Extremely disappointed dinner reservation for first time visitors. Went for dinner tonight with the family and was seated quickly which was nice reserved a table for 19h30 all seemed well. We took our time to order since everything on the menu seemed amazing. Waitress started to take our order then seemed distracted half way through then just walked off unannounced then 5 mins later a young guy arrived who didn’t know about matching wine to meals when asked instead just replied, well it depends what you like so I just ordered a basic white which arrived warm. :( Food arrived relatively quickly which was great but half the meal was missing from my step fathers plate and then another 10 mins later the rest showed up. Meats and potatoes for the cheese I would say would be quite vital arriving at the same time. I asked for my steak to be rare but arrived medium- well and told the waiter who took my plate away to the kitchen to the chef for it to be resolved only for him/her making a slice in the meat and replying it’s cooked this way which didn’t resolve the issue at all. So I didn’t eat it since it was dry and over cooked to my liking. Only rating a one star from my own experience since I still ate the chips and salad which arrived and at a basic level of cooking was standard. All in all we won’t be back for a second time as this first experience has left us all unsatisfied and disappointed. Management when paying the bill was apologetic and atleast that mildly saved the evening. Not happy experience at all.
