Great value! Like in all Zante the portions are so big. In our case the were a little slow serving but we’re on vacation don’t mind.

A wonderful family owned restaurant, serving excellent food with great service. The grilled seafood platter was very tasty.

This place had a cute atmosphere and lovely service. It’s clearly family run and they are appreciative and very welcoming to customers who come in. The souvlaki plates and gyros are plenty of food for two. We also shared a greek salad. We saw the mixed gyros plate for two at another table and it was extremely huge. (Could feed a family of 4!!) the bill came to €40 with tip so very standard tourist price. A good place for a quick dinner on the go while passing through Tsilivi.

We went for the Greek night on a Monday. The musicians and dancers were brilliant. Food was amazing and the service was exceptional. Our favourite restaurant from the holiday.

The chicken gyros was absolutely amazing and the fries and salad were very good too. Nicest tzatziki and pita we had in five days as well. We will be coming back!!!

We only wish we found this restaurant sooner so we could’ve eaten every day for our weeks holiday!! Delicious food, great atmosphere. Really make you feel part of the family and go out of their way to please. Cannot fault the friendly service and the amazing food! The last 3 days of our holiday were made by coming here. The waiting staff, Peggy, you are just great! Keep doing what you do! Peggy made me a cocktail “sample” sure enough I ended up buying and we had another great night! Ask also about speedboat hire here, we took a days hire… again cannot fault it! Al Mar Speedboats (review left separately on there too) Absolutely 5* service throughout. Sebastian was a godsend for the end of our holiday, professionalism and service cannot be faulted!! We will definately be back here 💕

The owners of the restaurant are very kid friendly with great service. They have a private parking. They have a nice playground. The kitchen is visible and it looked clean. The food is traditional and they have many vegetarian options. I took the Vegetarian Gyros. They really cared about my family to such sort the owner chased the bees out of our table so that my baby could eat. He stood there to chase the bees. That's what I call an outstanding service for families.

The food was outstanding and the service even better. As a vegetarian this place had plenty of choice unlike a lot of the restaurants in the area. My partner was spoilt for choice and opted for the steak with garlic prawns and I had the vegetarian meze ..Peggy and the other members of the team could not do enough for you and were all very welcoming ..would most definitely recommend 🥰

Can't recommend this place enough so good we came twice on this holiday to celebrate 2 birthdays. Food was quality and the staff and entertainment was brilliant. The kids loved the Greek dancing and plate smashing. Look forward to returning in 2 years time. Lawrence will sort you out with everything you need. Thanks for the memories again.

Well this is a complete dining experience from start to finish. You'll probably be charmed in by a very charming gentleman speaking very good English who will treat you like a movie star. The waiters are very attentive, they also speak very good English and are very charming. Make no mistake, these guys are professionals and are really good at taking care of you, the service is quite exceptional. This restaurant gets busy, the reason is the food is very good and the whole experience feels like you're in a show. Everything is very entertaining... Plenty of plate smashing, dancing and fire. I have no doubt you will enjoy yourself.

Really good food and the service/ entertainment was the best. The whole week we decided to eat somewhere else everyday, but we will be back here before we leave! Very kind team. Hope Aris is still standing after all the shots ;).

Fantastic restaurant with amazing customer service, Lorenzo (the manager) has real passion and pride in ensuring everyone is having an enjoyable time. All of the staff were fantastic with the kids and so funny, we’ve never laughed so much in a restaurant. The food was fresh, cooked perfectly and seriously tasty. Considering the size of our party the prices were also more than reasonable. Thank you to you all for such an amazing evening. What a lovely evening out. The staff are amazing fun with lots of enthusiasm and interaction with the customers. Greek dancing and smashing plates. The food is absolutely delicious and very large portions. Compliments to the chef. Would I go here again? Absolutely!!

This place... wow. just wow. The personnel. the food. the serving! I felt like home. So i went there as they had a placcard to the front advertising fresh fish. The personnel greeted us (in Romanian) and seated us. From the house we received a fresh baked piece of bread to be served with both parsley butter and a mix of legume sauce. The bread warm, flavorful, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. It melt in my mouth. First were the drinks and i ordered a white russian. A cocktail I have not met in other places yet a good one takes me back to my teenagehood. In came a soft, creamy, topped with cinnamon drink which was so refreshing on the hot weather, I drank half of it in under a minute. Alas I ordered a swordfish. I wasn't sure if the dish had anything on the side but it didn't matter, i was there for something fresh, something found in abundance in Greece. And in came the food. Now in traditional Romanian way it is said that one has to eat everything on the plate otherwise the cook might get offended. What might he understand? That he is unable to bring passion to his work? NO. In came a plate with 2 large pieces of grilled swordfish sided with salad, rice and sauce. A delight to the senses. The meat, tender, juicy, FLAVORFULL. My mother used to say one thing about me: when I enjoy the food, I eat, not time to talk. So, of course, the waiter comes in asking if the food is alright. At that stage i was digging into the fish and barely noticed him. I could only give him 2 thumbs up with a mouthfull of fish. Yes, I enjoyed what I served, I would serve once more, BUT on an empty stomac. 2 pieces of fish form quite a large plate so be sure to be hungry! As I guarantee you the dish will overwelm you! At the end, I (we) requested the check, and the server offered me, my wife and our friends and complementary drink. I went for the greek ouzo. Tasty and minty, somehow it went well after that consistent dish and I must say I am not used to serving alcohol after eating. All in all it was a pleasant experience with its fair share of unexpected. The chefs deserve their title and the waiter(s) all respect. I as a Romanian, found an unexpected interlocutor. Me with the little Greek I knew, them with the little Romanian they knew, got along perfectly fine. Of course English was the base language, but that didn't stop us from wanting to learn a bit more words from one-anothers culture. Those waiters deserve a raise for the effort they put into welcoming people and making them feel as home!

We received wrong order for 2 out of 3 ordered dishes. Very crowded, seems like an tourist trap. The athmoshere was ok, from time to time they are doung some smashing plătea show, they have some plyground for kids. The garlic pita was some sliced bread with no garlic taste

Wow, best meal I had. And the waiter was so good with the children! There is a little play area too to keep them entertained. I had the beef stifado and it was one of the nicest meals I have ever ate!

After a wonderful 10 days in Kalamaki there is no where we would prefer to eat other than the Pandesia, everything is perfect from the staff to the food. Aris and his team will look after you from the moment you arrive to the moment you leave. The food is absolutely incredible and at a brilliant price. The Greek night and nightly entertainment they put on every night is wonderful, with something always going on! If your looking for somewhere to eat in Kalamaki with a friendly authentic Greek atmosphere look no further than the Pandesia! Opa ❤️

If you want a complete greek experience you must try this gem. The food is tasty, but the staff is the best I have ever met. Free starter, free drinks at the end. Gabriel and Aris are two professional waiters who will entertain you throughout the expercience, no doubt. Must visit if you come to Zakynthos.

We had a great time at the Pandesia restaurant Tuesday nights is traditional Greek show with professional greek dancers, where you can experience the smashing plates Greek traditions, the owner is a wonderful person whom made sure everyone has a great time.I highly recommend everyone whom wants to enjoy a great dinner.

The best risotto I’ve ever had along with the homemade lemon cheesecake. They are a MUST-try. Overall a great experience. Recommending if you’re searching for a quality restaurant that serves quality food.

A really popular restaurant that can get busy during peak times. The food is very good indeed. Staff are friendly, one in particular is very jolly and is something of a comedian. The manage is stern and grumpy and doesn't appear to treat staff very well... He is clearly very focused on getting customers in, something I'm not fond of being conscious of whilst I'm enjoying a meal.

Just perfect! Delicious food, tasty drinks, all in one. But for good feeling is important how you are treated as guest. And in Parthenon restaurant I felt like a princess. Friendly staff, polite behavior and really good service during picking my food and drink. And I can tell if you like to eat somewhere, where you want to feel good, go there. And enjoy :)

Well ....the food is amazing .....but and it's a big BUT the the one waiter decided too take our starter's away before we even finished and bring our mains out it was just as if he didn't even care about us just another customer to serve and get out like I said the food was amazing bud the one waiter not so

Had the best nights here! We stayed in Kalamaki for ten days and had dinner here five times. ;) Would absolutely recommend it to anyone. Big menu so there is always something you love and it tastes amazing! Waiters are so lovely, they do everything to make sure you have the best evening! Ordered garlic bread as starter, lamb chops and chicken souvlaki. Very good taste, big portion sizes, great service, nice atmosphere. Not many drinks options but you can still find something to your liking.

The food was so delicious that we went 2 times to this amazing restaurant. The 2 Waiter was where friendly and also talked to us what I really enjoyed a lot. If you are in Kalamaki Street you have to visit this place !

We visited the Taverna Ammos twice in October 2023 and both times it was great! We had: bread with olive oil, feta cheese and olives; tzatziki; small fish (white bait) with potatoes; mussels; moussakas and feta with honey and sesame. Everything tasted really delicious, the ambience was cosy and that what you expect from a greek taverna. At the end of our meal we got a small free dessert and some greek mead. The friendliness of the employees made us feel really welcome and it was a pleasure to spend our time there!

A great restaurant if you’re looking for traditional homemade green food! The portions were huge, and came with complimentary appetisers of bread, olives and feta. We had the fisherman’s pasta and sofrito which were both delicious, but nothing tops the complimentary dessert made with biscuit layers and a honey topping. The staff were all incredibly friendly and gave incredible service and enjoyed a flight of Greek wines and liquors with us. They even sent us home with an extra portion of dessert because we enjoyed it so much. Would definitely go back and highly recommend!

Cozy port city restaurant run by a bunch of friendly men with a good sense of humour. We ordered stuffed wine leaves, white house wine and mixed seafood & fish grill for 2. The grill was better than some others I had on the island. We also got free honey wine and a small dessert. The food was good and prices are aligned with Zakynthos city average. One more waiter working at the restaurant would ensure things run a bit smoother and waiting times are shorter. The white house wine was very good.

Amazing traditional greek food and such a friendly staff. They gave is desserts, appetizers and alcohol on the house and the entire dinner experience was unforgettable. Definitely recommend it if you are in Zante.

The sea bream was really amazing, fresh and perfectly cooked. The calamari was a bit chewy but the desert was homemade and really good. The owner was very friendly and generous.

The food was ok. Service was ok. What I didn't like was the extra charge of 3 euro put on a separate receipt and the new amount to pay written by hand .....

Amazing food with an amazing staff, everyone working there was super nice and friendly, just for this I highly recommend to go there! Additional point they offered deserts and alcohol, as many restaurants in Greece but particularly there. Won’t explain too much, you have to try!

Fried aubergine and dolma were really tasty, the main course was fresh and very good sea bream well cooked and good portion same for the grilled squid !

The food was excellent, at the end of the dinner they offered a delicious dessert whit a sweet typical liquor. The staff was very kind. You have to try the cheesy garlic bread. Everything perfect. Recommend!

This place looks beautiful from outside and after a few nights of walking past it we finally decided to eat here. The ambiance was indeed nice but we found the food quite disappointing. The Souvlaki presentation was pretty cool but I found the taste quite bland. We also ordered a pasta that wasn't tasty at all. The portions were decent. Overall, we left feeling disappointed with the taste of the food.

Absolutely brilliant restaurant, just a shame we found it on our last night as think we would have eaten here every night. The staff are so friendly & welcoming, the food is a class above all other restaurants we went to but with reasonable prices, highly recommended. I had the chicken risotto which was amazingly tasty and my husband had beef stifado which he loved just as much.

M-eating, in short it was great. In long it has, friendly staff, amazing food;especially the chicken is incredible, nice atmosphere. Really a place to have waren during your holiday.

We had dinner here with the family earlier this week. The food was very nice and a lot of choice. The service was quick and nice but we felt they were not very genuine, it was all a bit hasty. Definitely a good stop for a good meal not for the atmosphere though.

went on vacation in zakynthos with my family and we found this absolutely wonderful restaurant. their staff was so incredibly nice and welcoming. as for the food, there's nothing you could go wrong with. i think we ate there 3 or 4 times and everytime the food was even better than the night before. i absolutely recommend visiting this restaurant if you're ever in zakynthos!

The most delicious meal I’ve eaten in a while I had the Garlic King prawns would highly recommend! The only slight disappointment was the portion of calamari given other than that all the food was delicious
