Lovely place to visit. Next to the beautiful garden creating a lovely atmosphere. Food is delicious and large portions. A little more pricey than the average but worth it. Kids meals are $15 and quite large so if you have little ones you could share.

Amazing sensational. Had a beautiful experience Sunday night. Went for a round of night golf, then followed up by Sunday dinner. The manager squeezed us in even tho the kitchen was closing soon. He recommended the Sunday roast which my mum and dad both took up his suggestion. Delicious. The service was absolutely amazing with one of the waitresses asking if we would like to take any of our food home. Last call for desserts were offered which felt nice. Was great to still be able to get a coffee @ 8pm @ night. I like this. All round fabulous venue, I can’t really fault it in any way shape or form. Also I offer come in a get a coffee weds morning, and it was amazing that the lady serving us remembered ours orders after only 2 times visiting. Birthday dinner for my son 25 (has special needs) after 18 holes of mini golf, was ready for some serious grub. Great menu, lots of choices for mains. I can highly recommend the Asian Chicken salad for a light, refreshing meal. My son loved the fish & chips!! Others enjoyed burgers or pizza. Lost one star because the lighting was poor over our table and one of the chairs was close to a step. Occupier had to move to avoid toppling backwards. Service was great.

Monday 18:30 dinner reservation for 8 people. It was busy... really busy. The staff were friendly however I think the kitchen were under the pump. Took a while to get our meals but they all came at the same time. We had pizzas, nachos, burger and fish and chips. All of the food was great.

What a truly amazing place. Excellent staff, service, food and ambiance. The upkeep of this place and golf is in the Christmas spirit 💯, they have outdone themselves in all areas. Recommended, however book your reservations as they are very popular, for all age groups.

Has a nice setting and ambience. Staff are okay but food is poor. Menu is limited and food very average. The fish and chips are doughy and not crispy. Pasta average.

Absolutely delicious meal and great location. Loved being able to play mini golf beforehand. Service was a little bit lacking; it was an hour for food to be served, one of the items we ordered didn't arrive, and it wasn't until after we had finished our meals that we were asked if we wanted more drinks. It wasn't too busy, so this was a surprise. Might have just been an off night though, as the people I was with haven't had these problems in the past.

Whether it's for breakfast, lunch, a function or dinner, Leap Frogs is the perfect venue. This visit in particular was for our anniversary and it was truly the most perfect evening. The food is delicious, good drink selection, but leave room for dessert. The sticky date rocks! Great service. After dinner, we went to see the Christmas lights throughout the botanical gardens, listening to Christmas songs playing throught the gardens. Just magical. Relaxing, enjoyable, memorable. Thanks Mark, Karin and the team. You never disappoint.

Great service and very accommodating we had 3 dishes, sticky chicken wings, chillie mussels and a sirloin steak. All dishes were perfect and even though it was extremely busy food came out fast. Well done all!

We had our wedding reception at leapfrogs and it was amazing, the staff were incredible, the pizza was yummy and the venue is gorgeous! Such a fantastic night had by all. Thank you.

Great setting, popular spot. I love the style - lots of wood, decking, greenery, etc. Most of the seating is outside (still fully undercover on the decking out the back), but there's plenty inside as well. Staff are friendly & attentive, despite how busy they are! It's a popular spot (particularly on wknds) for cyclists to stop in, plus with the other attractions, it will get pretty busy. We had a little wait for our food (~30mins) but the drinks were prompt & we never felt forgotton. The food is good - nothing over-the-top (or 'gourmet'), just decent wholesome food. The property is beautiful, & the mini golf a whole lot of fun. The location can be a little tricky to get to now with the overpass over Joondalup Dr/Wanneroo Rd intersection.

Absolutely love this place,its really beautiful surrounded by beautiful botanical gardens,you can play putt putt gold in the day or glow in the dark ball at night or just take a stroll around and enjoy the nature, the staff are really friendly and helpful, the food is outstanding and I give it 5 stars me and my family love it here...

Wow what a great experience we all had at Leapfrogs. We had a group of 14, and it was a busy night for Leapfrogs. Even though the staff was busy, they remained professional and attentive. We were so pleased that all the food arrived together and the quality, presentation and portion size was spot on. The atmosphere is beautiful, vibrant and I would highly recommend this place for first dates, birthdays and weddings.

We had our wedding there and had an absolutely amazing time! The set up was beautiful, the food was delicious and fresh, and the service was fantastic! The ladies Karin and Rachel were especially amazing and I cannot tell you how much they made it a special and loving occasion. Their service with the attention to detail and conversations showed they really love doing wedding ceremonies and enjoy making it special for everyone involved. Thank you !! Definitely recommend :)

What a lovely experience. We are new to the area and thought we would head down and try this place. Food was great, good sized and fresh ingredients. Staff were super friendly and engaging, made us feel at home. Even the other patrons were nice and cheerful. We will be back! Only thing I'd add now that covid is passing is a kids fenced play area so mum n dad can stay for dessert and a few more drinks. In saying this, on our way out we found a lovely play ground and grass area to play, (around the back) called life boat. Views and breeze to die for 👏

This place is absolutely gorgeous. Pick the right day and you can spend your whole time admiring the view. Food was in large portions and generally pretty good. I got a burger and the patty was perfectly seasoned and cooked but like cinnamon or something in the buns I don’t rate. Also damn the burgers needed some sort of sauce cus I had to dip it into the aoli that came with the chips. Servers just seemed like they wanted nothing to do with anything like walking around like zombies and the least enthusiastic people in the world. Overall sick place I would come back for sure!

Great venue. I’ve watched it change over the years but it’s great it still feels the same. Great venue, best visited early in the morning in my opinion , beat the rush and crowds. Sunsets are amazing in the outdoor sitting area tho but maybe have a dinner here too.

Out for some sun shine… quick walk around the Mindarie Marina. Decided to go for a quick lunch bite at The Boat in Mindarie. We have eaten a few years ago at The Boat. We decided fish & chips it is! My daughter selected chicken nuggets & chips. Also had an ice cold Matso Ginger Beer. Kids had a strawberry & chocolate milk shake.. Cream Brulee was rich but delicious. Staff was friendly and polite. Nothing was an issue and they served our food quickly. Portions are big! The atmosphere and vibe is fantastic. There was even life music a bit later in the afternoon. I can recommend you book your next lunch or dinner.

No atmosphere. Part of the dining area looked more like a storage room with dozens of stacked chairs. No table service. All in all a very disappointing evening for daughters birthday. Standard below par pub grub.

Seafood chowder absolutely great on a cold night! Char Sui Pork definitely wasn’t “Char Sui” was a salty mess, easily returned and staff were apologetic. Pie was ok- mash crunchy and left on plate, flavour was there but a bit dry… All in all….. Come here for the chowder! 👌🏼

Top food and top service. Staff were very friendly and accommodating with our requests. We took fish and chips up to the room for my parents, then we came back down to The Boat for our dinner. (Their choice to dine in front of the tv, chilling) Beautiful relaxing atmosphere by the Marina with a picturesque view of the boats and homes. We are so blessed to be living in this incredible safe country.

Went here for a family day out, had the perfect seat right next to the water. The seafood platter was huge enough for 4 people at least. The steak was cooked perfectly, my only thought was that tasting platter with the toasted and bread was slightly overpriced. Otherwise atmosphere was great with friendly service.

Ordered 2 x Caesar Salads, $24 ea. Bowl of Cos lettuce, few bits of diced bacon 1 egg sliced. Absolute Rip off. Made our server aware of this, the manager came over. Thank you, offered an apology and refund. Chefs should know better, what they served up was not even $1 worth of food.

My experience left me slightly confused and disappointed. I had the squid rings. Probably the best I have ever had. This is my go to dish whenever I eat out so I’ve had a few in my time. The squid was cooked perfectly, tender, the coating was light and crispy with a nice peppery taste. My husband wanted the pork tacos but they didn’t have any pork so he opted for the mushroom risotto. My squid was delivered. The barmen then realised he didn’t add the risotto to the order so we waited for that. The chef put the risotto up. We saw two waitresses look at the dish and the docket and walk away. My husband eventually got up and confirmed with the chef that was our order and we delivered our own food. The risotto was delicious, heaps of mushrooms with good flavours. All the food was good but the service really let them down. They had a good amount of staff working and were not busy. We were hoping this would be our new local however I’m not sure I can deal with the service again.

We had a really enjoyable evening at the boat. It had a great atmosphere with live music to start the evening before a DJ continued on into the night. Lots of room to get up dancing, and lots of people did. Yummy food. We had the barramundi tacos and grilled Spanish mackerel. Good portions and good prices.

Great place for a Sunday afternoon beer by the water listening to whoever is the artist performing live music on that day. So good!

Walked in without a reservation on a Sunday but managed to get a table outdoor. It’s cool and breezy and can get quite windy at times. Good beers. Food is average. For the price, I would expect it to be tastier or at least better quality. The view is great though!

First time dining here and loved every minute of it. We were greeted by a lovely, friendly hostess. Our waiter was polite and attended to us promptly. The Havana Mojito I ordered was delicious. I ordered the Seafood Platter for one and did not regret my choice at all. It was simply - amazing. The oysters were so fresh. All the cooked pieces of seafood were cooked to perfection. The side salad was fresh. I could not fault one thing on my plate. The Crème Brûlée for dessert was a lovely finish to a wonderful night out for dinner. I can't wait to go back to try other dishes on the menu.

This fantastic restaurant has left us with the best impressions! Friendly staff, delicious dishes, beautiful presentation, best and cosy spot with a great view, I recommend it to everyone! I'd like to come back here again and again👍

Second visit to this cafe. First was for coffee, second for lunch. Great location, delicious, generously topped pizza and good coffee. We shared a pizza between two, which was plenty for a light lunch Very enjoyable. Other menu items looked a bit pricey but if pizza anything to go by, they would be good value for money

This place is an absolute gem! Food was simply divine, great menu selection, good portion and amazing plating. The ambience was cozy overlooking the beach. Staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. I had inadvertently overlooked an ingredient in one of the items ordered, asked if I could exchange with another item, and they agreed with no charges to the earlier item. Overall thumbs up.

Valentine, we ordered sea food platter for 2..It was meticulously well presented, every single seafood was done differently..Everything in the plateau was prepared delicately.. Was so delicious 😋, by far my best sea food platter in Australia

Was there anything on Wednesday and the service was perfect! We came in just before the thunderstorm and the servers were prompt, super helpful as we have a big group with 2 kids in tow. Ordered a seafood plate for one which the kids shared, food was super fresh and good. Wine and beer selection seems extensive but we didn’t got to try them. Definitely a must recommend if u are in the area.

Lovely views, friendly staff, great food! Haven’t been to Portofinos for a long time as we moved miles away but needed somewhere central to meet family for a special occasion. We definitely weren’t disappointed, it’s still a wonderful place. Will make the trek up that way again for sure!

Ordered wood bake pizza, ribs, paella. All food was delicious and well presented. Portion is not for big eater. Visited on Sunday lunch time and food wait is about 35~40 mins. Plus is the outside seating area and view to the sea. Staff are friendly.

Was happy with how quick we were seated on a busy brunch/lunch time. However, that quickly fell through. The waiters forgot to bring out cutlery and other things we asked for, the apple juice tasted like diluted apple pear cordial, and the food was a bit cold too. We just didn’t like the feel of the service. Hope it’s better next time as the food looks good when it comes out.

Always amazing. The food is always absolutely delicious, and the staff so friendly and great. I have been coming here for years, mates just moved over from Melbourne and I HAD to introduce them to my favourite place. they were blown away by the great food, and value for money.

The Elixir Breakfast; egg was amazing and the rest of the meal was delicious with a caramilk hot chocolate. S'mores Pancakes; tasted great just very filling due to being thick went well with a White hot chocolate. Will definitely come here again.

This place lives up to its reputation. I got the pancakes and absolutely loved it!!!! I think its the first time I couldn't finish the plate infront of me. I got a take away container so all good. The staff are super friendly and bubbly

Drinks were nice and frothy. The food was flavourful and there was a good amount of sauce/ syrup for the meals. I’d have preferred my egg to have been more runny. Busy place and reasonable priced food and drinks :)

We enjoyed our visit today. Food and Service were fantastic, atmosphere nice and chilled. Pricing is a little higher than we expected, but we will still be back, just not as often as we would be otherwise. We frequent elixir as it’s just one of the best if not THE best in Perth for breakfast. Went for Father’s Day and we got a table quite quickly (they don’t take bookings), it’s always full. A large variety of delights on offer, we have vegan as well as gluten free requirements in our family and they have a good range for all. I had their pancakes which are massive and very tasty Their coffee is good too which is a requirement for a good Brekky. Fresh tasty juices add to the experience. The staff work very hard as does the owner who is on the floor, behind the counter and in the kitchen. I watched the owner wipe down a table and me being a cleanliness nut was impressed as he washes the edges of the table with a clean cloth and didn’t flick crumbs onto the floor. He cleaned the seats and set up the table for the next patron. An example of hard work to his staff and he did it all with a great smile on his face, why wouldn’t he be happy? his customers are as he has a great model of a business. The only downfall is it’s so busy you may have to wait! But it’s worth it!

We had a fantastic brunch at Cafe Elixir today. We did have to wait approximately 15 minutes to be seated which wasn't a problem as we could see they were very busy. We got the Hash Stack and Canadian Breakfast (French Toast) & Caramilk hot chocolate. Presentation of the food was 10/10. The Hash Stack was absolutely fantastic - I would highly recommend it (9.5/10 - would be a 10/10 if it came with bacon). The French toast was a bit too sweet and could have done without the ice cream on top but overall was good quality (7.5/10) The Caramilk Hot Chocolate was a bit disappointing unfortunately (3/10) All up we enjoyed it and will be back again.

We came on a Sunday at lunch time so it was super busy, we had to wait 15 minutes to get a table and 25 minutes to get our food but it was SO WORTH IT. The food and drinks tasted soooo good and it looked really pretty and fresh. The staff were very friendly. The servings were huge tho I couldn’t finish mine.

The most lovely family owned and operated cafe in Perth. These guys are always busy, always friendly, and just a wonderful place to hang out. The staff are such hard workers while always having time for a smile and a laugh with customers and each other. The menu has so much variety and it is priced affordably, I've also never had a bad meal from here. They are one of the few places that serves a (good) coffee after 3pm, and they also have high tea, and cocktails available all day. Been going to Cafe Elixir for years now, it's an absolute favourite.

Had a wonderful experience. The food was really nice, came out quick and service was top notch. I gave a 4 for atmosphere as it got pretty loud pretty quickly, but that's the case for most places we go to in Australia. Nothing to do with the restaurant.

This is one place whenever you go can't fault it for food,quality,service,value. Always leave there saying I will be back. Love the Cafe with all my tastebuds.

Food is always tasty with generous servings for a very reasonable price. Buttermilk chicken is a personal favourite. Large coffee is a must as it comes in big mug that needs two hands and looks amazing. Staff are always pleasant and cheerful. Restaurant is only walk-in unless you're booking for a tea party. Blankets are available for outside patrons. The only thing I didn't like was maybe choice of music outside and it was a bit too loud. But I will be going back again. Delicious 😋

Extremely impressed with this cafe! Went here for breakfast this morning and will definitely be coming back in future. The menu has some very good breakfast options on there and their portion sizes are pretty decent. Tried the Ferrero pancakes and they were delicious 10/10 😍😍 also got a smashed avocado and that was very yummy and beautifully garnished 😋 also came out within 15 minutes of ordering which is a bonus! Utterly disappointed with the service and food with Indian Ocean Brewing Co!! Feels like its a Scam eating there! Don't bother eating there because you have to tell the waitress you are ordering specials, if not you will be charged full price for bad oysters. Waitress should have double check with their customers on their orders and menu orders that is on specials. Not the other way round! We waited 30 min for our food to come, food was good mostly, except the oysters! I think there is good reason why the oysters are on specials. Because they are not fresh oysters and they are charging full price for even there is a bad oysters in the lot. You could conclude that oysters will be spanking fresh from restaurant since they have professional chef and code of serving fresh food is maintained in Indian Ocean Brewing Co. But they do not maintain fresh food to their customers. My husband thought since it is on specials at half a dozen at $12 on their today specials board. My husband ordered a dozen and thinking it will be a dozen at $24. We were eating halfway through the oysters and my husband had eaten a few bad oysters and we told the waitress that we had bad oysters and there were 2 smelly oyster left on the plate and she said sorry about it and she came back to us and said since we ate most of the oysters they are not refund us and they going to offer us dessert instead, we had chocolate ice-cream and panna cotta. However checking on the bill, they are charging $48 for 12 oysters instead of $24 for 12 oysters. The waitress told us with that they are charging us $48 because we didnt tell her that we are ordering the 2 lots of special oysters at $12 which is 2*$12=$24 The waitress didnt even double check our order when they took the order. Really a very bad 1st dining experience with them.

Have been there a few times now and will continue to do so as we like the place. Our last lunch experience was good. The food has always been of high quality when we've eaten there. This time we ordered the Outback pie (tasty and wholesome) Crunchy Shrimp (good portion and filling) and Mexican Corn Croquettes again very tasty but could be with more corn inside 😜 Thanks again Indi, no matter how busy you are you've always delivered 👍

We are regulars at the Indi bar and have noticed the slow decline in quality of the food My wife had the salmon which was $42 and I had a Mediterranean pizza.very very disappointing I’d like to the remind the chef that this should Be pub food. You are not a fine dining establishment I gave 2 stars because the beer is excellent See photos for meal

Came here after a car cruise and wouldn’t know about this place as it so far away to where I usually would eat out. Nice modern pub just by the ocean. The food is not too bad can order through barcode and online without ever going to the counter. Very interactive and fast ordering with clear picture of each of their menu items. had the Ginger beer and it was Pretty good as well. Was placed in the courtyard and they had live music which was good for a Sunday session!!

This place is something special, went here for our anniversary meal and were blown away by the service and quality of the food staff were friendly and attentive and the service was seamless. Whilst not the cheapest venue, they definately delivered and the price was justified as the food was of a high standard and cooked to perfection, the taste was outstanding. Cannot wait to go back

The Indian Ocean Brewing Co is a great place for all. Lovely outdoor area which is covered or if you prefer inside its just that little extra pizazz. Lots avaliable on the food menu, plenty of a variety of drinks. Meals are above average and of decent portions and most staff and friendly and courteous. One of our meals wasn't correct however it was quickly replaced even though the staff member seemed a bit put out. Overall I would still give it 5 stars.

Nice place to enjoy your drinks & food with a view. The atmosphere at this place is pretty good with both indoor and outdoor seatings. Generally in Indoors you have live music and outdoor you can enjoy the view with little breeze around. Overall the experience was really good

10/10 on all front. The food, the service and atmosphere were all very pleasant. We ordered the fungi pizza, it was delicious, beautiful flavours. The dumplings felt either oven baked or air-fried. They were so fresh with the lemongrass dressing. The cocktail menu had something for everyone. I will definitely be going back here. There is another boat place nearby that we tried last week and I can honestly say this is better. The food is as good but the service and atmosphere is so much better here. Highly recommended!!!

What an Amazing Brewery & on the Marina!!! Love the Industrial Look & Bar at the Brewery / whilst having a Drink & watching the Boats & some are like Ships /(haha) going in out of the Marina. Food Fantastic!!! Great Floor Staff very Helpful & Friendly. Worth a visit!!

The better pub and dining option in the Mindarie Marina. The atmosphere is suited to both cosy dinners with a nice fireplace nearby but also warrants itself for a night on the beers with mates, with lots of scenic seating options to overlook the marina. The have a great selection of beers brewed on site and a continuously rotating guest beer selection to keep things fresh. The menus is nothing revolutionary but it’s consistent with brewery food and consistent in quality. Staff are attentive and knowledgeable in their product, and the times I’ve been I’ve never had to wait too long for a beverage or a meal to come out.

Great marina side brewery. Went down for the half price pizza on Thursday’s, signed up to the app and got some drink vouchers too. The pizza was delicious and the espresso martini I had was superb. Beers are a tad expensive but the taste of their beers make it worth the extra cost The outdoor seating along the boat ramp/marina is really nice with good sunshine and a really nice outlook.

1kg T bone, wagyu roasted potatoes, peppercorn sauce. Unreal! Staff are really proud of it. One of the best steaks I’ve had in Perth.

Been there for the first time with friends, as we entered, the location and atmosphere attracted us very much. Great service we got with plenty of drinks and food options. Very wide variety of sitting options, specially the best one was next to fireplace, giving us cozy feel in cold weather. Pizza with chicken and capsicum was on of the best item. Definitely I would pay visit again and enjoy food and drink with friends and family in that great environment. Thanks

Friday night not to busy. The beer I really enjoyed I'd have more of that any day. But very disappointed in the food sizes. Butiful taste If only we could have more The pizza $28 was so small and the thousand slice potato 4 pieces that wouldn't look out off place in a milk tray box for $18. We even had to get a takeaway on the way home. So unless the portion size go up substantially I won't be back. Sorry guys the staff were excellent just stingy on the food

We just tried the Carnivore pizza at the indi and had to jump on to review it as it’s honestly the best pizza we have had in a long time !!! The ingredients are so fresh and the base was light and cooked to perfection. Its was WOW !!!!! 😋 Staff are very friendly and we will definitely be coming back to try the other pizzas too . This place has awesome views! Too bad we were too full from lunch. So only manage to grab some beers. Cider was bad. Other beers were good. Hopefully there’s an opportunity for me to come back and enjoy the food as well as the breathtaking views.

We came here for Father’s Day dinner The place was absolutely packed! We waited near 15 minutes for 3 drinks.. And in between that, I had to re order my drink 3 times because they didn’t have the mocktail ingredients or even just plain pineapple juice Ended up with coke as it was the safe option and something they had. There was table service order and pay option Or pay at the counter which was great. The staff were clearly run off their feet but were still very friendly and attentive. The food wait was 40 minutes but it came out well before that. We had the sharing board and it was so delicious. Plenty for two people, even three would be enough. Over all, great place Nice views during the day And plenty of seating inside and out

The food was magnificent, we had the chicken piccata and the twice cooked pork belly and they were both so tasty. Can't wait to be back to have them again!
