Bar
Eleven 11 is a charming 19th-century establishment that houses a vibrant tavern and a welcoming family-friendly dining room. It offers an array of delectable New American cuisine, including superb pasta dishes. This restaurant provides the perfect setting for various occasions, whether it's a casual gathering with friends or an elegant meal with parents. In addition to its delightful atmosphere, Eleven 11 also features live music and a friendly bar area.
First visit and we were very pleased. Audrey was our server and we could not ask for better service! Personable and attentive to our needs - and spit on with timing! I order a special of the day 14oz NY strip steak, medium rare. Tender and cooked to perfection. My wife ordered a full order baby back ribs- in hindsight she should have ordered the app size. They were fall off the bone tender. We were both very pleased with the service, the food and the ambiance.

Simple yet flavorful. My shepherds pie was tasty. Her burger was perfectly cooked. The mixed drinks here are fun too!

Had the Caesar salad chicken, it was delicious service was good. Great place to go if you’re looking for an easy dinner to have 👍🏼

We had dinner at this restaurant after a long time and we really enjoyed our meal. Everything was fresh and delicious. The tuna tartare one of the best I have had and comes with a delicious soy ginger dressing. The steaks were cooked perfectly and the mashed potatoes and veggies both was super delicious.

We always forget about this restaurant and anytime we do go, we really enjoy the food. The service was great and friendly. I'm just not crazy about the inside space... It's pretty tight. I don't even know how they were able to fit a performer in there! Lol. It was lovely to have love music though! I realized that there is a second floor, but I think it's for parties only.

Went to the bar for a drink or two which I maybe do three times a year and we had a good time but the bartender wasn’t the friendliest person in the world. Maybe it was an off night but I didn’t feel overly welcome there. I was in a group of 3 and we were all dressed properly and acted accordingly in our environment. It did seem like everyone else there were regulars so maybe that’s why all 3 of us sensed an attitude from the bartender? Not sure exactly. Still, I tipped properly, probably too much but I used to bartender and know it’s not an easy job so I can forgive quite a bit. The atmosphere here is quaint and beautiful with a homey feel. You’ve got to squeeze to get into the bathrooms but that’s part of the charm. I’ll be back.

Needed a quick stop for some good food on a long drive from CT to the Cakskills. Something better than the usual chains. My girlfriend found Eleven 11 online and we are pleased she did. Stopped by late afternoon - just a few minutes off I-84. Service was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was great - I had the steak sandwich and she had the tuna tartare and fries. Drinks were reasonable, and the atmosphere was quiet and relaxing. A perfect stop. I would dine here again.

This is a great little bar. We had a great time and the staff was very friendly. We had a private party upstairs and it was just perfect. I really like this location. Thank you to the staff for doing such an amazing job and making it a special night for us!!!

Deserves all the praise I am about to give it. Sometimes when you read reviews you say this is too good to be true, this restaurant is really that good. I just hosted a private party for 30 people in their lovely upstairs party space 1. The owner Dennis is knowledgeable, laidback and easy to work with in planning a party. His catering menu has selections to please even the pickiest eaters dietary restrictions. 2. Reasonably priced for the high quality delivered. (Especially when compared to hiring a party space and a full service caterer.) 3. Delicious freshly prepared food, much better than I ever hoped to expect of a buffet. Also the Bruschetta appetizer is not your run of the mil ltoast, tomato, garlic instead it was innovative a superb major hit. 4. Great beer and wine offerings. 5. Helpful, professional and really hardworking staff...shoutout to Kayla and Kelly who worked exceptionally hard with genuine smiles throughout the evening. And even packed up the leftovers for us to have another meal; and even those were delicious reheated :). 6. We were allowed to bring in our own table decorations (floral arrangements) much earlier in the day and the staff put them out.( I highly recommend this.) 7. If you are thinking of having a private party in the Fishkill-Beacon Vicinity you will not be disappointed if you choose Eleven11 . I know i wasn't. Looking forward to returning, when we're in the area again, and having lunch or dinner outside or in the dining room. Thank you everyone at Eleven 11 for making our family's party so special.

European restaurant
Sotano is a well-regarded fine dining establishment in Fishkill, situated in a renovated historic dwelling on Main Street. The restaurant offers a diverse Mediterranean menu featuring various pasta dishes, seafood options, and meats. Additionally, Sotano stands out as one of the few places in the area that serves an enjoyable Sunday brunch.
Just had an absolutely delicious meal tonight. We ordered from the Hudson Valley Restaurant Week menu. The escargot was delicious and presentation in mushrooms was very unique. My steak was cooked just as ordered and the shrimp tender. Flan was a perfect finish. The portions were generous, food was served hot, the accompanying risotto and vegetables were also first rate. Service was outstanding. Will definitely return.
Donna Snowden — Google review
I have visited this restaurant twice. That is a positive sign by itself. Sotanos is located on Main Street in Fishkill, NY. The area is easy to get to as it it right off of I 84 and Route 9, a major thoroughfare. There is ample parking in the back of this white, quaint, vintage house turned into an eatery. That's a good thing because at peak hours, there is no Street parking to be found. You will be greated immediately upon arrival and seated in one of the dining areas to the left OR at the small bar to your right. We ordered fried calamari and shrimp 🍤 wrapped in bacon 🥓 as appetizers. A universal truth is that bacon makes everything taste better! Both were tasty and devoured so fast that I forgot to take pretty, unmolested pictures of them. You will notice immediately that the portions here are adequate, so you do not feel robbed, but unless you had gastro surgery, there will not be a lot of take out boxes clogging up your refrigerator You get JUST enough with lots of sauce to trick the 👀 eyes into thinking 🤔 the plates 🍽 are loaded. The main courses ordered were a fillet mignon with scallops and a "crispy" duck that was not crispy at all. Reportedly, the duck was delicious, but the crispy description was on the menu. The steak was a good grade, tender, and prepared to my liking. The scallops were some of the best 👌 that I ever had. As you can see in the picture, you don't get many of them. Gelato as a desert is my recommendation. The service was excellent. I like the non rushed eating experience on well spaced tables on beautiful, 100 year old broad plank floors. The bathroom was clean. I can see a pretty good wait for this room if the place is crowded. If memory serves me, it is a single use bathroom. It's a VERY nice place to go for a delicious meal, perhaps for a special occasion. I would and will absolutely visit again unless I can find a comparable restaurant with slightly larger portions for the price. Sotanos is a wonderful experience although not a great value. Your mileage may vary. Enjoy!

So today was my first time at this amazing resturant!! The staff, the food, the atmosphere, and the wine are all off the hook!!! Just stop what you are doing and check this place out! It's hands down fantastic from start to finish..

Octopus salad was first rate. Had the dish with pasta and various shellfish and calamari in a spicy sauce. Wife had the beet and goat cheese salad and also a shrimp and broccoli rabe. We both thought everything tasted fresh with very nicely balanced flavors. Our main waiter was Charlie who was very attentive. The place was very busy so a reservation is a good idea. Overall it was one of my favorite meals.

We happened to be in town for the night and came across this restaurant. We decided to give it a try. The building appeared to be an older, perhaps historical building, but I am not certain. The waitress was very helpful and accommodating. The food was quite good.

Had lunch at Sotano a while back and it was fine, So, we decided to go back last night and dine. A Sunday during restaurant week, a bit busy, somewhat of a wait, We thought and hoped we would get dinner first rate. Two of us picked the price fixe, We selected the surf and turf, it sounded like a good mix. My sirloin had lots of grizzle, it was tough to cut, I was not the only one, as my friend was in the same rut. We carved with effort to extract what meat we could get at, When finished we sent back 50 percent of the “meat” because it was grizzle and fat. The rest of the meal was satisfactory and fine, But it was so disappointing with the steak, that it ruined our good time. Our server asked us 'how was our meal,' My buddy explained to her how we really did feel. She replied 'I will let the manager know' we sat back and waited, 20 minutes went by, no response, so we asked for our check and vacated. A lesson to be learned, when your meal is not right, Send it back to the kitchen don't wait till the last bite! In all fairness it was busy and possibly understaffed for the night, However, I must admit, the manager should have come over to us to make things right.

We went to Sotanos for appetizers and drinks on a Sunday afternoon. We shared the ham and cheese croquettes and the grilled squid. For drinks we had the Cocojito and a traditional Mojito. Everything was absolutely delicious! Food was perfectly executed and well seasoned. The octopus was beyond tender. The staff was friendly and attentive. I highly recommend!

Went for mother's day celebration, which I know is the busiest day of the year. The food was good, but not exceptional. The drinks were very good. They're was a long wait for the food, but it was mother's day, so that was too be expected. The burrata was delicious. The oysters were small and not sweet at all. We did not have dessert, but the table ordered the frutte di mare(too much heat), scallops( overcooked but very tasty), sea bass( very good), salmon( excellent), surf and turf( average/standard), veal chops(excellent). I would rather go up the street to il foglio enoteca, which is very similar but the food is exceptional.

This is the first time we visited the place. And boy! It was amazing! The food was great. The atmosphere was even greater. I had the Sotano Burger. The dried aged beef gave that rich flavour. Our friends had the chicken and the mussel. It was good even the water and wine. Inside they have the bar wih the ceiling beam exposed. I find it to be interesting design. The owner of the restaurant came out to greet us and the waitress was even nicer. I definitely recommend this place and will surely come back again for others on the menu. Excellent experience!

We've been to Sotano multiple times. It's always amazing. Tonight was one of the best meals we've ever had there. Everything was from the specials menu. Bacon wrapped shrimp, stuffed mushrooms, halibut, and crispy duck. All of them were delicious.
Eric C — Google review
I have heard good things about Sotano come up and honestly I was a bit disappointed. I eat out a lot and have expectations of a place that is supposed to be fine dining. Firstly, we had a reservation but there was a bit of weirdness when we came in when the nice hostess was seating us the man insisted on checking that we actually did have a reservation. It's not like we dressed like bums or anything, I suspect he had his reasons, but it was awkward. The service was otherwise lovely. However, each meal disappointed me. The oysters were Blue point and they were literally tasteless. I think it's time to switch it up perhaps. There are so many varieties of oysters out there. I had calamari and I felt that it was a little bit undercooked and quite chewy. I also had the sotano salad and it was unexciting and bland. My husband had the lamb shank and he did like it, but was disappointed with everything else. Regardless, it's a nice place if you are not expecting food that is carefully cooked so that it is at its tastiest. A party of four came to a bill of $300, which was expected. However, I also expected the food to reflect the pricing.
Gina Marie Acker — Google review
Finally got around to trying Sotano. Great ambiance inside an old house and good outdoor seating. Was pleasantly surprised. Food was good and prices were quite reasonable for the quality. Service was also very friendly. Lamb shank was good and the chicken Milanese had avocado, fresh mozzarella, and a balsamic drizzle in addition to the common tomatoes as arugula on top. Looking forward to trying their brunch to.

Il Figlio Enoteca is a new Italian restaurant in Fishkill, led by the same restaurateur as Il Barilotto Enoteca. It offers an elegant ambiance and a high-quality menu. The dishes are seasonal and enticing, with options like paccheri pasta served with tender slow-cooked short rib ragu and expertly cooked branzino fish.
Food is always exquisite and delicious. Atmosphere is romantic and not overwhelming. Staff is knowledgeable of the dishes and incredibly friendly. Selection of food is small but specials help to add a little more. Just know if you go in thinking you are going to get an item already on the selected menu that you most likely will be ordering something on the special. Deserts are also a highlight to the meal, Great selection and all incredibly delicious. Overall a must try for anyone looking for a nice place to eat with good company

This is the second time we are back here in a month and we think the downstairs is better for the noise level. The folks next to our table were loud and we couldn’t hear each other. This is very same reason we haven’t been to Aroma. The noise level is through the roof and annoying. Our appetizer special and burrata was excellent. So were all the entrees and the cappuccino. The service was on spot and we would definitely be back but would prefer downstair seating.
Maya Ray — Google review
As per the recommendations we received, we made a reservation. The ambiance is quite inviting and well-designed. They even managed to pronounce my last name correctly. The service was excellent; our waitress was attentive despite the busy evening. The food and drinks were served promptly. The cocktails were expertly crafted, with great attention to presentation. They provide fresh Italian bread with a ricotta spread. Our main courses were Italian-inspired with a modern twist. They allow substitutions for side dishes without any additional charge. For dessert, we had bread pudding and espresso. We will certainly be returning. This is undoubtedly another excellent restaurant worth trying.

My Sicilian father was a chef, so I am rarely impressed with Italian restaurants but Il Figlio is a step above! Truly outstanding food, cooked to perfection! The service was excellent with an attentive and courteous staff.
Christine Manning — Google review
My wife and I relocated to Charleston SC two years ago having lived in the Hudson Valley our entire lives. Before leaving we had dined at Figlio several times and always found the food and service impeccable. We returned this evening to see if anything had changed. Simple answer is NO! Still a first class dining experience, terrific service (thank you Julie) , talented bartender. Excellent food. We shared a pasta dish as an appetizer which was excellent. I enjoyed an excellent duck entree while my wife order the baby lamb chop special. Ended with some gelato and an expresso . It does not get any better! Located in a strip mall in Fishkill seems like an unlikely place for such a well appointed venue supplying extraordinary food. If this place was in NYC it would be a huge hit !

Always a great experience here. I highly recommend you call ahead and make reservations as they often fill up. The fried polenta appetizer is delicious, the tomato sauce for dipping tastes just like my Nonna's. I have always ordered one of their dinner specials and have yet to be disappointed. The wine and cocktail options are abundant. It is a very lively atmosphere on the weekends and they did a wonderful job on the interior design, even down to the bathrooms. The cost is well worth the experience and high quality food.

Loved everything about this place! We started off with some amazing cocktails. Definitely recommend the Autumn Bliss! We had the mussels for appetizers and the sauce was super yummy! For entrees, we got the Lamb and NY Strip, and both were cooked perfectly. Service was fast and friendly. Emma was probably one of the most efficient servers I have ever met in a long time! Super sweet! Need an idea for a date night? Birthday? Promotion celebration? This place is perfect for any occasion. Coming back super soon!!!

Really nice restaurant with good food and great service. It was decorated for the holidays. Pasta tasted delicious. Our friends had the steak and we hade the tagliatelle and pappardelle. Mussels and pate appetizers were good too. We'll be back whenever in the area.

Going to work my way backwards here because the bread pudding was the highlight of this dinner! So brilliantly put together with all the components of the warm pudding with cold ice cream and a fruity break with the peach. You must try this. The risotto was yummy as well as the pastas. But our fav was the appetizers, we had burrata and the octopus. Octo was crispy and charred and had an interesting pairing with the olive and pancetta. Burrata was just an ol reliable! Staff was friendly and ambiance was a good mix of fancy but not pretentious. Great margarita (strong) and espresso martini (creamy & sweet)!

Highly reccomended. Excellent food. Dine with family or friends or a special date. I enjoyed the decor and seating on 1st or 2nd floor.

Both my husband and I don’t get out much these days with two small children so when we finally had a date night we wanted to try il traverna. It was absolutely beautiful inside the food was wonderful the drinks were okay. I only say that because i definitely ordered the wrong drink. Next date night we would 100% go back and recommend it for anyone to try.

This was a great experience. We had some fantastic food and great service. At our table we had the veal chop, branzino, and a special of veal saltimboca. Beautiful restaurant, nicely decorated for the holidays. Surprised at how nice for a restaurant in a small strip mall in Fishkill. The only negative was the restaurant was too cold. They need to have the heat on during the day so at dinner the guests like me can take their jackets off. Other than that, highly recommended.

Honestly BEST FOOD IN HUDSON VALLEY. My boyfriend and I recently moved to Warwick area from the city and we were struggling to find good restaurants. Every restaurant we tried in Hudson valley was mediocre and bland and not elevated. You can tell this chef is talented. Compliments to the chef for these meals. He even hand delivered the food to our table. This place is now our top restaurant. We ordered the shrimp with Gorgonzola sauce and it was so tasty! Then we both ordered the specials which was hanger steak with a mushroom truffle sauce and black bass with jasmine rice and artichoke and we CLEANED the plates. The bread pudding was also amazing! I highly recommend anyone to come here it’s basically a restaurant you find in the city but in Fishkill. PS we are big foodies!

incredible! first timer and blown away by the taste, service (Lauren was awesome), drinks, and overall vibes. What a gem in the Hudson Valley. I’m pregnant and got a delicious mocktail too! Also the Bread Pudding is a must :)

We have been here numerous times (6-7) either solo with my wife, or with parties up to 10 people. Without a doubt, this place never fails to impress. The food is fantastic, the drinks are exquisite, and the service (especially Lauren, who we have had a few times as our server) is to die for. You do need a reservation to come during normal dining times, but it is well worth the forward planning. I hope this place sticks around forever, as I will most definitely be coming back again and again. This is one of the best restaurant in the Hudson Valley, and is worth a trip to Fishkill every time.

American restaurant
Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is a popular American chain known for its homey atmosphere and comfort food. The Fishkill, NY location offers a cozy country setting and friendly staff. While some customers have had issues with online ordering and food quality, many still enjoy the homemade taste of their Southern Fried Chicken Family Meal Box and other classic dishes. In addition to dining in, visitors can explore the on-site general store for unique gifts and souvenirs.
Stopped here on my way through. All the staffing was very friendly. Prices are reasonable and the food was amazing. The facility was super clean and so were the restrooms. There was plenty to shop and see.

Went for dinner with my family after the water park and so happy we did. Everything was delicious. Breakfast/ comfort food at its best. I absolutely loved the vintage, old skool setting. The server was friendly and attentive. Visit the gift shop! Do recommend and will return when in the area.

"I absolutely adore the pancakes here - they're my go-to order every time! The chicken sausage was also a winner, but unfortunately, the scrambled eggs didn't quite meet my expectations (they were more like a large fried egg). Despite this, I'll definitely be back, as the prices are always reasonable and the food is generally delicious.

So we love going to Cracker Barrel and have eaten at many in several states. The Fishkill NY store is the one we frequent most. Always clean and friendly. This time while the service was great the food was less than enjoyable. I ordered French toast and it was hard as a rock and my plate had a chunk missing from it. I didn't complain and proceeded to eat my husband's chicken fried chicken since he had plenty. We will still go to Cracker Barrel but I won't order the French toast again.

Great atmosphere! This is my second visit to a Cracker Barrel that has become a tradition for us with my partner for the first week of October. Great food, great service. My recommendation is get a side of fried pickles. Main course get the fried chicken with the sides of mashed potatoes and corn.

This morning, my mom and I went for some breakfast and were lucky to have Crystal as our waitress! She was very sweet and had some cute St. Patrick’s Day accessories on. Everything was terrific and I recommend trying the strawberry mimosa.

I do love Cracker Barrel and the built in general store. I've been to quite a few and this one is now my favorite. Friendly service as usual, but our waitress was even better than the usual. Checked back often. A table older regulars nearby clearly knew her and she knew what they wanted. The food was tomely, hot and well prepared. The folks in the general store were pleasant and helpful. Nice job Cracker Barrel!

Very nice country setting chain restaurant store located within a mile from the Route 9 Fishkill, NY Exit off of Interstate 84. Establishment is clean, staff was friendly, and food was very good. I ordered the Southern Fried Chicken Family Meal Box to go. Meal comes with 2 sides, buttermilk biscuits various chosen condiments and utensils. My only complaint/suggestion for the company is to update their online order capabilities. I wanted to order online and utilize curb side pick-up at the store. I tried to place my order online by using a Cracker Barrel Gift Card. There is no option to place your order online unless you prepay with the use of a credit card. I actually called their Headquarters in Tennessee because I thought I was doing something wrong. They confirmed that you cannot purchase anything online with their gift card. I feel if the company sells their own gift cards you should be able to use them for online purchases.

Food was cold Side of toast was 1 piece of bread. If it wasn't for our server Anthony who was amazing I would have had a bigger tantrum. The manager and the cashier when you checked out made sure that the bill was adjusted. But they really need to work on the kitchen to make sure food is hot and not be so stingy on toast and one biscuit per person and very little gravy they were exceptionally busy however there was a person walking around saying they were busy when they could have helped serve . I believe I saw a manager serving he was helping but they were so short staffed but it's not much to ask for hot food

I've eaten at several different Cracker Barrels over the years although there is none close to where I live. This experience today was THE worst. The server literally picked something off of that sad gray lump which is supposed to be meatloaf and when I asked what it was, she casually told me she thinks it was a piece of paper. And she picked it off with her bare fingers. The picture is actually better than what I got because my phone adds a filter which makes food look better in color. That dish was the "classic sampler" and the meatloaf was very dark on the outside, gray, cold and hard inside and gross. The tiny scoop of mashed potatoes had congealed rubbery gravy on top. The turnip greens were stringy and stinky and very sloppily placed, there were strands hanging all over the place touching the table. The fried chicken was ok and the only edible component of my meal. My kid's country fried steak was also gross and he barely ate it, choosing to eat just his sides and his siblings leftover chicken tenders. I got the mashed potatoes replaced after complaining about the gravy hence the added star for service. I actually like going to cracker barrel but never again to this one. It was just gross all around. Do NOT recommend this location.
S. Olpen — Google review
Cracker Barrel is one of those gem franchises you wish were more common. The all day breakfast menu is hard to beat here. Plus, nothing comes close to their pancakes. Buying their pancake mix is always a must to bring back to Canada.
Marco Marone — Google review
I've been to many Cracker Barrels. This was the worst experience I've had. The pancakes were very dense, and lacked the usual yum factor. One bite had a stale grease hint to it. The chicken sausage was overcooked or microwave dry. My friend's French toast had no flavor, it looked like plain fried bread; it was sent back and returned with more flavor, this time you could even see the egg and cinnamon. Eggs were eggs. Complaints to the manager were barely acknowledged. The catfish was good.
Ingrid The Jewelry Lady — Google review
The good news is the chicken was really really good the atmosphere was really good but the bad news I have to say I've been to a lot of Cracker Barrels this might be the 40th one since I've been traveling this is the second time and the second Cracker Barrel that I had a waitress that was not pleasant towards us I don't know if she got up on the wrong side of the bed or she had a bad day or she don't like mixed couples I'm not so sure and the Cracker Barrels that just happened to me one in New Jersey or for exit 15 I-78 a Cracker Barrel off of I-95 exit 40 in Connecticut and now this one in Fishkill New York offer Route 84 I was there this past Sunday night around the quarter at 8:00 on May 20th

This was my first time at a Cracker Barrel. The ambiance and atmosphere was fun. The food was delicious. We had the chicken and dumplings as well as the tips, tenders, and shrimp platter. The hashbrown loaded casserole tots were the best thing we had! It was a must-have! The downside of it all was the service after the food arrived. The waiter forgot our muffins and biscuits. We also had nothing to drink through our meal as he never returned when he dropped the food off. It was about 25min before he returned to the table and asked if we were all set. It was then that we asked for our bread basket and water. Usually other servers would be more attentive or even come ask if you need anything during your meal but we got nothing. I will be returning and hope for better service. Great food, bad service.

Bit crowded on a Sunday around noon but we were seated within 15 minutes. The service was kinda slow after that but our server was lovely. The food was really good and the portions were generous. Biscuits were soft and fluffy. The shrimps were a bit overdone but everything else was great. Would definitely return again to try their breakfast options when in the area.

I really love this place. The chicken fried chicken is excellent. The only thing I've noticed is that the Mac and Cheese has changed a bit, though. The sauce is a bit thinner than I remember. Still, great food for the price and plenty of it! I was really impressed with how kind and attentive our waiter, Travis, was. Hopefully your bosses see your name in the review and reward your effort. You really treated everyone well, and were very easy about our indecisiveness. Great guy.

Really enjoyed the visit. Service was A1. Don’t remember the young lady’s name. Started with an M. She was welcoming and personable. The food was very good. We had a party of seven so I don’t recall what everyone had but there were no complaints. We did wait a bit to be seated, but it was Sunday morning and we had a large party so, no complaints. Overall, happy with the choice , and happy with the experience.

A great culinary surprise restaurant. Unique take on a burger with big slab bacon and chipolte sauce. Excellent German Potato salad, multiple fun/home made sides (cheese curds, popcorn chicken and delectible French Onion soup.) Ending amazingly with French Press coffee and delicious home made Dark Chocolate and Raspberry Bread Pudding. (These were freshly made, home made entrees- not something previously frozen and cooked.) Warm and friendly wait staff, immediate lunch service. So glad that we found this on Google Maps.

This place is one of my favorites. The food is top notch, the beer selection is great, and really fun vibes. I've gone a lot. Solid burgers, mussels, Jagerschnitzel, french onion soup, brussel sprouts, fries, and onion rings. I love their tap rotation too. Highly recommend checking them out.

This was our second time dining here and once again it was excellent. The food is delicious and the portions are very generous (3 people can share the fries) We sat outside (FYI this is a dog friendly restaurant as most people that were dining outside brought their dog.) This is definitely our new "goto" spot.

Delicious German food. Started the night with a peach beer and the everything pretzel, beer cheese sauce, onion dip and German mustard. All of it was great. I got the jagerschnitzel. The pork was pounded paper thin and had the crunchiest texture of any fried meat I've ever had. 10/10. The sauce was rich and hearty and very well flavored. I kind of wish it had been served with a side like sauerkraut, or potato salad or even veggies, the dish alone was a little one note for me but very delicious. My wife got the Mac and cheese (incredible flavor, top 10 I've ever had) with popcorn chicken and a very refreshing palette cleanser of pickles. All in all everything was delicious, reasonably priced, and the service was so friendly I felt like I knew the staff for years. Must try hidden gem!

Dutchess Biercafe (or DBC to those in the know) is a great local place for good food and tasty beers. I have the DBC menu bookmarked because I check the specials daily because they are always so delicious. If you ever see the General Tso Turkey Meatballs, run, don't walk, and grab yourself a plate. My current obsession is the Chicken and Waffle sandwich because it's so simple, yet the perfect balance of flavors. My other favorites are the Beet Salad, the Classis Moules, and Loaded Everything Pretzel Ring. I preferred the bigger everything pretzel from a few years back, but the rings are just as tasty. For libations, my husband LOVES the Drouin Poire (pear cider) and I always get the Dubuisson Scaldis Peche Mel (peach beer)! Cheers!

Food is some of the best we ever had. Came on Labor Day weekend Sunday after apple picking at Fishkill Orchard. Lives up to the expectations of the highest reviewed Fishkill place on Google and Yelp. The best pretzel we’ve ever had- soft and melts in your mouth. The brunch burger, angry burger, pierogi also yummy. Also we called and they accommodated our party of 7 (includes toddler and they helped set up booster seat for us!!!) If you can only go to one place during your visit to Fishkill- this is the place to go!!!

Wow. Where to begin. Everything was amazing. I ordered a hot chicken sandwich with hot Mac n cheese and this did not disappoint. Fair warning: it does send you to the bathroom. And honestly, it's still worth it. They even provide the SOFTEST toilet paper known to man. I swear it's ocho-plied. The entire experience was a 10/10.

Really delicious and great service! The Brussels Sprouts were amazing for a starter. We also had the pierogis and chowder. An amazing dinner - highly recommended

Cool little place. Food was okay, expected more for the money. Decent choices. Atmosphere was okay, but they asked us to leave since they “needed our table”

Cannot stress enough how great this place is ~ ~ ~ staff was so friendly & accommodating, prices are extremely reasonable, beer is great, and food is amazing. Best mac n cheese I've ever had, & mac n cheese is my favorite food (plus I have my own secret recipe) so that's really saying something!!!! Already hoping to make the trip there again soon.

I heard great things about the Biercafe and finally got to try it during the pandemic. The food did not disappoint. I ordered the chicken and waffles with a side order of onion rings for the table. The entree was fantastic. I usually fear the meat in fried chicken being dry. It was not and the skin was crisp. The waffles were amazing. It was a thicker dough [almost like a soft shortbread] and chewy. The combination was a great chicken and waffles dish. Next, the onion rings were phenomenal: very crisp and crunchy breading. I also ordered a lemonade, which was very good. As it was during the pandemic, all seating was outside. However, there was plenty of seating and the wait process was efficient. When you are called, you are given a number that aligns to a seat number. After you sit, you scan the QR code on the table for a digital menu, go order at the window, and the food is brought out to you. The Biercafe has awesome food and I will definitely be back.

I’ve had this place on my list for a while and finally had a chance to stop by. In short, I was blown away. The food was excellent and everything was fresh and tasty. The red curry mussels were bursting with flavor, as were the brussel sprouts and cheese curds. The best of the wurst platter was spectacular. The wursts were all great and the German potato salad tied it all together. Definitely recommend stopping here and I know I’ll be back!

Food quality not worth the price. Never got the side to my burger, silverware was filthy and the waitress was non existent. Place is too small, makes it hard to relax and enjoy your meal. Person answeing the phone was great tho. Pretzel was pretty good.

Please go here if you love food. I’ve lived in the area for six years and this has always been my favorite place to eat. People say the beer is great but I don’t like beer. I’m here for the food and I’m never disappointed. Everything I’ve tried on their menu is good, especially any of their burgers. Here are a few of my other favorites: Crispy brussels and endive salad Hot Nashville - best fried chicken sandwich I’ve had on the east coast Fried chicken Caesar sandwich Spanish Moules Pomme frites with black truffle I’ve never had room for dessert.
