Sights & Landmarks
Fort King George is a fortified structure that was constructed in 1781 and showcases cannons, historical items, and a museum located within the barracks. Situated on an elevated position, this fort provides panoramic views of the ocean and served as a significant site during Tobago's colonial era. It was built by the British in the 18th century and has been restored to its former glory.

Historical, beautiful, you should include this on your itinerary when you visit Tobago.

Interesting place for some history. The museum is worth a quick visit, and the views across Tobago are great! Worth stopping by if have time

Perfect for a picnic or some time alone. Fort King George is an amazing peaceful spot to not only rest but to take in the historical sites and museum on the rich colonial past of Tobago
Danielle Joseph — Google review
Well this is a beautiful spot for the view. You can even have your lunch break here in a peaceful atmosphere. The museum is also there to check out and if you're a lover of scenery and history you should definitely check this place out.
Dwayne Lennard — Google review
We bid at default as part of our tour. We only had about 15 minutes to walk about looking at the buildings and the terrific view of the bay.
Chris Rankin — Google review
Outstanding views of the ocean and area! The canons are in prestine condition. Would like to read more about the area on historical boards. Quiet place for meditation and reflection.
Taniki Richard — Google review
The view from up on the Fort is magnificent, you see just how beautiful the island is. The grounds are well maintained, clean and the staff are very hospitable. The Fort gives you that feeling as if you were actually back there in that time. If you're there definitely check out the museum as well and not just go for the views. You'd get a taste of the rich history all while walking the grounds of some of the building that still stand. So if you're into history, or scenery, views and green space you should definitely go.
Aswad Harvey — Google review
This was a beautiful place to visit...deep with historical value sadly not appreciated by locals as some areas are let to decay.
Ben Bradshaw — Google review
Great place to walk around, well preserved and picturesque.
Cam Harper — Google review
Wonderful place, significant place, a lot of history but the area needs to cordon off properly. A lot of high places where a kid can get seriously injured. No sense of security at all. For such a tourist attraction it really needs some work....
Shiva — Google review
Visiting here was very serene and had a calming atmosphere. The breeze and the shade provided by the huge trees makes walking very cool and calm. The views are excellent and the environment is very well kept. You can visit the museum with a $20TTD fee per person if you are interested in that. I could literally spread a blanket and chill the entire day under the shade and feel the breeze and take in the scenery.
Adam B — Google review
Beautiful place with a lot of history. Spectacular view of Tobago. There is no wait time to enter the fort. It is very hot and there is walking so it's best to visit in the morning. There is a museum on the property that will cost you $1 to visit if you choose to.

Englishmans Bay is a picturesque inlet with a sandy shore and stunning ocean views. Nestled against a backdrop of lush green forests, this bay offers an off-the-beaten-track beach experience. The turquoise waters are ideal for swimming and snorkeling, while the palm-fringed sands invite you to relax and soak up the sun. You can also explore the rocky headland to discover fascinating marine life. A basic restroom facility and a simple souvenir shop are available for your convenience.
Gorgeous beach with good snorkeling on the right side of the bay as you face out . Showers for only $3TTD, Restaurant and souvenir shop. Hardly anyone there both times we visited.

A very quiet beach, with just the cafe and one souvenir seller. Idyllic.

A beautiful beach. Blue green waters with some mossy rocks in between the sand. Kool spot for eats and drinks on the beach. Craft items also sold. The beach was a little rough the day we visited. A number of cows and goats along the road close to the beach (so cute).

Incredibly beautiful. When we were there we had the beach to ourselves. The water is amazing and sooooo blue. Truly a scene from the movies. Would not miss this if you are coming or in Tobago.
Adam Wenzel — Google review
My favorite beach in Tobago, if you make a trip do not leave without going.
Rick Coker — Google review
Beautiful secluded beach. There are only very few people on it and in the morning there's usually nobody there. You can enjoy your "private" beach alone or with someone you love. ;)
Dávid Kovács — Google review
Wonderfully isolated beach. If driving, there is an easy-to-miss dirt road that provides access to this stunning beach. The sand is soft and the water is warm, and it's hardly ever crowded. There is even a small restaurant and souvenir shop. 100% recommend spending some time here.

Pirate's Bay

Mentioned on
Beach
Outdoor Activities
Pirate's Bay, located in Tobago's north between the Leeward and Windward Coasts, is a sheltered and unspoiled beach that offers swimming and snorkeling. The beach has back-to-basics glamour and was featured in Luis Bunuel's Robinson Crusoe film in 1952. Although previously only accessible by sea, Pirates Bay is now easier to reach from Charlotteville village with a 157-step descent to its golden sands.
Undeniably...without a doubt, the most beautiful public beach in T&T! The walk in from the village is moderately difficult but not too long. Taking a boat is also an option, but they charge based on what they think you can pay. If you are taking a boat, I would recommend that you ask them as well about taking you to Pink Sand Beach, which is only accessible by boat.
Makesi Baptiste — Google review
Lovely beach! Be advised that the journey to get there is quite the adventure. The road to get there is narrow, and bumpy. There are lots of steps on the way to the beach. I didn't notice any ramps for wheelchairs.
1987Timmy — Google review
The most beautiful beach in Tobago. Quiet, serene and crystal clear waters. This is definitely my go to beach when I’m in Tobago from now on. There is 2 ways you can get to the beach via boat or via 1000 stairs, either way take note that it’s totally worth it.
CRYSTAL PURCELL — Google review
Best beach in the country by far. Gorgeous surroundings, the sand isn’t as coarse and abrasive as other beaches on the island and the water is nice and clear. Travel to the beach is a bit of an issue. I came down in a rented aqua and still the dirt track part of the road was narrow so I’m not sure how them van men really will make out on this thing nah. The names of Bhagwan and Jah were beckoned countless times as we rounded the corners of the dirt track to find even more dirt road. I eventually rented a pirogue which carried us down to the beach for 150TT for 3 people. The pirogues can be found by the beach at the base of the road to go up to the bay (near to the bar) and would take you to other beaches nearby for an additional cost and then bring you back after a specified time. Would definitely recommend if you can make it to Charlottesville.
Max Mahadeo — Google review
Lovely walk to get there, many stairs to get down, but they are beautiful stairs and the beach is calm and serene and the water is amazing.
Paul-Elie Nauleau — Google review
An exquisite piece of paradise! After a short drive along a narrow road and a shaded walk descending about 157 steps, a small paradise awaits: soft & hot white sands, cool transparent turquoise waters and the view of lush greenery around. While many people opt to park at the junction in Charlotteville or take a boat by the jetty, we chose to journey on the narrow path and parked at the lookout. From there, it took a couple of minutes to get to the staircase and then about 5 minutes to complete the 157 (or was it 158?) steps. Getting back up is where a small challenge arose. It took us about 10 or less minutes to do so. Pirate's Bay, for me, is definitely a gem and a must visit.
Tamara Gadar — Google review
The Pirate's Bay is an absolute must see when visiting Trinidad & Tobago. The beach is located on the northern part of Tobago (Trinidad & Tobago's smaller island). It's one of Tobago's furthest beaches from the airport, but given the island's size, can be reached in an hour and a half's drive from the airport (ANR Robinson International). It's absolutely worth the visit. Try to go on a weekday as that's when it's typically less busy. The water is very clear and not very deep near the shore. You can even do some snorkeling when you're there. You can spend anywhere between 30 min or the whole day, so plan accordingly and enjoy. Please note that you will require some physical activity (longer walk/ stair climb) to get there.
Khaled Sultan — Google review
Pirate's Bay is wonderful with lush vegetation down to the beach. Totally idyllic and tranquil in the afternoon that I visited. The beach is reachable through a short unpaved path that goes uphill to an amazing lookout of both Charlottesville and Pirate's Bay, and then you have to descent 100+ steps (mostly shaded under the trees). At the top of the unpaved path there is some space for 1-2 cars but you need a 4WD car and the road barely fits a single car. I recommend to use you feet 😉
Grigorios Chomatas — Google review
Best beach in Tobago as far as I'm concerned! Very secluded. It is however...a bit difficult to get to. The walk from the town of Charlotteville to Pirate's Bay is VERY long. I'm not exaggerating, it is extremely long walk! However the good news is that you can drive most of the way there. If you consider yourself a good driver then you can do it but if for example you can't parallel park or reverse in tricky situations then don't drive. Alternatively, you can pay a boatman from the village a small amount to take you to the bay via boat. However, on the walk up there's a lookout point with a fantastic view! Awesome place to take photos! If you take the boat to and from, of course you'll miss out on this. When you drive you can park by the lookout point, if you're in a 4x4 truck you can drive up a bit further. Either way, you got to walk from there. There's 150 steps down to the beach, literally. Once you make it though you'll realize that it was truly worth the journey! The water is very shallow so it's great for children and people who don't swim well especially since there are no lifeguards. The water is also very gentle, even when the tide comes it's still pretty gentle compared to let's say Maracas Beach in Trinidad. Bonus, there's small fish in the water! (They don't bite).

Store Bay is a cherished public beach located in southwest Tobago, just a short distance from ANR Robinson International Airport. It's famous for its 200-meter-long golden sand stretch, which serves as the departure point for glass-bottom boat tours to Buccoo Reef and Great Race, the world's longest powerboat competition.
Beautiful beach in Tobago. You can rent an umbrella and chairs for the time u want to spend on the beach. Blue warm water.

The water is amazing - so clear and clean. I enjoyed shopping and buying souvenirs at the many stalls that are located here. You will be able to buy clothing, jewelry, and artifacts. If you're driving, park in the parking lot and not on the street, it's a better place to leave your car. We ordered the infamous curry crab and dumpling dish from Miss Trim's. It was delicious. Not a lot of crab meat but the flavor of the curry is satisfying enough. And, the dumplings were the best I had. You can purchase your ticket to sail out to Nylon Pool. Make sure to go up to the ticket booth to purchase.

Mount Irvine Bay Resort

Resort hotel
Nature & Parks
The tourist center of Tobago is in the southwest, near the airport. Mount Irvine's main beach is popular with beachgoers, but just a short distance away lies Back Bay, accessible via a dirt track or rocky scramble. The approach to the beach is shaded by tall manchineel trees (which are poisonous), and there's also a herb garden to admire. Mount Irvine Bay Resort sits on 154 acres of former sugar and coconut plantation overlooking the Caribbean Sea.
Great place to stay. Lovely pool, excellent food and drink. Comfortable rooms and helpful staff. Nice beach and lovely views.
Amanda Tyson — Google review
Beautiful location, right by a beach and a few minutes walk to some local food and drinks spots. The service was overall very good, the staff were helpful, kind and courteous. Housekeeping is every 2 days rather than daily, and that became obvious at certain points around the hotel with tables remaining uncleared for some time. Special mention to Joelle who looked after us around the hotel, but especially down by the pool bar. Breakfast was amazing and the team putting on eggs by the buffet were a pleasure to see in the mornings. The main bar in the hotel foyer was mostly unstaffed, which did get frustrating at times. Rooms were a little dated and need some TLC, some of our party had repeat problems with the key card locks on their doors. Working aircon, spacious rooms and a nice view from the balcony however, and no problems getting to sleep Overall enjoyed my stay and would definitely return on my next visit to the Island.
Kevin Kelly — Google review
Mount Irvine Bay Hotel is in a beautiful, scenic spot with gorgeous views, however, it is looking tired. The owners need to put some money into this grand dame. Perhaps if they put kitchenettes into some or 1/2 of their rooms, they could attract longer stay guests and perhaps more guests year round. The food is top notch and the pricing competitive. The Sugar Mill Restaurant is a beautiful piece of architecture.

It's a beautiful scenic hotel with exceptional staff they strive to make your stay memorable. Breakfast was amazing and also dinner ,they have a beach but you have to walk a short distance to get to it all in all I would visit there again because of their friendly staff.
Alan De Sousa — Google review
As I was pulling up to the hotel we could notice that it was a bit different from the internet pictures, it looked pretty dated. I had made a reservation weeks prior my arrival and for my surprise when I got there, they couldn't accept my Amex credit card, they said that the machine was being changed. My reservation clearly said that I was paying with Amex, they could've sent me an email or something. And then they tried to call Amex and do the payment via phone using the vendor number blah bla bla...but their vendor number was clearly not working, and they kept insisting for me to stay here. I know a lot of places say they don't take Amex due to their high charges, but the customer shouldn't be punished for it. From the pictures it might look like the hotel is right by the beach, but its not....But I'm glad that happened cause I found a better hotel to stay, friendly staff, and I got an awesome upgrade for my room, private beach.

We reserved a king room for my tall husband. Were given a room with two double beds. Then told maybe we could move to a king the next day. At about 6pm I went to the front desk to ask about wifi that was not working and they said we could have a king room that night. We packed everything up and moved our bags purselves as the phone in the room was not working so we couldn't call for help. The next day asked where the gym was and was told I had to reserve a time 24 hours in advance and the gym didn't open until 10am. After a day and a 1/2 of sitting in the lobby to get Wi-Fi we were given a modem for the room. I could go on and on, lots of apologies but very little solutions. I would not stay here again.

The better hotel in this area. The hotel also had Fish Fry night by their beach with DJ which was great fun with the addition of a bonfire. Hotel staff were attentive and lovely. Beach is a short cross over. The Archor bar and grill is 5 minutes walk away from the back door of the hotel so is the hotel beach area. Hotel beach bar was quiet and didn’t have any vibe. Overall a nice experience.
Varn V — Google review
The staff are wonderful. The food is delicious. The pool is huge and so refreshing. However the hours could be better (closes at 6pm). You can walk to the beach across the street for amazing snorkeling! A few things are a little dated or in need of repair but nothing that will affect your wonderful stay on this beautiful island.

I would not recommend staying here. The hotel looks good on the outside but the rooms were not clean. I saw two cockroachs in my room which is completely unacceptable. The water pressure is low and the overall service was not great. Don't stay here.
Kevon Barrington — Google review
Fantastic staff and very close to beach. Lovely swimming pool. We visited at a very quiet time so the hotel was also very quiet.
Malc Hyde — Google review
The staff is quite good mannered. The room service could be better. Phone did not work in our room. Bottle water was chargeable. We were always short of towels. Bedding was not changed frequently. The staff on the other hand would facilitate us in everything. The food is not recommended. Few options only. Better go to crown point 20 min away for food.

The Fish Pot is a cozy restaurant in Tobago with a Caribbean feel, serving up seafood dishes that are sure to tantalize the taste buds. The menu offers starters, salads, and main courses including fresh fish, pasta dishes, and desserts. There is also an outdoor seating area for those warm days and the restaurant has a full bar for those who want to enjoy their meal while enjoying some alcohol.
Catch of the day and fried plantains was so good. Their cheesecake os homemade, was was incredible. Topped with shredded coconut, not overpoweringly sweet and a perfect way to close off a great meal. Will definitely visit again or even every single time in tobago. It was that good.

Fabulous meal! The food was delicious, flavour in every bite, perhaps the best of our trip so far. Beautiful presentation. The portions were just the right amount for me, however if you are a big eater you may find the portions a bit on the smaller side.

Omg! The meal I had here recently on my first visit to this restaurant was one of the best meals I’ve ever had in Tobago. I’m a huge fan of MahiMahi but that night the very friendly daughter or the owners serving us, recommended I try barracuda, I did and I am now craving this meal all the time! I had it severed with a creole sauce on top and all the delicious sides it came with… I cannot pick a favorite. We had starters too, I ate the mozzarella and tomato salad and my husband had the rum infused chicken liver pate…. He cannot stop taking about it… amazing flavours! Other meals at our table were shrimp in a curry sauce and a steak. All were enjoyed, the shrimp and barracuda especially!! We had one dessert to share, homemade coconut cheesecake…it was absolutely delicious. Our dirty martinis were also on point! On a side note, we had gone to (in search of) this restaurant on past visits to Tobago, however we missed it by heading to the one next door in error. Please please look for the signage… it’s not difficult to find but I guess I'm just warning here because you DO NOT want to miss out on the amazing food.

A wonderful experience. The food wasn’t complex but was very good nonetheless and the plating was on point. There were two cats roaming around the edge of the patio which were very friendly when played with. The staff and owners were also very polite. 10/10 experience. I will be visiting again when I’m in Tobago.

First rate fish dishes at this lovely family run restaurant. Barracuda and Kingfish was perfectly seasoned and expertly cooked with a delicious variety of freshly cooked locally sourced vegetables. Choice of coconut curry and creole sauces were tasty too. Good service from knowledgeable staff. Starter salads were on the small side but generous fish main courses meant we were too full for dessert. Not the cheapest local restaurant but for the quality it was worth it.
Mike Nalder — Google review
Great tasting food: appetizers & entrees. Quick service but hit/miss on portions, may be smaller than usual. Not much menu options but worth a taste. Try the callaloo soup and catch of the day with vegetables or seasoned fries.
Charles B — Google review
Really warm, welcoming hostess. We went during the busy lunch period but the wait for the food was definitely worth it! Barracuda was tender and flavourful and the sides were excellent as well. Elevated deck with sea breeze blowing through completed the experience. Highly recommend!!

Table reservation on 12/24/2022 for 12/28/2022. The fish restaurant is very popular, especially since here only fresh fish comes on the plate, so please always book a table in advance. A steak in the fish restaurant, there is not even at Mc Donalds! The service is all-embracing to fulfill the wishes of the customers present, so tables are sometimes moved in the restaurant to serve guests in larger numbers. When asked if it was possible to accommodate guests in wheelchairs, we were shown the way to make this possible. The tuna steak and red snapper were simply divine. The crowning glory was the CoconutCheeseCake. This alone is worth coming back for and leaving with the sweet sin and a good feeling afterwards. We will definitely come again ;-) Thank you dear team in the kitchen and service

We have eaten at the Fish Pot several times. Trust me, it is all good. The catch of the day is always a winner, cooked to perfection. The fish Chowder is the best I have ever eaten! We special ordered Lobster lunch for my wife's birthday and it was excellent grilled to perfection. With a bottle of Prosecco I do not think you could do better in any 5 star restaurant.
Don George — Google review
One of the best restaurant experiences in Tobago. The Fish Pot features a patio overlooking the western facing sea, as well as a few “indoor” tables that feels more like a covered patio. Show up early, as there are not many tables and their selection is gone when it’s gone. The chalk board menu is delivered in the order in which people are seated. Reservations are highly recommended, but on a slow night you might be able to squeeze in as we did. The menu changes daily based on the fresh catch of the day. The evening we went you could get grilled fish four ways: creole, coconut curry, garlic butter, and lime butter. Sauces are available on the side. The blood sausage was out of this world, along with everything else we ordered. Fresh, light. You’ll leave with so many flavors but not stuffed to the gills. Such a perfect evening. The staff is willing to work around allergies, which for Tobago is AMAZING.

La Tartaruga is a popular Italian restaurant serving cuisine from all over Italy. The restaurant has a choice of al fresco dining on a covered terrace or indoor restaurant, both with stunning views of Buccoo Bay. The food is delicious and the service friendly and professional.
From over the phone service to the greeting to the food, it was overall an experience. Better food than any high end restaurant I have been to in the twin island Republic. The chefs were so enthusiastic warm and welcoming..explaining the food pairings and origin. Worth every cent.

I love this restaurant!!! I've been here a couple times. Food is always of excellent quality and the service is always great. Only sometimes if it's busy it can be easy to be forgotten by staff but it's never for long. They always try to make you feel special. This is a nice place to enjoy a thin crust pizza and an interesting drink as well. I can consider "The Tobago" one of my favourite pizzas and this Piña colada with mint and banana made me have a great night.

Usually a good experience visiting La Cantina when I'm in Tobago. Disappointed this time around that the baby spinach was replaced with amaranth (local 'spinach'), which was hard to chew. We would have preferred to be told in advance and have the 'spinach' either swapped or a price adjustment. Toddler could not chew through it, so all those parts were attempted but ultimately tossed. Servers were awesome, prompt, ready, and willing to assist.

La Cantina (Tobago) is so much better than the Tdad branch. Don't know but the Pizza at that location taste so much better. Service was good, wasn't crowded. Covid rules were followed. Gave it 4 stars as I prefer sitting inside in air condition, there were only seating outside. All in all it was a good dinning experience.

Hands down best pizza on the island and excellent service... had the Tobago pizza ( shrimp, pineapple and mozzarella) and a caesar salad.

Visited today for takeaway service after not having been here for more than 10 years. The Pizza still the best! Big ups to the lady bartender also, the daiquiri and the long Island waz de bomb!

Ate here a couple of times. Pizza's were very good quality. Not 100% Italian like. but more around 90% like a genuine Italian pizza - but still very tasty and nice. Large is MASSIVE, you can easily end up with food to take home for tomorrow's lunch! Friendly, quick service. Good drinks choice. Good value.

I had 2 pizzas (fun size) = 4 slices each, the seafood mix & the chicken. Both pizzas was amazing. Highly Recommend. Alot of options available...drinks are excellent, from draft beer, cocktails, moctails, wines etc. Serving keep making sure we're okay...Had an amazing time. Will definitely be back 100000 more times lol. Keep up the good work👍

Personally I think the standard has dropped. Couple years ago they were 10/10 for me but after being excited all week to get La Cantina pizza I was unfortunately very disappointed after the 1st bite. I had the La Cantina and the beef was just spicy, absolutely no flavor and the dough was tuff and a bit hard to chew. I would still purchase but I'd probably stick to a Trinidad branch.

Omg I love pizza. This place is friendly for the indecisive pizza chooser like myself. They do half and half here! Brilliant! So I don't have to choose. Greek salad was great, pizza was piping hot. Friendly staff. Couldn't ask for a better pizza date! Pro-Tip: Browse the menu beforehand. Once seated order straight away.

Food was delicious but service was very slow. 45 mins wait was way too long to wait for a pizza

Very friendly staff and very accommodating for the special requests from the kids in our group. Excellent thin crust pizza, and fresh vegetables in the salads. The chocolate milkshake was a big hit with my nephew. I'd certainly be happy to go back here again.

Skewers is a great place for all types of food. They have a wide variety of Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and American dishes to choose from. The customer service is great, and the portions are large enough to make sure you don't leave feeling deprived. The restaurant also has outdoor seating if you want to enjoy the fresh air while you're eating.
Absolutely delicious! The lamb was out of the world too!! Little shop with a few places to sit outside, so better as a takeaway. Gyros outside are yummy too. The fish one was my favourite but the kids loved the chicken.

Loved the Grilled beef, Grilled lamb and garlic potatoes!! Came back the next day to get more! The customer service is good and the food doesn't take too long to come, unlike some more expensive restaurants. Beautiful experience and I'd definitely recommend. If you don't like food that is sweet/sour, I would recommend avoiding the Arabian rice...I'm sure some people love it but it just wasn't for us.

Delicious grilled chicken, rice and salad. Still not able to purchase the shrimp dish since I was informed that they do not devein the shrimp before cooking it. I hope in the near future, the cooks choose the healthier method.

Food was good. I got a combo #9, not realizing that the chicken was fried pieces, not grilled. We also got the lamb and beef gyro meat with rice and tabbouleh

Skewers is the one of the few places in Crown Point, Tobago where I can expect CONSISTENCY. Definitely a favorite for Trinis because the quality has been consistent and the food generally tastes good. There was a 20 minute wait for me for something as simple and gyro meat and wedges on a Friday around 11:30 AM, which really means they should have been ready for food service. But the staff was apologetic and sincere so I'll let it slide this once.

A must have when visiting Tobago. The best bbq and grilled food on the island. I always have the bbq chicken breast and wing with steak cut fries and it never misses. In addition they possess a large variety of bbq, grilled, gyros, burger mains and sides that all pair well with their amazing garlic and pepper sauce, you can't go wrong with any. Their staff are very polite, work hard and are fast and efficient even when they're busy (almost always) so recommending you call in your order to get their delicious food asap. 100/100 recommend ✅

Skewers is a must-have when you visit Tobago. I don't know how authentic the food is, but the gyros are superb, the chicken is scrumptious, and the steak cut fries are soooo good with their garlic sauce. A meal within itself. Make it your last stop after a day at the beach, Pigeon Point or Store Bay. After your meal you will sleep like the dead. Don't be ashamed to go back the next day, because you will. You will either want to have the same thing you had before or try something different. My first time was December 2022, and I continue to go on every subsequent visit. To the readers of the review I say "You're welcome". You won't regret it.

The food was extremely tasty for Arabic food. The grilled meats had the smoky, grill, charred flavor you would hope for in any grill food that you don’t get in Trinidad with most fast food places. The garlic potatoes were flavorful and had the perfect texture, as well as crispiness to softness ratio. The angus beef burger all fit together like an outfit giving the smoky taste I was speaking off earlier that grill foods should have that most food outlets in Trinidad don’t have. Every vegetable and sauce in that sandwich married together well with the burger patty. The chicken skewers had an Arabic seasoning taste that felt authentic compared to other Arabian food owns in the country with the grill flavor I was speaking off. Everything tasted great!

The restaurant Edge of The Reef offers fresh seafood dishes in a relaxing setting. The food is priced well and tastes great, making it a popular choice for diners. There is ample seating, making it the perfect place to enjoy a meal with friends or family. Highchairs are available for children, and the restaurant features full bar service for those who want to enjoy a drink or two while they dine.
Upon entering the establishment, we were greeted with a warm and friendly smile from Warren. The service was excellent 😌. Each dish was elegantly presented. The garlic shrimp 🍤 was pure culinary delight and the pan seared barracuda fish fillet 🎣 in garlic butter was most exquisite. Not forgetting the grape nut ice-cream🍨 and coconut cake🍰, which were absolutely divine. You really have to dine at EotR to experience and appreciate the chef's excellent culinary art form.

Tried this spot based on the exceptional Google reviews this restaurant has received. Staff is friendly and attentive. The decor is a bit dated but that's okay - it can be argued that this is part of Tobago's laid back charm. Ordered the flamegrilled shrimp with vegetable ribbons and garlic bread. The food was perfectly average - it wasn't terrible, it wasn't spectacular. That's why I gave it 3 stars.

This space was very unexpected…in a good way. It felt hidden away in plain sight. The meal took a bit long to come out but nothing that a good conversation won’t get you through. After the meal came there was no more talk because everyone ate enjoying each morsel and appreciating the chef’s time and care. If you’re going here on a weekend at peak hours, my advice is to eat a small snack before. Tobago time has a mind of its own.

Easy to find on Buccoo Road. It's located upstairs pizza boys. There are stairs to the side of the building behind the Republic Bank atm. The stairs lead you directly to the porch of the restaurant. We had a 630pm reservation and we were a half an hour late. We called ahead and were still accommodated. It's indoor and outdoor seating. It's painted walls with an ocean theme and colorful tile flooring. Very Tobago lol. There were good food options. Varied meats and seafood. Wide selection of drinks. The chef was so detailed with the orders. He ensured my lamb chops were cooked to perfection. All our dishes were delicious, well-seasoned and plated beautifully. The chef and server were both attentive and engaging.

Food was decent and staff were charming. Not much atmosphere as there were few people there. What really put me off after the meal was the dirty state of the male toilet which, for me, raises concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen.

Not very impressed by my visit to this establishment, food wasn’t on time bearing in mind only 8 people were at the restaurant, costumer’s whom enter were turned away and told to return when the previous people left . I was served fries without and condiments and had to ask several times for pepper sauce, hope you guys have a better experience!

Just had the most amazing food. Lobster, shrimp and fish combo, perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection. The fish grilled over open fire - just delicious. Our best food on our trip so far, very worth the money! Great thank you to the chef.

Read so much great things was sorely disappointed. Horrible, lacking in service in so many ways....the kitchen staff needs some customer service training. The food portions are ridiculously small for the prices, they don't even practice a basic srestaurant etiquette, re: water, walk about query on any needs. Will never recommend this place.
