Saqqez is a city in the Central District of Saqqez County, Kurdistan province, Iran, serving as capital of both the county and the district. At the 2006 National Census, its population was 131,349 in 31,336 households. The following census in 2011 counted 139,738 people in 37,262 households. Wikipedia.
