My mother and I stopped in for an impromptu dinner to which we were promptly seated by who I assume was the manager. Everything started great but quickly went down hill, from the service to the food. First we weren’t sure who our server was and he never formally introduced himself as our server to the table…I still do not know what his name is. We put in our order of appetizers, salad (to share), and main (to share). Our appetizers were not great, specifically the scallops and pork belly, the pork belly tasted as if it had been cooked hours earlier then left sitting out until it was time to plate, and our salad course was completely forgotten! It was only when I asked about it did our server realize/apologize. Our main was the Tomahawk steak which was meant to share…as someone who has eaten cuisine around the world specifically in places like Buenos Aires, this was prepared very poorly and honestly didn’t taste very high quality. To make up for for the missed salad course we ordered desert, I had the molten chocolate cake which I had to send back twice due to the center being cold, my mother liked her Apple dessert okay, she didn’t love the chocolate crumble that garnished the ice cream. I would NOT recommend this place at all, while the manager did remove the dessert there was just ultimately too much wrong with the experience for the price. There are far better options on the island!

Great service. We were able to order off the Port o Call menu and the Pearl Sushi restaurant (upstairs and also delicious) on the same check. Best food we’ve had in Bermuda and possibly the best cheesecake I’ve ever had.

Delicious food. Great service. Highly recommend the cheesecake and the cocktail Corrupted is a surprisingly sweet and zesty drink you must try. Steak frites is a great bar menu option that is delicious and yet fulling without having to sit in the dining area. The parmasean truffle fries are another great bar snack

The best sushi restaurant in Hamilton!! My husband and I were on vacation visiting from Boston, and we sat on the upstairs patio for dinner and a beautiful view of the sunset! I was craving sushi and my husband was craving steak, we came to the right place! The manager Mihai was really helpful recommending from the menu and checking in on us! Very friendly and fun atmosphere! We had scallops, fish, steak, and the sushi platter! Dinner & cocktails were delicious, and then we had the popular cheesecake for desert!!! Definitely going to come back for another visit!! So good, Highly recommend!

Service was terrible, Food was mediocre, only part of the meal that was delicious was the cheesecake that was recommended by the general manager. Also the GM was a delight, compared to his staff who did not take our rink orders for 10 minutes and food came out cold. Other restaurants by this group such as Ruby Murry were a great experience but not Port O Call.

A fantastic meal! Calvina, our waitress was amazing both in service and in recommendations (and in personality!). The lamb, scallops, crudo, gnocchi, and cheesecake were out of this world. Run don’t walk here! Cocktails were also delicious.

A special occasion calls for a special restaurant. There's a lively atmosphere for larger parties, but it's still comfortable for couples having intimate dinners. The food was delicious and carefully presented (hence the pictures!). Service was attentive, professional yet friendly. I was pleased to find meatless options among the main courses without having to wrangle something with the server or ending up with a salad. Nicely generous portions, too. First time having dinner at Port O Call. What took us so long?

The highlight for me was the service. Bartenders were eager to please. Creating some awesome Bacardi drinks while teaching me about them. It was really cool!

The Jasmine Lounge has a great, cosy ambiance. There is something for everyone on the menu. The staff are friendly and attentive. There are a number of fun specialty cocktails to choose from also.

Limited selection but great food. The first time we sat outside which overlooked the pool. The food took a long time because our waiter lost our order. But when the food finally came out, it was hot and well prepared. The fish burger on brioche buns was very good as well as the french fries. Inside seating was very comfortable with cushions and sofa-like seats.

The food is ok but they have this amazing apple pie that I jokingly told my husband I would visit Bermuda just to have it. The warm apply pie wth the ice cream is amazing! My husband liked their flat pizza and my daughters ate the chicken fingers and banana split.

Recommended by Willowbank today to it’s guests like us noting that there was entertainment tonight. We were disappointed when we arrived to find out no music tonight . I had called the Hotel earlier and they confirmed music . We decided to still have dinner and Nahzjse placed us in a nice corner table .. too corner for Hazem our server who apparently had too many tables to serve as after the initial order forgot about us until I called Amitt who took care of us the rest of the evening. We enjoyed the guacamole and chips and coconut shrimp but the meatballs were disappointing . The crispy snapper was really good but they forgot to bring separate places. Thanks for Nahzjse taking our picture on our 43 Anniversary trip. She said music tomorrow but we will probably sample another restaurant in case they cancel entertainment again. Looks like a nice respite hotel .

We had a great time! We enjoyed the live band. Food was pretty good, but a pretty penny.

Sat down for an hour to have tea at the Jasmine and read a book. You can't beat this view of south shore! The "South P" -as locals call it- is well visited by Bermudians because it makes us feel like we are on vacation! The staff are so welcoming and not a single detail is forgotten with regards to the decor. Always a great experience.

On a rare, chilly, gloomy day in Bermuda Jasmine was the perfect cozy, comfort food venue. It recently had an interior refresh which looks good. We got a couch and table right next to the fireplace and ordered the Jasmine Signature Pizza. It was outstanding! Best pizza I’ve had in Bermuda — ever. Order it.

Nice atmosphere to work in or share a meal in! Warm and friendly staff! Delicious coffee with all the alternative milk options! Menu has a precise breakdown of food restrictions which is super helpful! Had the vegan banana pancakes and they were delicious!

Great spot, one of my favorites in Hamilton. So far I’ve only had their breakfast/brunch menu. But everything has been spectacular. All the options sound great and I plan to try more. One more, the place is smaller inside and can get rather busy, so reservations are recommended. I’ll definitely be back.

First time there. VERY good breakfast and pretty allergy friendly as well. The service, smoothies and coffee were all fantastic. Pretty small place, but intimate and spaced well for social distance safety. Outside dining was really nice!

Absolutely LOVE devils isle cafe. We’ve been to Bermuda twice and in my opinion it’s the only place you should be eating breakfast. I would come here every day of my vacation if possible and don’t forget to bring a bag of coffee home!

Excellent dinner! Great service. Tuna tartare Caprese salad for starters. Fish of the day and chicken piccata for mains. Everything was exceptional.

We loved our lunch at Devil’s Isle Cafe while visiting Bermuda! The food was fresh and flavorful (pumpkin focaccia was amazing) and it was the best latte I had on the island! Our waitress was funny and sweet and helped us with our selections. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend!

Totally disappointed by our burger take out and misleading information provided. Note sides are not included in burger price even if you are told they are, you will be charged extra. Burger bread was stale and hard to bite in. No arugula but spinach instead and a soggy side of truffle fries... neither of us liked anything we had tonight

Very fresh ingredients with a very lovely brunch menu. Hamburger has very fresh beef taste. Eggs Benedict had poached eggs cooked just right.

We ate here multiple times during our trip for breakfast, dinner, and drinks. Breakfast is good and the coffee is amazing. Dinner was also good. We really enjoyed the cocktail list. This turned out to be one of our favorite spots to eat during our trip.

An expensive spot, but WORTH IT. Great food and drinks. I had the nourish bowl with their lemon cashew dressing and my fiancé had the roast lamb sandwich on raisin bread. Both were absolutely delicious. The cold brew coffee old fashioned was well made in both taste and presentation! We didn’t have a reservation, so we had to sit at the bar, just as a heads up!

Cocktails are great! Enjoyed everyone of them. Food was mostly good. The dumplings were ehh. Crab cakes are good and the short rib is amazing. Seating is a bit cluttered and lighting is a little dim.

Possibly the best place we’ve eaten in Bermuda thus far. Highly recommend the Cajun burger and the ramen! Excellent little place.

Great coffee and a lovely spot for lunch. Walking in it was very busy and we had to wait for a seat, but the staff was very quick and accommodating. Huge cocktail menu as well.

We got this recommended to us by a local for breakfast and liked it so much we came back for a late lunch. But they serve breakfast thru dinner. Great food, beverages and cocktails. If you're in Hamilton give it a try. I know we will be back. And the Lamb Burger is to die for. Amazing.

This cafe was our safe space during a challenging vacation. We came here a few times and every single time the service, food and atmosphere was amazing. Thank you Denise and Maks! They made us feel so taken care of. Everything we ordered was absolutely delicious, like a home-cooked gourmet meal. We had breakfast, lunch and dinner once each during our visit and each menu had great options. I have a lot of food allergies and restrictions (dairy, gluten, sesame, poppy, nuts, shellfish) and they were able to accommodate everything. Thank you for helping us make our trip significantly better.

Amazing place/staff/food! Plenty of choices for everyone! I find it awesome how attentive and knowledgeable the staff persons are. They were able to answer any question about the menu and its ingredients without hesitation! The food was great! I had the crushed avocado with egg on the side. It was great! Prices were very reasonable! I’m definitely coming back!

Ordered white fish sandwich which was good. But the wahoo sandwich with rasin bread was too sweet and a cheese burger raw in the middle. Thank god I looked when I was eating it.

Wow. We braved a rainstorm to get to Art Mel’s given the rave reviews about their Fish Sandwich. Art Mel’s does not disappoint. With friendly service and generous portions, one sandwich was perfect for the two of us. Make sure you get coleslaw on the sandwich with the raisin bread. Place is cash only and standing room only. Parking is out front on the street. A phenomenal Bermuda experience. I can’t have a fish sandwich from anywhere else.

A hidden gem. The way I was greeted and treated at Art Mel’s immediately won me over. They took hospitality to a new level on my trip to Bermuda, and I will be forever grateful. On top of that, the fish sandwich was extremely satisfying. Experiences like this are hard to come by in life. Don’t miss this opportunity.

Tiny little place in Hamilton that is worth seeking out. We walked here from the ferry, but I don’t recommend doing that. We took a taxi back! Amazing fried fish sandwich served on homemade raisin bread. I know what you’re thinking—raisin bread?? This raisin bread was fantastic! It really enhanced the flavor of this extremely large, fresh fish sandwich. Service was top notch and the staff was sincere and friendly. Can’t wait to go back!

Best fish sandwich I’ve ever had. Definitely a must try when visiting Bermuda!

My husband and I spent time walking around Hamilton on our recent visit to Bermuda. We tend to go off the beaten path to find the best of what each city or town offers. In this case, it was this local place and it’s fried fish sandwich on cinnamon raisin bread. We met a lovely woman on our way in and my husband struck up a conversation with her. She introduced us to the other lovely women who create this wondrous thing behind the scenes. Hubby then realized he had no cash to pay for our sandwich, and lovely woman #1, whose name escapes me, paid for us to have an incredible experience. We could not thank her enough. She even refused to allow us to send her money. She was a good soul. But, I digress. We walked hurriedly to a nearby bus stop to get back to town, and found a park bench where we ate one of the most delicious sandwiches of our lives. The number of birds who suddenly surrounded us were apparently all too familiar with this sandwich. We at first didn’t want to share; however, the beauty of the park, the birds, and the incredibly kind “island way” made us want to share in the sheer delight of it all Go. Soon. Hands down the best fish sandwich in Bermuda! We also tried another sandwich in town that people had suggested, but it was nothing compared to this. My friend & I shared 1 sandwich. We got it all dressed with LT + onions w/Hotsauce. I'm allergic to fish & I gobbled it up. It was so worth the aftermath! 🤣 11/10 recommend! It was delicious

Art Mels makes THEE absolute, best fish sandwich on the island of Bermuda. I like mine with coleslaw, tarter sauce, and hot sauce on raisun bread. The portion size is huge, so bring your appetite with you. (Just so you know, it's cash and carry.)😋

Went to get the “best fish sandwich” on the island…. It was not. No one greeted us as we entered. Shop was empty. One person in back finally came out and asked what we wanted after we greeted her with a good afternoon. We ordered the fish sandwich and fries. The drink fridge in front area was empty. After about 20 minute wait we received our sandwiches. Fish was fishy (not fresh), was not abundant like other reviews and pictures, fries were limp and not crispy. Overall not worth the wait!!!

One of the best sandwiches I've ever had in my life, anywhere on this planet. You can't go to Bermuda and not pop in here for a carryout lunch. Cash only, no tables, so plan to eat in your car, eat standing talking to the locals or the awesome people behind the counter if it's not too busy... Or carry out over to the Crystal Caves or back to the beach or a bench in Hamilton. The sandwich is perfectly fried fish, not greasy, lovely and moist with a crispy batter. Served on excellent locally-made raisin bread, you've got to have it with all the trimmings, including hot sauce. Their fries are good too, but I usually don't have room for them. Wash it all down with a cold ginger beer and you have the quintessential Bermuda lunch.

Now, THAT'S A PROPER FISH SANDWICH!! Nothing fancy, a fresh made coleslaw, fresh baked raisin bread from a local bakery, fresh made tartar sauce, and of course, freshly cooked fillet of FRESH FISH! A true hidden gem in the wonderful island of Bermuda. Keep up the great work and continue serving your wonderful and tasty food!!

Had to get the world famous fish sandwich!! Did not disappoint! Get it traditional, on raisin bread, slaw and hot sauce on the side! One sandwich fed my my girlfriend and I! It’s huge!! Worth the trip!

Food solid as usual but place is tired, peaked a dozen years back maybe? Needs face lift. Do like all their establishments under their umbrella.

So great to see this place still open, after visiting a few times between 2010-2015. Wonderful food, with a really cool selection of fish. The atmosphere is very dark and cozy. I have been to Bermuda 4 times, and have tried to stop here every time. Absolutely phenomenal.

Absolutely exceptional seafood with a lot of choice on the menu. The wine selection was also pretty impressive and varied. There wasn’t anything we had that we didn’t absolutely love and to top it all off the team running the restaurant were so lovely to chat to. Definitely worth a visit!!!

Against my wishes, we came here for Valentines dinner. We haven’t had great luck the past 3 times, but my husband believes in giving chances. I feel like the menu is not for everyone. There isn’t much to choose from. It’s very expensive and the food is basic. We both got the steak, which I cannot understand why fancy places will only have a New York Strip or Sirloin on the menu. To me those are not fancy cuts of meat. I am very plain so I got the steak with just fries. My husband got the steak exactly how it came and yet they charged us the same price. My husband’s appetizer was soo small it did not do anything for him. The dessert menu is also small and doesn’t have a variety.

Dining with friends is always a joy, but when you dine at a place where the food is delicious the service excellent and the atmosphere comfortable it make the food that more delicious and the experience more memorable.

Excellent service and wondeful food. Ambience was very nice. All 6 of us moved our food. Especially enjoyed our server, Olga, who was fantastic.
