Order steak med rare, maybe the worse steak I've had out, The steak was pale looking and cold. It was like I was cooking low heat. The whole meal was bad, the chef has no idea. Way too much money for a bad meal,

I've been to the Schuss alot over the years but the Gay Ski vibe and atmosphere was the best I've ever seen in Thredbo. Well done all involved.

Due to weather we couldn’t go on this prepaid Gondola ride but the 1 star review is because they refused to give a refund even though they could not provide the service they sold us. Will be sending a complaint and leaving this negative feedback wherever I can as this policy is a rip off and ruined our entire holiday experience here. Unacceptable and very poor business practice.

Great place to stop on the slopes. Love the warm alcoholic drinks they have here on a cold day Good and drinks have always been expensive but that can be expected and it’s always busy here at peak times. You can get a pass to take the gondola up but warning on windy days they may not let you go up.

Ridiculously priced! $64 per person to go to the merrits mountain house and you can't really see much up there either. They obviously just focus on people that are spending more money skiing and snowboarding. What about the people who just want go to the top for the experience?

A word of caution. Tickets purchased on line which is convenient. If you have your card, it will be loaded to go direct to the Gondola. If you don't have a card, you will need to pick it up from customer services office. We did this and were delayed. The result was the Gondola had closed and we lost our money on 4 tickets. We were turned down seeking a change of date. Certainly our fault however, there was no evidence of a desire to assist, rather a statement being, 'We are unaware of any Gondola disruptions today'. I suspect in tourist season, d3mand is likely to be high however tolerance was low. The Gondola closes at 3pm not 3.01 pm. You will loose your money if you are delayed. And loose our money we did without any desire of the vendor to assist, advise, accommodate even when the season was slow at that time, including the next day.

The view was amazing but due to the winds it got closed on the day, so good idea to check the weather before booking.

The worker (which gender is unknown) was clear drinking on the job and was verbally abusing me and my friends and kicked us out after we called him out for the mysterious substance in his hydro flask. They also need to upgrade there inflatable obstacle course as the one being used was almost as big as what I’m packing downstairs. Really horrible customer service.

This bloke that clearly needs a haircut was stoned out of his mind while still drinking something that clearly wasn’t water in his hydro flask. And he kicked us out just cause we rode on there inflatable that didn’t really look like an inflatable but something you would see in your mums draw.

Really poor Change Room Shower facilities...Totally run down, Dirty, Totally neglected not maintained...Needs a major renovation, but Thredbo & NSW Govt to "CHEAP", lazy and or incompetent to facilitate....Gym equipment Old, run down (80's equipment) For God's sake, Put in a Sauna/Steam & remodel it all, the place has potential 2b world class...They're just to incompetent to accomplish...

Fantastic centre with so much for the kids to do!! Waterside is awesome and the tramp centre is next level!!

Relaxed place for a beer and food. Staff with knowledge what the serve. Nice variation of beers, local and a few standard brands. Also a good place for cocktails.

Used to be the place to go in Thredbo. Sammy on the bar was bloody awesome. Now it seems to close at 9 every night despite advertising midnight closing and new bar staff might be able to make a cocktail but have no people skills and don’t know how to deal with conflict or customers. Disappointing.

Cute little pub with really cosy vibes. Perfect for a drink or two. Small snacks menu available, good choice of craft beers on tap.

Really great bartenders!! They know how to make proper cocktails, which is a rarity in Thredbo. Very cosy lodge vibe. Definitely recommend for a few drinks after a day on the mountain.

A group of 7 sober boys got rejected from the bar by the security guard Scotty because he ‘wants to keep it a cocktail bar, not a sausage fest’. Extremely rude and unprofessional. I’m sure the place itself is good but security was horrendous.

After looking forward to a cocktail with friends at the end of our stay, I wasn’t impressed to be told by ‘Scotty’ from security that he “doesn’t want a sausage party” and he is trying to marginalise the crowd to “cocktail people only”. These are word for word quotes I would love to hear the managers justification for your offensive and discriminatory policy so future patrons can decide if you deserve their business. Is it an elitist bias at your establishment or did your security guard make an ill-informed baseless judgement. It’s appalling behaviour and an apology would be the absolute minimum we deserve for these embarrassing and condescending remarks. Please reach out to me.

Be very careful of the ingredients, and ask questions before you make purchase. The rolls which was advertised as chicken on the label had pork in it. After i had purchased 3 of those sandwiches at the hefty price, i found out that they had pork. Staff was not willing to return or swap the other two wraps that i hadn't even opened. When i purchased the other no meat roll the staff even made remark on our dietary requirements, and asked me if I am ok with black pepper or do i have problem with that as well. A staff working at such a tourist resort needs to be trained well in respecting cultural diversity.

This is a fab little bakery in the heart of the Thredbo village. We had breakfast here on two occasions and it was well worth it. They were Covid safe and the staff were very friendly and attentive. The chef even brought out the food to our table that we were sitting at outside. The ambience sitting outside in the village was just lovely. They had a good breakfast variety and cakes and pies etc. highly recommend if you are holidaying in Thredbo or traveling through.

Coffee was adequate, but we waited 50 minutes for a pretty average bacon and egg roll. It wasn't busy (summer mid week), it just looks like they are using an inadequately sized hot plate.

We ordered 2 bacon and egg rolls. We got the bacon, but not the egg ....presented vertically in a paper bag, the egg had run out into the bottom of the bag. The rolls were the awful sweet doughy burger rolls All at extortionate prices. Coffee was. very average too.

Rolls here are terrible. They were stale. Said something when I bought bread from the supermarket instead and was told that the bakery doesn't bake the bread. They buy and freeze them. Very disappointed. I kind of wish I took them back for an $8 refund. They should really advise people that the rolls have been frozen.

Open at 7 am. Great coffee. Good selection of pre-packed sandwiches and wraps to pop in your bag for a hike. Food was fresh and tasty. Recommended.

The meat pies and pastries are the best. There is ample seating inside and plenty of parking outside. Coffee is quite good to.

One of the few places open in the village at this time of day (early morning) and year. Delicious sausage roll and a nice cuppa were served with a smile and some charm.
