Brewery
Tapistry Brewing Company is a brewery that specializes in craft beers, most notably their flagship Tapistry Pilsner. They also offer a wide range of other beers that are all made with high-quality ingredients and are meant to be enjoyed by all.
Tapistry is AWESOME. We love making a stop in to sample a new seasonal, or a tried and true favorite. In fact we enjoy them so much we worked with Greg, one of the owners to rent the Beer Garden to host the welcome event to our wedding weekend. The entire staff was accommodating, and worked with us to meet exactly what we were hoping for. They helped us to ensure everyone had a drink in hand and provided great recommendations to our guests who may not have been familiar with the various styles of beer on offer. Please consider hosting an event with Tapistry, and ABOSOLUETLY hop off I-94 at exit 16 for a great drink in a cool spot.

Stopped in on a Friday shortly after opening. Service was quick and friendly. Nice selection of beers on tap from various styles. Also offer to go cans as well. Didn't try the food, but will be back again.

Good food and great staff definitely a place to stop by for sandwich & the pickles are sweet. The place itself it nice and clean.

Interesting food selection, went with rueben which was great but food lukewarm. Bloody Mary was fantastic and worth the $10, big juicy olives and pickle included. Celery salt, pepper, and hot sauce provided to doctor it up, personally I like mine a little zesty/spicy. Son said the cheese on the beef and cheese was awful so scraped it off. Not many options for July 4th, but great that it was open. Server was nice but after he took our order for four people with no notes, came back so we could repeat our order. Not worth the $77 we paid. Also, took fifteen minutes to get our order taken because some southerners vacationing decided to pay each check individually and they have these fancy portable credit card machines. The red ale was meh

The brewery it self is very nice and clean but the beers are just ok. We walked in and the girl on the floor was very nice. The blonde behind the bar was horrible I wouldn't call her a bar tender because she had no clue what any beer tasted like and had no clue what this beer was. She comes to say she don't drink beer which I think is a big no no. She needs to be retrained on craft beer. We ordered chips and salsa and it was horrible I would have been better off going to the store and buying it, for 8.00 dollars it was not worth it.

Updating from 4 years ago. Still Good staff, knowledgeable and friendly. Reactor still remains my favorite of their brews. We were there last evening. Quiet night in Bridgman so it was quite enjoyable. My earlier review criticized the food. Last night we shared beer cheese and pretzel bites. Cheese was smoky but not too smoky so I enjoyed that. Then we tried the Korean Bbq tacos. They definitely have heat with the sriracha slaw so if you’re a mild loving person, don’t try but I thought they were oh so flavorful! Nice crunch with slaw and the pork tender and tasty. (Yes pork, not beef as you’d expect with Korean Bbq). Definitely recommend trying!

Nice brewery with food, the beer wasn’t as cold as I like it and the flight I got was 20$ (Which I think it a little steep) or else I would have given this place 5 stars. We got nachos and they were great! The bartenders were very friendly and it was a great atmosphere! Flight and nachos pictured below.

Stopped in here over the weekend for the first time after doing some hiking at Warren Dunes! What an awesome spot! They were a little short staffed and only had 1 person working the bar and tables, but she did a great job! We got an app and flight and both were top notch. I liked almost every beer I tried. The beer cheese and toasted pita chips were amazing. I definitely will be stopping back out here the next time I'm in town. Great place for lunch, dinner, or if you're just in the mood for a high quality beer!

A nice diversity of beers from classic styles to modern hop bombs. Easy enough to find plenty of interesting beers to fill out a flight. It was practically empty when I was here but the bartender was nice and open to chatting.

My husband and I Went here last night and had an amazing experience. We had been wanting to try this place after being told about it multiple times. We truly were not disappointed. Service was AMAZING. Even the hostess checked in on us to make sure things were going well. The food was delicious. I've been wanting calamari for a while now and was excited to see it on the menu. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone. And we'll definitely be back.

Taste was so gooooood. I visited at there with my husband. And husband's friend. I tried to cream pasta. But regural cream pasta was 10 bucks. But i was added chicken. It's was 6 bucks. Chicken tasts was so soft. But I'm a bit dubious though. I don't think adding 6 dollars for a little bit of chicken is a bit unreasonable. I think 12 to 13 dollars is the most affordable price. But the chicken was the most tender I've ever eaten.

We were looking for a spot to celebrate our anniversary and this spot was perfect. We had their prime rib and signature lasagna- both delicious. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. Very cozy booth perfect for conversation and reminiscing on 49 years together- think we will be back well before our next anniversary

We dined with a group of 20 senior citizens! EVERY single person raved about the great food and excellent service. Our waiter actually was management filling in due to lack of wait staff. He and the other server were extremely courteous and friendly, making sure everyone's needs and wants were more than satisfied. My wife and I used to go to the Navajo for dinner and dancing, and the dance floor was the same one from more than 20 years ago. We moved back to the area a few years ago, and this was our first trip back! We will NOT wait 20 years, again! A hint: Thursday night is special Burger night...you may find us there then!

Had the gulf shrimp. Let's just say the breading was way too much. Overcooked to say the least. Took the breading off to eat the shrimp and the shrimp were terrible. Waitress never came back to check on us till we were done. Soup was not what ordered. And waitress admitted she brought wrong soup and said as we were leaving she could get a to go cup. Drinks were never refilled unless asked. I had high hopes as this was the first time ever going and reviews were pretty good. Unfortunately I don't think I will be back anytime soon. Maybe late summer when they get fresh items hopefully and not freezer burnt shrimp. Was hoping it was a good experience since local places are hard to find. And most restaurants in area are either closing or just don't care about their customers.

We stopped here to try the pizza. Very busy. Friendly staff. Good draft beer prices. Pizza was good, just not a thin crispy crust we were hoping for. We will go back because everything looked good and it has been around forever!

To be fair, I loved Navajo til yesterday. I bring all my out of town guest there & rave about the food, Drink & staff. I admittedly ordered my meal along with wings to go. I was unable to get the waitresses attention to cancel the wings when I discovered I didn't need them. The server/owner simply told me no! It was to late to cancel. I was so out done that I didn't know what to say so I paid for them. I then asked to clarify why I was unable to cancel a very common dish as a regular paying customer, she stood on it's my fault that I didn't cancel sooner & the restaurant shouldn't have pay for me canceling an order. I called back the next day, the same person called me back to tell me that there was NO ONE ELSE TO TALK TOO! And it was my fault that I didn't cancel earlier. I couldn't even get her attention to cancel, she made no room for that. She "Toni" also said that in the 20+ years absolutely no one had ever cancelled an order which is outrageous and had nothing to do with my complaint. It was a $12 order, that order should have have been cancelled per my request PERIOD!!!! Businesses, like my own, make room for such things in there budget and since this has NEVER happened in their history she simply did not know the proper way to handle without making me feel like $12 will make/break them. I'll be filing a BBB complaint and I won't be back. I hope the $12 request from a regular good paying customer was worth the principle of ensuring that they didn't lose the $12 because I changed my mind. Just terrible customer service.

Went for my birthday dinner. Walleye superb. Green beans nice. Sweet potato fries overcooked. (I was trying to enjoy the time with family, so didn't send back or order something else.) Lasagna and ravioli enjoyed by family. Wait staff attentive. Patio seating nice for conversation. Have driven past this restaurant 100's of times and glad to be able to finally see how nice it was.

Awesome food at great prices. Amazing and friendly staff. Highly recommend sitting on the bar side. Toni is great. Eggplant parmigiana, prime rib and dill pickle pizza are my favorite. I’ve gotten at least half a dozen people hooked on this pizza!

We stop here at 4pm right when they opened and the food was so good and the service was amazing. We had 4 adults and 4 children. We had bruschetta, mushrooms, salmon, lamb, sirloin steak, spaghetti, shrimp linguine and fried fish. Again make sure you make reservations but it was a great spot that we stopped at. Thanks again for accommodating us.

Food was great. We had reservations, once we got seated it took 40 minutes for a waitress to help us after we had to ask if there were any waitresses working. Service totally sucked for our party of 6. We definitely won't be returning

First of all, Ann, the waitress is terrific. The food is top-notch Chicago level, and very reasonably priced. The minestrone is wonderful. The Tiramisu is one of the best we've ever had. Enjoy!

On vacation here and called to ask about gluten free preparation of the crust and whoever answered the phone was sarcastic and responded with “I think that’s the whole point of gluten free” and “I don’t know I’m not a cook.” Being celiac, I do call places before I eat to see if the gluten free crust can be prepared for a gluten free allergy or to see if it’s just gluten free preference. Very unprofessional and insensitive. Will not be taking my family here

I've traveled many places around the world. But have never had a pizza as delicious as the ones here. Someday I'll get around to trying some of their other food. I must say i've seen a lot of amazing dishes being served as I ate my pizza. Your pizza maker is amazing

I've been there a few times. The food isn't great, but bring your copy of "War And Peace". You'll finish it before you get your food. --------------------------- January 2020 Fast service✈. Great clam chowder🍵. Good Segrams 7 sour 🎉- no cherry or orange slice😒. Or server, Ann, was quick, polite, and kept up with us well😄. My off-menu special request was correct😃. Good garlic bread😋. She had the walleye, baked spud, and beans. They were all good😛. I had the fisherman's platter. The shrimp was good. The cod not so much, the blue gill was excellent!🙂 I'll probably come back again. I upgraded the review three more stars especially for Ann. ------------- September 2022 Very fast service. We both had the walleye. It was good 👍, well prepared and tasty. The tartar sauce and cocktail sauce weren't. The calamari was OK, well prepared but flavorless. The mashed potatoes were awful. The walleye had a side of green beans and carrots which were done well. The spumoni ice cream for dessert was a large portion and very good. All in all a pretty good meal except for the mashed potatoes. ‐------------------------ September '23 The best ribeye I've ever had. Amazing. The whole party enjoyed their meals. Parking is inadequate. Not speaking just of my own, but don't forget to "like" reviews and photos you like.

Lydia's Down Home Cooking is a cozy and welcoming spot that offers delicious, home-style meals at reasonable prices. The fish fry is particularly mouthwatering, accompanied by the best coleslaw you've ever tasted. Their burgers and onion rings are also highly recommended for their juiciness and generous portions. The breakfast menu boasts a variety of options, from classic eggs benedict to satisfying chicken wraps and skillets.
Was coming home from blue chip casino and wanted something good to eat that wasn't high priced or all classy. My Google maps brought me here and I praise the Google god's for this because let me tell you what... So comfortable. Such good service. The fish fry don't get me started on the fish fry. It was so so mouth watering and the Cole slaw was the best slaw I've ever ate in my whole entire life. My burger and onion rings were fire and amazing juicy and huge.... Ten stars. I'm taking my girlfriend here very very soon. Prices are good too. Thanks for that down home cookin it's exactly. What my gut desired.

Please read all the way thru: My son ordered the biggest burger the had (see pictures) and I ordered a liver/onion dinner. His burger was great my liver was way overcooked and hard. I sent it back and asked for whitefish instead. The fish was tasty and flakey. Perfect however the green beans were soft, soggy and tasteless.. the mashed potatoes with gravy was good.

This place was very well-rounded, in my opinion. I ate here 3 times for breakfast and each time I was highly satisfied. The first day I got the eggs benidict and it was average to be honest. But the next time I ordered their chicken wrap and it was great. The next day I ordered one of their skillets and that was also great. For a breakfast place they have a pretty good variety on their menu. They even have a fish fry on Fridays in which they stay open later. The waitresses at this place are very friendly and efficient as well. Overall, Lydia's gets a thumbs up from me 👍

Staying in the area from our of town and stopped in for lunch. fast ,really friendly service. I had the Friday fish fry, which was excellent. A great value too. I'd you have wheels, most of this should be perfectly accessible for you. I'd recommend this for anyone looking for a tasty meal.

Grilled chicken wrap had hardly any cubed chicken and what chicken it did have was very dry. It was mostly lettuce. It needs some kind of sauce on it to keep it together. Would not order it again. The fries are very good. You could tell it was fresh grease used. The skillet breakfast had hardly any sausage and had too many potatoes. Staff was friendly.

Great food always. Great servers. Never a bad breakfast...one day we'll go for fish but it remains our #1 bfast place.

Has good potential. Unfortunately, the food we ordered was a little subpar. Over easy eggs were a bit raw and translucent, with the slight addition of a dead gnat. Crap happens 🤷‍♂️ Wait staff was friendly :)

Needs a little bit of a facelift. The corned beef hash should be taken off the menu. It is not corned beef hash. It is out of a can. I guess I ordered the wrong thing. The person I went with said to get an omelette. The omelets in the skillets look great. Positives....the staff could not have been better.

A hidden gem! Delicious food at a great price. I had a spinach, bacon and mozzarella omelet that rivaled upscale eatery's fare. Take that exit! Find the place. Eat the food!

Nothing fancy but had a very tasty crispy chicken sandwich at a very reasonable price. The fries were the bomb. Good friendly service as well.

Great breakfast and really good prices. My only complaint is the food took a while, not sure if low on staff or that is normal. But we weren’t in a rush so it wasn’t overly annoying. Unfortunately was really hot so waiting 25 mins outside for a table was rough but overall worth the wait especially because we went during Sunday brunch time so crowds are to be expected. Staff was very good, attentive and friendly

Getaway Cubbie Grille is a Chicago Cubs-themed restaurant with a great atmosphere both inside and out. The outdoor dining area is especially charming, featuring a mural of Chicago on the back wall. The staff, including servers like Adriana and Robin, are friendly and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. The menu offers delicious options such as shrimp pasta and prime rib meals, along with fantastic specials prepared by the new cooks. The bar also features impressive memorabilia showcasing the history of the Chicago Cubs.
One of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile out to eat. Food was pretty decent, huge portions for the price. If I had any criticism it would be that I like my burger a little less done. The atmosphere is hole in the wall but nice. But what really stands out was the service. I think there was one server running the whole restaurant side of the establishment and he was running constantly to keep everyone up to date on food, beverages full, etc. Top notch service
Samantha Williams — Google review
The most memorable part of this bar was the atmosphere. It was all Chicago cubs themed. It had great memorabilia that really displayed the history of the Chicago Cubs really well. As for food, the only thing that I ordered were the mushrooms and they were fantastic. The breading was nice and crunchy and the mushrooms tasted fresh and they were big and bulky. I wish that I would have been more hungry so I could have tried more. It was very hot outside when I visited Cubbies. Inside the bar, it felt like the AC was not working. That's definitely something that they need to address asap. Overall, this place has great atmosphere and great food.

I heard so much about Getaway I had to try it. Went for the firday fish fry and we went early. Hahaha so the early you go the longer you have to wait. We got there about 5:45 pm and finally got seated about 6:10. The next time I think I will go around 7pm or 7:30pm. Things seemed to slow down. The food is worth the wait. 👍

We came in Saturday evening for dinner and had the shrimp pasta. We loved it and our server Robin was the absolute best server we have ever had. She has a great memory and keeps our drinks full. We have never seen such a hard worker and she does everything. Helps the bartender helps in the kitchen and the other servers as well. And the customers seem to really like her. She makes the getaway cubbie bar well worth the visit. Makes it so much fun. The new specials are amazing the new cooks get a thumps up.

Wow this place is amazing love the atmosphere, owner, staff, and food! It’s so much better if you love the cubs too! You could spend hours looking at the paraphernalia and photos all over the bar. From the mock up Wrigley’s field out front to the pennant trophy!! Nestled along the east coast of Lake Michigan in south-western Michigan this bar is a must see even if you don’t like baseball.

I stopped here this past weekend, while traveling, with my partner who is a Cubs fan. We were excited to see this restaurant as we were passing through. The owner was so kind as to greet us at the door, and also check on us during our meal. Our server was also very very attentive and personable. I eat at restaurants often throughout the country, and this restaurant was hands-down one of the best I’ve ever been to. They had great food and the best service of any restaurant I’ve ever been to. It was truly a memorable experience. Thank you!! We will be back next time we are in town!!

I planned my vacation to include this restaurant when I headed across the state of Michigan. I loved it 2 years ago when I first stopped by and couldn't wait to go back. Love the atmosphere inside and out. Especially the outside and the outdoor dining area. Nice mural of Chicago on the back wall. Top notch unique and I'm not even a big fan of baseball. lol Our server, Adriana, was excellent. She was prompt, friendly and happy to wait on us. She took our order, 2 prime rib meals and checked on us multiple times. Prime rib was just okay. Booth prime steaks were way overcooked. Prefer med rare, but received them very well done. Still, it was edible and the rest of our meal was good. Bench seat booths were hard wood and not very comfortable. Will choose table and chairs next time around. Enjoyed watching the Cubs play baseball on many of the TV located inside the restaurant. All and all, it was another great stop that was a necessity for our trip to Lake Michigan. Will be back next year.

Food is quite good and reasonably priced. Atmosphere is fun. The problem is the service, mostly at the bar. Both Howard and ...we forget him her name but she's old tall and thin are ALWAYS bad mouthing the owners and coworkers. It's very disturbing. If you hate the owners, get a new job! Further, as I've been coming here off and on since the 90s, I'm not a regular. They both spend way too much time ignoring the majority for their regular friends. At any time when these two work you will see empty drinks as they ignore all but their regulars. My last visit the female and her oncoming female relief were on the side playing on their phones as we waited to place an order. Another huge problem is how often they go out for smoke breaks while people sit with empty drinks or checks wanting to be cashed out. This is especially a problem in the dining area. If only they could fix the bartenders and servers I'd give it a 5 since the food is both good and a good value.

went for the prime rib on Thursday - 4/26/ sorely disappointed as the prime rib had been “precooked” and didn’t taste like what a traditional prime rib steak would taste like. Server didn’t disclose before ordering that it was not cooked by order but cooked before - had a very unusual texture and taste. The baked potato and salad was o.k.

My family and I have ordered from here several times and today was the best yet. I order the sub sandwich and sometimes it's really good sometimes its ok but tonight it was the best sandwich I have ever had from here. We also order a large pepperoni pizza and it was hot and really good when delivered. We also had it delivered by one of our favorite delivery guys in bridgman and it was earlier than expected. Unfortunately we don't know his name but he is always the kindest, friendliest and most out going one that delivers to our house. Overall food and service was amazing today and there is nothing I would change. I just wish service and food quality was always like today.

Placed an order at 7:45pm for delivery for two half sandwiches and an order of tomato bread. We were told it would be 45 minutes, great, no problem. At 8:55 we called just to check and make sure it was still being worked on. Lady on the phone said our food had just come out and would be on its way. At 9:45 I called back to let them know our food had still not arrived after two hours of placing the order and told them to keep it because 1....it had now been 2 hours. 2....it had been 50 minutes since we were told the food was finished. She immediately hung up on me without another word. The driver actually showed up about 5 minutes later and was super kind, but definitely won't be ordering again. Customer service is absolute trash. I understand being busy and wouldn't usually have a problem with a delayed order but calling a third time and being hung up on was enough for me not to return.

WAS my favorite pizza in Berrien County. Last two visits including tonight were very disappointing. Freezing inside and they have changed the sauce and now have changed the crust making a frozen Digiorno pizza 10 times better. So disappointed. Roma's was the only pizza I would eat crust and all and tonight's crust was the worst. Service was great and I happily gave her her tip. Wish I didn't have to pay for that terrible pizza but wont make that mistake again.

There is better pizza locally. Food can be hit or miss. Can be good, go back a week later and it's like I ordered something from the pizza chain up the street. If you don't want to listen to the garbage music of the kitchen, get it to go.

The lack of toppings on this pizza I just got is disappointing. Ham and pineapple, one slice has zero ham, the others have a 1 or 2 sparse pieces. 20 bucks for a medium . Won't be back

Red sauce was "ok", the rest was not. Had the Ravioli and was just nasty and tasted frozen. Cheese inside was kind of gross. Service for as few people there were in there, took like 20+ min for a simple dish. Heat pasta, toss on sauce.. For sure wont be going back.

My daughters like it ! Good family place. Good services. Great portion, a lot if mozzarella. I wish they had a little more choice in topping I like Greek pizza, feta & chicken and veggie pizza.

Food is edible. But a 30 minute wait on food easily becomes 1hr. And then you just have to hope they put the right ingredients on your pie and then hope they cooked it all the way.....

I had the stuffed shells and they were just ok nothing special. I wasn't crazy about the filling. Salad & house dressing were great as wax the focaccia bread. Meatball appetizers were good. Our server was great

This is now the second time I’ve been unhappy with my food . Delivery and in house food. Today I ordered meat sauce and spaghetti and garlic cheese bread. The meat sauce was burnt tasting, and there was no meat I left hungry I did not eat my very unhappy. Then there was extreme disturbance coming from the kitchen, sound as if there was highschoolers and adolescence, running free in the kitchen and screaming and yelling and I am not making this an overstatement. I am not exaggerating, completely uncomfortable I will not be going back.

Went first time the other day with family, it wasn't great. Pizza cheese was great, outside of that not at all.harf crust and cheese bread is a sub bun, with a charge of $2 for marinara. The bill nearly $60. They bring out an entire bowl of sauce which it could have been a small cup and there wouldn't have to be a $2 charge. Their cheese bread was nothing that I couldn't make myself in the oven. Then today I ordered their taco pizza because it was something I remember from Texas I'm actually posting a picture. It's a salad pizza not a taco pizza and it's burnt to a crisp. After sitting through the forest of tomato and head of lettuce,it's just cheese with burnt crust. I paid over $16 for a small, inedible pizza, and small drink. Do better roma.
