Pinamar

Pinamar is a seaside town on Argentina’s Atlantic coast. It’s known for its distinctive architecture, with houses set in open gardens, and the surrounding pine forests. Beaches run the length of the waterfront. To the north is an expansive area of sand dunes, known as La Frontera. Just north of the central Jorge Bunge Avenue, named after the town’s architect, is the Tuscan-style Our Lady of Peace Church.

Restaurant
Tante Pinamar is a renowned establishment in Pinamar, offering traditional dishes like goulash and langostino risotto. One notable aspect is their punctuality, as they didn't use the usual excuse of a closed kitchen when I arrived at 23.45. The wine selection was also impressive. This restaurant is an excellent choice for both dinner and tea time, although reservations are recommended due to its popularity at night. The food quality was satisfactory, albeit slightly pricey.
Very nice place to eat dinner as well as tea time. Usually busy at night so it is recommendable to make a reservation. Overall, food was good and the price was worth it maybe a bit high.

Fine dinning in Pinamar Dishes are large Sirloin and goulash very good quality Lemonade was too acid

We wanted to eat healthy food, and they did have healthy salads. They also have meaty German-inspired dishes on the menu. See online menu (use QR code)

Terrible, awful service despite there being almost no clients. When we arrived we were told we could sit wherever we wanted, which we did assuming someone would come take our order. After waiting for a long time I went up to the bar and was told we needed to use the QR code on the table. I should have told this staff member that she should have mentioned that instead of expecting us to guess but I didn’t. I asked for an actual menu as I was there with 2 elderly people who don’t do QR codes. Asking people to use QR codes shows no consideration for elderly people who are not good with technology or people who may have a visual impairment. I was handed a menu with no prices, so I went online using the QR code to check and realized there is no way to order using the QR code. Meanwhile there were 3 staff up by the bar doing nothing. We are definitely NOT coming back.

A Pinamar's classic. My goulash and my friend's langostino risotto were great. I was also a good point that we arrived 23.45 and they didn't come up with the typical excuse that the kitchen is closed. Cheers for the extra mile. Very good wine list.

Quality is good, but is EXTREMELY expensive. Not worth it at all. Won't bother coming anywhere near it. There are plenty nice places to eat around that are much better in quality/pricing. Just trying to look a bit fancy is not enough to justify what they charge in comparison to the options available to be honest.

Excellent restaurant with gourmet dishes and good wines.

Tante not only definitively lowered the quality of their products, but also raised their prices without a criteria. Too expensive for such poor quality! I have visited this place for more than 30 years!!

Restaurant
The area offers many choices, but surprisingly, the majority of them are subpar. The scarcity of a good quality-price ratio is evident. However, the great news is that Viejo Lobo Restaurant stands out in this aspect. Their dishes are expertly prepared, their drinks are exceptional, and their prices are excellent. I spent four days in the city and after disappointing experiences elsewhere, I found myself returning to this restaurant multiple times.
Very good! Prices are high but ration sizes are as well All food is great

The area has many options, but believe or not, most of them are bad. What I mean with this: a good quality price relationship is scarce. Well, good thing is: here you can find it. Dishes, well done; drinks, very good; prices, excellent. I stayed four days in the city and ended up returning here a couple times after frustrated experiences in other places. Do one thing, get here and try it, you won't leave without a happy stomach. Another thing: the place has two spaces: bar and restò.

Good food with very friendly & lively atmosphere of the place. Crowded in the evening which is a plus for the ambiance if you manage to get your table.

Waited over an hour for food. Then the food arrived raw (raw chicken and pork, which are dangerous). Even took a long time to get the bill. Very unattentive service. Waiters disappeared. On top of that, expensive prices. Terrible experience.

Friendly service, but the food leaves much to be desired. Surprised to find a large amount of untrimmed cartilage in lomito sandwich. Perhaps better in full season?

Starting from the long time for the service to a medium quality food for high prices, just go to a different place

3Estilo Criollo

Restaurant
Estilo Criollo is a commendable eatery for its meat offerings. The bife de chorizo, ordered at medium doneness, was highly satisfying. However, it should be noted that during the dining experience, an instance of the chef smoking on the job in the kitchen was observed.
I returned home after one year of living abroad and wanted to try proper meat from Argentina. In terms of quality, the meat is quite good, and the prices are reasonable. However, let me write down a couple of ridiculous points: 1) I asked for an entraña, and they didn’t have one, which is entirely unacceptable. 2) I wanted to order a lomo without sauce, and the waiter said this wasn’t possible; again, this doesn’t make any sense. So I ordered something I didn’t want, but it was pretty tasty. 3) We asked for the check, and we found an extra soda, five instead of four. This could happen, but it’s a sign of low attention from the waiter or cashier. All in all, you pay for quality but not for good attention. My suggestions: a) Please train the waiters to have more flexibility. The client pays, and the client has the power. b) I also suggest having a quick look at the check. Otherwise, you could spend more than your consumption. Cheers,

Incredibly overpriced restaurant. We didn’t really enjoy any of the food and the mashed pumpkin was actually inedible.

This restaurant is good in terms of meat. We had the bife de chorizo medium. And it was great. In spite of finding the cook later on smoking in the kitchen while working.

As a food aficionado, I found great pleasure in both the delectable cuisine and impeccable service provided at Restaurante Sociedad Italiana. The pasta dishes were truly exceptional, boasting exquisite flavors and textures that left a lasting impression. While the prices were slightly higher than average, it is worth noting that opting to share a plate could help mitigate this aspect. Located in Pinamar, this establishment holds the esteemed reputation of being the premier destination for authentic Italian pasta in the area.

Great place for a quick meal. Pizza & pasta are recommended specialties here. Waiters are polite and pay detailed attention. We had really nice dinners here and we'll keep coming when we are around. It is still an amazing place, and still checks properly following covid regulations, respectful and clean staff, air flow and vaccination check for inside seating

(Translated by Google) I'm not one to eat pizza. But these really changed my palate. The 4 flavors tried were very delicious. They are stone-baked, thin, crispy but not hard, their products tasty and abundant. Normal price. Informal atmosphere. Good attention. Nice atmosphere. (Original) No soy de comer pizza. (Translated by Google) The dining environment is quiet and comfortable, and the service is OK, maybe because it is during the week! The two of us ordered one and a half large pizzas (two flavors), which were delicious! After that, I took one home and ate it the next day when the oven was slightly warm, and the taste was not affected! (Original) 用餐環境安靜舒適,服務也ok,可能因為是週間吧!我們倆個人點了一個半半(兩種口味)大披薩,不錯吃喔!之後還外帶了一個回家,第二天烤箱微熱再吃,也不影響味道!

(Translated by Google) Very delicious pizza. The dough is thin, more suitable for consumption on the spot than for takeaway because it "softens" a little. Reasonable price, very friendly. (Original) Muy rica pizza. Fina la masa, más adecuada para consumo en el lugar que para llevar porque se " ablanda" un poco. Precio razonable muy amables.
