Upon arrival, despite the timing of closing, one still managed to appreciate the scenic environment and is considering a future visit for a more thorough exploration. There are numerous picturesque spots for photography enthusiasts and sufficient dining options available even after a long drive on the highways. The ranch known as Chokchai Farm offers an extensive array of agrotourism facilities coupled with various entertainment opportunities and food choices. Their homemade chocolate, cheese and fresh milk ice cream stands out as particularly impressive.
We had arrived just as everything was starting to close but still managed to enjoy some of the beautiful scenery around this place and will consider coming back to have a more detailed look around next time. There is alot of beautiful places to take photos here. It’s also a good place to stop after a long drive on the highways as there is places open to eat here. check out my YouTube The Travelling Social Worker

The staple place for milk and steak. They offer self guided tour, petting zoo, restaurant and souvenir shop. The staff on site were all friendly and nice. For me the highlights are the milk and ice cream. The farm itself setup for photography tour. The sheep were really cute.

The place is well organized, I had a burger it’s expensive and average. The ice cream was also ok. There is lots to see, very clean , lots of parking but also the elephant I felt awful seeing it. 55 years in captivity.

Huge farm with flower garden, zoo, cafe, museum, farm animals, cowboy show… you can drive in our car by paying 80THB per vehicle & entry fee per adult is 80THB… you will need minimum 2-3 hours in this farm… highly recommended especially if you have kids they will love this place.

Great place for family there has a lot of thing to do here ex. ride an ATV, feed a sheep, ride a miniature horse
You can drive your car inside this place if need
There also have a restaurant here but a bit high price
Recommend to go there in the cloudy day cuz it so hot

Farm Chokchai is fun and engaging especially if you have kids. We didn't do any of the tours and spent most of our time there just feeding the animals and taking pictures, which was perfectly OK for us. The farm has a 'free access' feel to it but was relatively empty with most of the stores closed when we visited. There were also quad bike and buggy rides on top of the tours and milking / feeding activities.
Jianwei Oh — Google review
The atmosphere is very good. I've been there many times and especially during the winter, the weather is very nice. The food is delicious and there are many activities to do, with my favorite activity being driving an ATV. You can also go feed the animals or take photos, with space for running around and relaxing.

Very nice agrotourism object with many entertainment and food options. I'm especially impressed with their ice cream made of fresh milk, homemade chocolate and cheeses.

I have been seeing many entertaining farm in Thailand and overseas. I think this place is the best entertaining farm in Thailand. The owner try to decorate atmospheres and manage like in an overseas. Those animals are so clean and healthy. Children are love it. It can be another edutainment as well.

Nice farm. Can feed animals, take a horse ride, ATV, and milk the cow. Many good locations for taking photos as well.
Visan S. (Khun) — Google review
We believe this place is perfect and fun for families with young kids. Perhaps not for the hot days though. It's worth a visit to show your kids some friendly farm animals. You can drive yourself into the farm and enjoy it at your own pace. Anyway our kids enjoy milking a cow. The driveway in the Chokchai farm looks vast but there are only a few things to do. We wish there were more activities or animal enclosure more.

my first time to be in Khao Yai, we picked Farm Chokchai as one of spots. It’s good for family to spend here. You can feed goats, lambs and have cowboys show. We tried strawberry and original milk, the original is more rich and tasty 👍🏻

Our children had a great time here, spent more than half a day.
They have flowers, animal feeding, pony riding, mini zoo, museum...
Worth to allocate a day here 👍

Nice and large dairy farm. There’re 4 zones.
1st zone you can watch and play with sheep
2nd zone are flowers
3rd zone is cowboy station where you can watch cowboy show, pet show, play some games, rent ATV, try their milk and ice cream
And the last zone you may see the process of making milk and ice cream.
Also you can enjoy steak at their restaurants (Chokchai Steakhouse)

This place entrance on high way,
Entrance 100b
You can drive your own car across farm.
Nice things -
3 Tigers
Turtle
Sheeps
Horse and cows.
You can feed sheep's by buying 100b grass.
Also, old planes and fighter plane, jeeps are nice too.
Food -
Burger, ice cream shops. But I went nearby famous Thai restaurant which have vegetarian options available.

We and our son really enjoyed visiting the farm using the car and walking around.
The admission prices with the own car are 100 baht for each adult and 50 baht for the children.
All the attractions inside the farm space have to be paid separately, as well the food to feed the animals.
Funny the experience to feed the ship that come all around you trying to reach the grass you are holding.
I suggest to try the very nice ice cream that they make with the fresh milk produced in the farm, 52 bath for a cup of 85 g.
Then if like us, after walking around, visiting the museum and the small zoo you will get hungry, do not miss the Hamburger House or the Steak House.
Impressive!. That feeling starts when you are at about 3 kilometres from the temple and you see the Buddha statue at the mountain hill. Impressive is also everything around the temple, the stairway (hundreds...) the garden with the peacocks, and the amazingly well maintained surroundings
marc van looy — Google review
The highlight of the temple is the white buddha statue of 45 meters on the mountain that visible from the Highway No. 2 (Mittraphap Road) in northeastern Thailand. The 1,250 steps of the two paths left and right leading uphill to the statue and the beautiful views of it surrounding nature. There is an artificial forest called Secret Art Garden with art objects, galleries, a museum and café nearby.

Lots of peacocks spreading their feathers, beautiful white big Buddha on hill side. Good exercise climbing up the steps . Worth a visit.

I am so glad that l am able to climb all the way up 1290 steps. Beautiful view
Loi HLan — Google review
Beautiful temple! The point of this place is the Big White Buddha at the top. Along the way through the climbing you can be see the view of Motorway no.6 which it is still under construction.
Peaceful mind indeed!!!
Teerapat Paibool — Google review
Great place! Climbing the stairs was a real challenge, but the reward was breathtaking.
At the top of the long, steep stairs, there's a huge Buddha statue, which can be seen from far and wide when driving towards the temple. When you reach it, you'll also have a great view from the top of the hill.
Going here will have you do a good exercise, and will give you a great view afterward.
The way down is also pretty long, but much easier to do. However, some parts are not so well maintained, for example a handrail missing, but that's just a small part.
Jonathan van Olderen — Google review
We were here during the new year for a short period of time. We get to climb the flight of stairs.
There are many animals such as peacocks, chicken, squirrel, monkeys etc. The kids really enjoy peacocks being around here, not just 1, hut many peacocks.
DSWong — Google review
Big White buddha statue here. A lot of peacocks and hens and roosters. Quiet place here. There is 1250 steps to reach the big statue. But if you can't there is also 100 steps for normal statue.
nst fai — Google review
Celestial experience. Need strong legs to climb 100s of steps up the hill. Carry a bottle of water, do not hurry up and do not try to rush the downward journey.
Ramg Work — Google review
It was quite a hike, but the Buddha statue was really beautiful and the breath taking view too. However, don't rush!!! Don't push yourself to the edge, slowly and steady climb would be best.
There are several rest places along the way, both up and down.
The stairs get steeper once you're closer to the top
Also, there are peacocks all around !
Ice Supa-at Asarath — Google review
A great location to visit if you are in Khao Yai area. If one is relatively healthy with no walking issue could reach the top in 10mins. It does get steeper higher to the top. For those who has issue could take a break at the couple of shelters along the way. The payoff is the view and how magnificent the statue is.
Approximated time spend, 40-50mins.
A local night market where the locals go to buy their food and simple shopping. Prices are for locals and there is a large number of food stalls selling local Thai food. A place worth visiting since it starts around 5pm with most stalls opened by 6pm. Please do not park too near to night market as the roads are closed. Just need to park and take a short 5 minutes walk for easier parking and navigation when leaving.

One of the things you can do when exploring Pak Chong or Khao Yai area is this place. Similar to those hawkers in Bangkok, they sell not very much different products.
But we do love to know that there is something to do around here. We bought mango sticky rice for the umpteenth time and we enjoyed it.
Joshua Valentino — Google review
There is a large variety of food for everyone. Ranging from bbq items, cooked food to exotic insects. You can also buy clothes, souvenirs from the stalls. There is a stall that let's children feed baby animals. The animals looked very stress as they have been overfed and constantly running around to escape from the crazy kids.
Jie Ling Seah — Google review
It's a small market and very local to the area. Come if you want a different experience from the major night markets in the big city.

Nice, local street food market. Great selection of food and some cute accessories. Basic Thai skills are recommended to talk to the vendors, however google translate works also very well!
The market is open every single day from 5pm onwards and parking is available on the road before the night market starts.
Moritz Lindner — Google review
This is a market predominantly of food stalls. Authentic dishes and tou will never get to try everything you like, so be selective. If you want to try more best to grab a stack of dishes and share them, that's what we did by bringing ours back to the place we're we're staying along with some beers from the 7 Eleven. There really isn't anywhere to sit and enjoy anyway.

Nice local night market in Pak Chong with surprisingly lots of different foods and products. I likes the prepared fish and the different sweets they are making. Nice farmer stall to drop by for quick snack/break. Quite a range of corn related products, like snacks, ice cream etc. Freshly boiled corn cob for sale too. Staff are really polite too. Inexpensive merchandise.

A point to stop by for picking fresh corn milk and various typical snack souvenirs. During festive holidays expect long queues. Cash and carry only. At the entrance, there is an ATM setup for cash withdrawal. A cafeteria is located within the facility and during festive season a farmer's market is set in the parking lot.
Tony Gonzalez — Google review
The place is quite crowded. Better to arrive around 9:30 -12:00 am. As they may be sold out.
The sweet corn is very sweet and worth queuing for. The boiled one can keep in the fridge 7 days. The raw one can keep 14 days.
The ice cream is also a good choice.
There’s a lot of parking lot but due to lots of ppl.

Too many people queuing to buy corn, boiled corn, cornmilk. If you are lucky, you can buy them. Because of yummy taste of them. It is natural sweet.
If you don't want to wait in queue. You can buy the others product there.
Parking lot is available but a lot of cars visit there, too.
Good luck 😉

Nice place to stop briefly and break the journey. Small flower garden, a very popular shop selling their corn milk at 25bt per bottle and corn on the cob at 40bt for bag of 5. Lots of other snacks as well. Cafe is well worth a visit - good range of drinks at affordable prices and some impressive corn themed desserts (we tried the corn cheesecake which was really good). No entrance fee.

Famous for their corn milk... But had to wait till 1330hrs... Ended up not getting it.
Crowded though. Insufficient parking. Tried their corn snack with coconut strips, also not exceptionally tasty.
Wouldn't recommend to come all the way to visit if out of the way.

Nice corn farm with some flowers and old tractors. Children likes the farm because our tiny country don't have such farm. It would be nice to show the kids how the corns are harvested. We came on a weekday at around 11am. Fresh corn juice already sold out and need to wait for 1 to 2hrs. So we bought the packet drinks instead. Sweet corn very nice.

A good place to stop by to buy some Corn and Corn Related Products such as the famous corn milk. They have their own farm and cafe there too.
Queue can gets long during afternoon time. Beautiful farm just behind the shop.
Donny Boonyamanop — Google review
If you want to buy their famous corn milk, come at around 1pm, if you come during the weekends, we suggest you come slightly earlier to queue and avoid the crowd. On weekends this place is super crowded with ppl going back from Bangkok trying to secure boxes of corn milk. The corn milk is delicious.
They don't sell the corn milk before 1pm.
You can buy the corn milk in bulk at 425 baht for 15bottles. They best consumed within 4 days after manufacture/packaging. The corn milk is mostly made from corn, with only additional sugar at 2% and 0.7% salt. I'm no sweet tooth and I do enjoy it!
Try the boiled corn too. Very sweet, the texture is crunchy, super fresh. Seems they boiled it with a bit of salt so you can taste a bit of saltiness as well. Very yum 😋
On the weekends they have a market for veggies and fruits. Very fresh and high quality, if you are planning to do bbq in Khao Yai, can consider buying from this place rather than bringing everything from Bangkok
Always offer good sales prices for many famous brands but not so many people go shopping here, maybe because its location is not as convenient as in cities.

You can skip this and proceed straight to the outlet in Bangkok. Some shops are empty. Many famous brands cannot be found here.
Hardly any people shopping.
Most sales people won't bother to serve you when you enter. And the toilets are dark, quiet and eerie.

Conveniently located near the highway so you can't miss it. Branded goods at one stop. Shops offer between 20% to 80% discount, but sizes are limited for most shops. Card and cash payments accepted. I went there twice on my visit to Khao Yai and usually its quite empty. Don't trust their operating time though as some shops may open later and close earlier. Some of the staff are not that friendly either and make no effort to help you get the size you need. Lots of carpark space for cars and bikes (free parking). They have a foodcourt, a few food stalls around, and a starbucks. For the price, i'll definitely come back.
Liyana Alim — Google review
The Premium Outlet is along the highway. Can be spotted easily. Free parking. Rather a small outlet. Major sport brands can be found here. However, the stocks are limited and dated. Price is not impressive, though some items can go to as high as 80%... The food court is a disappointment, only 2 or 3 stalls in operations.
Steven Chin — Google review
Many shops providing the big discount and some are 70-80% but there r some items left in store only. If u have 1 hr left and no plan to go anywhere , this is the place to burn your time.
Dr Bob Wongti — Google review
We did not find another worth buying except for a shop that sell naraya lookalike items. There is also a small dairy farm with a small herd of cows. The kids enjoyed feeding them. That seemed like the activity which they enjoyed as compared to. Shopping.
Jie Ling Seah — Google review
Some cheap good buys if you are alright with just any brand. The better brands are rare and few. When you see something you like, it’s probably out of sizes unless you are quite petite or huge. Contains lotsa clothes that are quite out of fashion too. Won’t spend much time on this place.

Pop by on 6oclock on Tuesday 6 sep before leaving Thailand. Very quiet with no people around. Most of the stuff are a bit boring comparing to other Premium Outlet.
The Thong Somboon Club is a relaxed resort with a Wild West theme that offers event space, horseback rides, a cafe, zipline and log ride. It's situated in the scenic Khao Yai region and provides an abundance of fun activities for families and friends to enjoy. The village is well-built with various options for both kids and adults to partake in.
This is one the best places in Khao Yai to chill and have fun. When i went there.. 200 baht for ticket with 1 free ride... 1 pack of popcorns.. And unlimited soft drinks "kfc type"....... Alot of fun activities to do with family and friends.

Such a vast area for the horses to roam. A theme park base on Cowboy Town, many fun activities for family and kids.
Milliam — Google review
Paid 399 for 13 activities but did maybe less than 7/8. Flying fox was too slow but the view was ok, the luge had some horizontal road which you need to stand to push like a scooter, the skylift was nice with umbrellas when sunny, the log ride was one of the most fun for my boy, they also had the bumper boat with spray.
Others such as Rodeo didn’t look fun, VR equipment not sensitive didn’t work well, gold panning was ok but gave out little kid prizes like plastic guns to my big boy..
Elderly above 60, I think, do not need to pay and get to do the skylift. Rather fair. Or you could enter and have one activity for 249 baht, and pay extra for single activities at 200.
This place is more for teenagers. You can’t do ATV, go kart, four wheel vehicle under 18/12. My boy almost couldn’t do the luge too, but he was too big to sit with parent 😅 so they finally allowed him to go on his own.

The room my family and I stayed in was horrible. Location was not good for us at all. The park inside had poor activities, even my 8 year old child said it was boring. For breakfast, we had to drive to another location which was inconvenient. What made it worse was the food and service was horrible. A lot of people in the park on the weekend which causes too much waiting. This was a one time visit and not worth going back. Also, not worth the money spent at all.

The activities at the resort were excellent! We didn't stay in the hotel but were able to experience many activities for the price of 399 baht each. The activities included: chair lift, luge, sky line, log ride, drift car, bumper boats, bb gun, vr headset, gold hunt, and many more. I would recommend this place for a pleasant afternoon experience. My children were 10 and 11 and absolutely loved every moment.

Second time visiting.
Some amusement rides can only be played by children.
Many rides (gocart,ATV, etc.) are too short and you have to pay extra to go.
Staff take good care.
Good free popcorn.

A public park in Pakchong, with an iconic symbol "Khaen" (A reed mouth organ in northeastern Thailand). It's mean you're entering northeastern territory.
In afternoon there're some people jogging and aerobic here until dark. It's a jogging track better than another public park, it's less dogs here. But the downside is it's less tree shade.
There's a night walking street every few months, there are also accessories, meal, brews, etc.
