We often come here and bring our visitors here. We also recommend this restaurant to our Airbnb guests. The food is always great. The standard is high. The staff are friendly and helpful. Great family place. We take kids and our very well behaved did. Also a good place for couples and friends. Definitely recommend.

One of the most insipid (my wife insists it was "disgusting") pizzas we have ever eaten. They should call this place McPizza for its mass character.

Our group chose the €15 daily special (pasta al tonno e pollo e patate). Nothing special, but everyone enjoyed it. The place looks very inviting with a beautiful pool, outdoor volleyball court, etc. In the summer and with more time on our hands, it looks like the perfect place to be.

We had the most wonderful time here, it’s such a brilliant place for the whole family, the kids were entertained by the park, there was a wonderful pool to cool down in, and the most delicious food. All the staff were so helpful and delivered brilliant service. Would highly recommend.

Enjoyable dinner. Good food and service with a nice atmosphere. It's a great restaurant and overall development with the pool etc. So its great for any time of day. We went in a big group with a baby and there were families at almost every table. Just a strong, well-run rsstaurant with great pizza.

Service good. Owner without a smile. Bulk catering. Zero atmosphere. Food is not up to prices being asked. Really just a glorified Pizza joint, but the pizza is good.

Our favorite place to go when visiting the area. Fun for kids and adults and the food and service is excellent. Definitely recommend a day at the pool there followed by pizza and drinks.

Food is very good: try the Strangozzi alla Spoletina. They are amazing. They also cook very good meat. Decor is good and in summer time you can eat outdoor. Service is excellent and nice. Only problem: stay away from the Karaoke night if you don't like people screaming into your ears while eating...

I am revisiting Fonti del Clitunno - Ristorante Pizzeria e wine bar for a second time to enjoy an aperitivo and meet my boyfriend’s friends. The ambiance of the restaurant is warm and inviting, providing a comfortable setting for our gathering. While the pizza isn't cooked in a traditional wooden oven, it still satisfies our cravings.
Cozy place, pizza is not from a wooden oven but is okay.

My family (two adults and one toddler) and I, plus a couple of friends, have been at “Fonti del Clitunno - Ristorante Pizzeria e wine bar” for lunch. We didn’t book, but it was easy to find a table since we arrived at 12.30. The staff arranged a very nice table close to the fireplace: Atmosphere & Place 5: We only experienced the restaurant. Thanks to the old-style furniture, the Spoleto festival posters, and the fireplace, the place is very cosy. The daylight gave the room a great atmosphere, and I enjoyed it a lot. A massive pain point is the quality of the restrooms. They are based on the upper floor, hence not accessible and not well maintained. The toilet is visible from the parking, and on top of that, the lack of hand sanitiser is not forgivable these days. Menu 7: We tried the suggested dishes such as the pasta with the black truffle, the fried tuna meatballs, the Fiorentina steak and the homemade tiramisu. To mention one of these, the tiramisu was a five-star dish. Service 6 ½: Everything was done according to the standard hospitality rules. We missed some empathy from the staff. Bill 5 ½: The wine was way too expensive. I would never choose a local wine for that price again.

3 euros to walk around a small pond. Ok its interesting to see the water bubbling a little, to indicate the underground spring, the (roadside) setting is not unpleasant, the 2 swans were ok, .. but that's it. And a few trees.

Italian restaurant
Ristorante Le Casaline is a stunning countryside eatery that offers a fixed menu for $35, which proves to be excellent value for money. The starters consist of five diverse options such as truffle omelet, eggplant with Parmesan, bruschetta with truffle, and wild boar carpaccio. Additionally, they serve ravioli with mozzarella and tomato alongside pork filet in Sagranino sauce.
Great food, amazing staff. 140 euros for 4 people, starters, main courses, vine, soda, water, desert and coffee, excellent value for money. 10/10 would recommend.

Really lovely restaurant nestled in the hills of Campo Sul Clitunno. Beautifully rustic interiors and immaculately laid out tables. My wife and I ate here on a very quite Thursday evening in September, and were the only ones there for the most part We were served by a charming older Italian gentleman who provided us with excellent service. For starters we had an antipasto selection which came in 3 stages, first was smoked goose or duck, (can't recall as there were many plates) this had an intensely smoked flavour and served simply over a bed of leaves, next we had cured lamb carved at the table, this was one of the finest pieces of cured meat I had ever tasted, such concentrate flavour in each bite as if the best roast lamb had been squeezed into each bite, finally there were 3 additional meats, which were not as flavoursome as the preceding ones, bit very tasty nonetheless. Next we shared the ricotta and pinenut ravioli, which was vary tasty, the waiter also provided us with a sample of some salami which he had just carved for the only other table who had just arrived, paired with the ravioli this really brought out the flavours. For mains we had the wild boar Ragu, this was very similar to a beef bourgnoine, and one of the most delicious Ragu I had tasted, each mouthful packed a punch of rich, slightly salty flavour and the occasional burst of juniper berries were a delightful addition. My wife had the fillet braised in local wine, obviously this was not a fillet, more of cheaper cut suitable for braising, which was what we expected, again the flavour was so intense with a mixture of sweetness from the wine and saltyness possibly from some anchovies, all of which was washed down with a glass of Montefalco, which was the best wine we had tasted since our arrival in Italy one week ago. The only let down was dessert, a local Umbrian cake which was a bit too eggy in texture for me and could have done with some additional texture, but tasted good nonetheless. All in all highly recommended, if you are in the area, definitively worth a visit, the best meal we have had in Italy so far.

Very nice place in the hills and delicious umbria meals. Taste the menus - they are amazing! Affordable prices for excellent menus! 😍

The choice of music (classic jazz) was unfortunately the best thing about this place. The fiori do zucca fritti was heavy and our meats were overcooked. The waiter forgot several things we had ordered. Probably worth a visit as I guess, from other reviews, we might have been a little unlucky. Disappointing, as we definitely would have returned if we’d had a better experience.

This place is fantastic! Fantastic food across all the courses. Very old building with a rustic and authentic flair. Good wine, good food, good service and a spectacular location amongst the olive groves and looking over the valley. The outside seating is great too and its a perfect place for functions

Beautiful restaurant in a countryside. We were party of four ordering fix menu for 35 € and it was well wort it. Five different starters ( omelet with truffle, eggplant with Parmesan, bruschetta with truffle, wild board carpaccio ), ravioli with mozzarella and tomato and pork filet in Sagranino sauce. My son is vegetarian so they made an extra effort to replace the meat from the menu with truffle omelet end huge platter of cheese. We had a bottle of house vine which was perfect Sagrantino. It was a fantastic umbrian dinner I recommend to everyone, beautifully decorated and tasting heavenly The owner was extremely friendly as well as all the staff in the restaurant. We even got a fee millefoglie beautiful to look at and even more beautiful to taste it. Highly recommended.

A reasonably priced , picturesque place to stay. A little difficult to find. The restaurant was very traditional, and the waiter was lovely. My shower was blocked and the water went through to the bedroom...the plug hole needed a good clean. This was done the following day. Also, the breakfast was a little sparse. But, it was still good value for money. We went in the winter, but I would like to return in warmer weather and enjoy the lovely terrace.

This review is specifically about the restaurant at Agriturismo Ristorante Pettino. The reviewer went there for a casual lunch with friends, with their main goal being to enjoy truffles. The menu had many dishes that included truffles, and they started their meal with simple yet delicious bruschetta and scrambled eggs.
Extraordinary food, amazing location, awesome service! Here you can find genuine and mouth watering food. Truffle’s dishes and meat are the specialities of this restaurant. Since 4 generations the owners’ family carries on the traditions and secrets of good food. Totally recommend!

This review is only about the restaurant. We went here for a simple lunch with friends. Our main objective was eating truffles and this is exactly what we did. Most of the menu offerings have a "with truffles" version. We started with a simple bruschetta and scrambled eggs, both simple yet very tasty. As first dish we got the strangozzi with truffles and as second dish we were evenly split between sausaged and scottadito lamb (with truffles). I was the only one who got a dessert, a very abundant portion of zuppa inglese. Overall service was relatively fast and cordial, the dishes, while simple in preparation, had no flaws and they were very generous with the truffle, which is grated on top in this area. The truffles were summer black truffles. Prices are very modest for the offering.

Four individuals dined at Hosteria Flamingo today and were delighted by the delectable food, showcasing superior ingredients. The menu offered enticing options such as steak tartare, sliced steak with mushrooms, creamy burrata, homemade pasta, semi freddo, and zuppa inglese desserts. The restaurant impressively presented its dishes in a clean environment featuring an open grill and a sizable meat fridge.
Four of us had lunch here today. The food was absolutely delicious. Top quality ingredients. Steak tartare, sliced steak with mushrooms, creamy burrata, home made pasta, semi freddo and zuppa inglese deserts. Good wine list. Very nicely presented restaurant, open grill, big meat fridge, spotlessly clean. Lovely service and staff. As a bonus because we booked through The Fork we were given a 20% discount on the a la carte menu. I don’t know how long this offer will run but it’s worth checking out. We all really enjoyed our lunch today and recommend this restaurant.

Only place in the area where it is possible to get the most common and anonymous food that you can find everywhere in Italy at an outrageously high prices justified by the name dropping of a famous chef seen in tv shows. With same money spent you get to eat real good in almost every other restaurant around. Not humble, not tasty, not value for what you spend. Far gone from the traditional cuisine. They certainly will not see me again. In addition, the waiting time was around 1h for one single dish - considering the place was not full. I dont think they have recurrent customers as those who have been, will never come back. The restaurant is looking for a short term gain per customer. Do Not go.

(Translated by Google) Certainly of a high standard, especially the quality of the proposal. Refined but not formal environment, a mix between elegant environment and rural context. Not a large menu but with particular dishes (especially meat lovers will appreciate it). All served with the right portions (writing 'abundant' could be misleading. Neither too much nor too little) and with an interesting wine list. The desserts are also very interesting, definitely worth trying. Prices commensurate with the level of what you will eat. Definitely suitable for a couple's dinner, perhaps for a special occasion.
