Hôtel Pams is a turn-of-the-century mansion in Perpignan, open to the public and featuring intricate Art Nouveau design and lush grounds. Originally owned by a family with ties to the nearby cigarette paper factory, this remarkable house boasts stunning architecture that is sure to impress visitors. The museum is free to enter and can be explored in just a few minutes, showcasing exquisite artwork and beautiful courtyard gardens. This art deco gem is definitely worth visiting for those interested in history or design.
An incredible insight in to early 1900s, bourgeois affluence and indulgence in the Arts and Crafts influence and artistic craftsmanship of the time.

This is not an accommodation but a wonderful site visit! It's actually a house built with marvellous art and care. The family owned a cigarette paper factory right next to this house. The architecture will be surely appreciated. A must visit as you're walking through Perpignan city.

Really nice interior garden with designer benches and sculptures. The interior has some good art nouveau paintings. It's a good place to take a rest from the city.

Probably the nicest thing to see in Perpignan. An exquisite piece of architecture and art. Definitely worth a visit.
Perpignan Cathedral is a significant national monument of France and a Roman Catholic place of worship located in the town of Perpignan. The cathedral is constructed in the Catalan Gothic style and dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. It features a spacious nave with seven cross-vaults, a short transept, and apse with a vault featuring seven keys. Notably, it also showcases an exquisite wooden carving of Jesus.
Beautiful cathedral in a beautiful city, the each chapel is stunning. When I visited the church was beautifully decorated for Easter. Tip: the interior of the church remains cool even on hot days in Perpignan. ;).
Eli Wovcha — Google review
Like so many of the many magnificent churches in the region there is the sense of peace and serenity inside the building. The ornate sculptures and altars are amazing - too much to see in a short visit.

Perpignan Cathedral is a must see if you are visiting Perpignan. It is a Roman Catholic cathedral, and a national monument of France, located in the town of Perpignan in Languedoc-Roussillon. It is dedicated to Saint John the Baptist. The cathedral was built in the Catalan Gothic style, because of its association with the Kingdom of Majorca. It has a wide nave made of seven cross-vaults, and features a short transept and apse, whose vault features seven keys.
Anthony Shoraka — Google review
Beautiful cathedral at the heart of the Perpignan, dedicated to St John the Baptist. I love the Catalan Gothic style and the seven cross-vaults are all different beauties.
Highly recommended visit, not only in Summer when it's so warm outside ;-)
Christophe Pilut — Google review
Beautiful Gothic cathedral that is located in the heart of the city. The place is well-preserved and is full of amazing architectural details. I particularly loved the stained glass windows. The peaceful atmosphere of the cathedral makes it a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city.
Roberto Rodríguez Perrino — Google review
A must see if in Perpignan. No admission fee. Not as large as some but very good.
Mark Pittman — Google review
Just a normal church, I like the simple and compact architectural style, typical for the region, but I wouldn't say it's a must see.
Aurelia Ghenuche — Google review
This Cathedral is simply beautiful and features a lot of gold inside it around the canvas. It is currently undergoing major refurbishment but it is open and free to visit.

Not bad, if you are visiting the city it is a place to see it.
Beside that, the cathedral has nothing special.
The Musée d'art Hyacinthe Rigaud showcases a diverse range of decorative art and paintings spanning from the baroque to modern era, including works by the renowned artist Picasso. The museum is well-regarded for its impressive collection and is open on Sundays. Visitors can enjoy exploring the exhibits in a serene atmosphere, particularly during quieter months like January. The surrounding area also offers plenty to see and do, making it an ideal destination for art enthusiasts and cultural explorers alike.
Nice museum with well displayed paintings. Well worth a visit.

A beautiful art museum and a definite must-see if you are in Perpignan. Fantastic collection of works. The tickets are very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and helpful; there are lockers, a water fountain and a garden.
NB that 90% of the material is in French or Catalan. It would be great if there were some more signs in other languages/English.
Rhian Friedeberg-Steward — Google review
A compelling and interesting art museum if you are in to French art. It is over 3 floors and moderate in size. Not in English sadly. Price was 10 euro which seemed a little steep for this but overall a good way to spend an hour.
Vin Chenzo — Google review
This is a great gallery that I would recommend to anyone visiting Perpignan. Nice coffee around the corner and top quality art inside. The Picasso is an obvious attraction, but also enjoyed the Dufy and other modern artists.

Cinema experience is good. The theatre is a little far from city with very few bises going there. Rest is good. There are many restaurants around to eat and very nearby also a kids play area called Yeti Cabane. All in all good.
I would totally recommend going there between siesta hours while most bar/restaurants are closed, you have sitting space, free wife and ac, to pass the time and a few interactions that are worth checking. At night when it’s closed you get (in my opinion) the best view, the lighting’s beautiful and drinking a wine at the bar across it was an amazing experience.
Luisa Gregoria — Google review
I have never been treated this rudely in any French city's tourist office. The two women working that day literally turned their backs on me as I approached the counter. I stood there for a minute or two and then politely asked them about the La Sanch. "We have nothing." Then they walked away and started stocking shelves.
Fortunately, I was able to find the information I needed elsewhere.
The two stars are not for the staff, but for the brochures and the beautiful building itself.

Les Halles Vauban is definitely the place to go in Perpignan. Great food and local wine is offered to the city's hipster society, where young meets old. On the weekend, there's even a DJ playing nice tunes to make your hips shake.
Matthias Straub — Google review
Some stalls looked appetizing but we saw obvious mould on some salads that were there. I had a steak tartare that wasn’t up to much. The next day I had appalling diarrhea with stomach cramps. We lost a day of our holiday because of this. It could only have been this meal. On closer look at the photo I took of the dish it’s obvious it that it’s not fresh. Be very careful.

The Natural History Museum is an enduring establishment containing an assortment of preserved insects, animals, and skeletons on public display. Although small and unconventional with minimal labels, its unique character is endearing to visitors who find it reminiscent of a personal collection rather than a contemporary museum. The museum boasts numerous exhibits including uranium mineral samples, diverse stuffed animals, and animal skeletons - exceeding initial expectations despite its limited size.
Old, faded splendour, dark and dusty museum. I was the only person in on my visit and it seemed really spooky - needless to say, I loved it! I was too scared to see the mummy as it was in a very dark room and I was afraid of the curse.
Super friendly staff and well worth a visit. I loved it.

(Translated by Google) Fares are high and no reduced fares for disabled people. Fortunately I love small theaters, so I'll pass on... But still 😉
It was great 👍

The security man tells us that we cannot go through because we do not have a professional and accredited photographer's pass. He tells us to leave the camera in the car. What car if we have come by train. It does not say on its poster that cameras cannot be taken or in the publicity of the event either

Muy divertido la fiesta que hicieron en ese espacio cultural. Al aire libre y muy bonita el monasterio abandonado que hay de fondo.
