Beautiful dining alfresco experience The service was top notch. Had a fantastic time sitting outside and wasting the night away. Such a beautiful atmosphere to eat with friends and family. They made a show of cooking some pasta with vodka on a parmesan cheese wheel and lit it on fire. Definitely recommend this place for anyone vacation in the area.

We wanted to taste it because one friend was enthusiastic about Ficarigna. We had to travel 50 km to arrive, it was crowded with many families . Service rapid, inside almost dark and quite fresh. Food was excellent though!

My husband and I had dinner at this wonderful place last night. The place was busy,even with struggle they found us a table. We were delighted from their dishes,every bite was so satisfying! we been served from several happy members of staff which were all very professional. The Martinucci barrista recommended this place for lunch, luckily for us. The friendly and English speaking owner greeted us immediately upon entering the cute restaurant with nice views into the countryside with delightful food smells emanating from the kitchen.. Take my advice and swap the normal pepper, eggplant, etc. side from fresh chicory if it's in season. A decent negroamaro/malvasia red wine washed down the tasty lunch. The house fennel amaro was too sweet for us, but would happily satisfy most diners sweet tooth. We'd return in a heartbeat.

I rarely ever leave bad reviews but I have never been so disappointed in a meal and service before. I ordered an octopus starter - it was so tough and rubbery I choked on it. Couldn't eat it at all. That can happen, and I let the waitress know - no apologies, and they made me pay full price for something I could not eat. Didn't offer an alternative, nothing. I had a main course - the meat was good, but it was supposed to come with caciocavallo podolico: that was missing. For £35 all I ate was stake and a salad (bit steep!). I was going to finish the bread as I was starving and even that was swiftly taken away before I could have it. Even though we had to wait one hour for a starter I couldn't eat and another 40 minutes for a main that wasn't complete. Absolutely disgraceful. There's countless of amazing restaurants in the area, do yourself a favour and avoid this one.
