the food was great. The food is freshly prepared. The staff is very nice and accommodating and the price is fair. the chef helps in the restaurant and also cooks. If you eat there in the Seychelles, it's definitely worth it. and the big lemonade and the ice cream i can only say: very tasty.

Decent food, pizza was good, lasagne was average, so fish and chips, chicken salad was just ok. We had ice cream and hazelnut coffee, which was the best part. The atmosphere was good and staff were kind and helpful.

Compared to its atmosphere and the staff‘s unique attire, the food is not that special. This was the only restaurant that asked me to pay only by cash during my 8 days in Seychelles.

This is a cute Italian restaurant in the city centre. We tried spaghetti carbonara, penne alla baffo, and paired it with iced tea and shekarato. On our way out we grabbed the sea Seychelles, rum and raisin and orange rum ice-cream cups😍 Service is very good! They're very attentive and the place has a really good ambience!

Best place to drink coffee and eat pizza. Real taste of Italy. Even better… we took several meals on different days, take away, also in Restaurant every time it was perfect. Thanks Croatian group.

A nice place with really friendly and welcoming staff the i loved the iced tea it was amazing but the pizza was good less than expected every thing about it was amazing but i think the tomato made it less delicious overall experience is worth it.

Best place I ever visit. I was there two times. Pizza is awesome. Also I asked about gnocchi. I didn't see it in menu. But chef Alex cooked it. And it was awesome. Service #1. Lady on reception very friendly and helpful. Attitude and smile ftom the chef and staff - best on Seychelles.

I have no idea why this place was highly rated. It’s dirty, like not rustic authentic “I’m on a far away destination” dirty but more unsanitary “I might get dysentery” dirty. I ordered the tiramisu, it was stale and sad. Also had half a tooth pick broken off in it just to keep me awake and aware I suppose, or you know choke me to death. Ice cream was ok tho. Since the manager replied: the tiramisu I got “to go”. It’s on my table, at the Airbnb I was staying at. We ate there twice. I gave it a second chance, and it was still bad.

Updated Review So compared with other restaurants around Mahe Island, they have slightly better service but somehow staff is still not knowledgeable about the menus as if around Mahe all restaurants bring people temporary for short period. The food quality was good and priced in the same high level as anywhere else. Which means still pricey As standard you bring starters together and main fishes together. Unfortunately they brought one plate after the other and some times there was around 20 minutes between orders so some of us had to eat while others watch and the restaurant had only 3 tables and rest aas empty. I can imagine if it was half full. The mussels in wine sauce is not really good, wine sauce needs cream and this was basically just wine and water. Tuna sashimi was good because of the freshness. Jobfish fillet was also good but portion can be slightly bigger for the side dish. Linguini was good but can use more seafood compared to spaghetti. Overall rating 3 out of 5

The place has definitely potential. The location is beautiful, the food definitely not bad. Apparently if you're lucky, it's quite very tasty. Ours was OK. However, compared to the other places around, especially with the really cheap and more delicious food from adjacent local market, it proves to be an underwhelming experience. I guess the expectations are a bit higher, and they do not get fulfilled. With a bit more attention and considerate client service, the place can improve considerably.

The service and attention of the tall girl. We loved her she was very kind and friendly. The only flaw is the food that we chose from the menu as typical cuisine. But how do you say it's robbery to pay so much money for so little the whole dinner frying the meat and eating it for other frozen diced meat fried directly in oil at the table should cost less, given that one is cooking it alone. Anyway having said that what we ate. Not worth the money we paid. I'm sorry, we made the mistake of choosing. Don't offer a menu like this to an Italian again.

Worst restaurant so far in the Seychelles. Go across the street and get better food with better service cheaper. My wife and I set up a reservation and still they needed an extra five minutes to seat us in a relatively empty place as it has been nonstop raining today. Then we wait twenty minutes for the mushroom soup, which tastes like any other cream of mushroom out of a can. Another ten minutes passes to get our drinks, my wife doesn’t drink alcohol and I’m driving so we both order nonalcoholic drinks which might explain why it took them thirty minutes as they place more value on alcoholic beverages. After that we’re waiting and waiting, at first it’s alright; the atmosphere is fair. But I check my clock...it’s been an hour since ordering our main dishes. Again the place is half full and they’re having this much trouble to get out a lamb burger and a plate of seafood spaghetti. They keep saying Belgian fries on their menu so I assumed they knew what those were, they didn’t as it was just any other frozen and reheated fries that you can get at a takeaway; hell even worse than McDonald’s. The burger has no sauce and two cucumbers and two tomatoes, a very plain bun. It was almost like they were afraid to add anything to it, just a lamb patty that was raw throughout when you’d assume they would do medium like most places. Now I’m American but I live in podunk nowhere Russia and we can still get better seafood there than a place that is surrounded by the Indian ocean! One shrimp and pieces of calamari throughout. Very disappointing experience overall. Do not recommend it and I recommend anyone to try anywhere else in the area which will undoubtedly have better service and food.

Havana Nights at La Plage - does is get any better than dancing the night away with your favorite people, on an open air dance floor, with fantastic drinks and the perfect atmosphere? I think not! La Plage is the place to go for drinks, dining and, if you time it right, a themed night that will help you create amazing memories! Thank you, La Plage for a night I’ll always remember!

The best food we had in Beau Vallon, and exceptional service. We had tried a number of places in Beau Vallon during our stay, and this one stood out as the best of them. The service as well was really top-notch. Would highly recommend. We had the heart of palm salad, the entrecôte for two, and the moelleux.

Went with my family for lunch on a Wed. The food was average. I had the Yellow Fin Curry, my wife had the Tuna Tataki, my wifes aunt had the steak, amd uncle had the Risotto. We also had one of each of the croquettes. All the meals were average, nothing that "blew us away". In fact, the fish meals all had that "fishy" taste. I know they are fish dishes, but it's easy to tell Fresh from Old or Frozen. It's a bit of a shame, as the restaurant location is superb. Just a pity the food didn't quite match up to the location. Overall, average.

Great spot right on the beach in the shade. Scallops and yellow tail were great, the seafood pasta was slightly over cooked. The cheesecake was excellent. Great friendly staff. Bloody Mary could have been better. Over all was a great stop. Did spend a little bit for everything.

Was way below the expectations. Prices are way too high for the quality of food and service you get. Lady waiter/hostess was very impolite. A guy tho was nice. Don’t recommend to get steak or anything from charcoal l. Meet is chewy, wrong temperature. Curry was disappointing too. The only good thing was location and views

Excellent food prepared, plated and served at a high standard. La Plage is a refined and stylish place right on the beach. The wine suggestion was perfect with the dishes, it was no problem to order 2 starters instead of starter and main dish.

Fantastic restaurant in Beau Vallon. We ate here twice for lunch during our stay and had the seafood platter on the first day. It was delicious and all the seafood was cooked perfectly. The second time we had a whole grilled grouper and tuna carpaccio. The grouper was cooked perfectly, juicy and tender and the creole sauce was amazing! The tuna carpaccio was also amazing! Staff are friendly, the service is fast and the location and venue itself are great! There is also parking right next door for those who are driving. Will definitely be back next time we’re in the Seychelles!

As someone who works as a kitchen chef in Turkey, it is definitely a place I recommend. products are fresh. cooking methods are very good. It is wonderful that they always serve with friendly staff. Thank you very much for these beautiful delicious presentations and buffet. I was very pleased to see people who love their job. You should definitely try the Creole buffet 💯 If you come to Seychelles, it is a must-visit place.

A bit on a pricier side but definitely worth it. We also went for the All You Can Eat Creole Buffet and it was awesome, quite a variety on meat choices with some great curry as well. Honestly I would eat here every other day if I could. Definitely recommend.

Seychelles is desperate for good restaurants. This one is amazing and actually open when you get there. We made the drive from the east side 3x in 7 days. Always hit the mark!

Lovely restaurant, brilliant service, staff are all happy and friendly. The atmosphere is great you feel really comfortable, I was on my own and was made to feel welcome. The food is lovely I had the buffet in the evening at 7 pm, it was fresh and delicious , red snapper and tuna don't miss them yamiiiii. The restaurant is situated near Beau Vallon Beach, great ocean view. Customer service is a top-notch, especially Mace (Nana).

We came here 2 times. The place is very nice with friendly staff. The vegan and vegetarian options could be better, but the curry was delicious. The view of the sea is also super nice!!

Great place with excellent service and food. Have eaten here at least 10 times. The dinner buffet costs 500 rupees per person. Consists of different sallads, hot meals and two desserts.

We liked this restaurant is very nice, we loved the taste of our food. Its a bit pricey since right on the street and opposite to the famous beau vallon. The staff was good. There seating is good u can eat with some ocean view

We liked this place. We had a couple of drinks there. The good thing was that it was open at 09.45pm when we went out for drinks. Also the fact that we could pay by credit card was a plus. Prices were very good. Staff was very helpful. Recommended.

The Boat House Restaurant is a charming venue offering a buffet. However, the buffet is mediocre, featuring simple and uninspired food. The prices are exorbitant considering the offerings. I have never encountered such a poor value for money ratio as in the Seychelles.

Food came fast, tasted good. Servers were polite. Also on the weekend one day there is live music and another day DJ

Amazing bar / restaurant just across from the beach. Nice rustic feel with amazing views of the water and sand. Open to the breeze which is nice. Great cocktail selection with happy hour as well. Food is always excellent. Prices are standard for seychelles but expensive compared to other destinations. Pool table upstairs for some fun. Best part is the beer garden area great spot to unwind after a swim with a snack and a beer. Staff super friendly. Has a deli attached as well for ice cream, juice and sandwiches Recommended ✅️

Nice place to eat, delicious food. Tuna was fresh and well done. Portions are big. You have to expect that salads might have fruits, even if it’s a Greek salad. Otherwise nothing else to mention.

Loads of options for pizza and I even ordered off the chart but my pepperoni had one side of spice and some fairly spiced bits and Bland corners the Bread was also dairy in some parts and thin crust in some other(uniformity).otherwise hearing the waves crash was lovely

The location and Ambiente is very nice as you can see on the pictures. The food is also very good ! But the service especially the waiters are super unfriendly and never smile !

Compared to another pizza placesI have seen in the area, excellent pizza (I did have better seafood pizza in Italy). Popular place (so there can be waiting time), decent prices. They also give brilliant fresh chili on request.

Food was good, portions are big, but I didn’t like the service. Slow and we had to call the waitress several times as she was chatting with customers.

The garlic bread with cheese was a standout, but the margherita pizza was just okay. Quick service was a plus, though the staff could have been more welcoming. Overall, it's a decent spot for a quick bite, but not for a memorable dining experience.

The pizzas were too good! We liked the carbonara pasta too! Totally recommend this place. Its decently priced as well. Staff could be more friendly. We went there by 8 pm and the place wasn't crowded.

Friendly staff, good food. Had the lasagna, spaghetti marina and the garlic bread. Marinara was very good, the lasagna was good, and the garlic bread was tasty with a lot of garlic but could have been cooked a bit less to still have that stingy garlic taste. Payed 680 SCR including one beer, one cider and a fanta. Really good value for money, especially compared to other restaurants in Beau Vallon. The place had a nice atmosphere with sand floor, white painted walls and new fresh decorations. We'll definitely be back. Looking forward to try the pizza.

Great value for money! Maybe the best pizza of the island. Even at a very busy time, our food arrived quite fast. Very casual environment over the sand, so ideal for barefoot dining!

Good value pizza with “street food” like setting right on the beach. For dinner, they open at 6pm so you can enjoy the sunset with a good fresh pizza right from the owen a and a nice draught Seybrew. Don’t expect anything fancy.

Waitresses at this restaurant are so rude and not professional. They took our order like they were doing us a favor. All the time we talked to them they were ignoring our table acting like they were busy however few tables had guests. We had to ask for napkins. We had to ask for olive oil and they brought us cooking oil instead. Cooking oil to use as salad dressing. Worst experience ever in Seychelles.

The outdoor terrace with a direct view of the beach is lovely. However, the lighting on the tables is embarrassing and attracts insects. The staff is friendly, but overall hygiene seems lacking. The food is good, but the portions are small considering the price. The value for money is poor but in line with the general standards of the Seychelles.

Visited for my Bday with my wife and had a great meal. The food was on point and the head chef Mr Paul was kind enough to come by our table and give us a little background on the place. The Naan was truly some of the best we had. Highly recommend going for some real back home type of food.

Unfortunately the don’t serve samosas, that was a first at Indian restaurants around the world. But everything they had was delicious — so much that I forgot to take photos when the food arrived, sorry. From the pakoras to the nam, the rice and the koftas, flavorful meals. (They don’t have WiFi, so we couldn’t invite our friends back at the hotel for lunch.)

Twice a week there is a cultural dance and local food with live music. We were hotel guests we enjoyed the buffet. I went full before I am done testing. Great meal.

The food here is phenomenal, bursting with flavour. Absolutely delicious! We ate here a couple of times during our stay. A number of dishes can be made vegan, just ask the staff. Great view of the beach during the day and nice outdoor area. Staff are attentive and Chef Joe also had a chat with us, thank you once again.

The place is warm and the staff are very friendly including the chefs who come to the table and make sure the customer is happy. I ordered a vegetarian dish (cheese cooked with red sauce, Paratha bread, and chicken Biryani). Overall it was a tasty meal and a very good experience. A bit pricy (~46 EUR) but I think this due to overall expensive life in the Seychelles.

We visited this indian restaurant whilst on holiday in Seychelles. Its one of the two indian restaurants in the area and we were impressed with the quality and taste of the food. Big shout to Chef Jo who went out of his way to engage with all guests at the restaurant as well as understand people's palette's in order to prepare the food to their taste. We went back a 2nd time as the food was so good. Once again we were impressed apart from a small error from the waiters on getting one the starters wrong and also the food was extra spicy (unlike the first time we visited). Price wise: ~1700SCR for 2 course with drinks (approx £112).

Food was really good but…. Very small portions, bread, rice paid extra for chicken curry and prawn curry. Everything is overpriced and for same same money for one person we have to same tasting dishes 200 meter forward from this place. Two stars: one for food one for location

The food was really good, service was superb, vibe was nice and cozy, while the view was exceptional although it was a bit windy and became a little cloudy later but still it packed a punch.

We had here butter chicken. Exactly as we've eaten it in New Delhi. Perfectly cooked. And the Kulfi is,as the Kulfi should be. Love it. Also, the service is ver friendly and perfect.

The food was tasty with vegan options. It was a bit spicier than expected but still very tasty. The staff was friendly and helped us finding the right dish for us.

The food was delicious, the staff was really nice and the service was quick. Really great options for vegans, it may not say what’s vegan on the menu, but the waiter explained to us what can be modified to be vegan - majority of the vegetarian options can be made vegan.

It's maybe the best quality restaurant in Beau Vallon but the pricing isn't significantly higher than the others, it's almost the same level. In one week we visited the place twice because of the really good Indian cuisine. The staff is kind and helpful even the chef came to us once to ask if we were satisfied with the dinner. It's highly advised to visit it but reservation is required in most cases.
