Steak house
The Chop House is a laid-back outpost that specializes in grilled meats, including steaks and prime rib, as well as seafood options. They also offer an extensive wine selection to complement their dishes. Customers who have visited the restaurant describe it as an informal yet satisfying dining experience. The food is said to be excellent, with large onion rings being a standout feature. The service provided by the servers, such as Kelly, has been highly praised for going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
Excellent food. Excellent service. Wonderful atmosphere... Kenny was our server the first visit kiddos to him for making the visit fun and pleasant. Preston was our server the second time and he did a great job as well. Thank you all...

My wife and I visited The Chop House during a recent road trip. We made reservations and were seated within 5 minutes of our reserved time. Our server was friendly and helpful. We had several questions regarding the menu and she was happy to answer them all. I tend to drink a lot of iced tea with dinner, and she kept bringing them as my glass became empty without my prompting. I ordered beef medallions cooked in a wine sauce and served with mushrooms. My wife ordered petite pork chops. My medallions were cooked perfectly and tasted great. My wife also enjoyed her chops, pairing them with the baked apples that came with the meal. We also paid the extra dollar to upgrade our side salad for a chopped salad and we were both glad that we did. The chopped salad had blue cheese, avocado, bacon, and a lot of other yummy stuff in it. So, the food was delicious and the service was great. We had a wonderful meal and we left satisfied and happy.

My wife and i had chops and steak and the food was good but our waitress knocked our socks off with the level of service we recieved. Ask for Jerry and you will be taken very good care of. Her level of customer service is unherd of these days. One example of service is i asked for some a1 and 57 sauce for my steak and she brought it to the table in a sauce bowl already mixed.

The service is as enjoyable as the food! Audrey is one of the best! My dad has arthritis in his hands having trouble cutting his steak. Audrey walked by and saw him. She stopped and asked to help. I've never had a server go above and beyond like that. Of course she got a good tip! Don't let the outside fool ya being in a shopping center. It's definitely finer dining!

We stopped in for lunch and enjoyed a great meal. We started with the fried cheese wedges which were cooked perfectly and tasted great. I ordered the prime rib sandwich which comes with Mac and cheese. The prime rib was melt in your mouth as for the Mac and cheese I only ate two bites because the flavor seemed off. My husband got a burger which he really enjoyed.

Expect a wait, especially during dinner service. I would suggest waiting in your vehicle as only two benches are available in front of the restaurant and the wait was one hour and twenty minutes for our party of two. Lowlight restaurant with booths, tables and bar. Complimentary fresh baked bread with honey butter. Party of two enjoyed Colossal Homemade Onion Rings (small plate) appetizer and still had several left. The Chop House Steakburger was chargrilled perfectly to requested temperature. Fries served crispy and nicely seasoned. Deviled Eggs with brown sugar bacon are a must try for deviled egg lovers. Our waitress was wonderful, drinks were continually filled. She was prompt and friendly and she was smiling through a rough time as she is working two service jobs to make ends meet. I’m certain she is exhausted…please be kind to your server. I am thankful she crossed our path and partly because of her, we enjoyed our experience and will return.

Stop in for a nice dinner on the way to Knoxville. We had a wonder dinner. Service was friendly and accommodating. Food came out efficiently and fast. Good quality was perfect. We had the onion rings appetizer. We had 2 entrees . The mahi mahi with mango salsa. Served with baked sweet potato and sugar snap peas. The second entree was the prime rib sandwich on onion roll, med rare with horseradish with a side of fries. Everything was tasty and fresh. Bravo to the cooks.

2 nights of dinner there. Both nights dinner was fantastic. Wonderful service, great atmosphere. Prices were reasonable for what we ordered.

First time experience at the Chop House. My family and I stopped by for lunch to celebrate Father's day early. We were not disappointed. My wife and I ordered sirloin steak and our daughter ordered Vudu tacos. The food was excellent, the onion rings the largest we have ever seen but the server, Kelly, she was truly amazing. When my steak arrived it wasn't as done as I wanted but I told her it would be okay. She truly cared that the steak wasn't to my liking so she convinced me to let her take it back. A great dining experience.

We had an excellent experience today, sitting on the balcony, overlooking I-40 and Buc-ees in Kodak, TN. Our waitress was fantastic! I wish I could remember her name so I could give her accolades. The weather was perfect to dine outside. We started with drinks. The Bloody Mary and the Key Lime Martini were a perfect addition to our meal. The prime rib sandwich and macaroni and cheese were mouth-watering. The Voodoo chicken tacos and onion rings were wonderful. This place ranks way up there on my list of places to eat and to actually enjoy a meal. One thing stood out as actually funny to me. In the ladies bathroom, one of the toilets is SO Close to the ground. The toilet literally measured its height halfway between my ankle and knee...and I'm six-feet tall! When you are older and a bit stiff, it's difficult to bend that low. I had to laugh at myself, trying to stoop down to use the toilet. I must do more stretching and limber up for these new bathroom adventures.

I had the shrimp, lobster, crab Alfredo and veggies dish.... 3 bites of seafood ALL vegetables!!! Tasted good but for the $$ expected more seafood!!! Husband had ribs and i ended up eating some of his. They were great. Cinnamon apples were terrible.

We stayed in the Severeville area for 9 days and this was the best meal we had. A party of 6 and each steak was prepared exactly as requested and we had 3 guys who are very goofy about their steaks. Great flavor and tender steaks. The corn creme brulee was delicious! Our server was very attentive and constantly checked on us during the meal.

Flavourful grilled chicken parmesan and grilled rosemary chicken, they are grilled to perfection, just love it!! The kids cheese pizza is soft and tasty. Home style French fries were crispy and awesome. The chicken tortilla soup is a must try.. the service was amazing, Teresa was kind and helpful. We would love to come back again..

Food was fantastic. There will probably be a wait, it is a very good restaurant and the food is delicious. It is also on the pricey side, I believe I paid about $25 for a Diet Coke and the crab cake appetizer which came with 4 smoked shrimps. It was expensive imo but it was very good. I also saw those chops and my mouth watered.

The food was outstanding! It is one of the best varieties we have found in tennessee for a great meal! If you want it, they probably have it. From Mahi mahi, lamb chops, lobster, steak, pork chops, shrimp, salmon.... best variety of high-quality meals anywhere we have found in our travels. Kind staff, good beer, and beautiful setting. Was nice to have a manager coming around to tables and seeing how everything was going as well. So many times, managers aren't seen, and all 3 times we have visited, we have been greeted.

Decided to stop for dinner while passing through Sevierville, TN. Their website recommends making a reservation, which must be done through the open table app. You must call ahead for large parties. The restaurant was mostly empty, and the host was missing also. We waited a few minutes and were still greeted and seated before our reservation time. The atmosphere was quiet and cozy. However, I can’t tell you the last time the shelving and knick-knacks were dusted. I used the restroom before ordering. The women’s restroom was in need of cleaning. Choose your battles, one stall hadn’t been flushed and the other had toilet paper all over the floor. Be very careful when you wash your hands, the hot water can take your skin off. Our server was in training. She and her trainer were very attentive and knowledgeable. We chose mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, and they arrived overcooked and unappetizing. Our server offered to replace them, but I did not want anymore after the first attempt at making them. I ordered the sirloin steak cooked medium, and I received it fairly undercooked. The entree comes with a salad and loaded baked potato. Overall the experience was not traumatic, and I would dine here again. It’s a far better choice than Longhorn or Outback.

With multiple locations in Tennessee, it has become one of the most popular pancake houses in the state. The Sevierville branch is conveniently located along the Parkway, making it easily accessible for visitors.
I have a deep love for breakfast good but an even deeper love for pancakes and waffles! We stopped in around 10:30am on a weekday. Hostess was very sweet and so was our server Anna. Breakfast was ordered and on the table quickly. Everything was delicious 😋 Prices were fair for it being a tourist town. Restaurant and bathrooms were clean.

This was the first time we had given this breakfast joint a shot and it did not disappoint. Their breakfast is delicious! Large hearty servings which my wife loves. Plate of food so large we shared it and still had some left over. Large menu available. Visit soon definitely worth a try! Note about this breakfast place and all others get there early. Every place in pigeon forge has like an hour wait because they all stay so busy!

I was looking forward to trying this breakfast spot as everyone was raving about it but I honestly think this place is over-hyped. We got seated right away and our waitress was nice but def seemed like she was in a rush the whole time. My partner and I shared the Townsend skillet and got an extra side of bacon, biscuits and toast. The waitress forgot my toast but I told her don't worry about it. The food came out barely warm (even the skillet..?) and was mediocre. Nothing to hit home about although I loved the biscuit lol. But that was literally it. I was disappointed and won't be returning.

Mixed Berry Crepes were delicious and the bacon was just the way I like it. The lady that waited on our table was sweet and did amazing! 10/10 highly recommend this location for breakfast!

We usually visit one of the many Flapjacks 🥞 for breakfast when we are in the Great Smoky Mountains for a visit. Their breakfast is delicious! Large hearty servings which my husband loves. They do a good job of making fun servings for children. Bear 🐻 pancakes 🥞 are always a hit! Large menu available. Visit soon.

Fast service, delicious food. I am not big on breakfast food, I ordered the veggie omelet and I honestly didn’t expect it to be so tasty! Service was fast and friendly. They have a little gift shop inside a few feet away from the tables. My son ordered their fried chicken and oh my goodness was it delicious! Crispy and light!

We'll be coming back again but I think Flapjack's may be resting on their laurels. The staff was absolutely amazing and accommodating and the decor is wonderful The only problem is that some of the food was honestly underwhelming. The eggs and the pancakes seemed like they were precooked similar to like a buffet even though we're at a sit down.

Just another standard place here in pigeon Forge Tennessee. The atmosphere was really cool and the service was very good. I thought the prices were a bit higher than some of the other locations in the area but overall not terrible. The food was good. I liked the cabin, feel, and it was cozy. on the strip in pigeon Forge. We attended the one at the beginning of the area.

Flapjacks is an adorable cabin style restaurant with an enormous fireplace in the middle. The food is delicious! The menu offers a variety of feasts that include eggs, meat, hash brown casserole, 2 pancakes, and biscuit with gravy! There was so much bacon on my plate I was ok with sharing. It was cooked to perfection, too. You can add toppings to your pancakes for a small upcharge. My youngest daughter has an adult appetite but is still a kid at heart. They made her pancakes into a bear (available on the kids menu) for no additional charge. Our waitress, Ashley, was super sweet. She was very patient and gave advice when my husband couldn't decide what to choose. We would definitely go again.

Such a cute place with very kind and attentive staff. The banana nut pancakes are awesome, as is the candied bacon. Big portions, too. It's a great spot to start your day before heading out for adventures in the Smokies!

We were elated by the customer service but the pancakes and the breakfast skillet left alot to be desired. The pancakes were very dense and the skillet was cold and missing the cheese. Our server was amazing! She fixed the skillet and apologized. She was kind and sweet. She was the best part of our visit. Not sure we would return based on the food though.

My family stopped at Flapjack's Pancake Cabin for the first time on our way home from Christmas vacation. We joined the waitlist on their website and only had a 10 minute wait by the time we arrived. I'm glad we did because they were packed by the time we got there. Our waitress, Ashley, was fantastic. She was very helpful and gave us recommendations on what to try. Even with the restaurant being packed our food was served quickly. It was some of the best breakfast we've ever had. The food is priced well and the portions are rather large. The pancakes were very thick and fluffy. Pictures : #1 - Cheese omelet (best I've ever had) and Grandma’s Peanut Butter & Banana Pancakes. #2 - Smothered Chicken meal (the hashbrown casserole it comes with is delicious) with chocolate chip pancakes #3 - Western omelet and hashbrowns

If you're from from Seiverville or Pigeon Forge or in town and looking for a good breakfast spot this is the place. The General Manager Annie is a valuable commodity to the company and our server Ms. Donna was an absolute pleasure. This is our second time visiting and each time is a pleasure.

decided to stop by for some breakfast, and I was not disappointed! The skillets are phenomenal, our waitress was kind and understand at my special requests. I could not have asked for a better experience. When I am back in the area I will definitely be by here for another breakfast stop!

Overall 4 stars, everything about it was like home cooking. Quick seating, quick to get the food, waitress was very attentive. Pancakes and Eggs breakfast you can't mess up one that easy. Chicken and Waffles the only thing I would do personally is offer a Nashville Hot style tender to go with it. Otherwise basic tenders and a nice big waffle.
Jus — Google review
Really cute restaurant with homey-like decor. We stopped in for breakfast and had no wait. The food was a little pricey for what we got, but it was good. One silly drawback was when the food was served we noticed the toast and pancakes were completely dry, and we had to sit and open all those little square containers of butter... It was a pain. Overall it was nice, but for 32.00 for eggs and pancakes we won't be returning.

Ok to start off with, the staff is amazing and friendly. Very helpful soin a su walk in the door. Great place to eat at even tho me and my family ordered to go, the to go process is very easy online so if ur not into big crowds like us it works perfect for you. Now.. the food.. was amazing!! Best breakfast I’ve had in my life and I’m 31 so that says a lot… the blueberry’s on my waffle was so moist and delicious I had no need for any syrup and I ALWAYS use syrup on my waffles.. the eggs were fluffy and delicious, the hash browns where cut so thin the basically melted in ur mouth and the bacon was cooked to exactly how I like it, u can choice the crispy or limp ness of ur bacon and I personally love limp bacon and it was perfect… for a family of four I only spent a little over $50 so it is very well priced. If ur wanting some amazing food, that’s priced even better and not deal with the line like u would with the Log Cabin, then this is the place to go!!!!

I haven't been to a Cracker Barrel in all my 36 years, but 1 time. My mom did not like high pricing. While traveling with my husband & niece we decided to stop. It was amazing. Fried chicken & French toast, weird but delicious.

Food is great. Only thing is, I wish the grits were thicker. The bathrooms need to be cleaned. Toilets are yucky looking.

My Bestie had suggested we come here. She said, “Hey there’s a Cracker Barrel Close By, you wanna go?” Of course I’m down for some good Home Cookin’! We packed up our babies and headed out. When we pulled in, a lot of the spots were taken! It was quite busy for a Friday Night! There were a bunch of spots too! It surprised me how busy they were. Getting seated was a little bit of an issue. As they sat others down before us, even though we arrived before them. No biggie. We still ate. Anyways, another thing is there wasn’t a lot of Room… for example: my Friends Daughter had to sit pretty much in the aisle. And I had placed my son on the seat next to me. (He was in a car seat) there were two or three times during the course of our Visit that the person behind my Son, kept bumping into his seat. The tables and chairs weren’t really spaced out that much. There was even a time where I was holding the chair steady while the people behind me were moving and he ended up pinching my finger between the Two chairs… We had Holly for our Waitress! She was such a Sweetie! What a Fantastic Job and service offered to us! She was very sweet and jumped at the opportunity for conversation. Very Personable with a great Personality! She quickly asked us for our drinks and brought them back, giving us time to look over the menu. I did not feel rushed ordering and she was very patient. I attempted to Order the Sirloin Steak Tips, but it was after 6pm, so I couldn’t. Instead as my Backup choice, I had decided on the Cream Cheese Stuffed pancakes with Two Over easy Eggs and a Side of Bacon! Delicious!! Our Food did take a while coming out… I would say around 25-35 minutes. Maybe even 40. However we did have 3 adults and a veggie plate for the little one! So we were understanding with the time and enjoying our conversations! When we got our food, we prayed, and Dug in! The food was nice and hot and my Bacon Was done exactly how I requested! CRISPY AND CRUNCHY!! SOOO YUMMY! 🥓 So were the Eggs 🍳 Over easy- with no Runny “Snots” Holly was a VERY GOOD LISTENER! Thank you Holly! After eating as much as we could, we asked for Two boxes and she gave us the check! We eventually headed out towards the gift shop and of course had to stop and look around! You’ll find a BUNCH of cute little things in the gift shop. From Coffee Mugs, mini Bible for kids, Easter things, CD’s 💿, books, Shoes, and kids outfits! It was a great night at a Great store! Thanks Holly! -Mrs. Burgess ————————————————————————— My recommendations: -Gotta wander through the gift shop while waiting for your food, it passes the time by! -The stuffed cream cheese Pancakes are Delectable!! -Come before 6pm for the Dinner Specials! -Don’t get full on the biscuits Before your food comes out! Haha, they’re quite addicting so it can be a challenge!! ————————————————————————— Pros: -Great Gift Shop! Great Gifts! -Holly was Phenomenal! -Delicious, Hot Food! -LOTS OF SIDES to choose from!! -Great Atmosphere! -Free Refills and Great, Hot, Biscuits! ————————————————————————— Cons: -Barely any Space while sitting. Very Cramped. -The Hosting was a little wacky. —————————————————————————

For the first time ever our family went out for Thanksgiving dinner instead of cooking. We were so pleased that we chose Cracker Barrel. The wait was a mere 20 minutes which we spent shopping in the retail space, so many unique Christmas items!! We ordered the turkey dinners which came with 2 generous slices of turkey breast, cornbread dressing with gravy, green beans, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole and pumpkin pie for dessert. The cost was under $20 per person, which is cheaper than it would have been to cook.

This Cracker Barrel is one of the better Cracker Barrel’s I have been too. I always ordered the Southern fried chicken. This chicken was hot and fresh and had very big pieces. It was very delicious. I ordered the broccoli and the hash brown casserole. our server was very friendly and we come to the table and ask us how we’re doing multiple times which is a plus. If I’m ever back in Tennessee I will definitely come visit this Cracker Barrel. The atmosphere was very cozy and friendly.

I haven't always had good experiences at Cracker Barrels so I haven't visited one for a while. This one I saw had some poor reviews about long waits for food. I was seated promptly. My order was taken right away when I was ready. And my food came in a very timely fashion and it tasted good. The steak was cooked properly. The baked potatoe was a little underdone Not raw, but I had to use my knife to cut it up so I could smash it with my fork. And the broccoli was cold. I also had to hold my glass up to get someone to refill my strawberry lemonade which was very good by the way, as I never saw my server again after my food was served until she dropped off my check. It seems clear to me they are making efforts to improve and I think the food has, but service could use some more help. I had breakfast here the next day also. The French toast was excellent, but I was seated behind a partition and I had to stand up to get some attention. Someone (not my scheduled server) came and took my order, but it never got communicated to my server except that they'd put the order in so when it came out she had it wrong. My server did go out of her way to make sure it was right and did keep checking on me while I was there. Communication among staff could be better.

I always enjoy eating at Cracker Barrel. I love their meat loaf! It is delicious, and I enjoy it with mashed potatoes and gravy, carrots, cole slaw, or green beans. I always leave full and satisfied. Also shopping at the Country Store is a lot of fun. They have lots of things to choose from. I bought a new pocket book and a warm fuzzy blanket. I always look forward to eating at Cracker Barrel. I eat at a lot of Mexican restaurants. Usually eat street tacos, sometimes on the menu sometimes you just have to ask for them. DON'S nailed them perfectly! I usually don't eat the salsa and chips they put on the table at other restaurants, but here at Don's we ate it all. From salsa, to cheese dip to the street tacos, it was PERFECT! You must come here. I read the reviews and still wasn't sure but I can promise you, I am so glad we came! This will be our stop from now on when we're in town. ****Came 6 months later when in town and Elizabeth was amazing! Still amazing food and perfect service! Thanks Elizabeth!!!***

After a terrible experience at El Machete, we decided to come here. I wish we would have came here from the start! We were welcomed very warmly and kindly, even though the restraunt was extremely busy. Riqelmy was our waitress, and she was amazing. She got our drinks as soon as we sat down ( even as they were packed) our chips and salsa were out very quick as well. Also the salsa was the best I have ever had and have ate at many authentic Mexican restraunts before. We informed her that my other half was allergic to peppers and she made sure that the order was correct and up to par. Our order took a min to come out because they were extremely busy, but boy was it worth the wait. The food was absolutely delicious, the chicken was cooked to perfection, and she made sure to ask us if everything was correct before she walked away . We loved the atmosphere and the fact that she came back and checked on us a total of 5 times. Excellent customer service. Never went without a refill, and were treated like customers should be treated. I absolutely loved this place and we will be back! Muchas gracias❤️!

Pizza Hut is a renowned chain that specializes in pizza, wings, and pasta. The establishment offers delivery, carry-out, and dine-in options. We've had the best service and pizza from this location! We usually order their large pepperoni with hand tossed crust - their crust is the BEST! And Kayla was super sweet and friendly! Our fav pizza place so far!

Much better experience this time around. The pizza was fresh. Tasted good and was made just like we ordered. Nicholas was very nice and helped me figure out how to use my credit. Will definitely be back.

The food tasted good, though the breadsticks were much smaller than usual. Also ordered a large pan pizza with instructions for a well done crust, which it was not. Otherwise, the pizza was good. Pepperoni pizza wasn't very done, crust was basically white with no flavor. Plus the oldish stray soggy mushroom in the middle grossed him out (left of box in pic). Pasta was good, wings were good. Worth the $40? Prob not.
Rose Madder — Google review
Ordered a pizza, wings and cheese sticks from this location for delivery. Upon receiving the order and getting back to room, we realized we didn't get cheeseticks from the order, the pizza was missing a pineapple topping and it was not the style (pan) ordered. Called to store location to explain the situation and was told that the manager sent out a pineapple topped pizza for delivery and would reimburse for bread sticks with voucher. Never received the actual items ordered and was disputed on the phone about the wrong pizza received by the manager. They may have sent out the correct pizza, but we didn't receive it regardless. This location is under garbage management and if you can order elsewhere, save yourself the headache and get delivery from a place that can accurately run a delivery service.

Terrible experience. Order took almost 50 minutes longer than expected, wings and the container they came in were completely smashed. Veggie toppings seemed old and very dried out, crust was very tough and driver wouldn’t leave the door and kept knocking despite it clearly being marked as a no-contact delivery. Huge waste of money and will be putting my $50 towards a local business next time.

The employees were friendly and the food was good, but frankly, I was afraid to eat it. I used the restroom before I made my purchase, and it was pretty bad. The sink and toilet were disgusting. The floors and counters didn't look very clean either. When I used to work at a pizza store, we made sure our store was as clean as could be, especially where the customers are. This store could use employees, that know how to keep their store clean.
