bars ( with a few exceptions)in Los Gigantes. A must visit.

I absolutely love this restaurant. Been in Tenerife few times and ate in many restaurants, this one is my favorite one. Delicious food, great drinks, lovely staff and all that with really low prices for what they offer.

I had the sirloin steak and my wife had the beef bourguignon. Both were fantastic. I had the steak blue and it just melted in my mouth. The staff were amazing, very friendly and attentive. We both had the Coulin of Chocolate, which was pure heaven, to die for. All in all, a great restaurant and a great atmosphere.

A great find.. brilliant food served in a great bistro environment.. friendly, warm, service and food cooked and presented perfectly.. highly recommend you try this place for yourself.. thanks for a great night

It's been a very pleasant experience food-wise, but the service can definitely be improved. The waiter kept getting distracted in the middle of taking our orders, ran to other tables and left us before we could finish ordering, and we had to call him multiple times to get the bill and pay at the end. I recommend the restaurant for the food, which is great and very affordable, just plan accordingly and don't get impatient because it will take forever to order and get your dishes.

I'm sure this caters to older british people. Too bad I'm not one of them. Out-dated and overpriced food that's stuck in the 90's. The potatoes were sad and dry. The gambas were not very flavourful. A bit confused about the concept of the special of the night. 3 meats and two different potatoes. Service was alright tho.

Excellent tapas and great service, the only restaurant we went to twice during our one week vacation. Highly recommended.

Superb food, I have never had a bad meal here! It’s amazing value for money, the staff are wonderful. Definitely book ahead using their Facebook page. Their lunchtime tapas is also a winner!

Extremely long wait times. 25 minutes to take drinks order. 10 minutes for cola delivered. 15 minutes for food to come. Very average tasting and expensive tapas. Photo shows dish for EUR 12.50 Poor kitchen hygiene. Don't come unless you have 2 hours to spend.

Very friendly service and great food. We loved the garlic prawns and Uruguayan steak.

Exceptional. Never had food or service quite like it! It’s fine dining but affordable. Absolute gem.
