The food was great here, would highly recommend the Batata Harra and Shawarma Chicken. The starter platters are quite small when it comes to the quantity, but the main platters were good in portion. We also ordered falafel rolls, chicken shish tawook and grilled halloumi - everything tasted food. They also have a brief belly dancing performance after 10:30pm on Saturdays. Overall, would recommend.

Cocktails are not bad. People who like hookah and are not bothered by smoky places might like it. Toilets were clean, employees were attentive.

The Lelia Mezze & Lounge is a really nice cozy restaurant and lounge. It has 2 levels for seating and the vibe is modern with a but of Arabic style. I recommend a online reservation for their tables, be careful they charge you additional if you are 4 persons+. The food quality is very good, we liked our drinks and food it was fresh and delicious except of one pita with seeds was a bit off but no problems. The drinks were good. You need a smartphone to scan the barcode for the menu card its available in English and Polish. Weird is this for most food offers in the branch you can't order single you need to order minimum 2 for a set of each category. Shisha is available beginning at 100 PLN a bit pricey. I recommend a visit!

The restaurant vibe is cool. Decorations looks like fancy. Also the toilet was very very clean. The service is a little bit slow but waiters have smiling face :) Prices are pretty good. Also we was 7 person and they accepted us without any reservation. They have big tables for groups. Dishes taste great and the portions looks like small in menu but its not. 👏🏻 I satisfied 😊👍

First thing that come to my mind is value for money. Meals are cheap and portions are not so big, but everything is fresh and tasty. There is no service and you have to do a bit more, but in the same time you can seat next to someone cool and famous. This place is with typical Polish food and for everyone. Excellent place to try polish food. It's a canteen, so the food is simple but feels like traditional home cooking. The price is amazing, we got 3 vegetarian dishes and a side for £10. The kiosk screen also has an English setting. Only downside is that we were too full from the main food so we couldn't order some pancakes for dessert.

Very good variety of food. I’m not local, but grew up with Polish cousin around, and some of the textures and tastes were a nice flash back. A place that you should try when visiting Poland and learn about its culture. This restaurant is famous for its cheap and traditional. You can find Polish food, their style dishes. However, this type of restaurant system only serves daily meals and I do not appreciate the quality of the food. If you want to try traditional Polish food with a more special service, then I recommend using another service from expensive restaurants. At this restaurant, every day there will be special dishes for that day. A full serving including starter, main course and dessert costs 29.9zl. This meal set can also fill your stomach already.

Really modern and comfortable milk bar. The stuff can speak English and kind. The price is reasonable. If it’s not busy, they can prepare your meal in 10 minutes or something. The food is really tasty! Like other milk bar, you order your food and pay first. And even you don’t understand Polish, don’t worry. They have a monitor with numbers so you can see if your meal is ready. In the entrance, you can find hand sanitizer. Highly recommend!

If you want to experience traditional polish dishes this is great place to do so. We had some breakfast, and it was very tasty! They had menu in English as well, and offered some help with the choice. The only drawback is the kitchen smell - if you have a business meeting after your breakfast you will smell on fried eggs:) prices very very affordable.

The best zapekanka I've tried so far for sure. Quite rich with ingredients and pretty tasty. Be aware it is also big enough so prepare your appetite

We went there after a visit in French restaurant. To be honest we were still hungry:) and eating famous ,,zapiekanka" was very good idea. Just serving could be faster. We were waiting too long.

Mostly zapikanki is quite nice but the service depends on the person at the cashier. Normally there is a lady who is quite nice and she help with changing ingredients but today in the evening there was a woman who was ignoring customers and taking orders like she doesn't care at all. If you don't like your job, don't reflect to customers please, we really don't need to stand to this.

Very disappointed - unfriendly service, frozen (?) baguette, long wait despite no other customers being there. We all ended up having stomach issues for a day after eating here

The surroundings are nice, and the zapiekanka is good, but the wait can be exhausting. We've waited for over half an hour at a time without so many people. The artificial queue of people waiting for food makes a feedback loop and longer wait times. The place is ok, but not worth the wait.

We chose this one impressing by the queue in front. But even while on the queue we witnessed arrogant bihavior of the employee. Then ofcourse it happaned to us. They charged wrongly and even to tell them they got wrong amount, you encounter with a ill-humored approach. Anyhow, better to try other places in the same area.

A great place to enjoy the awesome Polish treat called zapiekanka - a baked open-faced sandwich also known as Polish pizza. It is super simple and delicious! The downside is that the queue is usually huge, so it takes a while.

Very authentic polish restaurant. The portions are big and everything is so delicious. It is a bit pricey but worth it. That was the best polish meal I’ve ever had. But! They have really a big problem with the reception and cloakroom service. They are not welcoming and even rude. I felt it even on the phone when I called them to make a reservation. They did not want to talk and give additional information, they just advised to call next day to get a table. This is inappropriate for this level of restaurant. I am not sure if I am going to give it a second try, because the service is very important for me. It made me feel like I was unwanted there.

After many visits I think it's time to write an opinion! Stary Dom has almost become a tradition every time I visit Warsaw, and it often happens! I have never gone from there disappointed, possibly because I never did manage to eat myself through the dessert menu! The food is well-cooked and delicious! However, I think you have to have a taste for the traditional Polish cuisine to fully appreciate the menu. The steak tartare is clearly one of Warsaw's best! I have eaten my way through almost the whole menu, and can just say the food is lovely! The price level is on the higher scale but absolutely corresponds to what you find on the plate The venue and decor are charming and cozy! The atmosphere is a pleasant balance between solemn and everyday! I think i will continue with my visits!

Cozy restaurant in residential area of ​​Warsaw. The name “Stary dom” (“Old house”) is hard to understand until you get inside. The restaurant is located in nothing remarkable modern building. But this is until the moment you open the door and walk into. Here you really immerse into the atmosphere of old Warsaw house of 18-19 centuries. Wooden balks structures, which have become main decorative elements, are carefully restored. Interior with soft light and heavy curtains. The cuisine is Polish with heavy hearty dishes but gourmet. Wide selection of local drinks and nice service will make your evening perfect.

Excellent restaurant in Warsaw, to try the traditional and local food. Everything is excellent, the food, the service, the place. There are 2 floors, ideally book in the groynd floor, it is nicer but, in the 1st floor is also nice, more private and noisy but a very nice experience. Service is very kind and attentive, the food taste delicious, and the atmosphere is pure Polish ambience. Totally recommended.

Beets are just like mum makes! I cannot recommend this restaurant enough! The mood is good, the food is good, the price is good!

I would sat it is more exponsive than similar restaurants, but you get slightly better service and taste. Tatar is highly recommended. Probably it is the main feature of the place. Pork knuckle was also the best I've tasted in Warsaw.

The best way to describe how to handle a misunderstanding with the reservation was to be offered 2 shots of amazing wódka with the manager of the restaurant. this restaurant was highly recommended and we were eager to come visit. the ambiance is great and visually, the restaurant is quite stunning. we were greeted rather gruffly and scolded for not telling our greeter our reservation was made on email rather than with a call as apparently this means he had to look at a different list and he was upset with this. when we got to our table it was set up nicely and our server gave us the menus. again, we were quite excited to eat here. however, i have not experienced worse service in my life. our server was quite cold which is totally fine, but he did not check in on us once during our dining. this is of course not uncommon in european restaurants and we were not expecting the service we would typically get in the US, but the one time our waiter DID come by, he did not ask if we wanted a refill on our clearly empty drinks, and left before we could ask him for one. he was like a ghost the entire night and eventually came back to clear our dishes and tell us our reservation time was up. we were NOT aware of any such policy and this was not communicated to us at all. if our waiter (who was an older gentleman attempting to look younger with a quaffed hairstyle) had told us this beforehand we would have explained that we also wanted to order dessert and after dinner drinks. however we never got the chance to. we find it astounding to a restaurant that was so highly recommended had such horrendous service. the food was good, but not amazing. the tableside tartare everyone raves about was quite lovely, but is not made tableside - instead, it was made near but not next to us (as was the case for many diners who ordered the same from what I could tell). the other dishes we ordered (silesian dumplings, endive salad, cucumber with milk) were also good - but nothing to write home about. all in all, a not great experience that i would not recommend to others

My friend and I have visited this spectacular restaurant on Monday 22nd January and we loved absolutely everything there from the very beginning to the very end!!! The staff welcomed us warmly even though we had not booked a table with them before. Our waitress, Ania, was super friendly, knowledgeable and professional (she brought dozens of bottles of digestive selection to our table without us askibg for it even!:), she shared her extensive knowledge about the food and vodkas they serve there too!). I will be definitely going back there and can recommend this marvelous place to anyone who appreciates great quality!! Overall score: solid 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Strawberry mousse is nice. A little bit messy and massive decoration, leaves of strawberry are tired. But accuracy of crafting the dessert itself is great. Flat white is not flat white, too much foam. In general place is pleasant, must to visit for all sweet lovers. Beautiful and luxurious decoration due to Christmas. Free water is absent.

Wonderful atmosphere and professional service team. The dishes were good, but didn’t wow me. The flavour of the deer was rich and seasoned properly. But beef tartare and carpaccio disappointed me. The price was a bit high for me. And a service charge of 10% was added to the bill. But I think it was a good choice to dine here.

Living up to it's reputation. The service amd the food are top notch. Tartar steak is made by the chef right in front of your eyes amd it is delicious as well as the main dish and wine.

Forum is an old Communist hotel in which the ground floor/lobby is converted into a lively space consisting of bars, restaurants, and music venues. It has a great vibe full of young professionals. The food selection in the food court is not bad, and plenty of bars offer a huge variety of drinks and local craft beers.

Nice place with amazing view to the river. Old hotel reused as a cultural centre. We had amazing lunch (pirogi with mushrooms and nuts) and spent some time outside with a beer on the beer garden. Must be fun place at night during some party!

This restaurant and bar has been set up in a lobby of the formerly ultramodern Forum Hotel that has been sitting empty for more than 20 years now. The place is frequented by hipsters and wannabes. There are two parts to the bar: indoor and outdoor. The furnishings within and without have a a kind of cheap, worn look, as if they were leftovers since the communist era, which they very well may be. Prices are average for Krakow. There is a selection of Polish craft beers which is a welcome change. Its interesting and earie to wander around the empty halls of the former hotel while sipping the beverage of your choice.

We absolutely loved it here with very friendly staff, great atmosphere and good food and drink.

This is my favourite bar to socialize in, I've been lucky enough to DJ here in a few occasions, atmosphere is great, food is really nice and possibly the best beer in krakow.

Place looks nice, but they were not able to prepare us food. We waited 45min, asked about food and they said to wait another 15 min, after 20 min, to wait another 5 min - at this point we canceled the order as it looked like they are just making fools of us. No sorry, nothing. Maybe they treat locals better 😔 but this was really bad experience and we had to continue our travel hungry.
