It’s a nice, hip restaurant with authentic Turkish foods in such a touristic area. It’s definitely not a tourist trap. The owner is also super nice guy; we ended up to talking with each other for a while and he even offered a free tea to me. So I highly recommend this place.

This is the best meal in Turkey in two week! The sea bream is heavenly yummy ~ so fresh, delicate and juicy. The vibe is so chill with the lovely background music. Best location and good value. Its truely a MUST EAT in Pamukkale 😇

Average restaurant. Great ambiance as plenty of seating inside. Got the chicken kebab, lentil soup, cheese sticks. Taste was average for everything, could be better. 2 beautiful big golden retriever dogs inside though!

Enjoyed the place so much, we had dinner here twice. We had the Kofte and Adana Kebap. I enjoyed the way they served the dish - hot plate with fire under. For winter - it keeps the food warm. It even cooked the rice more to make it crispy.

I can’t begin to explain how great this place was!! The attention, the food, the place!! This is a family run place and you can see the love they have put into this place. I recommend this 100%. If you see the outside and doubt it a little, don’t!! It’s worth it!

Super cold draft beer, excellent sauteed chicken liver and delicious appetizers on the house. It's perhaps the most charming restaurant in town in terms of decor. The manager Ali was very friendly, explaining to us that the place started out as a wine bar but eventually became a restaurant. Thumbs up! I'll come back end October to taste local wine.

We went searching for Kayas Wine House based on the positive reviews, and the recommendations were spot on. We initially went for lunch and enjoyed the meal so much we went again for dinner to try some more options. Their Adana Kebab and Mixed Grill were the best items we had, everything was so flavourful and served on a sizzling plate with a burner. The picture is the beefsteak option, which was also good but the other items were better. Their buttery rice was delicious, as well as the bread and minty yoghurt dip. Finally, their hospitality cannot be beaten, some of the best service we experienced during our whole trip, and the 2 golden retrievers that walk around keeping the patrons company were an added bonus, Pamuk and her son. Highly recommend Kayas and the Adana kebab here is a must-try dish.

Easily the best restaurant in Pamukkale. The vibe here is warm and cozy. Staff were very friendly and accommodating to serving us a delicious meal. Our Adana Kebab was perfect and probably the best I’ve had in Turkey. We loved how it was served with a live flame and every bite was just perfect. They had Efes on tap and it was a nice touch with our meal. We will definitely be back next time. And watch out for the two sweet dogs who greet you on the way in!

Had the pleasure to eat here on our visit to Pamukkale. It has been recently renovated and the staff all speak English. The food was reasonably priced and tasted excellent! They also have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks. 10/10 recommended

This is a cozy restaurant including mini bar, we didn’t take any drink but we ordered a big dinner, very yummy food and the boss was very considerate, he light the fireplace while we mentioned the weather was too cold. we met the chef as well all lovely people.

This is a typical medium standard, family owned, public restaurant. The worst thing about here is that there are two dogs inside the restaurant's terrace and when you eat they come and disturb you to get food. Next thing is thst prices are for tourists, i mean higher that it should be. Be careful the waiters take order but they do it wrong or forget some of your order. Normally they bring your order fast. The good thing about this place is that compared to most of the restaurants around, this place have better ambiance and taste. Stuff seems caring (but tiredof working). Apart from this there is nothing special. Just, eat, drink, chat and leave...

This was one of our favorite places we went through our time in pamukkale! The vibe was awesome and they use frozen glasses for their efes. The boards have almost no room for new places but we found a space, feels really special to see a place of home and so nice that they are appreciative of the other cultures that visit. Definitely make a stop here

Bumped into this bar while walking through Pamukkale after visiting the so-called pools and quickly caught our attention. All we ordered, as much food as drinks, was really great and our server was very attentive and kind. If you are visiting Pamukkale and are looking for a place to just have a drink or something to eat, this is your place.

Hasan was absolutely amazing and very accommodating with celebrating our special day. He made interesting food choices for us which did not disappoint and the food tat came from the kitchen was spectacular. Lamb perfectly cooked. Bread wasn’t burnt and there dried roasted peppers in yogurt is fricken amazing. Would recommend this place after a long day at the thermal pools. 100% service. Thanks again. Best restaurant I’ve been to in the past week I’ve been visiting Turkey. We ordered the sucuk sausage and tatar for appetizers and they were DELICIOUS. Ordered adana kebab and urfa kebab for entrees and they were also very tasty. The entree plates had enough little sides for me to be extremely full by the end of the meal. The service was amazing, they brought Turkish tea once after appetizers and then another time at the end of the meal. We didn’t get to try the desserts because we were very full by then. Highly recommend this restaurant!

I personally enjoyed this restaurant very much. The food was very flavorful and delicious. It was a Turkish style restraunt and I was happy with the food. Honestly a bit pricey but definitely worth it. Their menu was different then usual Turkish restraunts but still nonetheless great food. Highly recommended. ( I personally recommend the pepper appetizer- delicious and flavorful!!!!!:)

The food here was delicious! Some of the best Katmer I’ve ever had. The setting was also beautiful with a great sunset.

Impecable service, they asked us if we liked lamb, after that they just serve us whatever they think we might like and indeed it was the best part. Lamb liver was unexpected but good, their hummus is WOW!!! ( I don’t particularly like hummus) too many plates that I can’t pronounce their names but so good. We didn’t have reservations but they made room for us.

I had lunch and dessert there today. It was one of the best meals I ate in Turkey, and the waiters were very professional and fluent in English. Everything was wonderful.

We were given starters letting to believe they are free and could only have one. Then we got charged for four starters at 150 tl each. We only seen the main course prices and got a total surprise that the starters came to twice the price of the main course. We liked the meal but left to feel really ripped off. We would never return nor recommend this place. You pay for everything that is put on your table without even have asked for it.charged for table service. Food is nice but there are better places, better and more honestly priced than this one.

I was a bit reluctant to book this restaurant at first since its reservation only. Anyways we came The food and service is top notch! We had ordered Adana kebab and chicken wings. The portions are massive and there are many sauces with the chips. The food was great and the service is great. Definately recommended here if you had a bad experience with the other restaurants. Great experience for me and my wife. Thank you We went there the next day too and had the lamb with rice dish and burger. Best customer service received in the whole of Turkey.

Just stopped by this gem of a restaurant by chance and we’re lucky enough to get a reservation. Other than seeing the cotton castle itself which was exquisite, having dinner here was one of the best and most memorable experiences we have had!! A simple family run restaurant, with amazing homemade style food in huge portions along with a unique experience of genuine Turkish hospitality! Special kudos to the host for an unforgettable experience!! Thoroughly enjoyed!!

We had a wonderful time in this restaurant. The service was impeccable and it was nothing like we experienced before. They gave us free snacks and drinks as well at the end. A wonderful surprise in Pamukkale! Delicious food, tea, coffee and the best service I've experienced in Turkey so far 💙 (and in restaurants in general!) They even offered us complimentary apple tea with chocolate. We came today for breakfast, came back for dinner, and will certainly come back for more tomorrow! The most adorable family owned restaurant I've been to, totally give it a try!

I was initially skeptical about this place, thinking that it must be ‘too good to be true’. Every review I’ve read here is only positive, and I wasn’t sure about the need to reserve for a small restaurant. But I was truly blown away. My dinner here was one of the most memorable experiences throughout my entire trip in Turkey. Absolutely LOVE this place. Amazing friendly service, prices were low, and food came in big portions. I’d highly recommend anyone visiting Pammukkale that this is the only restaurant to try.

Great restaurant with nice ambience and very delicious food. Everything was so tasteful and big portions for the price. They gave us a large selection of Turkish sauces to try with the French fries and the homemade dressing for the salad. Also they gave us courtesy tea or coffee at the end of our meal. Highly recommended!

The waiter was warm and helped set up a variety of cutlery and 25 sauces just for fries. The seller was the food for sure. The chicken plate with rice tasted like a Spanish paella, wet with tomato base and generous chunks of chicken. A definite favorite. Lamb sish was well roasted as well with huge portions of vegetables. Overall, a memorable stop after traveling at the tourist attractions.

Little family run restaurant, however, it might be the best restaurant in Turkey. The owner is super friendly, the service was perfect, and the pan lamb was so delicious. We were also treated by some free tea and light deserts after the meal. Everything was perfect.

You SHOULD definitely stop by when visiting Pamukkale. The food was excellent (finally we've found some decent spaghetti 🍝). On top of that, the service was beyond expectation (the best I ever experienced during my trip in Turkey till now). I want to thank you again for your hospitality.

came across this restaurant on google and the reviews sold me! reservations are compulsory and I did it through google. they responded straight away! we arrived and the service was OUTSTANDING. the gentleman who served us was kind, polite and helpful. the menu was clear and concise, not too overcrowded. they asked if we wanted the drinks to be served at the same time as the food which is always a plus point! food and ice cream was delicious and we were given an array of 25 condiments! delicious sauces that i’ve never seen before, all laid out accordingly. we were given complimentary teas, croissants, chocolates and water bottles to go! I have never been so impressed. the prices were really good. altogether for two people the bill came up to roughly £15. fantastic restaurant, amazing hospitality. definitely recommend to all visiting in the area. thank you team!

It’s not just a restaurant, it’s an experience being in a family restaurant and with a genuine Turkish hospitality. It’s rare to find a place like this. The gentleman who welcomed us was super kind, very friendly and they made and amazing night for us. Food was so delicious. Portions are huge and prices in comparison with other restaurants around was way cheaper. They brought us so many sauces and after the meal brought gifts and free welcoming sweets ( Ikram ) The environment is warm and cozy. I highly recommend it.

Reviews are spot on, this is real!! I’m only sorry we did not come our first night so we could just eat here every night. The food was delicious. The main dishes come with a large salad, the hottest freshest moist but perfect on the outside French fries, rice, roaster small red and green pepper and good flat bread. The service is amazing. They are very professional and extremely generous with service, water, tea and tasty nuts and little chocolates. We had one main meal and the green beans. They brought out pickles and a couple of other things and so many condiments/sauces. I have never seen that many!! We had a coffee or latte cake, it was very good. I’m very picky so when I give a good review, believe me it’s was so worth it. We were very lucky to have come. I thought it was very odd that you have to reserve but I say before you get here do yourself a favor and reserve, eat here and don’t go anywhere else. It also has the best prices for the portions and quality of what you get. We did two other places and I can say don’t bother this is by far the best price and best food and service. Look at the photos posted here and that is what you get. Don’t be scared of the prices because it worked out to be less expensive than anywhere else at the end of the day. I have not been impressed with the restaurants in Pamukkale but Hiera was very good. It’s our first stop in Turkey so I am hoping the food vs price and quality gets better. Food and service was impeccable! Every dish was amazing and freshly cooked on the spot. Definitely visit this restaurant when you pass by Pamukkale! Also generous portions and very delicious. Amazing lamb chop, chicken pan, potatoes wedges, pomegranate juice and apple tea!!! Also surprisingly many dipping sauces ;) Clean interior and vegetarian friendly too!

I don’t have the words to express how incredible everything was. We didn’t have a reservation as we are ill prepared but they thankfully could get us in. The service was excellent some of the best I’ve received in my life, the food was excellent. The portions are huge and everything was delicious, their pomegranate dressing they make in house is the perfect addition to the large salad that comes with your entree and the myriad of sauces they provide you’ll be sure to find something you enjoy. Incredible if I could rate it higher I would. The hospitality is beyond anything you could ever hope for, you’ll feel right at home. Make a reservation when you are in town for an experience you won’t forget. We left with some chocolates, nuts, water and croissants all as a gift and I cannot express my gratitude enough. We had a great time in this restaurant. The environment is amazing and the service is unbeatable. We would recommend this to anyone. The best food in Turkey and maybe all of Europe. It was the best restaurant we experienced in Turkey. The owner was super kind. Foods were great. And he cleaned everything so well. He pour beer to pre-frozen cups to make beer very cold. Also, at the end he recommended a local beer and gave it to us as a gift. I absolutely recommend this restaurant. If you ever come to Pamukkale, you must come to this restaurant.

A marvelous place. We had a wonderful meal and a great experience. The food and services are outstanding, a nice family run restaurant. It is a reservation only, we were lucky enough to get an outside table while walking in. The owner provided a blanket for all four of us. We were also invited to have tea inside on the house at the end as the table became available. The teas came with complementary candies and nuts. Through our conversation, the owner learned that it was a birthday of one of us, they also gave us a surprise cake. The restaurant is very cozy and the attention to details was amazing.

The owner was very accomodating as he was closed but seeing that we were famished he asked his kitchen if they could squeeze us in at 4pm for lunch. Had the mutton pilaf & it was satisfying, there’s a lot of appetisers and tons of sauces for the fries so we were really full after. What was comforting was he gave us nuts, chocs with the tea and when we couldn’t finished, he packed them and gave us extra mineral water to take away for free!!! Such heart warming hospitality!!!!

After a long day exploring Hieropolis, Pamukkale and Laodikeia I was hungry. Somehow ended up at Miske and it was great. Staff so friendly. I (and my wife) had some starter of cheese, salad and another veggie dish, and as mains lamb liver and mixed chicken dish. It was all super taste. Perfect place. And the price was very affordable for what you get!

Food is superb. Serving is on time. It's a local restaurant with local people as costumers. There is no tourist menu. It's a pity we don't get this food at our 5 star inclusive hotel.

This restaurant is the place to go, either you're looking for breakfast, lunch or dinner! We found it by chance when looking for a place to have dinner after visiting Pamukkale and it did not disappoint. Hakki was our waiter, he was very attentive and made us feel very welcome. All the food was so delicious that we came back for breakfast the following day. It is a great value for money since the prices are low but the quality is outstanding. We had the shashlik and the pistachio kebab for dinner, they also give you some complimentary starters which were very good. For breakfast we had the menu for two people, it is a shame that we don't have the stomach for all the food they bring out. I definitely recommend this restaurant and would go back in a heartbeat.

A group of us traveling through decided to stop when we saw Ramen. It definitely hit the spot! The owners were super friendly and very accommodating. The ramen was great but if you’re feeling up for a fresh taste try the bibimbap, the flavor of the chicken and chili sauce topped poke bowel style paired well. I tried breakfast & lunch, the food was super delicious. The highlight of the breakfast was the butter 🤩🤩🤩, home made butter that was super creamy and so tasty to the extent that you could eat it without bread or honey! We also had lunch there and it was finger licking good, the place is so cozy and if u go at night they have a beautiful garden you can enjoy 💫 I highly recommend their breakfasts over any other place in Denizli Pamukkale, and whats even better is the friendliness. We had other friends from Spain, they also loved their food and hospitality 🙏🏼

Touristic restaurant but with delicious food and friendly service. Back garden and front terrace. Tikka masala was very good.
