Frustrating!
First of all I would like to say that the place is very cozy and has very tasteful and beautiful interior design. We enjoyed several of their very imaginative cocktails and had a Sushi combinado (Casal). The presentation was excellent, the taste wasn’t.
The first thing we noticed was the bad attention to customers. We saw the waiter walking around with our cocktails (past our table) apparently not knowing where to go. Then it took several attempts to get their attention so we could order our food. This continued when we wanted some Wasabi (which btw tasted pasty and wasn’t as strong as we know it to be and the presentation was careless).
While waiting for our food we used the toilets and were both disappointed by the hygiene standards considering the pandemic. They were not clean and soap was missing.
The food arrived in a normal time span and had great presentation, but wasn’t as good as we had expected, considering the price.
Not deserving five stars.
