My sister and I stayed here when we were touring through Europe and we were very impressed. The hospitality was wonderful, the food was excellent and we had a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Wonderful traditional Tyrolean hotel with popular restaurant. Family rooms have sperate kids room if you are lucky and are very spacious. Everything in perfect condition and impeccably clean. Restaurant has an extensive list of local and Austrian favourites, all perfectly prepared and in huge quantities.

Stayed here for a quick weekend trip during the summer. The room was perfect and affordable for a single traveler. The staff were super friendly and spoke English. The restaurant on site has one of the best meals I've had so far in Europe. They served fresh local dishes.

Its always a pleasure to dine there. The menu has a huge variety of dishes. You can get traditional Tyrolian and Austrian as well as international dishes. I visit the place frequently for its quality food. A clear recommendation. If you are there try the Orange Coconut Ginger soup ... my absolute favourite starter

Our family spent 1 night at Aplenhotel Ernberg in late December. The restaurant is wonderful!! Best meal of our entire trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed having a bathtub! The WiFi worked well in the entry vestibule of our room but did not work very well in the room itself. The room had a comfortable chair, so my husband just moved that to the vestibule of our room when he needed to work for a bit using WiFi. We will be back!

They don't have rooms. The diner meal was presented very nicely, but the venison meat didn't taste like anything. Big disappointment 😞. And they served my dessert without any spoon or fork and let me wait a long time.

Food & service was excellent! The restaurant has a authentic/rustic vibe. Would go again on my next trip.

We hear about this restaurant on Google before we came to Ruette for a weekend stay. The food was so fabulous on the first day, we went back the next!! The food is fresh and delightful. It is gourmet cooking. I recommend this to any foodies out there, it is more than worth your time to stop and have a great meal. We will vome back for sure when we visit again, which i hope is soon.

Super lovely place! We stopped on the way from Italy to Germany and I had the vegan Gemüsegröstl and it was sooooooo tasty !!! very big portion and very well seasoned, lovely service and we even saw cute horses nearby :)

Rude, arrogant, aggressive, and disrespectful. We went in to first use the restrooms, which we asked for, and they directed us to the location. Then we went back to the car to grab something, and some aggressive man from the place asked if we liked the restrooms. I replied that they were excellent. Then he asked if we would walk into someone’s house to use their restroom without asking, to which I replied “Of course not”. Then he suggested we owed them money for using the toilet, and seemed like the next thing he would do would hit myself or my girlfriend or our vehicle. I gave him a €2 coin and left. Thankfully I will never need to stop here again, and neither should anyone.

Great place. Tasty food and nice atmosphere. On Sunday, when everything is closed around, that is a rescue place. Good for families with kids.

Ordinary Austrian restaurant without real highlights. I had a "Jaegerschnitzel" with Spaetzle. The flesh wasn't cooked very well and the sauce seemed to be bought from the supermarket and heated up just before serving. The Spaetzle were ok. The restaurant is clean although the furnishing and the lavatories need a renovation quite urgently. In summary, I wouldn't go there a second time.

Such a comfortable and welcoming stay, So accommodating and kind. The only downside is no food option because of Covid recovery. Drinks can be had in their adorable stube.

Great food, dog friendly, and good service!

A hidden gem nestled among the Austrian Alps. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is very welcoming, the fries and garlic mayo were sumptuous, and that burger (I had the chili cheese burger)... Ah, that burger! One of the best I've had in quite a long time. And you can ask anyone who knows me - I know my burgers. ;)

Hip restaurant with decent food hidden in a mostly sleepy town. Servers were a little inattentive (but this seems true all over Germany & Austria) but stepped in to help with all our questions. It’s a little pricier than we were expecting (mostly because sides are extra) but the potato fries were definitely worth it and the burgers were also excellent. Nutella crepe dessert for the win!

Top lounge bar in Reutte. Pleasent atmosphere, good music, tasty food. We were very positive surprised with this place in Reutte. Prices could be little lower.

We stopped here for a quick bite during our roadtrip. Looks great, the staff is good but the pizza's we ordered shouldn't be called a pizza. Dry,small and expensive for the location.

Ordered avocado burger, teriyaki chicken wrap and sweet potato fries. It took 30mins to get our food after we ordered which is way too long. The food was not great overall, burger was okayish slightly burnt, fries was really good. The biggest disappointment was the wrap which was full of sour red cabbage with tasteless chicken without any sign of teriyaki sauce. The price was definetly too high for the food (16 euro for a simple wrap without any side dish!)

We've had dinner here. The food was so so. Definitely not shabby but nothing special. Wrap was quite dry, The Novellis burger was quite standard. Staff was very friendly and service was fast. So probably a place if you want a fast, simple meal.
