Guam

Guam is a U.S. island territory in Micronesia, in the Western Pacific. It's distinguished by tropical beaches, Chamorro villages and ancient latte-stone pillars. Guam’s WWII significance is on view at the War in the Pacific National Historical Park, whose sites include Asan Beach, a former battlefield. The island’s Spanish colonial heritage is evident in Fort Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, atop a bluff in Umatac.

Two Lover’s Point

Mentioned on
Sights & Landmarks
Points of Interest & Landmarks
Two Lover’s Point is a dramatic cliffline on the island of Guam that overlooks the glimmering Philippine Sea. The site is home to an ancient Chamorro legend about two lovers who leapt to their deaths from the cliffs in order to be together forever. Today, with culturally-inspired architecture and sweeping landscapes, visitors can enjoy all the drama and history of this romance.
The sight to the naked eye is absolutely breathtaking. A camera does not do it justice. Thoroughly enjoyed the sight. Would definitely recommend a visit if you're ever in Guam. We got to see a shark and a few turtles cruising around as well lol.
Viliame Koyamaibole — Google review
This is such a great photo spot! You have to pay $3 a person to get to the best views, but it is worth it. You can see a wide expanse of ocean as well as a lot of the island. You can also purchase a lock to put on the fence. I found their gift shop prices extremely reasonable and I made a lot of purchases.

Two Lover's Point in Guam is a picturesque destination steeped in legend and romance. Perched atop towering cliffs overlooking the azure waters of Tumon Bay, it offers breathtaking panoramic views that are simply mesmerizing. The site derives its name from a tragic Chamorro legend of two lovers who leaped from the cliffs, choosing to be together in eternity rather than face separation. Today, it serves as a popular spot for couples seeking to celebrate their love amidst the stunning backdrop of the Pacific Ocean. Visitors can stroll along the scenic pathways, enjoy a romantic picnic, or simply bask in the serenity of this enchanting locale. Whether you're a hopeless romantic or simply seeking natural beauty, Two Lover's Point is sure to captivate your heart.

A wonderful spot to visit for your visit to Guam, cheap admission prices, and breathtaking views. Highly recommend. Can spend anywhere from 20 min - 1 hr depending on how many pictures you wanna take here.
Lisa Lam — Google review
Seriously gorgeous spot. Bit of a tourist trap, but the view is well worth the time to drive here and the $3 entry fee they charge. Not much to do other than walk around and enjoy the sun and the view, but again, well worth it. Could take anywhere from 15-45 minutes out of your day depending on how much time you want to spend soaking in the sights. Even though the viewing balcony hangs over the cliffside, I think this is acceptable for those afraid of heights as there are wide platforms, many handrails, and you don’t have to go against the edge to see the beautiful view!
Erin Verdi — Google review
Such a great location to go for an amazing view of not only the ocean, but the island as well. The story involved with the 2 lovers is something to bare witness to yourself. Highly recommend checking it out a great place to visit while in guam.

Beautiful park with amazing views. Such a sad, sad love story we must remember. For all of our fathers to be reminded, let love save our daughter's life, not take it. ❤️

Great place for a pit stop on a day of checking out Guam. A couple bucks to get to the top view, but you don’t have to pay to just get out and look around
Ashley Adams — Google review
Must visit place especially with the historical background of this location which we spent on Valentine’s Day. Admission was $3/person and souvenirs were fair prices. The admission is to get up on the elevated steps to where you can overlook Tumon Bay and the great Pacific Ocean which you can and it’s probably the best place to view for honu and sharks out here. Parking was pretty empty when we arrived when it opened around 10am. To buy a heart lock to chain it to the fence or rocks it’s also $6.
Ian Ray — Google review
Whether you are traveling and visiting with your lover or not, you should still come here and get the ticket to go on the elevated lookout area!!! The tickets aren’t even expensive and the views are amazing!! For real! At first perhaps I was trying to be all economical and see the views from the side without getting a ticket to go to the elevated lookout area, but then I really wanted to get the foam heart and heart lock and I realized you aren’t really engaging with the area if you don’t go out there. So we got tickets, got the foam hearts and heart lock and went in! It’s really great that they put the story on the wall and have all this other art work that help to bring your imagination back to how it must have felt for that young couple. When you go up the stairs and finally see the views you realize it is WAY different than the views you see from the side without the tickets! You NEED to see these views WOW! Beautiful! So peaceful from there! So so gorgeous! Wow you are SO high up (it’s not scary tho) and you see everything! This was definitely among my most favorite places I visited in Guam! I want to go back there every time I come visit! Do Bring your lover!
Tracy Flores — Google review
View is nice. You can buy the tickets at T-gallaria second floor if you have T membership. 2 tickets = $2 3 tickets = $4 4 tickets = $6
ting jang — Google review
A little underwhelming. I had read the story and had high hope of it being something spectacular. It had amazing views but a bit of a drive and trashy along the drive up. Had a few homeless people at the entrance to the main road, not the attractions fault and I understand that. Just giving honest review.
Kimberly ?youknowkimly? Campbell — Google review
The view is amazing from the viewing point which costs 3$ per person. But other than this, there is nothing special here. There is a souvenir shop and a proper car parking lot. Since this is Guam’s most-known place, it is worth to visit.
PJ — Google review
Pretty cool tourist attraction. Nice garden, plenty parking space, small drink vendor near the parking. The statue has been said to have been removed for a while after a Storm knocked it down and broke it. But the building prolonging out of the mountain side is amazing. With a couple dollars fee to pass through and couple gift shops near it to buy souvenirs.
Exploring, Food, and Life — Google review
Super cute stop and an interesting legend behind it! The veiwes are beautiful, and allows you to see the whole bay without obstruction. The site is free to visit, but to get on the observation deck it is $3. Recommend purchasing that ticket to get the beautiful view plus the back of the ticket came with 4 coupons that can be used in other restaurants near by. I'd you use even one of them it would "give" you back your ticket fee money and then some! You can also purchase a love lock for $6 to lock to the fence, super cute. Make sure to bring a pretty sharpie if you would like to do that as they only have black. Also, some clear nail polish or paint to protect your writing as the elements here in Guam are harsh. Most of the locks foam hearts (what you write on) that were more than a couple years old were almost impossible to read. It can be pretty windy up there so do not wear any short dresses/skirts or loose items such as hats and you might have an issue. I would recommend bring a tripod or selfy stick to get the best pictures. The only reason we did not feel it should have 5 stars is there were a few plagues missing or damaged preventing us from reading some of the information.
rachel young — Google review
Nice, quick stop along the road for a great viewpoint of Tumon beach small gift shop and food truck also.
brandon dengler — Google review
The views here are amazing and the price for the lookout point is low. You don't have to go to the paid part to enjoy the attraction and take some photos. This place did sustain some damage from the typhoon, but still a must see stop.

You dont have to go up the stairs. The view is still good downstairs.

Fish Eye Marine Park - Visitor Center

Mentioned on
Nature & Parks
Dinner theater
Fish Eye Marine Park is a well-known destination for tourists, featuring an open-air restaurant that hosts live performances and an underwater observatory. Visitors can enjoy a Seawalker tour, which involves descending into the ocean with a specially designed helmet filled with air. This activity lasts around 20 minutes and allows visitors to feed friendly fish and observe natural coral life such as anemones.
This is a great place to see many species of fish and Black Tip sharks that live in the local water's here in Guam. There is an underwater observatory for viewing marine life if you are not interested in snorkeling or are not a certified scuba diver. If you do snorkel and or scuba dive this is a great place to view fish close up and be in the water with a couple Black Tip sharks that like to hang out there. Also, this is a great place to take the kids or a date night. Not to expensive, they offer military discounts.
D.B Cooper — Google review
Great place for snorkeling or diving. Great variety of beautiful fish. Going into the building, there’s a staircase down to maybe 30 below the water level with great views of the fish for the non swimmers/divers.
Mark Rinehart — Google review
Great views and experience. The water was nice and calm and if it by chance starts raining, they'll lend you a umbrella! The vista's underwater are worth the trip, can't wait to dive here!

Had coconut +costume +buffet lunch tour package and enjoyed the overall experience experience. The facility is nice and staff are welcoming.
XT — Google review
It's different than your everyday tourist thing, however it is a nice little walk on the boardwalk up to the fish eye deck itself. Good for families with small kids
Tim Issa — Google review
Amazing place! If you want to see beautiful emerald seas, fish, and sharks (you should be lucky, of course :O), you must come here.
Allen Yun — Google review
Very unique experience! Similar to being at an aquarium but the fish are actually in there natural habit.
Fanda Thomas — Google review
Definitely a must visit while you are touring Guam. I did not know about this place until my spouse brought it up. It does not look too impressive until you walk to the observatory and actually walk down stairs to see the windows. We did a family visit here and our two year old really enjoyed the close view of the fish and we got to see a few small sharks prior to feeding time. The entry fee is 15 dollar for each head unless your child is under 5 years old. Bring your own snacks and water if you can, there is a small water fridge you reach the observatory but I didn't see much else for snacks or drinks. There are no handicap options to access the lower half of the observatory.
Bozihome Reviews — Google review
Not bad, easy entry for snorkeling. Good number of various fish. Look at the tide charts as going during low tide sucks. During low tide you have to walk about 100 yards and the visibility drops to about 30 feets.
B Redfern — Google review
Snorkeling is very good here. Observatory is not so good as the fishes were not visible from inside.
Dilip varma — Google review
I had lunch there it was the worst food. I had since moving to Guam. The people were nice and polite. But they need to get to kitchen help or better quality of food.
John Dupree — Google review
“Have to visit”. A attraction that good for kids and family. Entrance ticket is kind of pricey thought.
I’M BDJ — Google review
I didn't buy tickets or actually go inside. Just snorkeling around the tower. Park in the parking lot. Walk through the rocks/coral towards the tower until you can swim and snorkel around the Blue Tower. Sometimes the workers feed the sharks lol it's pretty crazy.
Michael Downs — Google review
I've been here twice since getting to the island. The snorkeling is awesome! I haven't actually been to the Observatory since we get to see it all up close in the water! All kinds of fish and some black tip shares. My husband has dove here also.
Candace Schoemig — Google review
A really great place. I visited here with my family and really enjoyed it. There is a small beach, a path into the deeper waters, scuba diving, & snorkeling (must have your own equipment. They have diving helmets and diving. They have a tower that you can go down about 35' feet or 4 flights of stairs to an underwater observation room. Water is super clear (40-80 feet visibly, lots of local fish, which includes Nemo, trigger fish, barracuda, pin fish, blue star fish and lots more. From the tower is a great view of "camel rock" and some beautiful beach scenes. I would recommend taking a few hours to visit and explore. Don't forget a hat and sunscreen because the dock is not covered all the way.
V Jeffrey Butler — Google review
Hands down the Best Aquarium... or Aquatics place to visit.
7oh2TrailBlazin — Google review
Pretty pricey for a family of 4. I thought that it had some great views until I was able to walk next to the fish eye dock and snorkel around for free. 🤔 Great spot to snorkel. I believe they provide a good service for those who might not want to or can't snorkel.

The park situated on the ruins of a 19th-century Spanish fort is known as Fort Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, named after Our Lady of Solitude. It offers breathtaking views of Umatac Bay, including the famous Umatac Bridge and its own legendary Spanish stronghold. The fresh salty air makes this an ideal spot for lunch with packed provisions.
A quick place to check out if you’re ever down in southern guam There’s a round about to park there and walk to where the site is Beautiful panoramic view from up where you stand and overlooking Fouha Bay
Ian Ray — Google review
Beautiful day for a beautiful view of the Umatac village and the bay. There were vendors selling fresh young coconuts for only $5. The old fort and the canons are still holding strong on the mountain top just as I remember from my past visits. Love coming here every time I’m home for a visit.
Val Jesus Virgen — Google review
Breathtaking. Beautiful views. There was a family selling coconut water and pickled papaya/radishes/eggs, and star fruit. Very kind and generous. Loved reading a bit on the plaques. Super helpful that one pointed out points of interest in the distant horizon. A little busy on a Sunday afternoon (4 other groups/families/tourist groups). A beautiful place to stop. Plenty of parking. A short walk to it.
Jenna Weaver — Google review
Nice views to take pictures, the guy and his wife selling coconuts can be a little intimidated due to he has a machete all the times in his hands to prepare the coconuts for his clients, but I don't think he is dangerous. Keep your distance just in case.

Fort Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, located in Umatac, Guam, is a historical site dating back to the Spanish colonial era. It served as a strategic defense post and played a significant role in Guam's history. Today, visitors can explore the well-preserved ruins and learn about the fort's intriguing past, making it a must-visit for history buffs and anyone interested in Guam's cultural heritage.

This place was awesome! The view! Amazing. The things that made it awesome, along with the history, were the local people selling coconut candy and coconut juice. He gave a beautiful history tour around the fort. I feel like he should be a tour guide!!! I loved it!

Very cool little slice of history with amazing views. Steady stream of visitors but not crowded at all. Not much to do, but we brought lunch and had a very memorable visit.
Paul Burke — Google review
I went to the place where I kept my history in Guam. The vast landscape is such a wonderful place that it seems to have been a place for war. But the only thing to see is the scenery. Some shabby cannons are places you don't want to look again. Why is the bathroom closed? At the entrance, we ate mangoes that looked like they were grown in Guam.
MG Choi — Google review
Awesome historic overlook.
LUKE LUSZCAK — Google review
We visited this place many times, and every time we loved it. The most beautiful picture you can take with the Church and curved shore in background. Few cannons, Spanish bridge and nice new view from top. Lots of wind will make your experience like breezy, if you like wind. We visited after a storm passed, so we got the hit. Kids can go very near to edges, so keep your eyes on them.
Arifur Sarker — Google review
Not well maintained but still a site to see for sure! My favorite part was seeing Edwin, aka the coconut man. He will set up right up with fresh coconut and mango. Very entertaining. Saw him when I first got to the island 3 months ago. Very personable!

The Westin Resort Guam welcomes guests to its contemporary beachfront setting. Offering a wide range of amenities, the hotel offers air-conditioned rooms with Heavenly Beds and comprehensive wellness programs. With its proximity to Tumon Beach and UnderWater World Aquarium, the hotel is perfect for visitors looking to explore the island.
The hotel is amazing. It's a very good hotel. And the pool is great. And hey, let's say if you don't want to go to the pool. That is perfectly fine. Because the beach is right where the pool area is at. And don't get me started on the buffet. The Buffet is called Taste. And it is AMAZING. They have a lot of different varieties of foods to choose from. And each day is a different type of buffet. For example: Wednesday: Island BBQ, Thursday: Southeast Asian. And they have a great dessert bar. Ranging from ice cream, and things like Jello. Very great buffet.
AJ Barrogo — Google review
Location is great with easy walk to places to eat, close to airport, and easy to get on the main road to get anywhere. Rooms are older but comfortable. Comes with small fridge. My favorite is it has a water kettle and french press! The staff were extremely helpful. Ran into a couple snags with my travel and they were very willing to work with me and make everything work out. The cleaning staff is also fabulous. The only thing I don't like is the love music at night. I sure many enjoy this, but I have to wake early and hard to get to sleep.
Heather Smith — Google review
This is a beautiful hotel right on the beach in Guam, centrally located in the middle of shopping and many restaurants. The staff here are over the top friendly and helpful! The hotel restaurants are really good and reasonably priced for a resort hotel. The pool and beach area are world class with a nice beach bar. My room was advertised as a partial ocean view. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is what it doesn’t say is it has a full Adult Strip Club view that forces everyone out at 2am so you get to wake up at 2 every morning to that.
Vince Crook — Google review
It is a tropical island; no matter how much luxury we humans create, it is still nature. With that said, this resort is lovely. The food is good, and there are plenty of options within the hotel and nearby. The drinks are great, people (customers and locals) are friendly and the room has incredible views. There are often issues that arise (like dirt, ants, noisy rooms due to high winds) but you get that in most of the resorts/hotels in Guam, on occasion. The staff here went above and beyond to assist and correct anything for myself and my staff on a few visits. Much appreciated.
Sarah K — Google review
Excellent hotel, did snorkeling and diving, great people. Very safety cautious when in came to diving. You kayak out to dive, seen big sea turtles, eels and and abundance of fish. They showed me a great time.

The staff was phenomenal, very accommodating from check in to room service, I’ve no complaints. The resort can get a little loud with all the activities around, but I was a little too tired to notice much. Taste restaurant is excellent. If I get back to Guam, this is where I’ll stay.
Nita Bargen — Google review
Excellent Sunday brunch at Taste. Expensive but a worthwhile experience. Variety and quality of food was very good, including dessert and salad bar. Great atmosphere and music not too loud so that conversation with company may be enjoyed.

An incredible fast check-in. Very, very nice and professional. . My room is spacious enough and has most amenities. A microwave would be nice. I'll ask if they have any. Everything else is there, coffee, small refrigerator, hot kettle. The breakfast buffet is top-notch 👌. So much to choose from. No pics but I'll get some later. Overall a very nice hotel.

I did not stay at this hotel but instead I went to an event that the hotel put on. They had a live band and some dancing in the lobby. Me and my family had a great time. We also ordered food from the restaurant there and the food was delicious as well. We ordered drinks and they were quite yummy. The hotel has gorgeous views and is beautiful inside and out..

My stay at the Westin Resort Guam for 19 nights was nothing short of remarkable. The hospitality was top-notch, and every staff member I encountered added to the wonderful experience. I especially enjoyed the delectable meals and the pristine beach view which added a touch of tranquility to my stay. If I had to pinpoint anything exceptional, it would be the consistency in service excellence throughout my entire stay. As of now, there's nothing that comes to mind in terms of improvement. The staff mastered the art of creating a memorable stay. Highly recommended and I look forward to my next visit.

I love my stay. I was there for a 40 day stay. The rooms are perfect. Temp was perfect. The view is amazing. I will stay here again. The executive lounge access was perfect for dinner and drinks. The pool was nice and clean. They play music on the weekend. To me as a long time guest that got annoying but was still nice. Water was always warm. Room was always cleaned and refilled my coffee.
amber milner — Google review
Beautiful hotel with the beach as it’s backyard. Everything a resort should be (friendly, professional staff, multiple restaurant/bar options within, clean, upscale). Breakfast is the best part imo - it’s buffet style, with a station for eggs-to-order and fresh fruits, veggies, and meats everyday, which I get free as a Marriott Platinum and Above member. I’m currently here on work travel, but it makes it feel like vacation! Taking off a single star for the Parking situation- there is a garage on-site, but it is not well-kept, and is somewhat dark, creepy (think paint peeling on walls, exposed Stone, a cockatoo chirping in the distance) that makes me feel *slightly* uneasy as I walk back to my room alone at night after a long day at work. With a hotel that fancy, you’d think they’d at least put SOME effort into the parking.
Kelly — Google review
Quite possibly one of the worst hotels in Guam. Although the location was pretty good, that is the best I can say of this hotel. The beach where this hotel is at is great. Some nice places to eat right across the street from the hotel also. However, to get to street level you will either walk up a big set of stairs or walk up hill on a ramped sidewalk. The view wasn't very great either. Maybe you'll have a better view if you get a very high premium room. Check-in was a slow process with long lines. The room was dirty. There was sand and dirt all over the floor. Let the front desk know and they sounded like they didn't want to do anything but reluctantly sent house keeping over. Housekeeping quickly swept the floor, but I could still feel all the dust on the floor. We asked about getting an extra towel, since we were a family of 4 in the room and they only provided 3 towels. Housekeeping gave us 3 more towels, so we dampened one with warm water and wiped the floor with the towel. Their filthy floor was evident by how black the towel got. We also quickly noticed that the sheets smelled funny. Later that same day, the hotel was putting on a show in the lobby, and the drums were so loud, they could be easily heard through the door. As much as this hotel costs, you would think they can afford some STC 50+ rated doors. The towel rack in the bathroom was shaky and looked like it could fall off the wall at any time. The room didn't really have hot water. First of all the label on the shower knob is backwards. Maybe it is good they have no hot water with the backwards plumbing they have, or guests may end up scalding themselves. But after 15 minutes of trying to let the hot water heat up in the shower, it was barely warm. One might have thought it was the cold water, but you knew it wasn't because if you did turn that temperature dial the other way, the water would have been ice cold. Getting an elevator is extremely difficult. The hotel really doesn't appear to have sufficient elevator capacity for their expected occupancy. Especially during check-in or dinner time. Definitely not a hotel we will ever consider staying at again, and probably weigh on our minds quite heavily at other Westin or Marriot properties for any future trips.
Guy Kuroiwa — Google review
Pros: decent staff that are pretty accommodating, decent enough rooms (though I wouldn't count on your beach view room actually being pointed toward the beach), very close to shopping and food (including Eggs n Things the best breakfast in guam), and great beach access and pools. Cons: this place is super busy most of the time and elevators are pretty busy. But the worst offense is the music, right in the lobby several times a week there's lives music. It WILL be heard in your room and if you're a light sleeper it WILL wake you up if you sleep on an off shift. During our stay there was some sort of traditional group that played (which is fine) but at 7pm it woke up our infant who was terrified of what was essentially drums and horns and screaming. It sounded like a gladiator match. All in all its a pretty good place most of the time but the music makes it intolerable at times.
Sea Wolfe — Google review
This is the first bad review I've ever given to a place in many years of reviews. And I keep telling myself to give them a break because they had a hurricane two months ago. But honestly, this hotel supposedly caters to business travelers and yet they lost my suit in the dry cleaning (and I have a major presentation to give), the elevators don't work well in a high rise, and the lobby singer and parties are so loud even the rooms on the 16th floor reverberate late into the night. Regretfully, I would recommend people avoid this hotel. I do not believe these issues stem from the hurricane nor will they be resolved soon. Picture is the line for the elevator. Edited to add: the business center has 2 computers and printers. Neither printer has toner. The computers aren't able to connect to the internet. And I had to crawl under the desks of both to plug things in to discover that they don't work...

It's only two days and Im6loving this place. The staff is polite. Housekeeping is superb. Had an issue with my room sbd that was taken care of right away. Amazing views of the beach and Pacific. You cannot ask for a better place to spend time in Guam.
Collin Haynes — Google review
We were there for Christmas. Food at the Christmas dinner was great. Service was great all around so the staff would get 5 stars but the hotel is getting old and in need of a serious update. I guess since coronavirus and then the typhoon last year, lots of places got hit financially and physically and it definitely shows. Their Westin hotel sign on the top of the building side is gone, blown off apparently. They took away Body Soap in all showers and now you get a bar of regular soap. The shower floor looked filthy but it wasn't, it is just old and has those old stains that won't come out, so needs replacing. Our sink went out the last day, water barely trickled out so we had to brush our teeth in the shower. We had an ocean view on the upper floors but the balcony was very rusted over and the hotel next to us looked almost abandoned it was in such need of repairs, so a bit of an eye sore. Good location overall, convenient I'd say, and their location on the beach is also good but for it to be considered a 4 star hotel or 5 they need to spend some serious money remodeling. Probably wouldn't return unless they did the remodel.
Roberto Libano — Google review
I stayed here twice. The air conditioning didn't work in either of the rooms, I could only get the room temperature down to 75, It was incredibly humid in the rooms and the hotel staff were less than useless when I asked for help. The first room I had did not have any hot water in the bathroom and the front desk staff were again no help. The hotel looks tatty with stains and parts missing. The beach was rather dirty and despite billing itself as a "resort" they wanted $15 just to borrow a snorkel. My room faced a vacant lot full of trash and wild chickens not the ocean view one expects from the website. If it is a resort it would be my last resort.

Nice to be able to walk out onto the beach from the hotel. Things to do around hotel. Parking garage. Elevators inside are slow.
Jeffrey Shimmel — Google review
Hotel is getting very outdated and the rooms are starting to fall apart. The AC is terrible, the wifi is slow, and there is mold in the showers and tubs. I have already had to switch rooms because of this. The front desk management doesn’t care about anybody but themselves . They treat their employees very poorly. When you have a problem and bring it to the front desk, they will apologize and say they will work diligently to fix the problem right away, Then you never hear from them again. That has been with a lot of my friends who are also staying here too. This is the worst Marriott I’ve ever stayed at, and will never stay here again
Jordan Pinkham — Google review
A great branded hotel seems to be going through a tired, neglected period of its former glory days much like the rest of the island. The rooms are old , the services are slow and amenities are 4 star. The in house restaurants are nothing to write home about. Better off going offsite for food beverage and entertainment. The hotel is Nothing big to complain but nothing really to be satisfied and for Westin branded facility, that’s terrible. Definitely not a 5 star hotel. Anymore…….
Brentton Ji (Foodlover) — Google review
Having stayed in Westin's throughout the world, this one might have been my most disappointing. Overall, the hotel is in need of some major upgrades. From broken floor tiles, rusted out railings, non-functioning elevator lights, and more. With this said, the location is quite good and the beach is clean of rocks compared to some of the neighbouring properties. Our room was kept up and clean, which is a plus. I had two poor experiences on the service - one was that my room was not cleaned between days and i needed to call the front desk, the other is the bell men were not very attentive but rather sitting around on their phones. I unloaded and loaded my car with 4 bags without even an offer to assist. Again, not the service i have come to know about the Westin. I would likely stay at another property if in Guam again that is better maintained.

Thai restaurant
Ban Thai is a popular Thai restaurant with an excellent buffet that is enjoyed by novice cooks trying to taste several different flavors simultaneously. If you happen to dine at night, order some different dishes to share among your tables in order to always get the multi-sensor experience.
This restaurant is outstanding. I have never had a meal I didn't like. Today we had the Green Papaya Salad, Lek's Fried Chicken w/sweet chili sauce, Fish Salad w/ house-made Tamarind Dressing. Needless to say they were amazing. Very fresh veggies as well. And they give you more than enough. The service was also very good as well.

Lovely restaurant with the option of outdoor seating. In evenings with a light breeze, dining outside is a great option. The menu offered a wide variety and their spice levels vary from mild, medium, and hot (the hot was a nice heat and was just perfect for me). I was a bit disappointed in the portion sizes. I also felt the amount of rice served was not sufficient for their "saucy" dishes. I did not enjoy the Thai Iced Tea and usually that's one of my favorite drinks in any Thai restaurants. It was on the watery side. Customer service was amazing and our attendants were pleasant and the food came out fast.

Someone I know always goes to Ban Thai whenever they visit. They invited me out to eat with them over dinner and drinks, and it did not disappoint. We got there a bit early to beat the dinner crowd. We had some of the house red wine and had the fresh spring rolls and Lab Thai. If you like a citrus and a slight mint taste, the larb is the food to try.

The food was absolutely delicious. I did try the plates of others with me. So good. I asked for a recommendation and the server was amazing and beyond met my need the food was better than anything I had before. I am glad that I experienced Ban Thai. Highly recommend

They had great Tea and the Chicken Fried Rice was awesome. The price was affordable, and the staff were friendly. Looking forward to returning here.

Best Thai food I’ve had in a long time! They have tons of food and drink options, and of course they offer a delicious Ban Thai Tea! It was hard to only drink 2 of them. We ordered the Pork Pad Thai and the Panang curry and both were delicious. Ate the whole thing and left feeling just the right amount of full. The staff was very nice and even helped us call a cab to get back to our hotel. They offer both indoor and outdoor seating, I recommend making a reservation if you can to save some waiting time. I will definitely be back.
Dj Riddle — Google review
I went there for dinner with my family around 7 pm on a Friday, and it was packed. Wait time was around 40 minutes to an hour. However, they were able to seat our group of 11 people around 30 minutes after multiple groups left. So I highly recommend making a reservation. For parking, the lot was full. You may want to get there earlier to find parking. Otherwise, you'll have to wait for someone to leave or park farther away. We walked over from PIC, so we didn't have to deal with parking. The restaurant was clean, and the service was excellent. As for the food, it was delicious. We would definitely go back there for Thai food.
Brian Duenas — Google review
The food was pretty good, but the service was a little slow.... But to their defense, they were pretty packed too. When they say mild, for me the food was spicy..... But that's me.... Atmosphere was nice a lot of culture throughout art and decoration..... The inside of the restaurant was tight and cramped but, ehhhhh. 🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️🤷🏾‍♂️ There's also outside seating, but wouldn't really suggest that during humid days

Love the thai food here. Always great flavors and choices. Great service and atmosphere too.

Thai staple of Guam and generally a must visit especially if your on island for awhile. Can get very busy so select your time well. Big fan of the fresh and fried spring rolls as well as the papaya salad and mansaman curry. All curries have some spice but in general they offer mild, medium, hot, and thai hot.
Chad Westfall — Google review
1st try over weekend failed to get a table but made it during weekday attempt. Service was prompt and orders relatively had quick turn around. Got the super crunchy veggie spring roll and shated pad thai shrimp. Both were generally okay. The pad thai was a fainter version of the Thai streetfood dish.

I enjoyed Ban Thai as my first meal to fix my jet lag after landing on Guam. I ate at the bar and service was great. The server helped me select my dish based on who was cooking. Not sure if that was a good sign. The rice paper wrap and the lettuce of my fresh spring rolls was not as tender as I’m use to. I got the Thai basil and pork with an egg. The egg was cooked firm and I would have preferred it a little runny but the overall flavor was excellent. Give Ban Thai a try.
Daniel Todd — Google review
Delicious! We got the chicken satay, ban Thai ribs, and red curry - all were piping hot and yummy. The curry was phenomenal, packed with veggies. We got medium heat for everyone (mild, medium, or hot) and medium is not messing around. It cleared the sinuses but was still flavorful and enjoyable. We also got Thai iced tea, which was refreshing, rich, and sweet.

Food is good, but so many meals sold out when we arrived there at 1pm on Sunday
Anvi Chen — Google review
The seating and surroundings was a three and a half, the service was a four, and the food was a five! Certainly the place could use some updating and the seating outside is very close to the road but the food voice on point at a very reasonable price point. Go there and no need to dress up.... You won't be sorry.
Tom Mac — Google review
This place gets super busy for a good reason. It’s one of the best authentic Thai restaurants on Guam. Be sure to make a reservation beforehand because you may get out luck for good seating or just no open tables in general if you walk-in because the restaurant is pretty small.
Ken Jiro — Google review
The food is always tasty and well prepared! Salt and spice levels tend to vary. I love spice but sometimes the “Medium” level already makes it hard for me to enjoy the food. It tends to get super busy, especially during peak times so we try to go for early/late lunches or early dinners, otherwise, you’ll be dining for over 1.5 hours. The lunch buffets are usually good, but the buffet is literally confined to a small section of the restaurant where it’s so hard to maneuver with a long line of people. The staff is super friendly - they’re always attentive and we appreciate the consistent smiles and great customer service. Overall, it’s one of our favorite Thai restaurants on Guam for good reason.

Restaurant
The restaurant Proa is loved for its BBQ dishes with a glazed finish of the Marianas, but it is its constantly changing specials salmon that keeps diners coming back. A new special salmon dish appears every turn, meaning at least two different salmon dishes daily. The chef has full creative freedom to come up with a new dish to tempt customers of that turn.
One of my go-to restaurants whenever I go home! First fell in love with their taro cheesecake and was thrilled to see they were offering one of their OG dessert items - Chocolate Wasabi Cheesecake. Their other signature dish is barbecue chicken/steak/ribs - paired with red rice, this is the core of your traditional fiesta plate. I took the opportunity to try a special - fried parrotfish - and was not disappointed. Crispy on the outside, tender flakes of fish, just slightly salty … I’m still dreaming about it weeks after.

The food was amazing. Super tasty. The short ribs were salivating good. I would go back to eat that again. They did run out of a lot of things so make sure you go early. Service seemed rushed but they were friendly. I will try again
Carlos Francisco Rivera — Google review
Delicious, chicken melted in my mouth. So tender. Direct opposite of my short ribs. They were tough but what I could eat was great. Spare ribs didn't have much meat but still good. Surprisingly the most simple thing, the salad which was just lettuce and I think red cabbage was my favorite. The vinaigrette was great! Red rice was good too.
Shalonda Anonymous — Google review
Food is good, I ordered a BBQ triple dish and compared with my colleagues dishes. My dish and a colleagues were identical, and we were disappointed with the lack of meat on the the short ribs, they were basically bones as seen on the pictures, on the other hand, a colleague ordered only short ribs, and his had plenty of meat to eat, we couldn't understand why ours were different, but it is what it is. I ate there previously and only had ribs, but yet the triple plate seemed to have more meat products. I also had the fried banana. It's worth sharing with someone, a little goes a long ways. The fried chicken was reportedly awesome.

Service was friendly but a bit odd. Wanted to escape the rain but they wouldn't seat me in the main dining room, only by the bar. Ordered the cheesecake and it came in a to-go container. The cheesecake didn't meet expectations: the taro was very muted and it was a chocolate graham crust on both sides.
Keith Van — Google review
The restaurant is located within walking distance from our hotel. Limited menu, but the food is good. The poke is beautifully presented and perfectly seasoned. The Chicken Pasta was great. Lightly sauced and not overpowering the pasta. Topped with generous amount of chicken. The chicken tacos appetizer is a meal but itself. Generous portion. Service is attentive and friendly. The food comes out slow, but we didn't mind. Unfortunately, we didn't get a chance to taste the desserts.

This is one of the popular steak house among tourists. It's really over-rated dining place. We've ordered rib-eye steak and hibachi ribs. Both meat were so tough that i had to chew more than 20 times to swallow. Also, the service there was below the average. Only 1 server was taking care of the whole table. And we had to do the table setting by ourselves :(

I went to Proa the first time 13+ years ago and it was my favorite place on the island. I finally made it back and it was everything I remembered! The BBQ is incredible! I went for the trio and it was perfect. Their fenadene is my favorite! If you can't save room for dessert, then get it to go.... the taro cheesecake is mind-blowing! Proa is my #1 recommendation for people visiting Guam.

An absolute must have!! All of the dishes are phenomenal. Such a unique take on traditional Chamorro dishes. Order the Proa style chicken tacos, a ‘chef’s kiss’ dish. The Beggar’s Purse is so unique and amazingly delicious. End your meal with an order of the Banana Fritters, I didn’t want to share the order. Chef Geoffrey came out to greet us and we had high praises for our meals.

I came here for lunch last year and really enjoyed the short ribs. I ordered it again for dinner and it was better than I remembered it. The portions are very generous, and I say this place has the best ribs on Guam. Severs are very friendly and the atmosphere is relaxing. Wish there was a little more lights since it was on the dimmer side, but still an enjoyable experience.

Rib is good with enough marination but a bit chewing, I also like chicken and the red rice. Taro cheese cake is must, which is a bit sweet so better order coffee.

This place is absolutely outstanding. Everytime I visited this restaurant and eaten here, I never have been disappointed. This restaurant is right in front of the beach. So if you plan on going swimming afterwards, no worries. Because the beach is just right there. And I recommend either the Chicken Tenders, and/or the BBQ Short Ribs, and the Red Rice. All of these are very tasty. Tastes very good. And if you took a bite into one of these food items, then you would definitely see why.

Dusit Gourmet is a cafe in Tumon that offers delicious sandwiches, salads, and sweet temptations. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the quality of the food is great. This is a life saver in the middle of the night!
I was pleasantly surprised because the little cakes are only $6-8 but they come in little boxes and bags like an actual cake! I got the taro coconut cake and it was amazing! It was so soft and moist! Perfect individual sizes.

Decent espresso beverages, small or large sizes only. What makes this cafe a standout is the elegantly decorated and delicious baked items. Along with cakes and tarts, they offer macarons, bread loaves, baguettes, muffins, croissants, sandwiches, salads, and cut fruit. Service could be improved, the barista acted like I was bothering them to do their job.

Smoked salmon bagel and ginger lemon tea are both good. However, most of the time, I am fighting against one fly and one tiny bug. I wish I could 100 percent focus on yummy food.

Dusit Gourmet was a great place for bread and pastry when they just opened, but it gets worse and worse ss the years go by. Bread not fresh and tasty. I can tell by tadting the pastries that now they use magarine not butter. Hope they can provide good products just like they did before.

Amazing cakes but terrible staff. I went in with the goal of grabbing six total cakes. I've called in advance if they were able to accommodate this request and I was told they have limited flavors but they have multiple of them. When I arrived I was told all the cakes they had was only the ones on the display till seven. That was about four hours from then. I grabbed the full size cakes that were available and opted for the smaller individual cakes since well, that was my only option as they were "out" till seven. I've already made the drive after trusting what they've said on the phone. The ladies that worked there spoke Filipino and I knew this as I understood the language. It was really frustrating and demeaning how they spoke about me thinking I wouldn't understand. They talked about how my order is insane, which is odd since I called in advance if they were able to accommodate my request and received a yes. After loading the three full cakes and twelve mini cakes into my vehicle I came back in as I realized I was still short. I came back to the gourmet with the display case fully stocked with full size cakes again when I was told they wouldn't be ready till seven. It as still around 3pm. Thats when I realized that the staff has notified me that there was none of the back stock they mentioned on the phone as they were too lazy to grab it. I grabbed what I needed but ended up going $150 over budget due to being deceived that they were "out". I do think I did everything in my power I ensure my order would be fulfilled by calling before making the drive there. Unfortunately it still would've been impossible for me to get it due to the staff not making any effort to fulfill my order. "What we have on display is all we have" was a total lie. They made excuses saying "Oh they just brought these down now". The difference of 3pm-7pm is quite huge to make that kind of mistake and the fact that they refused I check when I asked was absolutely rediculous as they were certain the cakes will only be ready four hours from now. I didn't bother arguing thinkinqg they knew why they were talking about as well, they are the staff. I'd really rather go elsewhere for these big kinds of big purchases. I expected to receive the usual great service from Dusit but I see that those excludes the cafe area. I'd give the cakes 5 stars but the staff zero. Not only was I deceived and drove all the way there to just be withheld of what I needed and spent more, I was also insulted by the staff in another language. I'd stay away.

Alfredo's Steakhouse is a top restaurant on Guam that serves up fresh and delicious steak. The intimate setting and professional staff makes it the perfect place to enjoy a special meal with your loved ones.
I highly recommend Alfredo’s to anyone who wants a steakhouse experience in Guam. The food is great but the staff are even better. The steaks are huge and there are a number of sides to choose from. The best part is the view especially at sunset. I highly recommend eating here.

Excellent experience for my boyfriend's birthday dinner (as well as my first time dining here). JK and Unica took very good care of us and were very attentive. JK was very knowledgeable in kindly answering all our questions regarding the menu and made wonderful suggestions! Couldn't have asked for a better dinner!

This was probably one of the best meals I've had on the island. I got a ribeye perfectly cooked rare and my wife got a tenderloin. We went out for her birthday and they made her a little dessert for free! All of the food was excellent, the staff are exceptional, and the drink choices were great. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great meal.

First of all the service and atmosphere are wonderful. We waited over 1 hour for our food. I may be expecting a lot and don't really eat at high end restaraunts enough but I recently ate at Gordon Ramsey's Hell's Kitchen in Washington D.C. and we did not wait that long for our food. When the food arrived it was not spectacular the steak internal temp was on point but I felt it lacked seasoning and the steak was cold. The appitizer portions were quite small and were pricey in my opinion. Especially for the price of $22.00 for a medium sized bowl but a small bowl portion (I posted a picture). I think thier kitchen is not big enough to keep up with customer demand. Our server was great but the food was mediocre. I feel that if you're going to charge high end prices the food should be in line with the prices.

Incredible. The best meal I've had in 10 years. Of the five courses the clear standouts were: Japanese A5 Wagyu Beef Skewer with Tempered Egg Yolk and the Holiday Crunch Salad. Admittedly I'm no foodie and I rarely ever spend more than $100 on a meal, but it was completely worth it. It is rare magic that Chef Christian Panganiban and crew are cooking up here.

Excellent food, the aged streak is great, must order the truffle French fry! A bit noisy, not a very romantic place. They ran out of live lobster.

First off I have to say Jennifer and Carmina our waitresses were fantastic, extremely attentive and polite. The food was fantastic we started with the seared duck foie gras, absolutely delicious an absolute explosion of flavor the duck was perfect, brioche bread was soft and the blueberry compote to die for. Main course was the New York strip which was cooked perfectly. For desert was a coconut lemon dish that was also another flavor explosion. Fantastic service, and food everyone must go at least once. It was also our anniversary, which they gave us another chocolate dessert compliments of the restaurant.

Best steakhouse on the island! The views and atmosphere are exceptional. The staff is very attentive and accommodating. I forgot to take pictures of all our dishes we ordered. We ordered several items. From the appetizers; Caesar salad, lobster cappuccino, crab cakes. Entrees; Ribeye, tbone, pork chops, we literally ordered every side available. And for dessert we ordered one of each to share and try. Great wine selection. The cocktails were “ok”. For the price and atmosphere I would have like to see some more traditional classic cocktails that were elevated. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our evening!

Amazing food and service at Alfredo’s. Got so much on the menu, from the potato leeks and lobster bisque, duck foie gras, crab cakes, Demi seafood tower, steak, halibut, kale/spinach gratin side, mushrooms and Brussels sides, & desserts. Everything was really good. Only improvement would probably be that the seafood in the tower was a little dry, could be from it sitting there for a while from it being pre-prepared. But otherwise everything was great, from the impeccable service, the separate little table for your purse, to the tasty apps, entrées and desserts. Would highly recommend. Also parking is available on the third floor of the plaza shopping center

Great view, great food. Best time to reserve a table is between the hours of 530-630pm if you want the sunset. Be sure to book WEEKS in advance. I had to book 7wks in advance to get the sunset. Good luck!

Reservations needed. Arrived around 6:30 pm on a Sunday and first available was 8 pm so we decided on lunch reservations on Monday. We were first seated inside but asked for an ocean view that was accommodated since we had reservations. Appetizers were delicious. We highly recommend the ahi poke and fried shrimp. The fish tacos and clam linguine were good, not great. Definitely a beautiful view and a very relaxing, not rushed lunch.

Really wanted to give this place five stars especially since it’s located in a very nice resort. Customer service: When my party was seated, we waited for a few minutes for a server to take our drink orders, which didn’t happen. Someone from our table had to go up to the bar and ask for service. Keep in mind the restaurant was not crowded. Drinks: I ordered the Pandora’s Ring, which was so delicious. Unfortunately, I only received my drink when I was already halfway through my meal and even at that I had to remind our sever that I was still waiting for it. He apologized and it was comped. Food: The food is primarily why I’m rating Tasi Grill so low. Orders for the table - Fish Tacos, Caesar salad, chicken wings and fries, and the salmon. The salad and wings were okay (although the fries were already cold and soggy). The salmon was burnt but the coconut rice was a nice surprise. The fish tacos were the worst especially for the price. Tortilla was cold and hard, and fish was tasteless. It came with tortilla chips that were stale and salsa wasn’t great. Location: Being beachside on a sunny, cool afternoon and the company is what saved this rating from getting two stars. Nothing beats a nice day on Guam’s beaches. Additional comment: My friends and I were the only local guests and seemed the be the table that was getting the least service.
