This is definitely a beach for the longboards with a right hand point break that is great for beginners and intermediate surfers. The signs say that stingers may be around from Nov to April but the lifeguards and locals said not to worry about them. It would be a good idea to take some vinegar with you just in case. There are a few parks in the main Carpark but you may need to park a bit further away on a busy day. We visited on a day when the creek broke through one of the sand dunes and sent a wall of water gushing into the ocean. Quite a fascinating thing to see.

One of my all time favourite beaches. Picturesque, great temperature and good waves. Very long beach to walk along to just enjoy being at the beach.

It's a beautiful beach but disappointed to not be met with stunning blue-green waters. Don't expect what you see in pictures.

Easily the 2nd Best Beach in all of Australia, amazing surf and beautiful scenery, one of the best sunrises in all of Australia. Reminder for all tourists, locals have right of way when surfing, respect their beach.

Stunning. Not really a swimming beach more surfing. But I enjoyed just sitting on the beach and chilling out or going for a morning/afternoon walk

Did the family discovery tour and kids and us adults loved it! Guide was very friendly and informative. Took us to nice spots and helped to find stingrays. Would recomend to all families looking for a safe, fun outing regardless of fitness level

I did the sunset kayak tour with Simon and had a fantastic time. His knowledge of the local area is incredible and so were his Anzac biscuits. We spotted several dolphins and a turtle. Would highly recommend one of these kayak tours if you are in the area.

Great experience. Simon was very kind and accommodating, gave us a wonderful tour and always ensured we were not left behind. We had many stops along the way and the sunset was just beautiful. ANZAC biscuits were also absolutely delicious.

WOW, simply wow. We booked this tour last minute after driving by and have to say it is one of the best spur of the moment decisions we have ever made. Simon your tour guide is super informative about the area and its history while also having a great sense of humour and up for a good chat as you paddle along. But the star of the show is that sunset (sadly all wildlife was hiding the day we went - but that’s out of these guys hands 🤣). It’s luck of the draw we know, but we drew well!!!!! Excellent experiences all round! First trip there I did the sunset tour, was a beautiful evening and we were graced by the dolphins. A mother and baby came up to us very closely, was a dreamy experience. We had a glass of bubbles and some home made treats to watch the sun go (almost) down…you need light to get back. The second time I did the nature tour and we found some really cool stuff. Very engaging and super interesting. Really professional set up and felt safe and happy the whole time. Would highly recommend this tour to anyone who loves a good sunset and the magic of nature or just a fun activity to remember

My partner and I went on the sunset tour early January and it was fantastic! 1770 is such a beautiful place to kayak and our guide Simon was extremely knowledgable and fun. We saw dolphins for short visit coming past us too. The sunset on the water was the highlight. Highly recommend these guys. Very professional and safety conscious while also being a fun and casual tour.

We booked the sunset tour online. It was easy and we received our booking confirmation and other important information (no vodafone signal in agnes waters for example). The tour started with some instructions on paddling which were good even though we had kayaked a few timed before it was good to get proper instructions. Our guide was very friendly and patient and had a lot of local knowledge which he shared with the group. We paddled out to sea, stopped a few times for a break and a swim and even had some wine and home baked cookies. The last part of the tour was the sunset and we were lucky to get a really love one with some clouds. 1770 is a very beautiful location and to see it all from the water and the sunset on a kayak was extra special. I would highly recommend this tour, it was the highlight of our weekend.

I recently went on a sunset tour with 1770 Liquid Adventures, and it was amazing! Simon, our guide, was super friendly and made sure we had a great time. We saw beautiful dolphins swimming beside us. We even got a glass of wine and homemade Anzacs on a beach. I loved every moment of it! Highly recommend for a fun and unforgettable experience.

We had a lot of fun during the sunset tour. Simon is an amazing tour guide and can tell you a lot about the sea life you are going to see. The homemade biscuits were also super delicious! No one is in control of how the sunset is going to look in the end, but even with a clouded sunset the tour will give you life- long memories. Anyone who is up for a little adventure and likes nature and wildlife should definetely book one of these tours :)

Simon guided us for a sunset Kayak on 21st December. Very informative and he even gave us some of his home grown watermelon on a beach. Janina took the booking and guided us to the kayak launch place when we were running a little late. We also got a link to 71 photos (taken by Simon) of our small group sunset tour which was a lovely touch - thank you both.

A great experience booking Kayaks, very helpful, affordable and easy. Would highly recommend it. The guy that owns it gave us great advice on where to go and how to keep safe. I really love that area. Also, the kayaks are nice and modern, easy to get in and out. I was also pleased because last time I went in a double kayak (in Margaret River) with my partner he kept steering it into the riverbank and splashing me with water, so I was a little apprehensive about getting into a kayak with him again. However, things worked out this time around and we had a great time. Relationship saved! :)

What fabulous day out. The crew were great , so friendly and helpfully. The reef snorkeling was amazing , so full of sea life every were you looked. I highly recommend taking this trip if you are in 1770.

Awesome tour. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Travelling with 7 grand children. Yep and one got sea sick on the way in. Staff were on hand to assist. Food was great and having fresh fruit on the way in was a treat. Snorkeling was the highlight. We are blessed to have such a place in our back yard. I am from Brisbane.

The ocean was rough but we made it! Lady Musgrave Island is gorgeous. Snorkelling was amazing lots of sea life and corals. Food was okay. Except mechanical problem and 3 hours delay at the end of the tour, we had a fun day and staff made it great. Thank you for smiley faces and friendly service.

Scuba diving with turtles was the best thing I've EVER done! Absolutely loved this experience, and we picked the PERFECT day for it too. Sunshine, low winds, high visibility, and loads of green turtles. I will never forget this experience, and especially the last minute booking for scuba diving. I was a little nervous because it was my first time, but our guide was so easy and helped us learn the basics. I got to enjoy the best 45 minutes underwater of my life, swimming alongside clown fish, turtles and the most incredible reef/corals. The crew were very polite the entire time, very knowledgable and wanted us to get the most for our money/time possible. They certainly went the extra step to allow us the freedom we desired, and I felt very safe with them the entire time.

Totally amazing day. Staff were friendly and helpful. Saw lots of turtles, fish and coral. Including a live turtle hatching making their way to the water. Provided plenty of flexibility to prioritize activities we wanted, but we did the set program.

What an awesome day trip. Definitely take some sea sickness tablets as the trip out there is long and rocky. I highly recommend this trip if you like turtles because you will see heaps of them. The island was pretty but if I go again I’d more likely snorkel and dive the entire time as it’s just beautiful. Highly recommend doing the dive getting up close to the reef is like nothing else you will ever do.

This tour/trip would have to be up there with one of the most amazing days we have had. The crew were absolutely awesome, the food was delicious and plentiful. Saw the most amazing underwater scenery while snorkeling. Lady Musgrave is majestic. Would definitely recommend doing this trip.

Awesome experience! Snorkeling in clear water surrounded by hundreds of fish, turtles and sharks is simply amazing. Seen large turtles on the island tour, and whales on the way back to 1770. Boat stopped and turned to let people see the whales, great service!

Highly recommend using this tour group ,not only did we observe their ethical and professional conduct,we had an absolutely amazing snorkel and tour -great food and fun. Take your sea sickness tabs …as it can be rough ! Unfortunately the same could not be said with another operator tour company that we watched a crew member walk over the turtle nests in a critical time of Turtles laying.

Highly recommend this day tour to Lady musgrave Island. We loved every part of the tour..... Except a bit of sea sickness. But the day itself was magnificent. I was petrified to get in the water but I did it and I loved it.the turtles were right there in the water while we were snorkelling.... Special memories of this moment

Amazing day! The staff and crew were fantastic throughout. Lady Musgrave is a phenomenal location for snorkelling and such an easy trip from 1770. The ride out was a bit bumpy, so recommend taking travel sickness tablets if you suffer from seasickness.

Take the walk from the parking area heading towards the point. Its a nice easy paved path, took us about 10 minutes. There will be a fork where you choose to go right to Wave Lookout or left towards Bustard Bay. You can do them both as they connect with a set of stairs as well. The walk takes in beautiful water views and has a boardwalk platform at the end with a series of long bench seats to sit on. I did see some people venturing past the railing but we stayed where the kids were safe. :) Beautiful breezy walk.

Awesome 1.2 k easy walk 10 min for jaw dropping views any time of day including splendid sunsets. Take in the changing colours of mountainous cliffs and seas below reflecting the blue skies above and seasonal native flowering ground covers and trees. So worth soaking up during a quiet walk so as to appreciate all.

The view from the top is magnificent, a few different lookout and we did spot the Whales from the main platform.

Not alot too see other then the rock thing they built in the 20s and the bay itself.. awesome spot, town of seventeen seventy is one of the nicest places in Queensland, can recommend visiting it more.. there could be more food shops around, it can be a struggle to find something decent for lunch in the quieter seasons especially if you have special dietary requirements.. the headlands and the beaches are spectacular and if you have a 4x4 and can get to flat rock at low tide it is well worth the effort... I haven't been on the larc but imagine it would be an awesome experience, I have been thru the national Park up to middle Creek and it is beautiful up there as well, water is always crystal clear even after heavy rain when some of the other river systems are pouring mud into the ocean.. there is never a bad time to visit, the water is always nice and clear and the weather is always warm rarely dropping under 20 degrees even in the colder months.. Agnes Waters and town of 1770 is truly paradise..

We dined in for dinner and ordered the meat lovers pizza which was so good!! Loved the pork sausage on it, so tasty! All the staff were really friendly and the venue looked really nice. My boyfriend doesn’t particularly like pizza but he said he really liked this one!

Located at the junction of Agnes water, beside the main road, it shouldn't be hard to notice it. Free road side parking in front of the restaurant. This restaurant was recommended by the staff of my hostel so decided to give it a try. Apparently the restaurant has only been established since 2020? From what I saw in the restaurant. Great pizza, friendly staff. I love the design of the restaurant. Great vibes. Overall I love it and will come back to try another pizza.

A little hidden treasure in paradise, I have ordered 10 pizzas over the last few day's and they have been consistently outstanding. I have had the following, Garlic, Margarita, Hawaiian and the Capricciosa. All ingredients are fresh and of high quality and this is what makes a true authentic pizza. Thanks again.

Great little spot for a casual meal. Pizzas were delicious, we will be back. We had a garlic, meat lovers and Mexican pizza. Yummo. Plus added bonus of being a byo and a bottle shop in the same complex.

Delicious pizza. We had the supreme and the meat lovers. Both super tasty. Service was excellent and very accommodating. We came in with a little one and they switched tables for us so we could sit at one that the high chair would fit better with. Smiley and generally happy staff that cared about the place. Buffalo mozzarella is the all time favourite followed closely by pepperoni. These guys make it all from scratch with the freshest ingredients. Staff are fabulous and the vibe is so cool. Dogs welcomed also. Love it here. A regular hang x

The pizzas were very thin and small for the price. The Cappriciosa pizza was good with the mushrooms! The atmosphere was nice as well.

This was a bloody terrific find, for the food, the kids, the Doggo. The athmosphere is relaxed, we just loved Round Hill Road, we dined in, with wine. The Pepperoni Pizza was a ripper, staff we super happy too. Hot Tip = You want Garlic Bread with your order!

Ordered three Pizzas (Buffalo Mozz, Meatlovers & Pumpkin) for my grandmother’s 79th birthday and we were all blown away! We placed a phone order and the pizza was ready within 10 minute. The pizzas were made beautifully and not rushed in any way as you can tell from the photo and they tasted amazing! I live in Brisbane and have genuinely not had pizza taste this good down here! Definitely a must visit! 🥰🥳

Good pizzas. We tried 4 different flavours and the pizzas were cooked well, nice and thin and a good amount of toppings. However, they lacked the flavour you expect from a premium pizza at those prices (salami and sausage pizzas you could barely taste the meat on the pizza and the garlic pizza was a bit dry). Ambience of the restaurant is super cool with heaps of different seating arrangements. Service was also great.

More than just cold beer and delicious tacos! I savored every bite of the fish, brisket, and chicken tacos - they were truly outstanding. This afternoon's exploration was a delightful surprise, and I highly recommend checking them out!

Great little find. We were only in Agnes Waters for 2 nights and thoroughly enjoyed lunch here. We sat street side as we had a dog. Our food (chicken avocado wrap combo) was fresh, hot and delicious (and the serving was huge). Quirky decor which adds to the atmosphere. Will definitely be back next time we are in town.

We had a great Sunday supper here. The place is beautifully neat and clean even though they must have had a hectic busy day. It is close to the beach and there is plenty of parking. The poor lonely waitress was so busy but very friendly.

Love their coffee and service. They've treated my mum really nice, this was great to see. Awesome atmosphere and near the beach.

Very disappointing. They couldn't make over half the drinks on the menu so it was very limited. The food was below average. We had the fish, chicken and brisket tacos of which only the fish were palatable and the jalapeno poppers were overpriced for what you got. Will not be returning any time soon.

Went for lunch, but was a bit early so sat and had a cocktail. The cocktails were on par and actually the best part of our meal. Went to order a second round and lunch which was about 11:57am. Was told we had to wait to order lunch. So we returned the 3 minutes later. Ordered the three taco deal and corn. Was told in order to get the deal they all have to be the same and no changes could be made (requested no tomatoes) to any of the food. So we didn’t get the taco deal. Their burners were also not work so it was explained everything had to be done in the oven. The brisket taco was very salty. The chicken and mince were good. The corn (which was meant to have cheese on it) looked and tasted like it had been microwaved and too long at that. All the cheese was burnt and fallen off. Couldn’t eat the corn at all. Very rubbery tasting. The staff were friendly, but I’m still not sure why the 3 minute wait. Would return for the drinks. Not so sure I’d eat here again.

Got our food delivered & it was that good we got our dinner delivered the next night too. Try the prawn linguine & the scallops. Won't be disappointed. All other food was delicious but those two stood on their own! Fast, friendly service, decent pricing. Well worth it!

Location 10/10, right next to the main beach! The environment was relaxing and the staff were lovely. The girl at the counter (she seemed like the manager) was awesome! The food was delicious and the drinks were amazing too. The staff even let us charge our phones (we were camping). Very positive experience!

Amazing food, had the chilli scrambled eggs and they were just delicious. The perfect hint of chilli on a bed of fluffy scrambled eggs all layered on a fresh piece of sough dough. Couldn’t have asked for a better start to the morning. Oh and the coffee was just perfect too 👌🏻

We ate at Codie’s place twice, and ordered the nachos! They were quite good and filling. The Mocktails were also tasty. Very nice ambiance in the patio.

Was a little busy at 5.40’ish having had live music in the arvy. After moving people on from the table booked we settled in for an enjoyable evening. Order food and drinks at the bar. The sangria was disappointing (no picture). The frozen margarita pretty nice as was the tequila mule. Food was good. Churros disappointing but something sweet to cap the night off. Food and drinks delivered reasonably promptly, given the numbers of people. Nice atmosphere.

Codies is my favourite place to go when I visit Agnes Water. Great food, and portions. Awesome cocktails and all round good vibes. I love sitting out the front watching all the beach goers living the life or dropping in for a chai and breakfast after a morning surf. Everything on the menu I’ve tried so far is good, still making my way through it. Looking forward to hanging out there again soon.

Mexican styled menus. good range of meals and nibbles. great atmosphere, good music, very relaxed. Cocktails were awesome and well priced. Family had nachos and fish tacos and left nothing on the plates. inside and undercover dining looking out towards the street. amenities were very clean with good access. a beautiful spot to catch up and unwind with friends

We had breakfast here on 25/02/24, we were informed from the get-go that there was going to be fair wait for our meals due to an issue in the kitchen but sitting and chatting in the laid back vibe of this place went in no time. Our meals arrived with loads of apologies for the wait but they were absolutely worth every second of that wait!!! 10/10!!

Staff are always super friendly and have great taste in music. Coffee and food are both fantastic, just what you want for a post-beach feed. The quesadillas with chicken were incredible. Good vibes overall, will definitely be back.

Staying in town for a few days here. Friends took us for dinner and it was fantastic! The food were well presented, look delicious, generous portion especially for the salad. Quick service and friendly staff. The place was clean and people are friendly. They must have a new chef now! We finished our meal instantly 😋😋😋😋 Highly recommend it! 👍👌

The vegan food was absolutely amazing. I’ve been vegan 6 years and this is one of the best meals I’ve ever eaten. My family and I ordered the nachos, chickpea tacos, zucchini fries, and the pumpkin salad and each meal was 10/10 They were also really good at catering for my peanut allergy.

Great menu and location. Portion sizes are huge and the outdoor seating is great. Equally so the aircon is belting inside if you need to cool down. Wheelchair friendly also.

We were directed to the Agnes Waters Tavern by locals after arriving in town and asking for a recommendation on where to go for a steak. First of all: Do not follow Google maps/GPS directions here, at least (or especially) if it's raining or overcast, as you'll be led on a wild goose chase, trying to find Tavern Road. Our family (two adults and two kids) were very happy with the food served here for tea. I had a perfectly cooked well-done rib fillet with the best Diane sauce; another had the lamb, and our kids had the chicken schnitzel and chicken nuggets and chips. Our youngest (10) even commented that the chips were "cooked perfectly crispy." 🙂 We had started with some delicious onion rings and also made the kids eat some vegetables (we ordered a side of the seasonal vegetables cause we're mean parents haha). Everyone thought the food was delicious, so compliments to the chefs working tonight (January 10, 2023). The only real let down (& I emphasise it's minor) is there were not many staff members around to clear away our dirty dishes or empty water bottles. I actually walked some over to the kitchen/bar area myself at one point. That said, considering you had to stand in a queue to order your food, return to pick it up and carry it back to your table yourself (same with drinks, which you bought separately at the bar), it's not like we were expecting 5 star table service (fortunately). The limited interactions with staff were friendly enough, everyone was polite. So as long as you keep in mind this is a pub and not a fancy restaurant, you'll be just fine. 😊 The place seemed clean and tidy and had a lovely beer-garden-like area we chose to dine in. Finally, I also liked the #AskforAngela signs I saw in the toilets. I had never heard of this before and personally thought it was a great idea. Nice, clean, fresh new tavern. All the staff were polite & friendly. The meals were great restaurant quality, not your usual low grade pub food. I highly recommend going there for a meal.

They were very polite when we made our reservation, and the place was clean and well layed out. We both went for an old Aussie classic - crumbed steak - and it was delicious. Our favourite meal of the trip actually. The calamari was nice too.

What a great pub! Plenty of seating, nice bistro and beer garden, friendly staff, great food and more than adequate parking. Great meal, nice fresh veggies and they have vegan and other options.

The Tavern is a beautiful pub and atmosphere is great. It has a good layout and very clean and tidy. I felt a bit led astray by all of the 5 star reviews for the food on here as my experience wasn't quite that. My partner and I had a 300 gram steak each and 2 daughters had carbonara. After waiting 50 minutes for them to arrive it was very much a standard pub meal yet restaurant prices. The Mash was nice as was the steak.The Dianne sauce tasted very ordinary and nothing like a Diane sauce is supposed to. There was half a chopped up raw carrot and couple pieces of raw broccoli. It just felt very cheap and nasty like you are not really getting value for money. Working it out a slice of steak $8.00, half a carrot, 1 potato and a couple bits of broccoli maybe $4.00 total $12.00 ingredients so you are charging $33.00 or $66.00 for 2 meals to cook and you have to collect the meals yourself as there is no table service. Which I wouldn't mind paying if it was a good meal. Sorry guys you should be doing better.

There was a misunderstanding with my booking to watch the AFL Grand Final- no table. The staff went out of their way to arrange a nice table for us and the chef got us a yummy meal even though the kitchen had closed. AMAZING service. Thank you! We will return during our holiday and recommend it to everyone.

We have been here several times over the last 5 years. Never disappoints. Cheese garlic pizza bread, Korean chicken and arancini balls yum yum yum. Staff are always really friendly and an awesome band for after dinner.

Extremely clean, great food selection at reasonable prices. Quick service and great modern spacious surrounds. Both the Steak sandwich and rump steak meals were excellent.

Absolutely delicious meals and the portions are huge! I had the apple cider pork belly and it was cooked to perfection, the gravy was sublime and the mash delicious! 🤩 I was not expecting this level of cuisine while travelling in Agnes Water 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Stopped in for a Monday lunch. Tavern is nice, clean and relatively modern. They are doing some more works at the moment so it will only be nicer soon as well. Staff are friendly and ready to help. Super efficient and enjoy what they are doing (and they are good at it). Service was super quick. No sooner had we ordered drinks and sat down, and the entree was ready. Food serving size is quite large. We had Salt and Pepper Calamari for entree. Really well cooked. Could have used just a little more seasoning for my palette, but hey, that's why there are shakers on the table right?😜 Main was Hoisin sauce duck tacos, and their version of a Fish Burger. Duck was really lovely and came with a good selection of salads and ad ons. Chilli was a nice touch. You could drink that Hoisin sauce straight from the cup though... Verry yummy. Fish burger was massive took up most of the plate and needed a garden stake (almost 😂) to keep it together. Fish was cooked really well... Super moist.. and salad/tartare was fresh and tasty Reasonable prices as well. Our meals were awesome, but we had food envy for everything that left the kitchen. Everything looked amazing. Will have to go back again I think. 😁

I had the apple cider pork belly. It was the juiciest,softest pork belly I have ever had. It had a thin piece of crackling that was cooked perfectly, not to salty or oily, mash, garlic broccolini and the most beautiful apple cider sauce. I'm a fatty and it filled me up. The service was excellent with friendly, engaging staff. We will be back, can't wait.

Overall a mediocre experience. Not in an awful way, just not great. My mother is an Asian Person of Colour and was not treated with the same warm hospitality (to put it lightly...) I was, as a white passing person. I was very disappointed. Found out the Parmi comes in frozen and prepackaged, our carbonara was undercooked, and overall the quality of the food was not worth the price. 16$ at best! Especially for the fact you need to collect your own plate, so waitstaff fees aren't included. Best service tonight was at the bar, the staff there were good to all of us. Could use some grounding criticism not to take to heart, but to take towards bettering the place. Cheers

Best vegan meal ever! Agnes Waters Tavern has its own Vegan menu cooked and presented with flair and so tasty. Would highly recommended.

We went here to try a vanilla slice because the 1770 Marina Cafe didn't have any (yet again). Was a great option and tasted lovely. They don't need to fill the plate up with half the can of whipped cream, though, as my only critique. I also had a fresh juice and a chicken schnitzel and chips, which was great. House-breaded and cooked in butter rather than oil, it tasted amazing! Give it a try.

Lovely food. Great coffee. Friendly service. I had a sweet potato fritata with a poached egg. I was too greedy and ate some before the photo.

Fresh ingredients are the key to great dishes. Cafe Discovery has got this figured out! I have only had breakfast but it was so good! Oh, and if they have fresh brownies, make sure you grab one to go, absolute perfection!

Very impressed with staff at this cafe, especially the young man serving at the counter. All the staff were polite and friendly. The toasted sandwiches we ordered were great 👍👍, especially the GF sandwich. I highly recommend this cafe if ever in Agnes waters.

Staff are beautiful, friendly & very polite. Coffee & food amazing. Clean eating area & spotless disabled toilet. Need a cake for a special occasion give Leisa a call. Service dogs & other fur babies allowed.

Lovely Cafe with a great menu range from cookies to full meals. Indoor and outdoor seating. Dogs welcome at the verandah seating. Lisa was a great host and even though we arrived 10 mins after lunch service finished, she welcomed us.

This place did not dissapoint. It was soooo yuuum and the ladies there were very lovely! If we didn't live in FNQ we would be there daily. Also that Vanilla slice was on the top 10 things to do in Agnes Waters as the best Vanilla slice... can confirm it was DELICIOUS and lived up to its reputation. Good job ladies

Delicious food, friendly and thoughtful staff. I made mention of my husbands birthday and the lovely lady we who worked there came out with a cupcake and a lit candle. Such a lovely surprise!

This place is lovely, so much that we made it our go to brekky spot on our trip. The banana bread is absolutely amazing! The coffee is strong and good. Service was top notch and portions sizes are huge. No complaints at all. We had smoothies, acai bowls, Benny, breakfast wrap and avo toasty and all was delish!

Amazing Big Breakfast eggs cooked perfectly and very well presented and the Vienna Bread complements it perfectly and the creamy mushrooms are to die for I could drown the whole meal in them and the relish was also really nice. The only downfall I found with it was the baked beans if it was some house made beans would of went so much better with the rest of the breaky

A very lovely experience having breakfast at this place,we both had eggs Benedict, mine was with brisket that had been smoked an tasted very lovely,the brand of coffee they use has a very delightful taste. The Cafe is set in beautiful gardens an a lovely deck next to lovely big pond,a truly relaxing and peaceful place for breakfast or lunch,I will be back.

Dropped in here yesterday for nice cool drinks with friends. The best ice coffees so far in the town! Taste real!! The ice cream, the cream and the coffee, just what the ice coffee should be! Some cafes put ice cubes and its a big no no! The service was prompt, friendly and the garden was amazingly cool! Highly recommended!

Been coming here off and on for 10 years when we are on holiday. By far the best place to eat in agnes Waters and seventeen seventy. Great food. Great service. This time was no different. Even with all the covid regulation dramas. Fish tacos were awesome!

This place is amazing! Nice food, really nice service and a wonderful view! The perfect spot for stop even just for coffee on the way! And they have so many different kind of delicious cakes! I just fall in love with this place!! 😍

A peaceful garden escape where you can enjoy truly delicious food. Surrounded by greenery and the sound of the water fountain this place is a must stop. I enjoyed the Wagyu beef burger with delicious chips. A traditional chocolate milkshake which was one to remember. And lastly a slice of chocolate hazelnut cheesecake. The staff are happy and kind. Service was very quick which impressed me. Dog friendly area on the grass.

This was a very lucky discovery on our trip. Booked last minute and right at kitchen closing time, requesting vegan options - so I was preparing to be let down! They delivered above expectations on every count - offered to have food available when we arrived, explained which items could be made vegan and assured us they’d seat us if we were late. We arrived to find the most beautiful rainforest garden setting and exquisite cafe surrounded by nature. The service was absolutely delightful and accommodating. Our vegan wraps with house-made lentil patties, pickles and some kind of out-of-this-world relish/dressing were a massive serving and by far the best I’ve had in 10 years! The coffee on Bonsoy was perfect and even the bathroom was delightfully gorgeous and clean. I can not fault this business. I wish I’d had the chance to tell the owners in person what an absolute credit you are to your community. Who would’ve thought a cafe would be such a highlight of our visit to Agnes! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The breakfast menu looks really good. Sadly i arrived a bit late for it and could only go for the lunch menu, which looks a bit more boring. In the end, the food was tasty (they were just a bit economic with the chips). Wheelchair accessible. Vegetarians might be disappointed with the lunch menu.

Fantastic cafe and gardens on the edge of Agnes Water. Our coffee was strong and well made, and cakes were spot on. Lovely, peaceful place to take some time out and imbibe some caffeine🏝

This was the perfect place to spend the afternoon on a rainy day. The walk up to the cafe is through a beautiful rainforest garden that instantly makes you feel relaxed. I would vote Getaway as having the best coffee in Agnes Water they use Campos beans and have a variety of different milks available. The service we received was fantastic and the staff make sure that you have an enjoyable experience.

Decided to pop in here whilst we were on a bike ride, what a find! Probably the nicest place we've been to in the area. The staff are friendly and welcoming and the food was excellent. The chicken pannini was enough for me. Would definitely recommend visiting if your in the area. It's nice to find a cafe that has given some thought to the customer experience. The only negative thing I can think of is that it was difficult to find, we could have easily not visited. (if you find this review useful please click like to help others find it, thanks)
