Fantastic experience, amazing service and YES the food is to die for!

Been there solo for dinner and had an amazing evening with superb wine, really nice food and my book. One of the waitresses was incredibly kind and took her time to recommend a local red wine matching my food choices. The other one wasn't particularly friendly but neither unfriendly. I had the Tatar à la Chef (with burrata & truffles) which was a delight. Could have used a little more salt but maybe that's only my personal opinion. The truffled pasta was also quite nice but a little small for the price and my liking (although pasta isn't a main dish in Italy, which I'm perfectly aware of). Same with the home-made Tiramisu. Delicious but sadly too little. Otherwise it was a perfectly fine dinner and I can only recommend going there!

Even though it was already after hours, the host welcomed us with open arms and served us delicious coffee and pastries. The food was amazing and the views were incredible. I feel robbed! Food is absolutely average, and seemed microwaved, doesn't warrant the large price which isn't shown on the menu. €5 euros for a small bottle of beer. The worst part, €15 euros for a large plate of chips! The couple who run it seem lovely but we can't help feeling extorted. Absolutely avoid!

This simple but authentic restaurant has two things going for it: 1) it's situated between some wonderful hiking trails 2) it has access to local ingredients. Their meals are not complex but if you choose something with forest mushrooms or game, it's usually unusually fresh and tasty. It's also filling enough to keep you going during a hard hike. While the prices seem to displease locals, about 50 euros for a meal for two with wine, water, coffee and the works is pretty reasonable. It a good place for lunch between hikes or dinner after a hike. Quite busy during weekends.
