(Translated by Google) Visited on a Friday morning. It's not easy to park because it's the city center of St Denis, but the visit is free. The children liked the current exhibition. There is a garden outside with shade and the possibility of sitting. We go back there regularly with the children. The welcome is pleasant and personalized, there is a little game to play for children who know how to write. (Original) Visité un vendredi en matinée. Relaxing well maintained park. One of the best in Saint Denis. They give importance to art as well. Update: Still the same. Immediate repair even after cyclones. Great job administration.

It's free. Not very "botanical", as very few plants or trees are identified. But there're still some big specimens and the garden is agreeably shady. They close on stormy days. Security guards. Toilets. Water games still out of use. August 2023.

Very nice little public park. It's full of amazing trees and quiet, just what you'd expect from a park.

A really lovely quiet place to relax away from the city life. It's very well-kept and aesthetic. It's a wonderful place to take photos or just to go for a walk and enjoy the nature either alone or with family. There is an area where children can play. It's not as wild and free as some other botanical gardens, but it is still very beautiful.

an average garden experience The greatest bummer is that it houses a museum on the history of Reunion Island, the museum is only for French Linguists, English speakers don't enter as All signs and explanations only in french

I have recently visited a charming establishment called IndeoChine, following a recommendation from friends. Now, I wholeheartedly suggest it to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience. Over the course of four consecutive days, I indulged in their delectable offerings and was consistently satisfied. The proprietor is exceptionally amiable and attentive to every patron's needs, exhibiting fluency in English as well. At this fine eatery, one truly feels pampered and cared for.

I have visited this cozy place because it was recommended by my friends - now I can recommend it to everyone! We have now eaten here for 4 days in a row and each every time it was great experience. Owner is very friendly and pays attention to every customer, he also speaks English. You feel taken care of. The best restaurant I have visited on this island. Food is always delicious and served quickly. We have tried different meals and desserts and everything was presented nicely and tasted great. For me it was high quality of service and I hope I will be able to visit this place again!

Delicious food and incredibly kind staff. We have visited twice with large groups and the owner was more than accommodating and welcoming. He patiently took our orders, speaking in French and English for those who needed it. He was personal and joked with us. During our second visit, he kindly went out of his way to ensure we made it home safe, since we were all international students new to the city. Not to mention, the Thursday night menu was incredible, and fairly priced. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone!

One of the best restaurants in Reunion. Amazing Butter Chicken, Piri Piri chicken and Thali. Homemade food, big portions and incredible desserts, friendly quick service in French and English, very clean, in a quiet part of central Saint Denis and it even has private outdoor seating now too. Don't miss it.
Phil W — Google review
We had dinner here on our trip to La Réunion and the food was excellent. We went on a Thursday, which was Indian cuisine, and had 3 different types of curry chicken which were very tasty. You could clearly taste each of the flavours in the plate and the homemade curries were beautifully done - not greasy or heavy at all. Excellent choice that I would recommend to anyone visiting La Réunion!

"Le Reflet des Iles" is a popular restaurant in St. Denis, highly recommended for its authentic and delicious Creole cuisine. Despite difficulties with making reservations online, the warm and friendly staff accommodated walk-in guests quickly. The restaurant's cozy atmosphere and crowded yet homey layout added to the overall experience. Diners enjoyed generous portions of flavorful local dishes at reasonable prices, making it well worth a visit.
One of the best restaurants serving authentic local food. The taste is really unique and i would highly recommend the 'Cabri Masalé', which was mesmerising. Landed at the Resto on Saturday Night at its peak without any reservation and yet the staff was really friendly and got me a table without any waiting time. Much appreciated! ❤️

Refined local food authentic and tasty, cosy decoration with paintings, better reserve the table as it's very popular!

Quickly seated, even though it has been a sat evening and we didn't have a booking. Really tasty creole food, big portions, service is quick and polite. The restaurant floor is quite crowded with a little room between the tables but it did not make us uncomfortable - it gave a home like atmosphere. Prices are fairly reasonable. The food make it worth it.

Best local food in St. Denis. Super friendly waiter , super good service and the most important... Super tasty local food
Matthias M?ller — Google review
Michel, my taxidriver, recommended this restaurant. Attempts to make a reservation were unsuccessful. The system kept telling me that something was not entered correctly, but not what. Maybe only part of the system was updated after the restrictions of wearing a mask was lifted? I tried uploading my vaccine pass, and I tried without, receiving the same error message. A quick walk-in in the morning solved the reservation problem. Luckily, as in the evening the restaurant was packed, some waiting quite a long time to eat. The restaurant also does quite a bit of take-out business. My waitress had I good sense of humor, was very friendly and efficient as well as speaking flawless English. The sampler plate of starters offered a nice variety of what is on offer. The main course of camarones in a pot was very good and was served with rice, beans, and cucumber salad. I asked for the spicy version and really enjoyed myself (unfortunately the camarones weren't very photogenic.) Iceream with honey and rhum finished a really nice meal. Absolutely recommended for sampling local food and a lively environment.

Lé Gadiamb is a charming little restaurant that offers delicious Creole cuisine. The atmosphere is warm and inviting, with the option of nice covered outdoor seating. The staff is friendly and accommodating, even offering complimentary water to a guest in need. While the prices may be slightly higher, the meals are well worth it, especially the highly recommended vanilla duck.
