The atmosphere was chill, and the service was prompt and courteous. We had a feta salad and a baked camembert and they were both stunning! Beautifully presented and utterly delicious. The menu had a good spread of starters, mains and desserts. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a good meal in the centre of Deva, who is willing to take a chance on a less traditional menu. You won't be disappointed!

The best restaurant in Romania we have been by now. Were 10 people - two couples with kids. Everything we tried was delicious and good looking. The place isn't cheap but it worth the price. The service was also superb. I recommend to try ribs - really really good. Highly recommended!

Decided to visit Deva and had to go somewhere to eat. This place was top rated on Maps so me and my girlfriend went here. First impression wasn't anything special. After we sat down we were welcomed very quickly by a very nice waitress. We ordered our drinks and food which came surprisingly quick. The plates looked awesome and the taste was in line with expectations. Very delicious. The desserts took awhile to be prepared but the waitress warned us about this so everything was ok. I would recommend this place to anyone. If I could change something it would be the outside presentation, it's not on the same level with the food and services provided which are top notch. Food looks good, tastes ok but it’s nothing to brag about. It’s your typical wanna be premium restaurant, with average cooks. The staff was friendly though and we enjoyed the closeness to the Castle. Prices were reasonable too. So instead of getting a cheap hot dog or junk food on your way out of the Castle, you cant try something better at Werk.

Spend some lovely time in the terrace there, enjoying a meal and a beer. Food came late, but was a sunny day and didn't complain about. Very close to the Huniad castle, so I recommend on the way back to the parking.

The place itself is situated in an abandoned factory building, hence the name Werk being derived from the German word for factory (Werke). The staff is friendly, it doesn't take long for the order to arrive. The food and the serving is splendid and it is worth any waiting. The place looks very nice, and it is clean. The bathroom is modern. Beverages are also awesome. If there's an ongoing concert, you have to pay an extra fee of 50 RON to stay outside, but the inside does the trick as well. Will definitely return one day.
