Restaurant
Burntwood Tavern is an elegant local bar chain that serves a diverse menu of modern American cuisine and traditional pub food. They also boast an impressive selection of craft beers and cocktails. This classy establishment offers brunch until 3pm on Sundays, with the added bonus of $5 mimosas. The friendly waiter named Elliot provided excellent service during our visit. Although we opted to sit indoors, there is a lovely outdoor patio available for customers.
We came for dinner and had a wonderful time and a delicious meal. We sat on the balcony/patio and the view was incredible. Our waiter, Josh B, was exceptional and made the entire experience that much better. The food was delicious! We started with the Tater Tots which were great. We ordered the Steak Frites (awesome!), the French Dip sandwich (one of the best I've eaten around the area), 2 burgers (both devoured by our teenagers). We split a slice of the cheesecake which was excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and will definitely be back soon.

We arrived at 8:30pm on a Thursday and the restaurant only had two patrons here besides us. It felt a little strange being so empty. The server also seemed reluctant to take another table and although she didn't rush us I could tell she wasn't excited to serve us. The firecracker shrimp appetizer was dynamite. Small serving size so consider ordering two. My burger was good but the broccoli side was a little overcooked.

Absolutely spectacular restaurant/venue! We only had 30 people for our wedding so we wanted a restaurant. Water is very important to me so this restaurant was great being in the water. Service was so spectacular. They are very organized and professional. Good was so good. Custom menus for the event! Helped with decorating and allowed rearranging of the room. Great appetizers and presentation. Allowed speakers and a microphone for announcements and first dances. Allowed us full day without a room charge (unheard of). I could not of asked for more on our night! Thank you so much!

I was very disappointed with my experience here. We wanted to go somewhere on the river tonight for dinner and with me being new to the falls, I like trying all the new places. The first part that sucked was they didn't have any outdoor dining going on. It's a beautiful day yet they weren't opening up their outdoor area and there are literally only a few tables inside with a view. So that was disappointing. It didn't start off too bad. We got the firecracker shrimp as an appetizer and that was pretty good. As for the entrees, that was an entirely different story. I ordered the fish and chips. I felt like we waited a decent amount of time for our food to come and when it did, it was cold. My fries were room temperature and a little soggy tasting. But my fish was horrible. It looked ok until you cut into it. The fish itself was cold, mushy and had no flavor whatsoever. But the breading was the big issue. It was too soft on the outside and there was layer of liquid batter between the fish and outer breading. I had to quit eating it after a few bites. Luckily they took it off our bill. My girlfriend got some California chicken sandwich. The chicken looked tiny and she said it wasn't good at all. My girlfriend assured me their breakfast food is much better so I'll cut them a little slack. But honestly, I have no intentions of ever going back here.

Wow what am amazing meal !!!! First of all Rosie our server was awesome and such a delight but the real treasure was the food. The chicken on the ribs just slid off and to say the smash burger was off the chart was outstanding. Overall we had amazing dinner and of your a local they have bonuses on gift cards and a loyalty program.

This place was very nice. Great view, beautiful restaurant. Food wasn’t very filling so don’t go on an empty belly and was a little pricey. But the food was very good. Staff was very friendly.
Virginia Palmer — Google review
Love the location on the river with views on all sides of the restaurant and outdoor seating. In the fall, the colors of the trees are beautiful. The restaurant itself has nice architecture and design. The food is pretty good and staff is very upbeat. Would recommend the chicken sliders! 10/10

I came to Burntwood for the eclipse and had a great experience. There was lots of space outside where everyone could enjoy their food and look up and see the eclipse happening in real time. The lobster bisque was great, can’t recommend Burntwood enough for their great food and hospitality. My server Ashley was very helpful as was the rest of the wait staff

We sat in bar area had smashburgers fries and drinks. The food was outstanding. Our server Josh is always polite, friendly and very good at his job. The atmosphere is historic as well as giving you beautiful views of the Cuyahoga River. If you haven't tried this place you're missing out. Also has patio seating

**Edit to original post and pictures added this time**3 years later we have returned and ordered the Firecracker shrimp with homemade ranch, these are a must have when you visit, delicious all around and absolutely perfect with the ranch. Ordered the California chicken which was perfectly seasoned served on a brioche bun, super yummy. Lastly the Burntwood burger was ordered again, this burger is also a must have, perfectly seasoned and served with pickles, lettuce, tomatoes, house made tater tots, fried egg and bacon, super delicious. Very good food, we started off our meal with tater tot appetizer that came with three dipping sauces, so perfect we could have eaten them all night. Also tried the wings that were equally yummy. Our table ordered the steak salad, burntwood burger and the dagwood, everything was perfect, nice portions. We will definitely be back, the server was also very helpful and attentive.
Ann Brainard — Google review
Great food, beautiful views of the river on the patio. I had the brunch burger, which was good, but next time I'll have to tell them to leave the tater tot patties out of the burger, because it was too big

We went in a Sunday afternoon. They have brunch until 3pm complete with $5 mimosas. They offer a regular menu as well. Our waiter, Elliot was great! We sat inside but they have a really nice outdoor patio. The restaurant is right on the water and it’s a beautiful location. My husband got the Burntwood Burger and it was cooked perfectly medium rare. I ordered the California Chicken. It was juicy and had great flavor. They give you a large portion of fries that were also very good. We got cheesecake for dessert and it was big enough for us to share! They offer a reward program too. We took advantage of that! We will be back for sure.

My first visit to this location and I was blown away by the atmosphere. Beautiful views of the river. It sort has this rustic feel with a touch of elegance. The menu is simple for brunch. The food and drinks were very good. I enjoyed my visit and plan on making another one.

Restaurant
The Blue Door Café & Bakery is a charming European-style bakeshop located in Cuyahoga Falls, just a short drive from Akron. It offers an array of European-style pastries and farm-fresh light fare, with a commitment to serving good food free of chemicals. The menu includes excellent breads, brownies, croissants, and unique early-day options that change often. Additionally, there are gluten-free and vegan choices available.
Incredible service! The servers and manager was very attentive. The food was delicious and had rather large portions for the main course. You can find a variety of pastries, breakfast sandwiches and a few other unique breakfast offerings. They make the chocolate milk in-house and it is very rich! I highly recommend this place as a nice weekend brunch spot.

This is the best restaurant in the area that I’ve been to so far. I thought the service was good, the owner seemed nice and seemed like he legitimately cared. The quality of the food here should be the standard for restaurants in the area. A 4.5 is a more accurate rating for me, but that’s compared to a 5 star being way more expensive Michelin starred meals for me. The portions for the dishes were a bit big for my personal preference, but I think the portions are pretty standard for the area.

We waited about 15 minutes for a table on a Sunday at noon [took advantage of the waitlist online] and had a delicious brunch (had the schnitzel & german potato salad special and the strawberry crepes). Other orders at the table included bacon & eggs that were perfectly cooked as ordered. I enjoyed the gin/lavendar cocktail- very refreshing. The prices are more expensive than I anticipated but I'll definitely return.

Tonight my wife and I went on a date to The Blue Door Cafe. We made reservations for 5pm and were seated right away when we got there. We were greeted with a smile by the hostess and the owners. The waitress was kind and polite. She provided us with excellent service with a smile. I ordered the wagyu steak and my wife ordered the halibut. We got the food in a timely fashion and the presentation was immaculate. The steak was by far the best steak I’ve ever had and even the potatoes were amazing! My wife really enjoyed her meal as well. Everything was seasoned to perfection. We also got dessert and it was tasty! I was impressed by the owners and how friendly they were. One of the owners came over and asked us how our meal was and I told him it was amazing. He got a big smile and you could see the pride in his eyes. That showed me that he cares deeply for this establishment and that’s very refreshing to see. Lastly, we gave the waitress a nice tip to show our appreciation. I could tell how appreciative she was and I hope we made her night. Overall, our experience was fantastic and everything was on point!

Not sure how I've never left a review here yet. I've been frequenting Blue Door for years now. Honestly, nothing has even come close to touching this place for more reasons than one. Absolutely top notch on every level. The owner is awesome. He's great with customers and keeping his restaurant a place people wait hours for. Their head chef is just..... *chefs kiss*. Absolute talented sweet heart. It's not rare to see him walking through the dining room checking on guests. It's just such a welcoming place. All the staff is incredible. I've never had an experience less than perfect. And I haven't even gotten to the food yet. Lord have mercy. I will say, the prices are more than your average breakfast spot. HOWEVER, one taste & experience there will show you why. Their food is truly a work of art, created woth local & organic ingredients. The portions are enough to feed two or three people. And they're anything from the norm. The specials are always to die for and so unique. If you're a simple person, they have literally the best thick bacon, eggs, English muffins (made in house) I've ever had. I could honestly go on forever, but I hope you'll take the time to find out for yourself!

I probably had more of a unique experience than most and tried 3 different brunch items. I was able to spend a little time with the owner who gave me a little history and discussion on his approach. I am extremely impressed by the attentiveness of the staff, the layers of flavor in the dishes, and the overall environment. I don't live nearby, but have spread the word to those I was visiting and their friends. When I am back in town, I will certainly find my way back here

Stopped over at The Blue Door Cafe on my road trip. Loved the food, ambience and customer service. Benedict, croissant sandwiche and chicken and waffle were made perfectly. The place was a bit busy and had a long wait time so plan accordingly

I recently visited Blue Door Cafe with a friend who’s a regular, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. The cafe’s ambiance was perfect. I found myself intrigued by every item on the menu. Opting for the homemade corned beef hash, I was not disappointed. The dish was flavorful, perfectly balanced and not overly filling. The vibrant colors added to the visual appeal, making it a feast for the eyes as well. As I glanced at the dish of the person next to me, the chicken and biscuits caught my attention. It was a sight to behold—huge portions and looked absolutely appetizing. Overall, Blue Door Cafe exceeded my expectations with its cozy atmosphere and mouthwatering offerings. I highly recommend a visit for anyone looking for a memorable dining experience.

My wife and I have lived in Hawaii, California, Texas, and New York so restaurants are something we are a little experienced in. This place is truly unique- you can tell even just standing while you wait for your seats. As the foods come out for other patrons you can see that these are handcrafted beautifully assembled dishes by master chiefs. The food is of high quality and delicious- we live in Brecksville but the drive is totally worth it. You gotta try this place at least once.

Currently here at Blue Door for dinner and in heaven. Breakfast / brunch was all we’ve tried but these amazing small plates are on another level. Hard to choose a favorite because each plate was special and unique in its own way. Derek was super awesome along with everyone else. Will be back! Thank you so much for an enjoyable and memorable meal.

This is late but from a few weeks ago… After a crazy week that started in Chicago and ended in Akron (with a very short pit stop in Defiance) my coworker and myself were looking for a nice place to have breakfast and boy oh boy did we find it!!! The Blue Door Cafe & Bakery was awesome. I had Chicken & Waffles that were simply amazing, and a caramel macchiato. My coworker had the smoked salmon and eggs and a espresso affogado (coffee with a scoop of ice cream). Amazing food and fantastic service! What a way to start the day! Now to fly home!
PE Shearer — Google review
This place is waitlist only. So you have to reserve your spot and get there to check in. Even after checking in, it was around 30-45 min wait. We did go on a Sunday afternoon around 11:45. Place is pretty small. More than likely after you check in, you’ll wait out front. Patio is nice. Just wish they had a fan blowing to keep the bugs (Bees and flies) from landing. Overall a cool place to go but super busy and crowded. The staff was super nice! The food did take a big long to serve since it was busy. Also they were already out of some of the croissant items. Pricey but good. Some items on the menu could be better explained. Like I had no idea the sausage was going to be like crumbs mixed with olives and capers inside of a croissant? I did love my strawberry banana crepe though. Overall a good choice for brunch!

First time there, our server Gabriel was great, super friendly, and informative. We had a group of 7, we started with a few apps, we enjoyed them. I had the pasta carbonara, it was very good. I make homemade pasta, and love getting it properly made and cooked at a restaurant. My husband had the Jaegerschnitzel. It was a nice portion and delicious- a bit more of the mushroom gravy, please 😉. Everyone enjoyed their meal which rarely happens. We are looking forward to a return visit.

Post-meal update: While the whole wait time and indications by the hostess that the wait would be 20 minutes was terrible, I waited and was seated at a table. Overall the experience was not bad. The service from the wait staff was good and quick and the kitchen staff was fast as well. I had ordered the bacon appetizer and it came out on a great looking butcher block wood tablet. I ordered the Steak and eggs as en entree and the steak was medium rare like I wanted with good temperature. I'm not a fan of the potato pancake but it does bring a good flavor to the dish. Overall, pretty good. ---- I'm sure this would be a great restaurant to enjoy based on all the other ratings, but after driving 20 minutes to get there and two hours of waiting, that was not the case. I still have not been seated at the time of this review. It was interesting standing there at the one hour mark as a party of four entered. I watched as the hostess nonchalantly told these people it would be 20 minutes despite my waiting an hour. Alongside me was a party of four, who had also been waiting an hour. The other party of four told the new party of four it would be at least an hour wait. The wait staff told me twice that the wait time was 20 minutes. It would have been nice to know in advance that it wasn't worth sitting in my car. Also, they don't do reservations. I don't think I'll give this restaurant another try.

Now this restaurant...I couldn't say more amazing things about this place. Their mission station and food passion will NEVER take a compromise. They source and seek out only the highest of quality ingredients and get whatever they can from local producers whenever possible. They have an amazing menu that has some standard items but also some seasonal items that make you wanting to come back as the seasons change..so you can enjoy the amazingness that is created here. I've had breakfast here about 5 times in the past 18months and I'm so excited to try their newly arrived dinner that they now offer, I believe 3 days a week. You can really taste the love and quality in the dishes they prepare and their freshly made breads are wonderful. They make amazing coffees and teas as well...I had their jasmine tea recently and it was absolutely to die for, probably going to get that again.

If you ever have the chance to reserve a seat for a food & wine pairing, do it! Michael, Jenn and the crew prepared and delivered a memorable and delicious experience for Oktoberfest. Come hungry, leave satisfied and feeling like family with an elegant & elevated dining experience.

My husband and I have come here a number of times in the last 10 years; and this breakfast always delivers. The corn beef hash is probably my personal favorite. Their croissants are also divine - flaky and crunchy on the outside, buttery and soft and chewy on the inside. The staff are very friendly and attentive. The service is fast. If you want to get the coziest/more laid back experience (and if you have the luxury/random day off), I’d suggest coming in on a weekday right when they open. Haven’t been for dinner yet but hoping to try it soon!

Beau's on the River is an elegant New American restaurant located inside the Sheraton Hotel, offering stunning floor-to-ceiling views of the river and falls. The menu features delicious options like lobster bisque, poke bowl, and grilled pork chops. If you're a fan of buffets, don't miss their Sunday brunch buffet.
1st time at Beaus Sunday brunch for out anniversary and we were absolutely blown away a huge amazing selection of food and they definitely didn't cut any corners 10/10 everything was top notch!!! Can't wait to go back!!!

Waiter was nice. A bit of a wait for the food. My ribeye was overcooked to well when I asked for med rare. Would not recommend the charcuterie board. The calamari was soggy and bland for being “sautéed”. The vegetables that was the side with both me and my partner’s plates were very bitter or tasteless. Luckily the steak was flavorful which carried the plates for each of us. Finished my meal with the crème brûlée. It was delicious. I will definitely come again to give this place another try.

We've always had good meals and great service at Beau's. The views of the river are great, although I really wish they'd spend a little money to light up the river for night viewing. The decor is nice inside as well!

So many people. Restaurant was really accommodating. You wouldn’t know it’s there unless you are staying. Huge crowd but was still enjoyable. They didn’t update their online menu. Which was a bummer but the stroganoff was good flavor but noodles slightly over cooked. Mozzarella sticks were top 3 I have ever had anywhere. Calamari was awesome also.

Beautiful restaurant, excellent staff. The lobster bisque tasted like candy - entirely too sweet. They were kind enough to not charge me for it (I did not ask for any special treatment. I accepted that I ordered it and would have to pay for it). The lamb chops were great, the vegetables were good, and the potatoes were great. I would definitely not come back, however. For the price, the quality of the food is just not there.

As a resident of Cuyahoga Falls, I have driven by the Sheraton Hotel countless times. The restaurant is renowned for being one of the best restaurants in the area. With my 5th year wedding anniversary coming up, I knew that this was the place to take my wife to make it extra special. Boy did I underestimate how wonderful the restaurant was. Hostess placed us in a “secluded” seat with a beautiful view of raging Cuyahoga River. Service was wonderful and food was first class. This restaurant made our anniversary very special and do plan on returning soon. Such a treasure for Cuyahoga Falls to have.

The food was amazing. Our waitress was outstanding! They are in a bit of a remodel phase, so the restaurant isn't pristine, but with everything considered, still a perfect night. Gorgeous view, too!!
Dawn T — Google review
The breathtaking river view makes the dining experience truly worth it. Good food, excellent service, but the view and ambiance steal the show. However… It's disappointing to see an additional charge for credit card payments. Penalizing customers for using a widely accepted form of payment detracts from the dining experience. Eliminating this fee would benefit both the restaurant and customers. Paying by credit card offers convenience, security, and helps track expenses. Removing the charge demonstrates a commitment to customer satisfaction and attracts a larger customer base in today's digital age. One alternative is to slightly raise menu prices to incorporate credit card transaction costs, providing a transparent experience for all patrons. Imposing an extra charge may affect gratuity left for servers, so integrating the fee into menu prices ensures fair compensation for staff and promotes a harmonious relationship between customers and servers. Reconsidering this policy and prioritizing customer convenience enhances the dining experience and fosters lasting customer loyalty.

Came for a birthday celebration, but didn’t realize the restaurant isn’t open on weekdays. Instead they offer you their lounge seating that is meant more for appetizers & drinks. We liked the calamari and lobster bisque wasn’t bad. We were pleased with all the appetizers we got but we’re disappointed with our main courses. Asked for medium rare burger and got a well done. The fish sandwich sauce is really good but the sandwich itself was not good- even though it was recommended by the server??? Prices were not worth the food at all 😬 Desserts were good. Maybe the actual restaurant during its hours are good, but I don’t know if I would come here again. The views are amazing though!

I ordered the fried perch. There was no baked or broiled fish selections to choose from. It came with fries. (Eh) The fish was was fried with the skin on. Not a fan of that. I had a beer and it was good. Someone in my party had a salad but it had fish on it. The menu cpuld be updated and more descriptive. However the wedge salad looked perfect. Staff was friendly.

Moe's Restaurant is a charming American dining option located in a former supermarket on Front Street. Established in 1998 by Moe Schneider, this restaurant offers non-pretentious cuisine inspired by global cultures, using fresh ingredients and preparing everything from scratch. The establishment features two distinct areas - a fine-dining room and a tavern space with pub fare, providing guests with atmospheric variety.
Well, we came to Cuyahoga Falls Ohio for my wife’s 40th graduation reunion. I picked this place not knowing it was the old Frank’s Kit Cat club, that my wife’s friend’s dad used to own. The place is split in two. One side is a bar with dining, the other half is tables with full ordering from all menus. It’s cozy, nice, and very friendly. We had pierogies with lobster & shiitake mushrooms. It must be marsala wine base and it was amazing. Then fresh tomatoes mozzarella salad, Aka Caprise salad. Very refreshing. Then I had ribeye, rare, done perfectly and my wife had pan seared duck breast. If you are any where near Cuyahoga Falls Ohio, you must come to Moe’s.

Finally had a chance to visit Moe's we met some friends there to celebrate my wife birthday. We weren't sure what to expect so we dressed up a little just in case. There are 2 sides to the restaurant and they are separated by a large wall with one opening. While the restaurant was not full there was one large group there about the same time we were. They had a fairly small menu but a nice selection of appetizers and entrees. It took quite a while to get any service but when the waitress came we put in a couple of appetizers and drinks for the table. The drinks did arrive after the apps but the bar was a little busier than the restaurant side. We did finish our apps long before we got our meals but we had some trouble getting our server to stop by the table. She must have had more on the bar side as she only did our party of four and a party of 5 beside us. The food was just ok and the service was pretty rough. I have heard good things but what we experienced was pretty sub par. Not sure it's worth the 45 minute drive to try again.

So sad I wanted it to be better. I had a good house salad and a great expresso martini but the meal was so disappointing. Lamb that was over sauced, it had no taste. The risotto was tasteless. It was trying to be worth 40 dollars but feel short because it was not properly seasoned. The hostess staff is not welcoming so nursing home flavors and high price tag tell me I won’t return. The waiter recommended the dish with enthusiasm so my conclusion is just let down!!

Excellent, excellent, attentive staff. We enjoyed salmon with a type of artichoke fritter; scallops w some lobster meat, a lobster sauce; gnocchi and fresh peas; Italian wedding soup; homemade bread w homemade butter; bread pudding w homemade vanilla ice cream and a killer, dense, pea unit butter and chocolate pie. The seafood was perfectly cooked, tender and flavorful. The soup delicious, light, not over-salted. The sauces pulled it all together. Down side: the homemade bread was nothing special, no crust, blah texture. Save your $5. Delicious cocktails w/o prices- terrible practice in restaurant. Overall, excellent choice for a nice dinner out.

Moe's Restaurant is a delightful addition to the dining scene. The fairly new establishment shows great promise, especially with dishes like the duck, which was served with a delectable cranberry sauce. While the duck showed potential to be breathtaking, the flavors and execution were already quite good. The cute atmosphere coupled with the great staff made the overall experience enjoyable. The potato gratin was a standout, and the Caprese salad was not only visually appealing but also incredibly delicious. Even though there were some mixed experiences, I would certainly give Moe's a second chance, especially considering the divine quality of the short rib we had. This restaurant is definitely one to watch, and I look forward to returning to see how it continues to evolve.

The first time I went I was amazed! It was very delicious, I went for a business meeting. Second time I took my husband to share the experience with. This time was very disappointing. We went the night of Thursday December 30, 2021 and after we were sat, we waited over 20 minutes for a waitress to greet us. When she came she took our order without writing it down for drinks and appetizers (we were a party of 2) and she forgot my drink completely. I had to catch her after 15 more minutes and ask her for it. Our food finally came out and our whole dining experience lasted almost 2 hours and there were empty tables in multiple places with a lot of people working. It just seemed like the staff wasn’t friendly at all, no one would make eye contact even. Everyone seemed to be running on a robot mode. The food was a 2 star at best. My husband ordered the scallops and he got 3. We’ve considered going back for a 3rd try sometime to maybe get this review back to what it could have been the first time. Sad because it is a nice restaurant in a beautiful location.

This food was amazing. We came here for the Salads (Wedge/Caprese). I ended up getting the Mussels and my wife got the Salmon both cooked to perfection. Excellent service. We will definitely be back!!!!

Delicious food! The scallops were some of the best I've ever had. Atmosphere is subdued and the waiters are very nice and attentive.

After years of wanting to go to Moe’s, finally made it with friends. We sat at the bar and the service was great. The menu has a nice selection. The meatloaf sandwich was delicious. Everybody and their party enjoyed what they selected.

Upscale restaurant with delicious meals. I had the rack of lamb. So tender and delicious. My son had the short ribs and was in heaven. We also ordered the vegetarian wellington. All the dishes were excellent 👌

This is a great place for a date night or special occasion. We made reservations in the dining area instead of the tavern, to get the options from the full menu. It was definitely one of the best meals I've had recently. I had the scallops with lobster and gnocchi and it was just perfect. The beet salad was delicious as well. My partner got the fish taco appetizer which had fried fish and was really good, and the vegetable stack sandwich which was also a hit. Looking forward to visiting again to try some more options.

This was our first time at Moe’s and we will be back! The mussels, beet salad and walleye entree were all delicious. Rachel, our dining room server and Lyndsey, our bartender/server did a wonderful job. The bread pudding was great too!

Japanese restaurant
Hibachi Japan Steak House offers a unique dining experience where skilled Japanese chefs showcase their culinary expertise by grilling steak, seafood, and chicken on tabletop grills. In addition to sushi and cocktails, the restaurant serves a variety of scrumptious entrees accompanied by an array of side dishes such as soup, salad, appetizers, vegetables, fried rice, and pineapple sherbet. The entertaining chefs add flair to the dining experience with their impressive tableside cooking skills.
We went right after they opened and didn’t have to wait too long for a table. Reservations are probably a good idea! The food was absolutely delicious. I had the shrimp and filet combination meal. They steak literally melted in your mouth! The soup was flavorful and the ginger salad dressing was great. Our chef was fun too!! That helped make it more of an experience instead of just dinner. The pineapple sherbet they serve after dinner was incredible. I said I was full but ate mine and most of my husbands too. The price wasn’t bad either! We will absolutely be back. Next time we will try some sushi too.

We had a group there the other night to celebrate 2 birthdays, and we were able to go to the bar to get a drink while we were waiting to go to our seats. It was nice because when we got seated, we were in the other room by the kitchen, and we had it to ourselves. The food was great, and chefs did great as well. Our servers even brought us birthday girls a birthday dessert. Thank you for helping us celebrate our birthdays.

The food was really good and our chef, Jose, was super funny and entertaining. I really enjoyed the dining experience. Our waitress seemed new, but was friendly and helpful. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because they don't have noodles and when we got sushi, they brought sauce cups out but never gave us any sauce to dip in lol and the hot sake was luke warm at best.

This is my first time dining into hibachi Japan. When we arrived there was a party already seated. The restaurant was fairly dim, and the seats and table still had a little food on it from previous guests. There was also plates and cups leftover from previous guests on the table right beside us, which was not really good to look at. To start, I wanted to try the Dynamite roll but the restaurant did not have several sushi items including anything that had a spicy tuna in it, so that was very disappointing. I ordered a mojito that was pretty watered down, so I changed it for a Blue moon. Our chef was really great and the food was pretty good and there was A LOT of food so we were definitely full. Overall, the place was decent aside from it being messy and dim.

Stopped by on a Saturday night. They were busy and had to wait about an hour for a table. Food was on point, portions were very good for the money and the drinks were affordably priced. I’d be back again.

Made reservations for 8:30 for a birthday, it’s now 10:24 the restaurant is actually closed we JUST got a chef. There are no other tables in here, where are all the chefs? The place is empty. No manager is showing concern, we’ve asked for service multiple times. The bartender had to actually come over and take our dinner and drink order, she’s amazing and doing a great job (dark hair in a cute sun dress, we appreciate you). Mind blown how little care this restaurant cares about the service their providing, sub par.

Absolutely loved our dinner here. The service and atmosphere was top notch, especially from Lindsey the manager. She made sure that our experience was everything we hoped for. Cannot recommend this place enough!

So I did an reservation for 7 pm on Sat, March 23. My party was 19 + 2 toddlers (21)! We all were there at 645pm. The staff kept saying our table was being busted and was not. We waited standing up for over an hour. We got seated at 7:52pm. Crazy right.... The issue I feel was the staff was taking there time in the private area we were getting. I don't know if busting a room should take 30 minutes, but they definitely were going in slow motion. I just don't get why RSVP if we were treated as a WALK IN group. The BEST part was the chef, he was amazing!! The waitress, Emma, was great! The drunk amazing...I needed after all the stress of waiting. The food amazing. Time management needs worked on or a new, faster cleaning staff. I would not recommend a big party going there. The two and four parties were going in fast before us.

A friend of mine had a birthday here, and the tables sat all 13 of us comfortably. The wait to get seated was quite long, probably 20 to 30 minutes after our party was assembled, even though we had a reservation. This was on a weekday night, so plenty of tables were available. Once we were seated, our server, Emma was spectacular - very organized, and explained to us what the process was so that we could keep things flowing smoothly. She also asked about food allergies and was able to make sure everyone was accommodated, even though there is a single Grill, where all the food is prepared. When the chef came out, he was also a wonderful, and obviously very experienced. I wish I had gotten his name so I could give him the credit he deserves. The entertainment value was quite high, and I’m pretty sure it was the best that I have ever seen - He was very coordinated, and his jokes were funny. He was able to keep all the food separate to accommodate the food allergies. The whole dinner, including the waiting was just under three hours. As far as the people we interacted with this is restaurant is definitely worthy of five stars. The food itself was also top notch. I had salmon, and it was cooked and seasoned perfectly. The reason I chose 4 stars instead of five was because of the delays. I will definitely eat here again.

I was very pleased with our experience at this location. The server was very good and attentive to our needs. The chef was personable and such a great entertainer. The food was terrific. The soup appetizer was one of the best I've had at a hibachi restaurant. The filet was cooked perfectly. The yumyum sauce was creamy and flavorful. Overall, very much enjoyed our dinner.

Such an awesome experience!!! Great food, even for us gluten free people. They cook my meal first using gluten free soy sauce and it was wonderful

Writing this on the toilet. Asked for medium rare stake not still mooing. I’ve never shat this violently. I’m not joking. The server was great the cook was funny and welcoming it was an ok experience over all but at what cost. My bowels will never forgive me. I may never be back. Men’s bathroom has 1 functional lock, the sinks are about 2 inches from the faucet. If they change the bathrooms I’ll be returning. Until then, farewell hibachi Japan. Thank you for the good 10+ years but it has just gone downhill in MY OPINION. Used to celebrate all my teenage birthdays here with my dad and family when they were still together and happy. Now their marriage is in shambles(divorced i come to hibachi to remind me of happier times) but somehow still doing better than my bowels.

Do not waste your time here. Long long wait.. for what. It’s like an amusement park ride. Expensive as can be, long waits, (hour plus wait with reservations) and for what? I can get a much better meal for half the cost, half the wait, 5 minutes down the road. Not worth your time or money.
