Food was delish. The service was let down dirty table . When wiped down waitress left it wet and sticky. Bugs flying everywhere. Had to ask for cutlery as caddy on table empty. The food was saving grace for this venue. Burgers were on 👉 point as were the fries.

For an exceptionally busy night the entire staff worked unbelievably well together. The customer service and food was consistent. I want to shout out to all the staff as you obviously all take pride in your specific area and it shows. Thanks for a great meal, quick service and friendly staff. I hope the girl working behind the bar didn’t cut her self to badly on a glass. It showed true team work when the manager re grouped everyone, saw to her injury and kept the service standard high. Very impressed all round

Ordered heaps through these guys. Last chance was when a clump of hair was placed into the burger. All through menu log but burger urge cooked the meal with a 5 dollar refund. Burger urge themselves did not care and all was said it would be placed on the wall of shame for which I've done for them aswell. Waited 2 weeks for a response. (No response) 15 April 2023 this occurred.

Went into the restaurant and was greeted by the staff straight away, i ordered the New Yorker & chips for takeaway where the order came out not to long after. Burger itself was nice but not the best I have had but would not say it was bad at all. The chips seasoning was very nice, reminded me kind of the flavour from chicken noodle soup. I would definitely give them another try & recommend giving them a go.

Their on-line ordering system is brilliant. You can add or deduct items from their burgers etc. Set the time you want to pick up. Pay by cash or credit card. They are dead on time with your specified order time.

The plant based patties were not available when I visited this place so I had to order The Impossible Urge single patty burger. The burger was okay and it did not come with a side of chips. My partner ordered a chicken burger and did not find it very tasty. The service was friendly and quick.

Easy to order food online. Everything was made correctly however it was all cold by the time I received it (possible due to me taking it home on a 5 minute drive). The food was very greasy and the cheese sauce on the dirty fries tasted funny. Myself and my partner both have a funny tummy after eating it 1.5 hours ago.

As a Burger fanatic, being from Sydney we’re quite spoilt for choice when it comes to burger joints but this place is right up there amongst the top tier spots that I’ve had for sure. 3 visits in 4 days & every time; the burgers & chips were hot & fresh, the price is fair & the food is quality. This place is legit. The double burger with special sauce is the jam & the fries are delicious too!

Made the wrong pizza three times in a row and then wanted me to wait another 15mins on top of the 25 mins I had already been waiting just to see if they would get it wrong again. Needless to say not happy at all 0 stars.

Food was so burnt. I had to scrape the burnt bits off the garlic bread just so it was edible. My son who is vegetarian found a piece of meat on his cheese pizza. Very disappointed.

Order late by 15 mins and incorrect when we got home. The store was in chaos and the manager had lost control as she was shouting at staff. I watched my pizzas sit there for 10 minutes while I waited for a garlic bread and watched just about every staff member touch the food as I waited. Woeful from start to finish. No offer to rectify the food and the manager was to busy to speak to me when I called up

By far the best Pizza I've ever had and all the staff were polite and professional, especially the blonde bomb shell behind the counter. She could roll my doe any old time (if you know what I mean) 😳

Abysmal service. Ordered a few pizzas to be delivered, delivered them to the wrong address, called asking where they were, was told they delivered them to the wrong address and that they were remaking my order and would be there soon. After an hour called back to ask what was going on and was told they don’t know anything about remaking it and to go fill out a customer feedback form because they couldn’t do anything else. After being a loyal customer for a long time I will not be going back after such a horrible experience. Do not recommend!!

I think I'm officially done with this place... Tonight my Cappriciosa was missing ham and pepperoni, (not one piece of either). It was literally a pizza with olives, anchovies and mushrooms (with the added chilli flakes I requested). This place is so hit and miss and inconsistent it's ridiculous.

The pizza’s were yummy and the staff incredibly friendly. The pizza’s had lots of toppings and even were generous with the cheese. Definitely made for an easy tasty dinner. Thanks guys!!!

Absolutely disgusting! I’d suggest to allocate a new manager for this store. Very unprofessional and lacks customer service. I hope the manager who I spoke to over the phone can maybe get some further training based on customer service at the least or should be fired. A young boy who had answered and needed help to attend to my issue, asked me to wait on call as the manager was shouting and arguing with either another customer or employee (I could also hear it in the background). Then continued to answer with the same aggression over the phone and refused to give her name and also refused to refund my order for their poor service. Oh and my sundae ice cream was literally orange!!

Absolute legends!! They kept showing up without hesitation every time we asked for free pizza donations for the victims of the floods. They even delivered them out to the community for us to hand out. Pole were so so happy with their pizzas and appreciated it. Please supprt them. Awesome community members

Pizza tasted like cardboard, it was dry and flavorless. However, the crust was crispy and had a nice texture. The toppings were also generous, with plenty of cheese and vegetables. Despite the disappointing taste, the pizza was still satisfying due to its size and filling nature. Overall, while the flavor was lacking, the other elements of the pizza made up for it. The lackluster flavor could have been improved with more seasoning or a tangy sauce. Perhaps adding some herbs and spices would have given it more depth. Despite the shortcomings, the pizza's size and filling nature made it a good option for a hungry crowd. The crispy crust added a satisfying crunch with each bite, enhancing the overall experience.

Great Dominoes where the staff (a lot that are quite young) really make an effort to make good Pizzas, get the order right and have good, quick service. We often only want to review and compliment small business, and only complain when its a franchise, but I want to congratulate the Smithfield Dominoes staff on making good thin n crispy Pizzas (I've had others where the topping were really uneven or barely on there), quickly and service with a smile mostly too. Our weekly Pizza night is affordable and easy thanks to you. Thank you

Love a good sushi train! Always have the popular plates on the train and always happy to whip up anything from the menu. Chefs always working with a smile - quick and efficient too. Staff always friendly. Occasionally a line when at busy periods but other than that, it’s pretty good. A little pricier than local sushi restaurants but the taste is always great!

My first time to order take away sushi. You are given containers. You choose which dishes. Put them yourself into individual containers. Put elastic around it to secure. It doesn't seal. Then take those empty plates to the paying counter. And voila. Good to go. My granddaughter, Lily she lives tuna sushi. Sushi dishes are healthy. There are several varieties you can choose. You can also order instead of picking from the carousel . Nice and pleasant experience with smiling staff.

This has been my favourite Sushi Train, ever since it was first built. And currently my equal favourite sushi place in the Cairns area. It's lovely to see so many new additions to the menu, including a whopping 23 items in the vegetarian section. I had an old favourite, the Semi-Dried Tomato & Avocado Roll, along with two things new to me, Asparagus Rolls and a Healthy Kinoko Ship, which is Enoki mushrooms on top of a roll wrapped with a cucumber strip. Mmmm, lovely. I don't know if I'm a fan of the new QR code & order on your phone system, as opposed to the previous touchscreen menu, but I suppose it has some up sides, including me being able to bring the menu up on my phone, after the fact, for reference. I didn't use any soy sauce, but the website indicates they have the option for a gluten free sauce. It's not on the menu anywhere, so I guess you have to ask.

Located inside Smithfield shopping centre at the Woolworths end. Very busy on Saturday at lunchtime however, staff were attentive and efficient. Large range of sushi available on the train and individual orders came quickly. Food was fresh and tasty. We sat in a booth near the outdoor eating area end which was bright and comfortable. Would happily eat here again.

We were overcharge for our food as the dishes was served in orange plate which is the most expensive $6, even when some of the dishes we order in app was only $4. Seems like we need to learn and do the job for the kitchen and waiter staff to make sure were over charged, which is about $10+ this time. Very disappointed.. 😔

Sushi train is always good. Foods are amazing and staff are friendly. No bad comments at all. And I saw there is a special prosciutto and melon sushi it was quite eye catching!

The service here was great. Sometimes you will find a line out the door, but they work through the line quickly and the staff are very friendly. The food was food but not amazing, but I would definitely return.

Hadn't been here for years. Got a bench seat, so close to the food going around. Nice ice cold water on the table to drink with yummy dishes to try.

The food was good. The staff looked as though they had all had a big night the night before. We dud get overcharged - but got a refund with no drama. One staff member looked as though she had energy and was courteous and friendly. The young man that served us needed to borrow some energy from the other staff member.

Playground was closed when we visited. Order was for dine in and the chips, onion rings were cold and the burgers weren't correct. High chairs were away and filthy. Only one staff member on counter with a several people in store waiting to order. (Couldn't be bothered getting the order fixed and nit enough staff to come and clean high chair or orovide a cloth) previous visit was much before was great. The dining area was clean and tidy on arrival.

First the good points. The bacon burger was tasty and the Coke was cold. Now the negatives... Arrived at 10:40 and told that breakfast is only served until 10:30, despite all the signs in the shop saying 11am. Had to wait over 10 minutes for the meal while they made chips. There was only one other family there at the time. When it finally arrived, the burger was cold and the chips the scrapings from the bottom of the tray. A sad meal for almost $15.

The absolute worst Hungry Jacks I have ever been to. Staff just don't care. Waited at the second window for 15 minutes, finally get my order and it was wrong. Staff were dancing around inside/ on their phones/ socialising. Had to park and come through the front to let them know I was sat at the drive thru window with an incorrect order. Car in front and behind had the same issue. Training needs to be provided to educate younger people on basic customer service. Not possible to give a 0, so i'll give a 1.

Toastie good, new coffee average. Slower than expected and it wasn't busy. Prefer it to Macca's next door which is hell due to the playground being so central.

I was the only one in drive thru, I ordered 2 flake storms, it took 12 minutes to make. The wait time in drive thru is aweful at this HJs, literally every time I go, the wait time is really bad.

$16 for just a burger and it looked and tasted like a 2 year old made it. Management doesn't have their finger on QC. If they cant do their job then move them on. I can only hope this place closes and someone puts a RR in there.

Don't even try to go in there around dinnertime. I stood there for 5 minutes just waiting for them to take my order. Apparently, they only take phone in orders around that time. And they spend all their time and energy and man power preparing those orders. They don't even acknowledge customers standing there waiting to place an order, not even a nod or a hello. This was my fourth time going there around dinner time. I'm not gonna be going back there again. I love hungry jacks food, but I don't want to wait twenty minutes for an order of fast food. It's not even a nice place to sit down and eat be honest. Try the Hungry Jack's in Westcourt or the McDonald's, that is right next door to this one. Mcdonald's had me sitting down and eating within two minutes.

I go to Smithfield Hungry Jacks regularly and this was a whole new stuff up that I just cannot fathom why they did this. You ask for two ultimate double whoppers with extra meat patties and you make this monstrosity twice with both burgers. Who asks for a burger like this? Why would I want extra buns and why is it made this way? Strange way of making a burger. Please don't do this again. 😂

Housemate and I got hungry jacks delivered tonight, food was cold, 1 burger was missing, chips packets were half full, and instead of the Oreo storm that I had ordered, I got a fairy floss sundae. Contacted hungry jacks and the person on the phone was not helpful at all, just kept saying that he couldn’t do anything about the missing items. Re ordered the items, and when they arrived this time, i still didn’t get the right ice cream but thank god we got the burger (that was missing from the original order) and some more chips. 🤦🏼‍♀️

If I could give zero stars I would. 10/10 would recommend save you money and go somewhere else. Not only did they get my order wrong when I called the store I was met with attitude and some young rude girl telling me she wouldn’t be doing anything about it until she spoke with her staff to find out if I was telling the truth. I was then told one she has asked them if my order was correct she would call me back. I was also asked if I could come back to the store. When I said I live 20 minutes away and stupidly didn’t check my bag I was met with a huff. I never received my phone call back. A simple apology could have been sufficient but all I was met with was attitude. Pick your game up kfc. Invest your money into training your staff in customer service.

I visit this KFC once a week. I find the staff and service to be pretty good. I also want to send a massive thank you to the lovely girl with long blonde hair who said the nicest thing to me. It had me in absolute tears with happiness. You never know what someone is going through and the smallest amount of kindness can mean the absolute world to someone. Thank you. You made my day 💖

Had the worst experience of a take out joint ever here. Had run out of basic ingredients by lunch. Appeared to be running on skeleton staff all of which appeared to be under 20. No one knew what was going on. Took 35mins to get my order and even then it was wrong. Will sadly not be coming back. Management needs to step up cos what they're doing now isn't working. Deplorable.

Went there for lunch today. Staff were not friendly. The young female who served me was very rude. The staff in the kitchen looked like they were arguing. Ordered a large, they tried giving me a small. I told them I paid for a large and I got given attitude. The chips were extremely salty I couldn’t even eat them, and the chicken was so oily it was soggy. Not happy with the service or food. It wasn’t even busy.

Food good as all kfc's, but to hear the staff yelling and swearing in the back in front of kids is not good. No tables were clean, we had to get extra napkins to wipe our own tables down. Cashier didn't know what to say when she heard the swearing, she just said I guess I'll go make the burgers then... If staff are flustered send them on a 5 min break to ease the pressure. Nit a good sign for a national chain to have the staff swearing and saying "this is f$%&Ed, I can't do this S#$t anymore" and "can't wait to get out of this s$%&hole", probably time for them to have a break or find a new role.

What a disgusting representation of the KFC franchise. They never have stock to supply the demand over the weekends, no chicken! Not only that, there is only 1 staff member who actually knows what customer service looks like. Staff don't even look up when you drive through. Just hang the card reader out assuming you're paying by card, then get flustered when they have to actually take legal tender and do some basic math. Then you get to wait 10 minutes in drive through for the wrong meal which is cold for some reason.

If I could give minus stars I would. This KFC should be shut down. The food I just bought from there is like something from a discusting restaurant U see on Gordon Ramsey kitchen Nightmares. The food is not at all something I am going to eat. And it looks like a 3 year old made it too. Honestly it's ####### discusting crud.

Young staff that are trying their best. But the place is always a mess. I have been in at different times of the day and it's always the same. Food and rubbish on the floor and bins overflowing. Most of the time my orders is wrong with missing something or not the right product.

Bought a 21 piece bucket and only recieved 18 pieces. Also requested 10 Hot and crispy and 11 original but got 7 very small pieces of hit n spicy which you would need 3 to make up one of the original pieces. All were extremely oily.

Food was cold. The chicken was very tough and dry. The chips were very salty. The nuggets were soggy and the popcorn chicken box was only 1/2 full. Very disappointed. $40 down the drain.

All in all it was shocking. I arrived at 10am and was the first person to order, i then was assured it would only be a 5 minute wait. 25 MINUTES LATER my number was called and I was polite to the staff as I understood they were busy. However, when I got into my car I opened up my original tenders box to find that the tenders were all cold, the chips were soggy, the popcorn chicken was cold and the potato and gravy was old, cold and tasted well off. I then went back inside to notify the staff of this and the staff member said “well this is the food that we serve, if you don’t like it then you can leave” I was absolutely appalled. I would never recommend this KFC to any and quite frankly will be heading to McDonalds from now on.

Service was good but then again know one else there. I didn't know you could get KFC chicken as dried out as this was. There was plenty of chicken pieces in the warmer which made me question as to how long it had been sitting there; since the morning? Or was it overcooked? The chips also substandard. Never ever again!
