Very famous temple of Sai Baba where his Samadhi is located. Very crowded most of the days. For quick Darshan, Rs. 200 ticket is available. Gurusthan, Lendi Baug, Dwarkamai, Chawadi, Museum, Hanuman Mandir are located in the premises. Mobile phone is not allowed.

Blessed by the grace of Sai Ram, we finally got the chance to visit Shirdi. Mobile phones are not allowed inside Shri Saibaba Darshan Queue complex. Mobile locker available at Rs 5 per mobile and free shoe, chappal stands available. Before heading to the mandir on the street, kindly navigate your way through the situation with a polite deflection from any unnecessary purchases. As I stood in line for Darshan, the sight of Sai Baba's idol filled me with a sense of peace and gratitude. The rhythmic chants during Aarti echoed through the sacred space, creating an atmosphere of devotion that enveloped the entire SaiNagar. The complex was so beautifully well maintained and clean. Very pleased to visit The Dixit Wada Museum. Baba’s robe, clothes, chappals, water pots, grinder and other artifacts are so well conserved. Thanks to Shri Saibaba Sansthan Trust for their hardwork and commitment. Next to Samadhi mandir there is Gurusthan, sacred Neem tree, Ganesh mandir, Shani mandir, Shiva Lingam, Nanda deep, Baba’s followers samadhi inside the complex. Also visited Dakshin mukhi Hanuman Mandir, Dwarkamai, Dhuni, Shree Chavadi which are located nearby but outside the complex. Lastly explored nearby sansthan shops to buy Prasad. Purchased some gift items from nearby wholesale shops. At evening we visited the beautiful and picturesque “I Love Saibaba” garden. Om Sai Ram.
Himangshu Raj — Google review
Had good dharshan for all the 3 days. We booked for Shej Aarti in advance. We were one of the early birds and waited in line among the first 30 devotees. When we reached the entrance they stopped us for 10 minutes. Once we were allowed inside we were surprised that the hall is jam packed with devotees. But we managed to get a good Dharshan. The guards are breaking the line on their whims. Because of that Late comers in the line are getting priority. Instead of FIFO it is LCFO. At least some senior persons in their hierarchy should supervise line control. Man proposes and God disposes🙏🙏🙏

It was a mosque named by a Hindu Name "Dwarakamai" by Saibaba where Saibaba used to stay. It is a symbol of Hindu Muslim Unity. Saibaba used to spend some time here in their daily routine. They also enlightened a dhuni (a kind of bonfire) which is burning till today. The ashes of this dhuni known as udi is given to devotees as Saibaba's Prasad which he also used to give to his believers then. Some accessories of daily use of Saibaba are kept here. A stone on which he used to sit is also placed here.

SaiBaba's Dhuni is here! The same Dhuni started by Sai Baba is burning here from 183 years approximately. It's a nice experience to see the place where all the miracles (mentioned in Sai Satcharita and Sai leela magazines) took place first hand. The only draw back is that Dhuni is fully enclosed in steel mesh and we need to struggle to see the embers.
Pradeep B.R. — Google review
Dwarkamai is the most important place to see by every devotee. In the entrance left side we saw the sai baba cooking place and sai baba's hand resting place on the wall. We observe that 3 feet of one wooden stick of sai baba. After that we saw the dhuni covered with grills. In the past we touched and some grains were put in the dhuni but we con't touch it. We saw all the items of sai baba used. Please observe the deepam holes on the wall of dwarkmai. Sai baba lights the lamps with water when no one gives the oil that night. At last we saw the sai baba sitting stone covered with glass We touched it on the glass and pray for peace of mind.

Dwarkamai : Dwarkamai is a place where Sai Baba lived until the very end of his life. Before Sai Baba’s arrival in Shirdi, this place used to be a mosque in poor conditions. Later, Sai turned it into Dwarkamai where he started healing, curing ill people. He solved all their problems and helped them with solutions to their worries. Here at Dwarkamai, there are two levels. Level one has two rooms with Sai’s portrait and a huge rock on which he used to sit. While level two has a square shaped stool made of stone, which Sai is believed to have used for bathing. The highlight of Dwarkamai is an oil painting of Sai Baba in which he is sitting on a wooden carved shrine. Location: Pimpalwadi Road, Rahata, Near Samadhi Mandir. Timings: Monday to Sunday - 5:30 am to 9:45 pm.

Dwarkamai is one of the treasures of Shirdi for the devotees. They say that Dwarkamai is the heart of Shirdi, the place where the great Sai Baba spent a significant part of his life including his last moments. It is a treasure to all of Baba's devotees because it was the home of, as they like to call him, God on Earth. People of all faiths look up to the great Sai Baba and truly believe in what he preached. The spirit of tolerance, acceptance and welcome is very much alive here.

Shree Saibaba Chavadi is a Hindu temple that was frequently visited by the revered Sai Baba during his final years. This must-visit shrine in Shiridi has two entrances, with the left entrance being exclusively for lady devotees and the right for men. The chavadi houses original photos of Sai Baba on a silver metal chair, and deepa darshana on its right side is particularly significant.
Shree Saibaba chavadi has important history That we have to know Chavadi is also known as the place where Sai Baba's body was bathed for the last time before his funeral. Even today, on every Thursday, a procession is carried out from Dwarkamai to Chavadi along with Baba's possessions such as his footwear, satka and old photographs kept in a well-decorated palki. And the chavadi is in front of the mandir only No far So must visit this don’t forgot Om Sai Ram

Baba Chawadi in shiridi is a must to visit every devotee. In the past sai baba chawadi has only one entrance but the present chawadi has been divided into two parts. Left side entrance only for the lady devotees. And the right side entrance only for the man or gents devotee. Chavadi has the original photos of sree sai baba on the silver metal chair. Right side of the chair deepa darshana is more immportant. This is the first and foremost house of sri sai baba. It is on the side of dwarakamai and beside the mukha dharshanam of sri sai baba. On the right side of the chawadi has prasadam laddu counter. Only two packs are given to each devotee. Each pack has three laddus.
Sambu Naidu Yedla — Google review
Though apparently and formally Baba used to go to the Chavadi. In his super conscious state he was never asleep and used to tell his devotees that in his everlasting awareness (consciousness) he will always protect his devotees who were asleep at night. Chavadi means “village office”, and was the place where taxes were collected, village records kept and visiting officials put up. After Baba’s mahasamadhi the Sansthan acquired Chavadi, and until the late 1930s, used it for storing books and accommodating pilgrims. The village offices have long been relocated and Chavadi is kept as a shrine to Baba and is open to all. Sai Baba is intimately connected with this place, as he used to sleep here on alternate nights, during the last decade of his life. The routine was started on one wild and stormy night, around 1909. It was raining heavily, and water was coming through the leaky walls of the mosque. The devotees tried their best to persuade Baba to move out, if only until the water had subsided, but Baba did not want to go. Eventually, they virtually forced him to leave, by picking him up and half-carrying him to Chavadi. From that day onwards, Baba would spend alternate nights here.
Ayaskant Parija — Google review
Chavadi means a village meeting place where people gather together and chit chat. Most of the Maharashtra state villages having Chavadi where the men gather in the evening to chat where they discuss in general topics relevant to Village and Society. Shirdi Chavadi is situated close to Dwarkamai where Baba used to come along with his nearest followers on alternative nights to sleep. This place is now houses a pointing of Sai Baba made by Amabaram who is an artist from Navsari in Gujarat. Chavadi Utsav: This place is very significant as the procession of Palki which is beautifully decorated with flowers takes place every Thursday which is called as Chavadi Utsav. The Palki is having Sai Baba, his holy Padukas and Satka. The Procession begins from Samadhi Mandir and proceeds till Chavadi in between its also stops at Dwarakamai. After this visit again procession returns to Samadhi Mandir.

Sai Baba, was a revered spiritual master and saint who lived in the town of Shirdi in Maharashtra, India. He is considered to be a spiritual leader with followers from various religions and backgrounds. He is known for his teachings on love, tolerance, and the importance of self-realization. His teachings and devotees' experiences are documented in various writings and oral traditions.

The Sai Baba Chavadi in Shirdi is the place where the great saint Sai Baba used to rest. It now houses a painting of Sai Baba made by an artist named Amabaram from Navsari in Gujarat. It is believed that he painted it after Baba paid him a visit in one of his dreams. Villagers from Shirdi brought the painting to Chavadi later. Chavadi literally means a village meeting place or a tax-collection office. It was traditionally a center for keeping records and settling village disputes. However, after Sai baba’s mahasamadhi, the Shirdi Sai Baba Sansthan took over the Chavadi used it for storing books and accommodating pilgrims until the late 1930s. Later, the village offices were relocated and the Chavadi was converted into a shrine to Baba as it was where he spent his last year.
Sahil Chrungu — Google review
It's a place of importance to devotees of Shri Sai Baba of Shirdi. As written in Sai satcharitra, Baba used to sleep in Chavdi on some nights and in masjid (Dwarkamai) on some nights. This place, along with Samadhi Mandir and Dwarkamai, is a must visit for everyone who comes to shirdi.
Shekhar — Google review
Chawdi or Chavadi is situated on the east of Dwarkamai, few metres away in Shirdi Sai Temple complex. Chavadi is traditionally a village meeting place, office, or court and was the place where taxes were collected, village records kept, disputes settled by the village heads, and visiting officials stayed. A must visit place for all Sai Devotees..

This museum is opposite to the donation center near the Samadhi mandir. There are plenty of original pictures of Baba and articles used by him. It takes about 20-30 minutes to look around. Kudos to Shirdi Sansthan for their efforts to preserve the articles used by Baba and all the original pictures. There is a lot of obnoxious people who have no understanding of the divinity of the place screaming and running inside. I request that the Sansthan to post security officers inside to monitor the devotees.

Shirdi Sai Museum Sai Museum in Shirdi is a rich repository of all things associated with Shri Saibaba. Kept under the maintenance of Saibaba Sansthan of Shirdi, the Museum has some of the most intimate and personal belongings of the Spiritual Guru Saibaba. Devotees from across the world visit this Museum that is a part of Dwarkamai. The Sai Museum has carefully kept many of the things that were close to this charismatic Guru. It has Saibaba's padukas or footwear, which are revered by the Sai devotees. The place also has some of the coins that Saibaba gave to Malsapati, the priest of Khandoba. The museum preserves the two utensils that were used to feed people in hordes. In these utensils one was small and other big. The smaller one was used to provide food for 50 people while the big one was used to serve a group of 100 people. The museum also has a Grinding Mill that was used by Lord Saibaba. This grinding mill has its own significance and is symbolic of the deep-seated philosophy of Sri Saibaba. The Grinding Mill posits the concept of Dharma and Bhakti that must come together for the ultimate salvation. The upper stone symbolized Bhakti and the lower one was representative of Dharma. Deciphering the true essence of life the mill showed that with the faith on Dharma and Bhakti, mankind could achieve the state of Supreme Being. Articles that were personally used by Saibaba are kept in Samadhi temple. Devotees can witness these articles when in the Samadhi temple. The Sai museum also has the chair that was used by God Saibaba regularly. You can also have a look at the cot on which Saibaba's last bathing took place after his demise. There is this earthenware, which was used by Saibaba while begging. The pot in which Saibaba stored water is still here and full with water even today. There is the original chimta carefully preserved in here that Saibaba used while singing

Rasrang Misal of Ahmednagar. Extremely delicious Misal. Little spicy but amazing misal. You can also ask them separately for spicy misal. Ambiance is clean, service is fast. Due to Covid-19 currently only parcel service is available. Misal cost ₹ 50-60/- Service - 5/5 Value for Money - 5/5 Taste of Misal & Quality Maintained- 5/5 Ambiance- 4/5

Simple ambiance. Nice Misal. Quick and courteous service. Proud owner of his joint. If starting early from Pune to Aurangabad, you may take a breakfast break here after darshan at Ranjangaon.

The breakfast was promised at 7-7:30am but it was delayed and got our order at 8:15am. The delay has cost me dearly in the subsequent plans. No service ethics.

Last time they played game with Food. This time, it's with Check out Amount. I came here with Goibibo. Counter men Double Charge the Amount while Check out. Definitely it is one of the Good choices in hotels in Ahmednagar as it is close to Highway. It is first choice, but People who Work here are not much interested to help customers.

Called today to reserve a room in this Hotel. Mr. Sameer was so pathetic to take reservation on call. Just in a courtesy I asked him will I able to get a discount for booking directly. His answer is, I cant i have rule and cant give you anything. I asked why are you being rude. You can just say that this is the best price I can offer. Asked If I can speak to your front office manager, before completing my sentence he says I don't have his number. Very rude. In straight words he said to me go to another Hotel. Handling customer calls very pathetic. I think Mr. Sameer needs lots of training or he doesn't belong to the Hotel Industry. This hotel will lose business because of this person. Management Please take care of this. Call time:- 14:00 hrs on 24-08-2023.
