I've not experienced all the shops but it is a very casual place. Also they have a good collection of shops at the food court. You'll theatre into this mall

Pathetic Service at Reliance Smart. Waiting over 15 mins for the guys to solve payment transaction of previous customer. Also, waiting while these people bill my stuff slower than a Tortoise

Extraordinary experience for everyone who goes for the first or the second time.You will become a regular customer.I m a movie fan and I had a beautiful experience every time.But food items and snacks,popcorn, or cold drinks were extremely overpriced. So please don't buy it unless you are extremely hungry.And ask for the price before buying anything. Every other aspects of this soppong mall is great.

The mall and its environment is clean and the shops and staff and their service is also good. You can find a variety of shops from shopping to dining to having quick bites or to go to movies. There is a swing area outside the mall which the children can enjoy which includes the bounce house and more.

36 mall is in mangla chowk, location is good, well wide area covered, good infrastructure, well designed. Parking area is in wide place. Hotel courtyard is there which is very good hotel. There carnival cinema is in good seat and facilities. All facilities is available, kids playing stuff is available, massage chair, spa etc., Gaming zone, book zone, hair parlour. Yet there many shops are opened and there so many toys stuff for children to play..Nice mall to visit there..

Nice place for quick shopping or spending few hours. They have few option for kids to play around. Car Parking is flat charged 20 Rs.

Good place to play in water. Many sliders, floating items are their to enjoy. One suggestion is that they should provide Parking area for vehicles.

The water park buzzed with excitement as thrilling rides awaited. Spiraling down water slides, cooling off in wave pools, and enjoying the camaraderie, the day unfolded in a splash of fun and laughter.

I went today (16th May 2022). Not at all worth. Prices are ₹640 for adults and ₹500 for kids. Half of the rides are not working. Don’t go. Lockers and costumes are free with ticket. I would recommend you to take your own costume. Because they provide very dirty clothes with bad smell.

Water park at summer best thing to do no matter the cost, but I think they should provide more on service but overall good experience

Good water park to enjoy your day. With the ticket you will get locker + costume. So its worth for money . There are few dry rides which are quite good but don't have safety belt.

Experience was quite good. Rs. 700/- on weekends is worth as there are many different water rides & rides in amusement park too. Also you can enjoy snacks in the same premise. And off course Patrician is there for lunch & dinner.

This place is very nice especially kids area but full waterpark needs an upgrade or renovation because it is so old but ya they have set some new and dangerous water slides that thrills up you the most best waterpark in Bilaspur for sure and worth of money and a funfact that they give costumes for free in waterpark.and they have water roller coaster as well which will thrills you up. Good place for chill and enjoyment

Quite nice place to have fun with your family and friends. But it's costly also. 680/- per person and 600/- for kids. And there were some issues regarding the quality of water and staff behaviour. Water of "tsunami" wave was something smelly when we went there.

One of the biggest and luxurious malls in Bilaspur located very near to the railway station and Vyapar Bazar. It has all reputed national and international brands including SHOP IN SHOPS of various retail outlets. Also has Big Bazaar and Reliance trend. The biggest draw has to be the massive Natiral's (ice-cream) outlet near the entrance. The food court is also massive with exquisite dining and food options. Has several games and play areas for kids and family to enjoy including 7D entertainment shows. A must visit for all age groups.

This mall have PVR McDonald's Domino's and many more shopping centre many cosmetics clothes and it is fun it also has arcade

Very low maintenance which is a big disappointment. If taken care of Smriti Van could be an amazing place for kids as well as adults.

Beautiful place! I love to go to this place for morning walk. You can feel the presence of nature here. Birds chirping, morning humming noise kind of mixture of different sounds but yet peaceful. There are places where you can sit, relax, meditate, and exercise. Now a days, it's not well maintained but still beautiful place to go.

Very nice park Family, friends, kids, good place for all but behind the pond some anti social elements can be seen like chapri couples and all..If you ignore all these then the park is very good.

Nice place Small snack shop inside 20 rs ticket for adults, free for kids below 10 7 wonders model is there. Game zone for kids is there. Parking space is available, 10rs 2wheeler inside parking. Couples can been seen hanging out here and there, good place for family also.

Good place for morning walk...its colsed in evening for walk but open for all with 20 rupees fees. Good place for yoga and meditation and evening hang out with family. this place is maintained by the government. Now days they started train ride and boat ride too. But this place need more maintanence. Grass is all over the places and little slippery in rainy seasons.

Smriti van is a good place to spend times with your families, friends and partner. There also you can experience boating. What I like about the park is it has parking area and washroom which is most needed. There were also one shops for eating snacks items inside. And also it was not tooo much crowdly except evening.
