Pakistan Air Force Museum, really a very nice place to enjoy your weekend with family. Lush green ground, huge space, very well managed, cleanliness is excellent. Different fighter jets/airplanes /helicopters have been displayed with information boards, some are real, some are models. Also different warfare, missiles, vehicles, weapon systems, and radar are also displayed. Museum also has a canteen from where you can get cold or hot drinks, mineral water and snacks are available. A fun land for the children with swings is also available. If you really want to enjoy this place then coming early is the best option. Overall its really good experience!

A great place to visit with family. Even though, the place was originally started to educate about Pakistan Air Force but later turned to a fun place with more rides installed in the park. The entry ticket is affordable and the parking was convenient but the food and safety standards need to improve. The souvenir/gift shop also lacked variety.

PAF museum is a place to build coordination between civilian and Pakistan Air Force. There is display for fighter jets, radars, grounded aircrafts, and PAF related stuff. It is an excellent place to visit with family, clean and refreshing environment. Got crowded in the evening after 4:00 pm especially on weekends. You have to pay parking fee for your vehicle (car/motorbike) and entry fee of 60rupees per adult. Children under 3 year are exempted from entry fee. Half fee for students. A must place to visit and also bring food with you or you can buy from here in the afternoon. Caution: some areas of this museum might be no go areas for public.

This Museum is more like part but it's a good place to take your kids to have a good time. There are so many stalls to shop and eat especially ice cream and popcorn. There are so many entertaining spots like different types of swings for adults and kids. Quality is also good. ............ A lot of enjoyments you will have there. Went for the winter land experience! The ticket cost Rs.1500/- for an hour. They provide you with a jacket and gloves. A good place for youngster who would enjoy slides and adventure. Wouldn't recommend for The elderly due to safety precautions.

Great mall if you want to shop around with a amazing selection of brands on each floor. From western to traditional. Amazing food court and Carrefour on the first floor. It's pretty convenient to go there , shop around, grab some food and get out. It was pretty crowded now. But I think day times are much better.

Can conveniently mention that it's the top ranked shopping mall in Karachi. Cannot recall their parking signals malfunctioning ever, if they're green you surely get the lot underneath it. Security is more than satisfactory, and staff is very well trained and adequately mannered while dealing with people. The experience level keeps increasing when you walk into the mall, elevators, escalators, travelators, are always seen functioning neatly, and high standards of cleanliness is maintained in every part of the mall. Often do we find the concourses beautifully embellished with vibrant colors and innovative designs in line with the season and promotions in place. The mall has got almost every popular brand inside that one may think of. So 5 star in short.

It's a decent place. Some shops offer cheaper rates than normal convenient stores. SOPs are in place, but unfortunately, only at the entrance, in the rest of the store, you are on your own. The variety of stores within makes a huge list from Toni & Guy hair salon to eateries like KFC. You can also find good mobile selection at fair prices here (store dependant), airlink centre, and even a Sony centre. Unfortunately, I was unable to locate a Samsung centre or an apple store or Mi store, etc. The environment within is nice, clean, and pleasant. Outdoors are pretty good, too.

Amidst chaos and neglect, they are offering everything from grocery, electronics, fashion, clothing, food etc. at one place and that too inside a well-planned, excellently managed and spacious building. They truly understand the pain points and solved almost all of them by providing truly amazing decor and cleanliness. You will find almost every brand, actually there are some which you probably won’t find anywhere else in the city. Multiple spaces for kids and clean washrooms with diaper changing stations is appreciable. They also have dedicated female parking and very good food offerings.

My only complaint is the lack of seating space for shoppers in this mall, there's no place to sit on the floors other than going into shops to find a place. Other than that: Mall Staff is courteous. Neat and clean space. Outlets here have items that aren't available elsewhere.

This is the best shopping mall of Karachi - a city of more than 20 million. We primarily went for having a late lunch on the day we had shifted our accommodation to the Defence Housing area from the "real defence area" of Malir Cantonment. The food court is good and almost all the major brands are represented.

One of the best Malls around. This mall has many branded outlets as well as carrefour. The arcade games for kids are awesome. The food court has alot of choices from desi food to fastfoods as well as street foods.

Khoobsoorat Palace. Well managed. Clean and peaceful. They took my phone before letting me in the museum which I really liked because I was focus more on experiencing rather than capturing. Other than that I would say the management is so kind and helpful. It’s usually open throughout the week but closed on Mondays. And I heard that there are some events that this place sometimes hosts so that day will be closed for public visits. So make sure you check it on google maps or contact their given phone number and confirm before visiting. Highly recommended.

I really can't believe that the sindh government can keep a place like a Palace . Nice historical place,very neat n clean. Entry ticket is only Rs:30/= for adults,nothing for kids. The wash room was clean, too. They should display the history of the place on a proper space.

Its a wonderful place for a taste of a little history. The curators can surely work on getting a little more substance to their tour. For now, private exhibitions are on display but I would love to see a little grandeur the palace has the potential of. There are areas being preserved/restored/rebuilt. Im sure it will be one of the many iconic sights the city of Karachi has to offer.

Mohatta Palace takes you back to a royal time. We toured the palace and it was a great historical experience. Exhibits change every so often. Built in the early 1900s. Beautiful architecture. It was originally as a residence but now houses an art gallery and museum. Cameras are not allowed inside the palace only in the grounds. Entrance fees payable, yes a higher rate for foreigners. Rather small museum but highly professional arranged with proper airconditioning and the building itself is an artifact of the museum. There is a small gift shop inside as well. The site is very well maintained.

Mohatta Palace is a beautiful Indo-Saracenic mansion located in Clifton, Karachi. It was built in 1927 by Shivratan Mohatta, a Hindu Marwari businessman, as a summer home for his family. The palace is now a museum, and it houses a collection of art and artifacts from the Mughal and British periods. The palace is a stunning example of Indo-Saracenic architecture. The exterior is made of white marble and sandstone, and it is decorated with intricate carvings. The interior is just as impressive, with high ceilings, stained glass windows, and lavishly furnished rooms. It was purchased by the Sindh Government from the Federal Government and handed over to a Trust which renovated this place and manages it. In the museum you will find history of Quaid e Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah from his sickness days to his death, Artifacts from Gandhar civilisation, Variety of gaj from 190 different regions like interior Sindh, Balochistan, and kohistan.

I went for the seminar on Meer Taqi Meer, Iqbal and Ghalib (who was later replaced by Faiz). The place was very nice and beautifully maintained. I did not visit the museum inside but I heard it's great inside too.

This was my first visit and really it was awesome. I am not expecting the excellent management of that area. Inside building mobile was not allowed but there were so many memorable pictures of Quaid e Azam, which we never seen before. In my opinion it is must seeing place for those who are interested in Pakistani history

It was an absolute good day for us to see this majestic building of rich culture and heritage built in 1927 in the posh seaside locale of Clifton as the summer home of Shivratan Mohatta. The palace was built in the tradition of stone palaces of Rajasthan, using pink Jodhpur stone in combination with the local yellow stone from nearby Gizri. Mohatta could attract more people once recognized by government officials. Entry fees is reasonable 100 Rs. Washrooms are available free of cost. Security measures are fantastic and fool proof.

Visited port grand for Sindhi Craft Festival and lunch. Place was amply decorated and laid for festival. After an enriching cultural experience by visiting stalls and witnessing folk dances, we had a sumptuous lunch at grand. Restaurants are well situated along with old railway track to port. Good range of choice for foodies. It’s a must visit place in the city.

A very nice place with good food.. it has a very good view of sea from east wharf.. They could improve the approach as the road is not in good shape... Plus I would recommend weekends only dedicated for families.. Ideal time to visit is after asar prayers when the sun is going down in summers.. if administration can put some umbrellas in sitting places it would be a great service.. Because you can't eat or sit in the open from 4-6pm.. Valet parking is free but those guys expect some tip.. Didn't check the ferry service but it seemed expensive for a boat ride of just 10mins .. Nevertheless would love to go again.. specially have breakfast in the morning..

Always found it a great place to spend a family time on weekend. Today we visit and found the whole port grand is celebrating Sindh cultural festival. There were lots of sovinours stall and heritage arts was presented. Overall visit was good. The food prices are going high more then dollar in port grand. The large mineral water cost me 120 rs. And one scope of ice-cream cost 200 Rs. And I felt bad when purchase 1 cigarette in Rs.25. Sahi lot he yaar.

Decided to go for the breakfast buffet at Babujees. There was a lot of variety and everything tasted good, except for the chowmein. The weather was amazing. There was a light drizzle. It added to the whole experience. They had a free puppet show and train rides. There was also a jumping castle for kids but you have to pay for that. Since it was mostly empty, kids played and ran around for almost an hour. Overall a great experience.

A very nice place with good food.. it has a very good view of the sea from the east wharf.. They could improve the approach as the road is not in good shape... Plus I would recommend weekends only dedicated for families. Generally the space allocated for walking has been encroached upon, thus leaving little space for the general public. They have small kiosks all along the path which occupy one third of the walkway. Restaurant owners have employed people to bring in customers and they make a lot of commotion. This activity should be restricted so visitors can relax and move around leisurely in a peaceful atmosphere. Ideal time to visit is after asar prayers when the sun is going down in summers.. if administration can put some umbrellas in sitting places it would be a great service.. Because you can't eat or sit in the open from 4-6pm.. Valet parking is free but those guys expect some tips.. Didn't check the ferry service but it seemed expensive for a boat ride of just 10mins .. Nevertheless I would love to go again.. specially have breakfast in the morning..

A beautiful place to enjoy different variety of food along sea port. Railway track, ships snd seaport views were awesome. A beaten place for public gatherings and events. A well managed place.

I didn't know port grand Karachi my cousin told me I give a big surprise. He took me and went tho port grand Karachi when I entered really it was a big surprise for me. It is very a very and enjoyable place and where there's delicious food and enjoyable things for the kids and boys. It's a very tremendous place.
