Restaurant
Restaurant Chiringuito is a charming dining spot located in a fantastic area, making it an ideal choice for those looking to enjoy fresh seafood and breathtaking views. The restaurant offers a great selection of seafood dishes, with the added bonus of being sourced locally. Even non-seafood enthusiasts can delight in perfectly cooked beef options. Visitors can also expect generous portions and reasonable prices for the quality offered.
Gorgeous views from this seaside restaurant, we tried an exceptional grilled octopus with garlic and chili (pil pil) and a tasty shrimp with avocado. Dessert was an apple pie a la mode. Pricy and excellent service. Very good Pisco Sours.

The restaurant is expensive, and they took a while to serve the food. The service was not the best either. But the food was good, and the surroundings are nice. Expensive for what it is

Please take me back! This place was amazing, the food was fresh and delicious, the view was incredible and the service perfect. Although it’s a bit expensive, the whole experience makes it worth it.

Great service, fast, great quality and quantity of food. Have been coming here for 30 years+ and always a pleasure. great view of the ocean and the pelicans!

Not only was the food SO fresh the both times we went but the customer service was phenomenal!!! We ordered “machas” razor clams a la Parmesana as well as Ostiones a la Parmesana. Not overpriced but pricey however good quality and abundant in portions and again couldn’t be any fresher. We had fish nuggets and fried fish, we had salads, rice and French fries. Everything was tasty. The view was spectacular on both occasions. Whiskey sour was tasty however they don’t make it with lemons they make it with a different type of orange. Our palette prefers the more sour taste of the lemon. Our servers were SO friendly and helpful. We had wonderful experiences on both occasions.

Two stars just for the location. As we came for the first time here almost nobody was paying attention..They have a lot of reservations from locals so not interested into other customers. We asked for blanket as it was cold and saw it on the chair next to us and camarero told us it’s for that table. After 10 minutes zero attention we left. Very sad and superficial experience!

This is a lovely restaurant in a great location. We went here to go penguin watching by boat and had lunch afterward. The food was really good and the service was great. Value for money wise its really good and you could not ask for fresher seafood, its literally landed next door. Not being a fishy person, I had beef for the main course that that was cooked to perfection. But this is really a restaurant for seafood lovers like my daughter. It also has nice views over the bay and of the pelicans. Certainly recommend this place.

Amazing place with stunning views 😍 Fresh seafood 😋 and cold beer 🍺 all what you need in the sunny day 🌞 Not so crowded as other bars on the area and properly organised. Super helpful staff with deep knowledge of the menu and suggestions that makes difference in your choice 😉 Has children's high chairs and outdoor/indoor sitting area. Big parking space beside. Highly recommended for everyone.

Food, drinks, and ambiance here is excellent. At lunch it is insanely crowded here (1 hour wait), but come for dinner and you will usually be seated right away without waiting. The ceviche here is amazing and we also loved the Canapes as well. They also make the most flavorful Pil Pil sauce we had on our trip.

The location of this restaurant couldn't be better, as it is located at the edge of the wharf with an amazing ocean view. The fish and seafood were fresh, though I have to say the preparation was bland. The use of the sauces mask the flavor of the dishes. I would consider finding seasonings that help bring out the flavor of the food instead of tasting sauces.
Freddy Crump — Google review
very well recognized seafood restaurant. Seafood is very fresh, quality is top notch and plates are relatively large. Price is in line with location and quality, with usd50/person (pre wine/beer) would recommend. get there early (pre 1330) if you dont have a reservation

Excellent service by the restaurant staff! This restaurant is on the expensive side but it's worth trying out. It has an good view of the Pacific Ocean and the little town of Zapallar including the beach, forestry around it and the houses on the hills. I had the Conglio Pobre for about 20.000 CLP and I'm still full 6 hours later. The fish and side dishes were all fresh, I really liked my meal. Try to go before 2pm though.

Tío Tomate is a popular pizza place located by the sea in Maitencillo/Laguna, offering excellent views of the beach and sea. Despite being situated in an area not particularly known for its cuisine, this spot stands out for its delicious and affordable pizzas. Visitors praise the fast service, generous toppings, and friendly staff. However, some note that the menu changes frequently, so previous favorite pizzas may no longer be available.
Nice Pizza place with excelent view of the beach and sea. Fast, reasonable price (12eu each pizza), friendly staff, clean, etc. I highly recommend it!!!

Unfortunately this was probably the worst pizza experience that I have ever had, I cannot comment about the other food but I would definitely NOT 👎🏼 recommend the pizzas from this place. The location and ambient is great.
Chris Boudet — Google review
Excellent pizza place. Even more noteworthy this is located by the sea in Maitencillo/Laguna which is certainly not famous by its cuisine. Unfortunately they use to change the carta and you can't longer get the pizza you might have feel in love in your last visit.

At Donde Gastón, you can expect to indulge in delicious cuisine served in generous portions. While prices may lean towards the higher end, the quality of both the food and service is truly exceptional.
Good food, expensive but size plates and service are excellent...

Nice, but far too expensive for what it is. Got the Reineta Insignia which was tasty in an abundant and good sauce based on capers, but with Reineta, which is a cheap fish in Chile. For 14000 pesos it was quite too much. Side portions are large and can be shared between two. Chairs are uncomfortable too.
Rafael — Google review
Service was attentive, however, food was terrible. Locos were extremely tough, caldillo flavorless and fried fish was reheated so not crispy at all. I would never recommend this place.

Experience the breathtaking scenery and indulge in refreshing Pisco at Restaurante Los Coirones. The friendly and relaxed staff, while not hurried, are attentive and charming. Although the food is average, it's advisable to order dishes separately as the main course lacks accompaniments. However, a small carrot + lemon garnish adds a delightful touch of flavor. What truly sets this restaurant apart is the serene beach setting where patrons can peacefully unwind amongst pleasant company.
Go for the view. And the Pisco. And pleasant laid back staff. They don’t run, but they are responsive and sweet. The food is ok, but it is necessary to order piece by piece, because you get nothing with the main course. Nothing. (except a little carrot + lemon garnish, jaja!) But it is so pleasant to be able to sit and enjoy a quiet beach with nice people all around. Go for the calm.

Food not good, fish was frozen. You must eat if you wanna have a drink. What a shame beautiful view
Tomas Ramella — Google review
The only good thing is the view, terrible food and overpriced. If you just want to have a drink you can’t, they make you buy food.

La Choca is a fantastic restaurant with delectable cuisine and superb beverages. It is a must-visit destination, offering exquisite food at reasonable prices. The service is fast, friendly, and attentive. The ambiance is delightful and the food itself is incredibly delicious. The vegetarian sandwich is both substantial and flavorful, while the Chupe de jaiba stands out for its exceptional taste. Although prices may be slightly higher compared to other establishments in Laguna, the quality of the food justifies the cost.
(Translated by Google) Very rich environment. The food is also very rich. I recommend the place. (Original) Muy rico ambiente. La comida también muy rica. Recomiendo el lugar.

The vegetarian sandwich was massive and tasty. Chupe de jaiba was very good too. Prices are a bit high for the area of Laguna, but the food was good.

(Translated by Google) Ideal place in La Laguna, options for sandwiches and food, with a relaxed and pleasant atmosphere (good music). The service is relaxed and attentive, and the dishes don't take long to come out. As for the food, it is very good, however, I do not kill myself. Meal 1.- Fish Sandwich Rich, but the fish lacked a seasoning that would give it a 5, and about 1 more minute of frying to give it more crust, the sauce was good, rich bread, it lacked more onion and it would have closed me better. The flavor as a whole is 4.5, it lacks rich but smooth. Meal 2.- Crab Suck It was quite tasty, although it needed something more to give it a 5, the coconut is not so noticeable In summary, it is logical that the place is always full, a good atmosphere, food and service, and more affordable prices than its most obvious competition (two salmon).

Good: hake sandwich, nice bathrooms, good service. More or less: cheescake (Original) Mal: el pisco sour con sabor a alcohol (pedimos arreglarlo y seguía malo) los camarones thai sin sabor, el chupe acuoso y precios altos.
