The vibe of this restaurant was absolutely amazing and the service was too tier! The waitress was very kind and enjoyed chatting with us . I decided to order the chicken waffles and they were mind blowing everything about it was amazing and it was cooked to perfection. I also tried the summer lemonade which was quite frankly one of the best lemonades I have ever tasted. Will be coming back many many more times 😁😁😁

Carpaccio with bread and draft beer was amazing! Would highly recommend! Nice pizza dough but portion is kinda small. Still tasty. Caesar salad on point! Wasn’t really a fan of a pasta tho.

The food (steak) was cooked to perfection. The portion size of the meal was good. Service was great. Atmosphere the restaurant was very quiet and relaxed.

We found seats outside on a very beautiful sunny Tuesday, service was amazing, very kind, fast and always available. We had coffee and brunch. The coffee selection is very nice and Freddo espresso was well prepared. The brunch was amazing! Excellent piece of meat on the steak and eggs, great fries and pesto sauce! A very good dish! Additionally the burger was very tasty, high quality meat paired with very nice sauce and fresh ingredients! A very good experience!

First time after hearing good things about it. The decoration takes you places. Nice cosy atmosphere with good food and nice service. No big smiles or anything, but fast. Didn't allow us to chose another table (that was available & exactly the same size as ours-made us feel alittle second class clients) but we can live with it! Food was good, I was expecting more omelet options for a famous branch place that it is. Also(&since I saw many foreign customers) may I humbly suggest a glutten free bread/bun-if possible ofcourse. All in all a very good experience.

An excellent breakfast/ brunch spot in Halandri! Sweet staff, cute decor and a menu that you simply can't decide what to get, so we will be back to try the rest. Got the egg white omelette and the truffle eggs benedict. Also got a fresh pressed juice with watermelon which was perfectly refreshing on such a hot summer morning.

Same exceptional quality as the first day it opened in 2015. One of the finest establishments for brunch in Athens. Make a reservation if you are visiting to avoid waiting times.

I love everything about Penny Lane, the food, the vibes, and above all the smiles of the waitresses and their flawless and quick service . We just keep coming here every time we are in Chalandri. They have an amazing brunch menu. Their desserts are so worth it. I highly recommend this place.

A friend suggested this place for its brownie and we decided to give it a try. Absolutely amazing. We loved the place and the brownie. It was something different. Plenty of ice cream, with the base to be on the same time hot and crunchy. It was served with a mouse of pistachio which was incredibly good. Really happy that visited and tasted this dish.

What a great space…the waffles and chicken and monte cristo were yummyliciousness! The vibe was relaxed and chill and dog friendly❤️

Happy with the food and services every time we come. They recently updated their menu. My precious favorite dish chicken Bao Bun is no longer on the menu, so we had chicken meatballs with guacamole on brioche bun. It was pretty good. Hamburger and thin fries are always good here. Maple pancake is so so, the batter could be fluffier. Price is very good for the quality of food you get.

Service is fast even in crowdy environment, the brunch is tasty (not very large amount of food in the dish) and you pay for what you get, regarding the quality and the amount. The decoration reminds of a nice yard and you feel quite comfortable! I would love to visit it again in the night to have myself a cocktail. Bathrooms are clean and they are get cleaned occasionally during the day. Well done everyone!

They told us we could sit on a table only up to a specific time. Due to the fact we would not like to have a time limit we decided to move to a table that was directly under the sun light (41 Celsius btw). After 5 min they gave the table to another company of people. When I asked to speak with the manager the manager kept repeating that he never stated that we could not sit there. For the managerial aspect was terrible positioning showing that he would not even care to listen to our "complaint" (feedback) I would say. On the other hand the waiter was very polite and expressed to his manager that this is not fair with an eye signal. The manager was really bad.

I would like recommend this place to have a coffee and Relax, however we avoid to take something to eat because it was pricy.

We were positively surprised by the quality, portions and taste of the food. Sweets were also amazing. The outdoor space is a gem in the heart of Chalandri but during sunny days tough to find a place to sit. Indoors it's good as well but tends to be a gas chamber due to the insufficient air conditioning circulation and of course the bad habit of Greek smoking. Staff very polite and swift.

Great atmosphere and service. The music on Saturdays is fire. The only problem for me was the fact that the coffee was a bit watery.

Service could be better- took little longer than expected to order. Indeed the order was prepared veru quickly. On the other hand, we wanted to order something extra again until the waitress came (whilst waving her and speaking her) she kept 2x times saying "I'll be right back ".. Maybe hiring extra personnel on weekends will help.

Loved it here.. From the entrance to the entrance ambience. Staff was very nice checked with me often to make sure I was OK and had everything I needed. The good was EXCELLENT!! 10 stars

The staff need to be more careful when referring to the customers and their requests. Vulgar language was used when referring to someone in my party because of a simple request. The servers asked us "not to make a big deal out of it".

We placed a simple order of a salad and two main dishes on a fairly busy Sunday afternoon. After a long 45-minute wait, with no food and no explanation of the delay, we asked for our order to be packaged for takeaway. It took another 15 minutes for our meals to be ready. We were given a generous 40% discount and sincere apologies for the delay. I get it, things like these happen. I wouldn’t have been posting this review if our order was correct. I got home to see that our salad was missing. Also, our order of chicken was not 180 grams, as we were told, but 120. Essentially, there was no discount. The place has a good atmosphere and friendly staff. Prices are on the expensive side but it makes sense, the dishes are interesting and tasty. Just be equipped with patience on a busy day.

Nice bar for after office drinks and not only. Visited again on a Sunday for lunch. nice atmosphere. Food was good but nothing special. Salad was delicious. In general Quite pricey. The impressive was the price of sparkling water, 7 euro the water and 8 euro a dish with eggs… Anyway nice to have a coffee or a drink.

A nice place very near a main street in Athens with a lot of traffic. Limited selection for food. But it tasted really good! Strangely indifferent behaviour was giving a not very welcoming feeling.

Food is okay, nothing special. Setting is pleasant as well. Pricey menu relative to what it offers. The main though problem is the attitude. I had made a reservation for indoors but somehow we ended up eating outdoors (although it was almost empty inside!). We asked for a change in the sides because of an allergy and we were told that the plates are prepared and no change can be done unless there is an allergy… The issues here: are the dishes prepared and charged so high? If they is an allergy and we say it, then why things cannot change? By the way the change was super simple and we did it ourselves “manually”. It just felt that they did not want to accommodate any request. Everything happened btw in a very polite and smooth way.

I strongly recommend it for coffee, cocktails & foods... One of the best yards in Athens...

2 stars for the sympathic staff, for the rest it doesn't worth one star. The place is nice BUT it smells very bad cigarette. Despite it's an open space, it's possible to place smoking people in a corner ! 6 euros for 0.3 l, beer, it's more expensive that Kifisia. We were placed with view of the warehouse and the smells of garbage. The music is too much loud !!!

I'm a firm believer in supporting local businesses and was looking forward to trying out this all-day bar restaurant in my neighborhood. Unfortunately, my experience last night was underwhelming, earning an overall 2-star rating from me. We arrived at 9pm to find the place oddly empty. We chose to sit outside to escape the blaring music indoors, hoping for a more conducive environment for conversation. The night was chilly, and even though heaters were present, none were operating near us. When we requested to have one moved closer, the staff declined, which came off as unfriendly and unaccommodating. The limited menu compounded the disappointment. After running a significant distance earlier in the day, I was in dire need of a substantial meal. The absence of starches on the menu was a shock, with the only option being a dish with 'nduja, an ingredient I find too pungent for my taste, making it an unsuitable pairing with seafood in my opinion. Our orders were a mixed bag. The soup of the day was excessively rich and heavy, not the comforting dish I'd hoped for after my run. The burrata salad was passable, though it lacked the freshness and creaminess one would expect. The fish fillet, served over puree in a deep dish, was decent, though the presentation left something to be desired. The situation with the finger food menu was particularly frustrating. Initially barred from ordering from it outside, I saw others around us being served items from that very menu. After some back and forth, I was grudgingly served the pinsa I hadn't been allowed to order initially, which arrived greasy and seemed to be given in a tone of concession rather than hospitality. In a city with a plethora of dining options, especially in the 40+€ per person range and within a short distance, the service and quality here fell short. Despite its proximity to my home, I now understand why it had never been on my radar before. It's a shame, but I will be opting for other venues in the future.

Order the Tagliata, Seabass and Linguine. The Linguine would have been perfect if it was less salty. The rest are okay.

Food's quality was great, although the pricing was totally off if we account for service. The staff didn't seem to care at all about us (probably because we were very young compared to other customers - totally unacceptable). Can't get over the fact that you server 50euro plates and don't even bother asking the client if everything was alright. I also wouldn't call the atmosphere excellent or premium, you can find much better value for your money on other places in the city.

The food was very taste but the portion was too small than the normal, especially compared to the kind of high prize.

Perfect pub in the center of Chalandri area. They actually have their own brewery with some unique beers. Lager, IPA, Pilsner and Weiss are some of the choices. Great food as well if you would like something to eat. One of the best pubs the city has to offer.

Amaizing beer from a local brewery! It is in the area of Chalandri, it is not in the central market but very close and it is an absolute pleasure to try their own local brewery brand "Anastasiou" Everyone is super friendly and helpful, the beer is worth it and the atmosphere is top notch! You will enjoy it

The atmosphere is truly amazing, room for indoor and plenty of outdoor seating, looks and feels so genuine it's truly great. Prices are good and the staff knows how to pour a good beer! In house brewery also.

Cozy, friendly, with tasty brewed beer

We visited this steakhouse for the first time and we were seated in the garden. Nothing special it looked very dated the outside area. The service was very professional and our server was extremely polite, attentive and helpful with recommendations. Our main course was well cooked and seasoned just the right way. However our side orders the rice and the mashed potatoes where not tasty. The meat however was very good!

We went on Easter Sunday and left completely happy. The quality was top notch, lots to choose from, fast service with a smile and at the end I was happily surprised by the bill. Paid 26 euros per person and got a main course each, salad, 2 portions of chips, sausage, liver, fried zuccinies, tzatziki, beers and cokes. The black Angus burger was very nice, loved the pork loin too. All good in total, we will be back.

Great meat (Lomo). Tasty and soft. Good atmosphere. Professional waitresses. We liked it a lot!

We went here our last night in Athens. It's in a cute area but it can take a minute to get there with traffic. The atmosphere is super cute outside on the patio, which is huge. Service was also great and we enjoyed our time there. The food, however, fell short of being great. Here's what was good: empanadas, Mediterranean salad, spring toro and mushrooms. The Lomo enterero was solid but if you've ever had a steak in Texas, this falls short of great. We also had the pasta with mushrooms that I would not recommend.

The meat was cooked as requested and tasty. However the sides need more work. The fries and vegetables need to be perfect and they were just OK as was the salad. Prices were great. People complaining about the prices have never purchased that quality of meat from a butcher and don't know the prices.

Very nice atmosphere and good service. Unfortunately, the food was a bit too salted. But the meat was really nice a land was good as well.
