This charming creperie offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The menu boasts delectable options such as St Jacques Tariquet and La Benodetoise paired with refreshing cider. The staff is lovely, helpful, and friendly, providing excellent service. It is advisable to make a reservation as they don't open until 19:00. On two separate visits, five different crepes were savored, each one proving to be exceptional.
Busy place with queue people sanding outside. This guarantees that food there is nice. And it was. I had best crepes in my life, served by fantastic customer service, who could speak both languages. Worth every single penny I’ve spent there. 5 stars from me.

By sheer luck we got one of the available tables. Within 10 minutes of opening the restaurant was completely full, so reservations are advised. I opted for the Le Glenan (salmon and leeks in cream), with Britt Blanche beer and Pomme rissoles with whipped cream, caramel and vanilla ice-cream for dessert. Both delicious! Service was fast and the staff spoke perfect English and were all easy-going. Don’t hesitate to go here!

Delightful creperie with impeccable service. I love the porcelain dishes and the cider is divine. We ate there twice on our 1 week holiday and the server remembered us and our order!! Make sure to reserve bc it is packed every night.

Such a warm welcome to this very delightful creperie and we relaxed due to the atmosphere which suggests “”you will enjoy your meal””. We ordered ..St Jacques Tariquet and La Benodetoise with cider..A very tasty meal..

My favourite crêperie in Pays Glazik...The owner's Mum ensures the pâte à crêpes is always top-notch and the service is always impeccable. Try the ' froment pommes rissolées' for an amazing treat. Year in, year out, this place keeps on delivering...

Lovely, helpful, friendly staff and good service. Would thoroughly recommend. They don't open till 19.00 and a lot of the time you will have to book to be sure of a table.

Restaurant
Le Café Foutu offers a menu centered around seafood, complemented by housemade desserts, in a sleek setting that includes a wine cellar. The dinner experience is satisfying for two people, with reasonably portioned dishes that allow for enjoying every bite. The tuna stands out as particularly delicious, with a well-balanced spicy sauce adding to its flavor without overpowering it. The staff is friendly and accommodating, making the dining experience enjoyable.
We ate there for dinner, two people. We took the main menu (≈30€/person) and a half bottle of wine. The food was very good, with portions that aren't too big so we could enjoy all of it. I got the tuna and it was very good, with the sauce just the right amount of spicy to be tasty and not overpowering. The staff was very nice and friendly. I would suggest sitting inside even if you feel it's still warm as there might be some really cold wind. We'd definitely go again!

Great seafood and fish. The seafood platter could have been a bit more copious but it was reasonably priced and there was a crab. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful. The service was a bit slow but not too bad. Lacked in desserts.

Some good some bad. Good foie gras and good cesar salad. Grilled fish with parmesan crust way over cooked and dry. Piece of paper floating in my expresso Disappointing

Great quality food but main course quite small. Go for the 3 course deal or you probably won't be full.

Looks out over the estuary. A great atmosphere and great service. The food was very good indeed. Excellent quality beautifully cooked and presented. The prices are not cheap but for a special evening out it was perfect.

The food is absolutely delicious, especially the Palourdes. The service is perfect and more then very friendly :) And the location has a beautiful view on the river Odet when you‘re sitting on the terrace and a very stylish design on the inside.🤩 I can really recommend it 😁

A good restaurant but an unfortunate attitude to walk-ins. We were given poor table and service which prevented us from using this restaurant again during our stay in Benodet. This is a shame because despite the elevated prices, it is a good place to eat.

For a romantic dinner in front of the sea...super friendly waiter in a 'chic' atmosphere...unforgettable...

Beautiful place in front of Sainte Marine. Location and environment are perfect. The food is extremely fresh and well done. It is a beautiful place to escape a little bit of reality. Very affordable. And the people have been extremely nice.

Our 6th visit in 7 years. Still amazing food and a great host. If you are in town don't miss it. Note - you need to call to reserve a table

Great food menu, great wine list, great views and helpful, friendly staff. A little above average in terms of price but you get better than average service. Definitely recommended for a visit!

Le Transat is an exceptional dining establishment that offers a wide range of delectable dishes. While the restaurant specializes in fresh and flavorful seafood, they also cater to non-seafood enthusiasts with their extensive selection of steaks and burgers. Additionally, they provide a delightful kids menu comprising a main course, beverage, and dessert for just 11 units of currency. The appetizer options include a sumptuous seafood soup akin to a delightful tomato bisque.
Food was very well presented and the children loved the fish and chips. Good service.
Keith McNamara — Google review
Wow a must try! Fresh and tasty seafood but for the non seafood likers there is a huge variety of meals like steak and burgers. Kids menu for 11€ which includes a main, drink and dessert. I had the seafood soup for my entree which was like a beautiful seafood tomato bisque. For my.mains I had half a crab and 5 oysters. The staff spoke English and were very helpful. At one point I was having problems opening.the crab legs, the waitress came over to offer her help! The restaurant is situated opposite the whalf where.there is a massive car park. Very clean toilets.Would definitely recommend going to Le Transat!

Great food and wine in a nice setting over looking l'Odet river.
Martin Butler — Google review
There is plenty of parking if you come by car. A warm, friendly welcome awaits you from the team at Le Transat. Good choice of drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic, plus a cocktail menu too! We visited in March and had to sit inside - not warm enough to be outside! If you decide to eat here, it is best to make a reservation as it is very popular. The food is delicious.
David Budge — Google review
Well somehow dissapointed. Had diner with our family Menu A 2 times and for the children fish & chips. Quality of the food is ok but portions are small. Main dish was the monkfish which was oke but the garnish was tiny. Dessert was excellent, but all in all way to expensive. Service did their best but forgot a 2nd round of Chardonnay which we had to cancel and luckily did nkt showed up the bill. I would not reccomend the menu's but dessert instead. Boost up your portions and people will be more happier to pay 150 euros.
Jorn Renema — Google review
Only stopped for a quick drink on a very hot day. Staff very friendly and the food looked excellent. Nice to see places using locally sourced ingredients even the cola was local and just as good as the real thing
Chris moore — Google review
The food was subpar probably frozen and definitely not what you would expect from a restaurant in France at these prices. If you walk two minutes from there you can go to l’Alhambra a much better and classier restaurant with excellent food and service with an amazing view of the ocean. The service here was disorganized, everything in our order was wrong. The waitresses were rude and confrontational. When we expressed our concerns to the owner he did not seem to care either. This place is a joke.
Armelle Karimi — Google review
The location is great but the service is awful. 30 minutes for two beers, how is it possible? Not possible to order a second round, staff is unfriendly . Terrible organisation, the management is not skilled enough to run this bar restaurant. AVOID!
Michael — Google review
The place was fantastic! The food was amazing and the staff were very freindly.

Restaurant
L'hémisphère is a great place to eat, with delicious food and excellent service. The restaurant has a vintage vibe, but offers modern menus that are perfect for seafood lovers. The owner Sebastien is a very polite and sympathetic person, and the whole atmosphere of the restaurant is wonderful.
Great food, great people, great service! I love the quote on the menu “we don’t serve fast food but good food as fast as we can” and that truly sums it up. The owner Sébastien is a doll, we come to Bénodet regularly to visit our grandmother and she has a strong affinity for Seb! He is such a gentleman. Vintage vibe with a modern menu, it’s a bijou in Benodet, anything fish related on the menu is highly recommended 🙏

Outstandingly good food and very friendly staff make this place a must for any food-loving visitor to Bénodet. "Le tigre qui pleure" ("the crying tiger") is the restaurant's beef-based signature dish. Being probably unique in preparation, it is one of those dishes on which you will not want to miss out.

The food was inspired, fresh and tasteful. The incredibly warm and friendly servers made our dinner an unusually pleasant experience. If you go to Benodet, you should eat here!
