The Thai variety and quality of food is awesome. The staff is caring and friendly. They feed you dil se. 140/- per person is reasonable and value for money.

The restaurant was really nice in my knowledge in this area. It offers unique cuisine both from Rajasthan and Gujrat. Talking about the food particularly, it is really nice and no other restaurant here can provide this much quality of food at this price. There all time favourite dish to serve is their unique thali with 5 sabjis, chhach (lassi), papad, salad, custard, 5 rotis (chapati), and rice at just Rs. 180 (at the time of this review). They do offer meethi daal (sweet daal) to even facilitate Gujarati people with their taste. The service was also really nice, their waiters just make you comfortable by making you select the best choices out of the menu. Atmosphere and overall ambience of this restaurant was also great, by passing through this area, you cannot miss this place. Their both outdoor and indoor's appeal is so attractive that customers do have satisfaction of quality in their mind. Though you cannot reach this restaurant by car as there's so much traffic in this area. So there's no question of parking? Isn't it? 🫠

Had ordered for Spicy Malai Kofta and Butter Parathas. Both were awesome. Parathas were nice n soft n thick. Koftas were deliciously made. They also gave me delivery at the hotel I was staying in. Will order soon again

As the people are very good as their is no limit in thali or dalbati one of the best place to vist to hav a lunch as the staff is very good always on the toe to serve you better hospitality just love it.

Third class food.... Before 2-3 years it was awesome taste of this place but today we visit due to our previous good experience but it was horrible experience...no sabji has salt in it...gajar halwa has water in it... The behaviour of the owner was so rude he even didn't listen to our problem just repeating that pay rs....pay rs.... Third class ...please do not visit...third class food 🤮🤮🤮🤮

Neelam Hotel food is Very tasteful and and just like a home food ,sitting arrangement is comfortable, staff's service is very fast and owner Mr. RAHULBHAI SANADHYA is very very co-operative. It is on walking from Shreenathji temple. I request all Vaishnav to take visit.

I would leave zero stars if I could. Service is pathetic. They can't provide Jain food. We asked for jain food as some of our guests don't eat onion and garlic. Firstly they just said they can't able to make sandwich and soups in jain later they agree for it and ask for 30 min to prepared. Once they bring soup there is garlic in it guest complaint about it and waiter just took it off the table and said just cancel your soup it can't be make without garlic. The behaviour of staff is worst in the city. they can't take feedbacks positively. Hostess stands is rude. Come here if you want to be treated harsh. Never ever recommend to anyone further.

The overall experience was awesome 👌. Most importantly, the staff was really very helpful and cooperative, otherwise the food and ambience were very well arranged. We as guests there were very delightedly satisfied!!

Excellent resort with outstanding service . Food was delicious and service was also good. The staff is highly cooperative. We were treated nicely. Special recommendation for birthday party. An amazing place to go to with your family. We would really consider booking Nightingale again.

The ambience of the place is good. In our first visit, the food was also delicious thanks to professional hotel staff. And I had posted a good review for the same. From the next time onwards till our fourth visit food was never good and I am not considering to comeback until the original staff comes back or professional staff trained in hospitality comes back. I think I have given 3 chances which are more than enough.

It is good for birthday celebration and engagement ceremony like similar functions. Swimming pool is available, water is clean in it. Hygiene and sanitation is good. Food is okay

We stopped by this restuarant for lunch. They served hot and really delicious punjabi food with express pace and with a big smile. This won my heart. Also they managed to give us access to changing rooms for our need which was very well maintained and entire staff and managers were really helpful and cooperative. Will surely stop by this restuarant next time i am around. Highly recommended!
