Adjacent to the old church is a spectacular new chapel where a lot of services are held . They also allow you to view their fabulous hand carved presepi, the nativity scenes with unbelievably carved figures in glorious colours which are displayed to the public at Christmas and Easter.

This place is a magical paradise. You will not be disappointed. It definitely gets crowded so if you want a good spot I would suggest to get there early and spend the day exploring all the parts of the beach. Parking for the day was 6 Euro. Once you park you have to do a short hike to get to the other side in order to see the beautiful grotta. Took an hour from Cetraro to get here and back home (always traffic because their is only one main road that leads to all the beach towns). Highly recommend!!!!

Then you will descent in a beautiful beach. There is no sand, it's a vulcanic beach. The water is fresh and blue. The access is limitated for 30 minutes. It's an idea to see something different and unique in the coastline
