Tried a new spot that friends recommended. Wow! The service was awesome. The food was fresh and portioned perfect. The price was fare. The place was clean and bright. As you may see in photos, I completely finished my plate. It really was that good. The best bisquit I've ever had, the sausage gravy was delicious too! The potatoes are really good too. My friend had blueberry pancakes. They were as big as the plate and plenty of blueberries. We may have found a new fav. place for breakfast!

Stopped in for lunch. Nice, casual atmosphere. Ordered a coffee & the County Chicken sandwich (w/bacon, tomatoes, & honey mustard) on rye. Comes with chips & house-made pickle (which was great). Sandwich was very good, service good. Only negative, though minor, is the fork originally provided was dirty. When I alerted my server, it was immediately replaced, but she left the dirty fork on the table. Could not understand why you would leave it on the table.

This was our first time here. The place has a cute interior. On breakfast we ordered the french toast ham and egg sandwich and the weird egg. Both were good. The coffee was good, not bitter or acidity. It would be nice to come here when the back yard is open for seating. We'll return.
Esther Schneiderman — Google review
Cute little place. The service was fantastic and the food superb. We got crab fries to split as an appetizer. They were fantastic! These put all other crab fries I've had in my life to shame. We ate every single fry. I ordered the southern Caesar salad. It came with a huge portion of BBQ pulled pork. It was phenomenal!! I'll definitely be going there for lunch often. 😊
Kelley Zugger — Google review
We stopped in on the way home and ordered the chicken mango salad and a burger. The salad I was told was very good and burger was cooked a perfect medium rear. Will stop in again.
K Day — Google review
Everything was extremely fresh. I had a tortilla soup and a beet salad. It was perfect! So good! I even asked about the pickles and had to buy them to go.

Stopped here for some lunch on the way home from Ocean City and, man, was it a the best idea my husband’s had in a while! The decor was rustic chic, and everything seemed clean and well-placed (my husband couldn’t stop talking about the bathroom “artwork”); our server, Taylor, was very friendly and patient with my kiddos as I experimented with allowing them to order for themselves. I love that they allowed for side salads for the kids’ meals (instead of fries) and had some delicious healthy options. I was seriously jealous when I saw my kids’ chicken tenders 🤤 but enjoyed my plate nonetheless (the chicken mango salad). But THAT’S NOT ALL!! We grabbed some baked goods to-go and I really feel like they should’ve been the piece de resistance! Best brownie I’ve ever had!!!! The blueberry scone was absolutely to die for - and the toffee crunch and salty oats cookies were absolutely delectable. I think the bakery is the heart of this lovely little restaurant - so take the time to try it!
Christina Vittiglio — Google review
This one really earned their 4 stars The least a restaurant that serves breakfast can do is cook your egg right to your liking and they nailed it fresh and high-quality ingredients, the food is well-prepared and flavorful. provide a variety of breakfast options on the menu, staff and server were friendly, welcoming, and attentive to any of your needs, prompt and efficient This place had a warm and inviting atmosphere that is comfortable for families, with ample seating space and easy access for strollers and wheelchairs. Finally, the prices were reasonable with good portion sizes for value.

One of our favorite restaurants when we visit Delaware. The place is always busy. We arrived right at the lunch rush and had to sit at the bar. I'm telling you it was worth it. The food is cooked perfectly and the flavors are amazing. My husband and I shared bites, because what we were eating was so good. The service is friendly and quick. On the way out we bought cookies for later to have with our tea. Cookies so good, just baked by your favorite grandmother.
Nancy Attard — Google review
Love, love, love this restaurant! Every dish is carefully prepared - the menu is imaginative and baked goods delicious. It is my "go-to" for an enjoyable meal with friends. It is noisy, though. Joyful noise!
Chris Holloran — Google review
Very cute spot. I would come back to eat here again. I liked their beet salad but felt it was a little small. The sandwiches/fries my friends got looked incredible. I think you get your money’s worth with the sandwiches… not so much the salads.
Katie — Google review
I adore this little restaurant! Great atmosphere and decor. Friendly servers. Creative selection of sandwiches and salads. Smooth iced tea. Homemade pickles Love the baked goods! Sometimes we just order several appetizers to share.
Ananda (Karuna Jnana) — Google review
Stopped in for lunch. The parking lot is small, but there is another small gravel lot that you can park in as well. Resturant is very clean and the staff are friendly. Very chic, modern place. I ordered the Steak cobb salad with avacado ranch dressing. I could cut the steak with a butter knife, so tender but seared well and seasoned well. They provided a generous cup of dressing. I love that it is on the side so I can decide how much to out on. Overall a great experience! They also have a kids menu, plus home baked goods!

Restaurant
Tequila Real Mexican Grill is a popular Mexican restaurant in southern Delaware, known for its fresh chips, tasty salsa, and delicious street tacos with a variety of meat choices. The vibrant and colorful restaurant is often busy but worth the wait, offering quick service once seated. It's a great stop on the way home from the beach, with large portions and authentic flavors. Customers praise the accommodating staff and recommend trying their hot food and tasty drinks.
Went there Sunday evening for our first time for my birthday and loved it. Bright, happy colors and vibe. Waiter was so helpful with our selections which were wonderful with plenty to take home. To top off a fun night their Mariachi group serenaded me singing and playing guitar as they delivered a delicious surprise birthday dessert. We surely will be back.
Carolyn Burgess — Google review
cute decor, food was good, service was decent. The food taste was mild. We had vegetarian fajita with no mushroom and chicken burrito and taco. They serve salsa and chips with no additional cost.
Ila Singh — Google review
Busy little restaurant, good friendly service and tasty food. Mix some habanero sauce into the sweet white dipping sauce and it's very good for dipping the chips!

Just another Mexican American food place. Food and service was good. You can get your drinks there. Outdoor sitting available.

An absolute must have. Impeccable service, outstanding HOT food, drinks were tasty. Come here every time I pass through Milton DE. Large portions. Authentic taste. Tequila Chori Steak and Carne Asada Street Taco Platter
Cody Ng — Google review
As someone who spent most Of my life in SoCal, this is one of my favorite Mexican restaurants in southern Delaware. The chips are fresh, the salsa is good, and they have street tacos that are delicious. They offer a variety of meat choices, and the street tacos are traditional. Even better, the taco platter comes with rice, beans, and some guac at a reasonable extra cost compared to just the tacos. So good!
David Morse — Google review
It took a while for someone to take our order and then we waited about an hour for our food. Tables all around us were seated after and finished eating before we even got our food. The server wasn't particularly concerned. The food was average, at best. The beer was nice and cold, but that didn't make up for the rest.
Jonathan Weinstein — Google review
A great place to eat when on the way home from the beach. The restaurant itself is vibrant and colorful. It’s usually busy and there is usually a wait but it’s worth it. Once you’re seated the service will get you your food asap. They accommodated our large group of ten-ish hungry beach goers. Food and drinks were delicious. The frozen margs are the best.
Lee Ann — Google review
The food and drinks are amazing, and the service is wonderful. We love it here.
Ashley Thomas — Google review
I’ve been looking for a great Mexican restaurant near me and I finally found it. The food was very tasty, reasonably priced, drinks were delicious. I had the tequila Sangria OMG it was so good:) The view of the water while sitting on the deck was beautiful. Definitely think it’s worth every dollar spent
Barbara Toledo-Buglione — Google review
We are in town for a baseball tournament and maxe our way over to Tequila Real after looking at reviews of local establishments. We LOVED it there! The food was fantastic and it's such a cool restaurant with great indoor and outdoor seating! We highly recommend checking it out!
Amy Ruffner — Google review
My son and I came here with high hopes, as we had heard good things about this restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience didn’t meet those expectations. The restaurant was busy when we arrived, around 6:20pm, but we were able to get a seat relatively quickly. However, once seated with menus, it took about 10-15 minutes before anyone came to take our order. We ordered drinks and food all once so we wouldn’t have to wait again. The restaurant atmosphere was typical of a Mexican restaurant, but the outdoor seating had a nice waterfront view. Drinks came, and we saw other tables that were seated after us served food before we ever got ours. We finished snacking on the complimentary chips and salsa while waiting for our food (salsa was good, chips were incredibly stale). It was another half hour for our food to come. I got the carne asada street taco platter and my son got the hamburger and fries from the kids menu. The food was mediocre, neither good or bad. So can’t complain too much. The server never came to check on us after serving our food, we sat with empty plates for a while. When she finally came over I asked for our check. I have mixed feelings. Our server, although very untimely and inattentive, was friendly. We will likely return to give it another shot. But for now I can only give three stars.

1st time here. Very busy place. Enjoyed our food and the atmosphere. Only complaint would be that we felt rushed. Couldn't finish our chips and salsa before our dinners came out. Otherwise a nice experience.

Pizza restaurant
Discovered this eatery while in the vicinity for a FB marketplace exchange. Being an hour away from Milton, we decided to give a local spot a shot. The cuisine left us raving and contemplating another visit soon. Their cheese fries were accompanied by delectable side cheese for dipping, while their wings coated in Bee Sting sauce proved equally tasty. Lastly, their pizza had an exceptionally crispy crust that delighted our palates.
Delicious! The pizza was perfect! Crispy crust, great serving size with toppings and delicious sauce! The wings were everything you look for in spice and taste. I’m sorry we didn’t find this pizzeria earlier. The service was great! Thank you!
Melissa Compte — Google review
Enjoyed our visit to this cute little place. The waitress was very attentive. But I was disappointed when I wanted to order a small garden salad with grilled chicken and was told they don’t put chicken on the small salads. I was willing to pay the extra for the chicken. The waitress said I would have to order a large salad. I knew I couldn’t eat that much and didn’t want to pay to waste it. Ordered a plain small green salad. It was fresh and the ranch was good.
Deborah Doyle — Google review
The pizza looked great...and tasted even better! Our server did everything even poured our beer from the pitcher we ordered (didn't catch her name). Support local business especially this one

We found this restaurant because we were in the area picking up a freezer from a FB marketplace transaction. We live about an hour away from Milton, so figured we would give a local place a try. We haven’t been able to stop talking about how good the food was and about making a trip back soon. The cheese fries come with cheese on the side for you to dip them in, they were delicious. We also got wings with the Bee Sting sauce, they were delicious. Lastly, we got a pizza, and it was delicious with the crispiest crust we’ve ever had! The staff was very friendly. We are definitely planning on going back, even if we have to make a trip just for that!

Oh how I love love ❤️ Miltonian! Their food, their staff, their owners! Found this place when I first moved to Delaware and it has be a frequent favorite years and years later! As a wing connoisseur I can say that Miltonian hands down has the best wings and wing sauce ANYWHERE! In all my travels the sauce is SPECTACULAR! So wish it was bottled and for sale! Pizza here is fantastic and all the dishes are made with true regard for flavor and freshness! Just cannot say enough good things! A community loving restaurant with genuinely kind people. I love visiting and the owner always takes the time to greet me by name ❤️ This place gets it right and checks all the boxes for me and my family! If you haven’t tried already…..get over there and grab yourself some wonderful food and atmosphere!

In my opinion they have the best wings around... their "killer" wing sauce is amazing. Been going here for years. And ill continue going back. Would highly recommend their wings and pizza.
Cam Mast — Google review
The place has gone significantly down hill in the last couple of years. The place is clearly not in its prime. The staff are arguing in plain view of the customers while the manager or owner mills around acting intimidating and aggressive more than anything. There was no ambient music or sound and place was less than welcoming . Tonight their credit card machine went down. Rather than the restaurant posting this anywhere they did not tell us until we were seated and our order taken. From the staffs tales, the card was down before we came in. They chose to wait and try to force us into paying cash after scamming us into eating here. The staff we rushing us out and sweeping under our feet while we waited for our pizza at the sit down portion of the restaurant. The female owner operator manager was incredible. She turned around our bad experience with an up beat personality and was a light in the darkness for this restaurant. It is clear she cares and her presence changes the atmosphere significantly. The food particularly the pizza was excellent. Hot, crunchy thin tall crust and flexible yet firm bottom.
Ean Dudley — Google review
My wife and I always get the veggie pizza, well done, which we feel is one of the best around the area. I also had an order of wings that were excellent.
Russ Estes — Google review
Miltonian is a great place for old school pizza. Every pie comes with ten slices (yes ten slices). Pizza is delicious and a great meal for a family of four for a reasonable price. Jerrica was my waitress and gave me a wonderful experience for my first time, such a sweetheart. For those in the mood for dessert, get the cinnamon bun with cream cheese frosty, it’s delicious.
Cole Magrini — Google review
We love Miltonian! The crab ravioli and eggplant parm are fire! My wife always gets the manicotti or pesto ravioli and both are great. Our daughters always get the kids spaghetti and meatballs and a bacon pizza. I tried the killer bee sauce tonight, and I will be stocking my fridge with it. Miltonian is a staple in our household. We order take out at least twice a month and are never disappointed.
Cole Bradour — Google review
Always worth it! Fresh and affordable. I get the everything pizza and order a large so I have leftovers. My son loves the pepperoni pizza. Their marinara sauce is great for dipping. And their wings are superb! I have been a fan for over a decade and continue to go there any time I am near the beach. (We now live in DC.)
Lisa Flowers — Google review
What I like most about Miltonian Pizzeria is that they make you feel like part of the family. And the food is delicious. It's a very clean place the staff is very good at getting the orders right and serving the meal's hot. Great job to the Miltonian Pizzeria team. Thanks: John & Holly Bridgeville Delaware.
John Fothergill — Google review
The reason I return is because of the food not the atmosphere. With half of the dinning area turned into visable storage ,feels as though your eating in a storage closet. But the kicker is, they shut down for an extended period of time (months) and leave their customers hanging.
doug gregory — Google review
Miltonian! Sounds impressive and it is. Best wings anywhere and the pizza is fresh and wonderful. This is a family business that is local and supports local organizations so that’s good enough! Try the Gomd Rush sandwich with crispy chicken, American cheese and bacon topped with honey mustard! Delicious! Extensive pasta menu including eggplant Parmesan. They feature Dogfish beer and have othe drafts on the menu. A good place for tourists and locals to enjoy!
Diane Albanese — Google review
Great new addition, nicely designed. Food was worth the trip. Service was friendly and attentive.
Dennis Handel — Google review
Worst wings ever and mediocre pizza. Ordered a medium plan pizza that was probably a 3 in a scale 0 to 10 with 10 being excellent. My main complaint is the Buffalo wings, I could not eat more than a bite and had to throw the rest to the garbage and I so much regret it because I hate wasting food. The wings were overcooked, dry, with a strong presence of oregano and worst of all came in the container in so much oil that was just disgusting and tasted just as bad. First and last. Perhaps comming from the NYC/ northern Jersey area I'm spoiled to have very good pizza and wings. But will not give up and keep searching for good pizza and wings.
S Cabezas — Google review
Went there because no other options around were open, but we’re so glad we ended up there! We were a group of 11, at 9 pm, and still everything was fresh and we got our food super fast. Both pizzas tasted amazing, but the best thing was our server, Lyssa, which was very kind and professional and everyone was impressed by her. Would 100% be back if we didn’t live so far away!

Irish pub
Nestled in the rural town of Milton, Irish Eyes Pub & Restaurant offers a delightful escape for food enthusiasts seeking traditional Irish fare and a refreshing pint. Despite its off-the-beaten-path location, this gem attracts visitors with its inviting ambiance and live music. Guests rave about the delectable dishes, such as the Reuben sandwich and generously portioned crab cakes. The cozy atmosphere and good value make it a popular choice among locals, although some patrons wish for an expanded beer selection.
It was our 1st time here!! We've been looking for new places to eat and this place is an excellent choice!! My husband had the Reuben sandwich, and I had Shepherds pie!! We both enjoyed our meals very much! We also had a Crab Pretzels as an app, delicious!! We will be back!!

This is my first time here and wow it was very nice ☺️ I was thinking 🤔 and ordered the squash bites which were good for my main i got the Reuben sandwich and many it didn't disappoint the meat was fresh and toasted just right only thing missing was there was no cheese on the other half of the bread they would of made it even better the wife got a burger and fries and it was pretty good fries there are the coated fries which are not bad over all great experience for my first time I will be coming back

Everyone knows Irish Eyes around here. Yummy pub food and cozy atmosphere. Good value for the prices. Only downside is I don't care for their beer list. But, to make up for that they do good basic drinks!

First time here. Great service, the waitress was really great and attentive. The food was delicious. Ordered plain burger and carrot cake.

Super cool vibe and the live music was awesome. Sat in the back outside and the weather was perfect. Service was super chill and the place was packed but it didn’t take too long to get the food. The food was spectacular. The adult grilled cheese sandwich was one of the best I’ve ever had. Paired with the soup was heavenly. The crab cakes was super good and they were very generous with the crab. Would highly recommend!
Madison Jameson — Google review
The food has been consistent. Once one of my go to in Milton. However service has steadily gone down in the past 2 years. Once service with a smile now has a bad attitude when asking for another round. Most often they do not show. Difficult to plan to go to a show on time. During a lunch date found a poorly dressed staff applying make up at the bar... Lewes is much better.
Don Laskay — Google review
Nice spot to hang out and grab a bite. Nice staff, great bar, all around yes!!
MZLIB — Google review
My reviews on the food are mixed. However, I found something last night that was outstanding. It is the seafood shepherd's pie. It is the only reason I would go back. We've had problems many times with the confused, unenthusiastic staff. Other people in my community have the same opinion. The staff is so unattentive. At times customers are treated like an inconvenience. They are losing a lot of money by not coming over to offer drinks after seating. Waiting so long for food is bad enough but without a drink, it's really irritating. I place the blame on the manager who is not training the staff properly and following through to make sure everything is going smoothly. I'd love to see this place be somewhere people really want to gather rather than going just because it's close to the theater.
Jeryl — Google review
HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY 😊. Well this was just a great experience from start to finish. Emma greeted us at the door & was very pleasant as we preferred to sit at the bar. No seats so we grabbed a side table but let Emma know & she supplied us with menus right away. Within a matter of seconds our server’s were at our table. Skylar & Ava were super our entire visit. The mussels were excellent as was the fried shrimp & seafood shepherds pie. Skylar & Ava were on top of being sure we were good with drinks, Food and boxes when finished. We can’t thank Irish Eyes enough for making our experience amazing. We go out every other weekend & will be sure to return to the Milton location. Keep up the great work. Thank you Skylar & Ava. You were tipped accordingly!!

Creole restaurant
Po' Boys Creole Restaurant is a lively and casual eatery located in a bustling strip mall. It's known for serving up traditional Cajun and Creole dishes, making it a must-visit spot for food enthusiasts. The restaurant has garnered positive reviews from patrons who have enjoyed the flavorful offerings, such as fried oysters, calamari, chicken and andouille sausage gumbo, Muffuletta sandwiches, and fried Brussels sprouts.
Tonight was my first experience at the restaurant and I am very very glad that my motorcycle ride ended up here. The staff was very engaging with those dining in. If I weren't tired of talking after a 10-hour shift in my dealership I would have enjoyed chiming in more. I'm familiar with shrimp po boys so I ordered that and a small cup of gumbo to try since I have not had that before. Very happy with the overall experience there and absolutely plan to visit again. I'm roughly 40 minutes north of the restaurant and find every minute of the drive worth it.

This place is the best!! Might have to wait for a table but it's completely worth it!! Best creole food I've had north of Louisiana!! Grits, calamari, gumbo, Burbon Wings...all FANTASTIC!! Only disappointment was they didn't have the Gator Bites...but that's what next time is for!! Would completely recommend this place!!

Friendly restaurant with a small menu, but very good food! Fish n chips was tender and crisp with slightly over cooked fries. Our toddler loved the rice and beans and my coleslaw. We tried the buttermilk sugar pie. Tasted similar to the state pie of Indiana but with a lemon flavor. Nifty decor to gaze at during the visit and quick service.

Small place with a very homey neighborhood feel serving some of the best New Orleans/Louisiana inspired food we've ever had. Anywhere! Visited again today (12/15/23)...first visit since the change of ownership. The menu has expanded a bit, but the quality is still quite good, and the portions are generous.

AMAZING! Friendly and quick service (we only spent 45 mins total there). The food is top notch. We have a pretty good southern food place near us but nothing like this. If we lived closer we would put this in our frequent rotation but will definitely put it on “must eat here” list whenever we are down here! Get the appetizer scallops with caper lemon butter. Best scallops I’ve ever had.

A tiny neighborhood restaurant almost hidden in a small strip mall. A warm welcome upon entering. Small-ish menu, but lots of daily specials. The Fried Green Tomatoes are not to be missed. Perfectly crispy outside, soft interior. Had the special Muffuletta on their amazing french bread. Only downside is table size. Small. I mean small. Was difficult to balance food and beverages (served in adorable handled mason jars). Wait staff knowledgeable and friendly. This and the Nook are putting Milton on the cullinary map.

Today I drove to Ocean City Md, and one of the best parts about living in PA is coming through Delaware. Throughout the ride I asked Siri to show me restaurants on my route, and finally there was a Cajun restaurant that peaked my interest. Yelp had it at a 4.5, so I took chance and detoured. Well it did not disappoint. This charming establishment had a steady flow of customers and a pleasant staff. I saw the specials and I was sold, so I ordered a Muffuletta and fried Brussels sprouts. I believe the owner was checking me out and she kindly informed me my sandwich came with fries and I said I would rather skip the fries; so she substituted my Brussel sprouts as the side. My regret is not getting the fried green tomatoes. This is amazing local gem!!! Great service and delicious food.

This restaurant was recommended to us by a friend. I'm so happy that they did! I ordered the fried oysters and a garden salad. We saw that they had calamari and asked if the breaded it there or if they bought it breaded. They bread it there so we asked if they could sauté some for us without the breading (my husband is gluten sensitive). My hubby ordered the calamari, the chicken and andouille sausage gumbo and a Caesar salad. The calamari was delicious! My oysters were cooked to perfection and very tasty. The gumbo was superb. The salads were well portioned and great. I cannot wait to go back!!

If you're a true food lover, I insist you pay a visit to this incredible restaurant. Located just a few miles off your beach route, nestled between a Mexican market and a Dollar General, this unassuming gem will astound you with its exquisite culinary delights. Trust me, I'm grateful I don't live closer; otherwise, I'd be indulging here excessively. Let me start by discussing the factors that matter most: food, service, atmosphere, and value. Taking all these into account, I can confidently declare that this establishment is one of the finest in the region. Where else can you relish delectable beignets for a mere $2? And imagine savoring five flawlessly cooked dayboat scallops for only $17! These prices are unrivaled. Upon our arrival, we were promptly seated, lucky to have arrived when we did. With only eight tables, the place quickly filled up, forming a line of eager diners waiting for a table. The ambiance feels just like visiting your warm-hearted Louisiana aunt, with three lovely ladies bustling around to take your order. Pam, our server, exhibited the patience of a saint, graciously accommodating our indecisiveness and tending to our young children. From the very first bite of our appetizer—scallops—it was evident that we had ordered way too much. But we couldn't resist. Our order consisted of kids' meals (chicken strips and PB&J), appetizers of fried green tomatoes and cornbread, followed by enticing entrees of Shrimp Po' Boy and Zydeco Plate. Finally, we indulged in the heavenly combination of bread pudding and beignets for dessert. All this, along with our drinks and a muffaletta sandwich to go, amounted to a mere $105. The value we received would have cost us nearly double anywhere else. So, dear fellow traveler, don't miss out on this unforgettable culinary experience. Make a detour to this remarkable restaurant during your beach adventure. It will be a decision you won't regret.

So glad to have found this little gem. Gator bites were so tender and delicious. The blackened scallops were perfection. The chicken and andouile sausage gumbo with cornbread was so tasty. Collards and fried catfish was really good. I don't think you could go wrong with anything here. Plus amazing service by Lisa!! She was an absolute joy and so friendly. We loved her and every single dish we had.
