One of the best bars in town, the food (including free tapas) is more elaborate and tasty than the local average. Good selection of wines. It is quite small so pretty crowded in the winter when there's no seating outside, but good vibe nevertheless.

Normally go in most Saturdays for Bacon and eggs with a friend. Last week the cost for 2 bacon and eggs was 10euro. Today it was 17euros. 70% increase in a week. Wow. The guy behind the bar was miserable. I had to leave the money on the bar as he walked away from me. The girl waitresses were pleasant and helpful as usual. Disappointed. Never had a problem in there before.

Wednesday lunchtime, reserved table for a friends 65th birthday. Very busy and nicely decorated, staff initially attentive and broght drinks promptly as we awaited all the attendees. Bar area buzzing and the front part of the restaurant was fairly full. I had very nice andalucian salmorejo but there were 2 odd bits of bone in it, other orders included macaroni bolognese which wasn't that hot but very large. I followed with escalope which was nice looking but totally dried out, the dogs enjoyed a treat when we got home. Prices were good but service went a bit odd half way through as they were serving 2nd course before they cleared the first course empty plates. Overall a mixed experience, not sure we will be repeating as the staff did seem a bit overwhelmed.

Really really enjoyed this place. Went on a Saturday night. Had to eat inside due to how busy it was, but wasn't a problem. The food was lovely. We had several dishes between us all, each was fantastic. But more importantly was the service. We were greeted from start to finish with a smile from the young lady who was to be our waitress. Lovely meal all 3 of us had. Got there just after 8.00pm so had to wait a little while for the chef to arrive, but it was worth the wait. I'd a lovely entrecote dish, cooked to perfection. We also had a spaghetti dish with prawns which was unbelievable value for money. And the 3rd dish was a beef dish with cheese over the top. Will definitely be going back again, soon. Went back a few days later for evening meal. This time there was 4 of us. And we where met with the same level of professional service and humour from the owner. The food was again perfect. Will definitely be back again

Truly just about the best meal I've had in this part of Spain. We had a fantastic night and the atmosphere and service were wonderful. We will return very soon. Highly recommended.

Excellent freshly cooked Italian food. The owners and staff always go over and above to give their guests a 5-star experience. We eat here with our family every time we are in the area. We have 3 small children and are always made to feel welcome and catered for.
