The Nevsehir Museum, established in 1987, showcases cultural and archaeological artifacts from the Cappadocian region spanning three thousand years. Despite limited written explanations, the museum's exhibits on ethnography and ancient history are interesting. Although it is smaller than other museums in the region, entrance to this free museum creates a peaceful atmosphere for visitors. However, some may find that its collection of items is comparatively weaker due to neglect by its caretakers.
You can see historical artifacts from ancient times till this century.

The coin collection from different empires are quiet interesting! The entrance is free.

This is a nice museum with displays on the ethnographic and ancient history of the Cappadocian region spanning three millennium. A little off-the-beaten track, the collections here are actually really interesting, albeit that there is a limited amount of written explanations. But then again, the museum is completely free and is definitely worth a visit.
Steven Allen — Google review
It is free for the visitors, the general atmosphere is nice and peaceful. But when we compare the museum with the other Cappadocia cities' museums it is quite weak and items are less. They didnt care much.
Esra Duru — Google review
Museum is free.
There are a lot of items, you might expect a lot more from the Byzantine period but ok.
Worth a visit

there are so many open museums around Cappadocia that's why most of the people forget to visit this place. If you follow the yellow sign to reach the museum. when you enter the garden of the museum you could also see lot of cubes, tombs and many stone sculptures.. on the first level you could find a lot of animal fossils , and bones. These fossils are the fossils of sea creatures. that means many years ago there is an inland sea at cappadocia.. lots of stuff from very old periods..

Tiny museum
No dedicated/nearby marked parking
Wasn’t easy to find
Free entry
Welcoming staff

Cool artifacts, was entirely empty and that meant no queue as we were the only ones, free entry too.
Forum Kapadokya is a humble indoor shopping complex characterized by modern furnishings, an eatery area and a variety of merchants. Cappadocia, on the other hand, offers plenty of entertainment for those with an inclination towards ancient history. After spending several days immersing yourself in Goreme's charm, it's time to resume your regular routine.
Back to normal way of life after severals days soaking up Goreme

a bad shopping mall with useless rules and unnecessary, not helping just problem making security officers in a good location and shuttles to the airport depart front of it everyday

One of the few malls in cappadocia. it was ok for a mall in the small town.
Hendra Susanto — Google review
A well organised shopping mall with a good size enclosed car park underneath and just off the major arteries roads.
It lacks a good selection of high street brands.
Staff is friendly and upholds high moral values as I forgot my hand bag and a female staff rushed it back to me.

Cappadocia is fun and if you are interested in ancient history then you have so much to explore.

shop called “kilifim store” where you can buy phone related stuff. We bought something for a way to high price, a half hour later we decided to return it after doing some research. The women sold it for 840lira. But when we searched it online it was the same product for 400lira. She said that her boss would not accept returned items. This is ridiculous!
Gamzz — Google review
It’s a very small mall. Not to many stores. More for a food court.

Only went to two shops to get jeans for the boys, and obviously other tops they wanted,, but all very close to the exit so didn't walk around it.

Small mall with mostly Turkish brands.
A small foodcourt and a small cinema with no movies in English. There is a big Migros supermarket.
It is nice and quiet, not very crowded.

A good shopping centre. Has a big range of shops and restaurants.
Nissara AVM is an indoor shopping center located in the heart of Nevsheir city. It offers a variety of clothing stores, fast-food eateries, and coffee shops for shoppers to enjoy. The mall also includes a supermarket and a movie theater, as well as a play area for children. Inside and outside the mall there is an excellent selection of dining options available.
Personally i like this mall, you can find many local brand stuff is available in this mall. Upstairs having a food court that you can find nice durum, burger, kebap and etc. There is two small store selling Corn 🌽🌽 and Tava Dondurma 🍦🍦 it was super delicious.

very bad shopping mall with too many shops but has stupid rules, we couldn't enter inside because we had bottles of wine in our bags even we said those cheriati security officers we won't drink inside and already bottles are unopened but they didn't help us! so, not recommended for real
Adriano Fanso — Google review
Many good shops but not a good supermarket for food.
No quality restaurants.

A nice place for shopping and eating at the centre of Nevsheir city. Few coffee restaurants are awesome as well.

This was a large mall with a variety of stores. Parking was available underground, they have a neat way to keep track of how long you park for with cameras and are charged on the way out. There are also kiosks where you can pay before exiting. The mall has a laundry store where you can drop off clothes to be laundered, a food court, coffee kiosks, ice cream kiosks, all sorts of retail stores, etc. It is very central and within driving distance from Göreme, Avanos, Urgup, and Nevşehir. Parking is available, but its underground, and there might be some walking to reach the stores. The curves oncevyouventer the building until the parking spot are very tight. There are many stores, off all kinds, most of them designer stores and mucho expensive than bazaars or street stores.

Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa (12+) - Luxury Hotel Cappadocia
The Kapadokya Hill Hotel & Spa, a lavish boutique hotel located in Cappadocia, provides guests with comfortable accommodations in charming chambers and suites. The rooms are uniquely designed in caverns, offering a cozy atmosphere for visitors to relax and unwind. The establishment also boasts fine-dining options at its restaurant, as well as various swimming pools and a spa that provide guests with ample opportunities for recreation or relaxation.
Great hotel with helpful staff. Receptionist Niloofar showed great customer service not forgetting all the other staff especially the kitchen staff. The hotel has a old but grand feel to it with great features. I especialy love the fireplace in the Lobby. The A la carte menu was amazing i especially enjoyed the steak. The swimming pool was heated much needed after a cold hike. Overall great hotel however the only negative is that the hotel does not allow an Iron in their rooms. You must wait till 9am and get the staff to iron your clothes which in not practicle.

We were promised an upgraded room and did not receive it.
The staff don't speak English. Location is pretty far away from the main areas.
Breakfast and hotel itself is pretty nice, so I would say over all it's a 4 star hotel.

A minor issue with the cooling of the loft room. They moved us at no cost to a premium suite. Fantastic hotel and attentive staff. A wonderful location to see Cappadocia without having to be in the heat of Goreme. The restaurant was lovely and romantic and the food was fantastic

This stay was incredible! Couple minor hiccups but nothing that is a big deal! We had a massage and a scrub/wash with the two girls (me and my husband), We were with them for two hours it was the BEST massages of our lives and we went to plenty of spas all over the world. (We booked the massage for the same day)
The staff is amazing and very quick to help with everything we needed! The service and food was great!
We stood in the Madonna room and it was beautiful we didn’t feel like we needed to leave our room for anything! Felt like a castle / dream!
The hallways are a little chilly but I mean that’s expected because we are in a cave so keep that in mind but the room felt perfect!
I would recommend to anyone coming to visit! We stayed for two nights and we wanted to book for more!
Thank you so much you are all amazing!

Dear Hill Hotel! Your hotel was so nice, your staff was outstanding and giving fast and precise assistance, really appreciated. The food was great, the room beautiful and clean, perfect service. I would like to emphasize the great service of: Niloofar, Zeynep and Fatma.

Everything superlative!
From the rooms, facilities, restaurant and staff, everything is way beyond expectations!
And Cappadocia is very cheap. Much cheaper than Istanbul. Also, the world is much more educated!
It must be seen at least once in a lifetime!

I had a great experience here, the staff are so helpful and the rooms are clean. I don't recommend it of you come without car but if you jave your car you will enjoy it.
I also want to mention that the jacuzzi jets are not clean, the moment you open them it shoots dirt with water so if you are coming here to enjoy the jacuzzi, Don't.

An excelent choice for tourists to stay. Rooms were differently decorated and very clean. Service was exceptional and restaurant downstairs was a great dinning experience. Staff once again was friendly, specially Mr. Ahmad from the reception desk was generous. Mr. Yaman was our taxi driver for both red and green tour, arranged by the hotel. That guy was exceptional too. Enjoyed every bit of our stay. Highly recommended.
Loved the hotel.

Highly recommend.
(Translated by Google) It is truly sad that such a historical place has been abandoned to its fate. Many of its points have been plundered by treasure seekers. Even in this state, it is a fascinating environment.
If you happen to be here, travel carefully. Because the structures in the environment are built on top of each other and there are tunnels underneath. Almost all houses are connected to each other underground. Some points you walk on may be at risk of collapse. In this place where no one comes, animals may have nested in the buildings and tunnels (wolves, foxes, etc.). Be careful while visiting this place.

Not worth visiting. Access road is unpleasant and it is very similar to stuff in mainstream areas. There is a reason why the reviews above and below me say that it is so peaceful and quiet - no one wants to go there.

An absolute MUST!!!
The landscape, the caves and the hospitality of the Turks is something very extraordinary. Also a good opportunity to get an idea of how people lived over 2000 years ago.
My recommendation: It's best to rent a car yourself and drive around then you'll see a lot more and can take a look at the tourist-free areas in peace.

Atemberaubende gegend 😍
