The Cameron Bharat Tea Estates is a breathtaking sight that covers vast hillsides and mountains, established in 1933. As the second-largest tea producer in Malaysia, it exports its delightful teas worldwide. The estate offers an audio-visual presentation on Bharat's history and the tea-making process. Tourists flock to this plantation for its scenic views, extensive tea variety, delectable cakes and scones, making it a popular destination for nature enthusiasts and tea lovers alike.
Feel completely disconnected from the urban hustle when you enter this plantation. Numerous viewpoints, refreshing climate and gentle sways of tea leaves, it was a memorable experience.
Better to not take the shutter as it cuts off the authentic experience. Wander around by foot for only RM3/person.

Hot tea, scones and chicken soup with a view. Don't take too many photos. You'll miss the feeling & the true beauty of this place. Take some photos, then put down your hp & camera. Enjoy the view, feel the good taste of hot tea & appreciate the nature.
That's how you should do when you come to a place like this.
Oh, an important tip that most people already know about Cameron Highlands, just don't come during school holiday or public holiday.

Entrance fee is 4 ringgit for each person, big shop for buying different taste of tea maybe 20 different taste. I really recommend the masala tea it’s amazing. There is also big restaurant with tea plantation view at this place. The sad thing about tea plantations is that they cut big part of jungle for the tea 😢 this tea plantation is accessible by walking around 45 minutes from town but beside the road it’s not completely safe.

The guide who gave us the briefing at the tea factory was very informative. The lady at the tea shop and cafe are very informative, friendly and warm too. Drinks are ok. Didn't take any food. But surely I bought all the specialty premium tea varieties.

This is a must visit! If you love beautiful landscapes, nature or mindfulness, make sure you allocate more than an hour for your visit. They have created an oasis here and put a lot of effort into creating lots of pockets of scenic and picture perfect mini spots that also allows some group privacy whilst still being part of the community. It's no wonder we saw a group of people heading here for a pre-wedding photoshoot. Their cafe staff definitely knows how to make their tea shine. They have plenty of seating well spaced out and well distributed all across the site. Decent amount of shaded seating available, some under natural tree canopies, others under umbrellas. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting this place!

Genuinely stunning. Such an amazing experience to visit here. Beautiful valley view that you can get to by walking a short accessible walk or by buggy. Tickets must be bought for this cash only. But the view is unbeatable.

the cafe was meh, the tea was satisfactory but there was so much insects flying around and the meals are overpriced and extremely unsatisfactory (nasi lemak without coconut rice etc)
the views were nice and the atv ride was extremely fun, but the shop selling teabags and other bharat tea products were twice the price sold in shops back in tanah rata/brinchang

This was the epitome of my trip in Cameron Highlands. I specifically came to Cameron Highlands to look around tea fields as a tea professional. I was disappointed by the other tea plantation that is famous in the area.
Bharat Tea Plantations (=Cameron Valley Tea) was on the other hand had the scenery and happy tea plants as I hoped to see.
It was chill, peaceful, no rushness. Also the fields are scattered, even when there were people it didn't feel too crowded compared to the other place.
The only thing I wish was the cafe had better selection of menu tailored to Cameron Valley Tea & Food. It was very generic and touristic that didn't seem to align well with the tea plantation.

Have to pay for entry. Rm15 to ride buggy, rm4 to walk. It was about 500m to reach the river. It was easy to walk down but quite challenging to walk back up. The view was really breathtaking 💚

We enjoyed your first stop to Cameron Highlands. We were welcomed with a beautiful weather in this place now called Cameron Valley (Bharat Group).
Had some quite decent food. (Just note there are quite lots of harmless flies 😵💫). So probably dont eat just as you enter the place but have a nice tea in the valley below.
You will need to buy tickets to enter.
The view was awesome. The valley where the buggy took us was beautiful that has a nice stream and mini waterfall. We had a great time just exploring the place.

In my opinion the most beautiful scenery in Cameron Highlands. Recommend to visit during the golden hour sundown. It lights up the whole valley golden. Entrance is 3RM per person to walk out onto a viewing point.
There’s a cafe that sells drinks and snacks. Plenty of parking space too. See attached pics

Really enjoyed being able to wander through the fields of tea. Some amazing views and a nice write up of the history. A pot of sweet milky tea purchased and served up to understand what happens to the little green leaves. Free to visit and look out. Easy parking ... Only 3 RM to wander around the fields ...

We had visited BOH tea garden before so wanted to see new places, one of the tour agent suggested this place.
Very near to Tanah rata bus terminal, we visited around 8:30 didn't get any traffic.
Not much crowd so didn't have any wait time. We book buggy ride (15 rm), people were also walking down. Buggy ride took us to artifical waterfall, although artificial the place was very beautiful and looked natural. Took very good pictures there. They also have ATV ride, we didn't take, but was around 70 RM for 2 persons. We also had scones and breaded Chicken Satay (unfortunately not much veg options).Food was very tasty
Overall loved the place, would recommend it.

The most captivating spot in Cameron Highlands! No entrance fee, but there’s a surcharge for the mini-bus ride, totally worth it. They’re fair to tourists. You can even stroll if you’re up for it. Definitely deserving of a 5-star rating!

The first tea plantation open to the tourists & public when one nears the town of Tanah Rata on the approach to Cameron Highlands.
One can savour a cup of the Cameron Valley Tea produced here. Finger food are also available if so desirous
The cafe offers a magnificent view of the tea plantation with a mini water fall in the distant below
If one is desirous of going into the plantation to take photos amongst the tea plants ; then the entry fee would be RM 4.00 per person if one walks down. And it is a long walk down
Alternatively, if one takes the electric buggy then the entry fee would be RM 15.00
After a respite of about an hour here; we went to the teashop here and bought numerous fruit flavoured tea .
Definitely a good place for instagrammable pics

The tea fields were wonderful to walk around. I hiked in from the back side after hiking from Mount Basar and that was nice because I had some paths all to myself. Once I reached the main area the waterfall is nice and there are old signs directing you. The walk up the hill to the tea house wasn’t difficult. I bought a wristband since I came through the back, only RM4. I got an ice cream(which came with a balloon haha) and the staff were very nice and let me charge my phone which had died. There were some photos of the tea making process in the shop.

Food is not great, tea is the same you can get at any Teh shop in the city. Views are very nice and the bus you can take to go trough the fields is very nice
The Cameron Highlands boast an extensive network of hiking routes, with Jungle Trail 10 leading to the peak of Gunung Jasar regarded as one of the most picturesque. This trail commences adjacent to Tans Camellia Garden in Tanah Rata and traverses through lush tropical terrain.
The construction site some people before me talked about is still there but when I asked about the trail, a worker led me through the site and showed me the path.
The trail starts with some real jungle trekking. Then it gets a lot better until you reach the top. From there heading towards the tea plantation is the worst part. Very muddy and thus slippery and very narrow path. Better to bring real hiking shoes. After some time, you'll reach a farm where guave, rice and some other stuff grows. From there on, you walk on a "street" until you reach the very beautiful tea plantations.
Great hike! A bit challenging but definitely worth it.
Alina — Google review
It's very irresponsible of the authorities to label this as a trail. It is very difficult, barely signposted at all and frankly dangerous. Whatever local authority exists here should either take it off the map or spend a few days maintaining it. It doesn't need much money. Some signposts and ropes would be a good start.
1) On multiple occasions we went the wrong way. I'm not sure we even got out the 'intended' way. We saw one (very old) signpost at the start of the trail and that's it. At the 'viewing platform' (just above an electric pylon) there are a few choices of direction and it's not clear where you should go. We chose the left split in the path about 50m below the pylon. This took us through some very tough terrain, over a small stream, eventually to a track and then a road. Finding the exit down by the tea plantation needs a heavy dose of luck. Not ideal in a jungle...
2) Even in good weather the chances of twisting an ankle is high. Most of the path is slippery clay, steep climbs and roots. If you are caught in the rain, a trail such as this could be very dangerous.
3) The trail is barely maintained. Some old ropes help with the steepest parts, but these are below minimal. In other areas it borders on totally overgrown.
If you intend to try this trail, let someone know where you are going. Don't go unless you are physically fit and have decent equipment (boots, trousers, stick).

Bring your machete with you!
Duration to View Point: 1 Hour
Duration View Point to Tea Hills: 3 Hours
A good trail for beginners with strong legs and good stamina. The uphill climb requires strength and endurance. Once you reach the viewpoint, you can continue hiking to the tea fields. However, note that this path is more challenging, running along steep slopes. After rainfall, it can be slippery and dangerous.

Would not recommend during rainy season, there are parts which are very slippy. I really enjoyed it because it was dry and I was well equipped. It's a strenuous walk so make sure you are physically fit to endure. At the end of the walk you will reach the Cameron walley tea plantations. You have to make your way back so reserve at least 6 hours. There is some stray dogs along the route. Some are friendly, some are barking.

How to find the trail as of 9/26:
The trailhead is no longer by Oly Apartments, this is a construction zone and the workers will direct you away. You must navigate yourself to Carnation Park apartments to find the trailhead. Go to the CP apartments, go to the apartment buildings at the very end of the street (you will see a little entry gate). Park on the backside of these buildings, near the end closest the street you entered on. Directly behind these is a chain link fence; you will walk around the fence by the old blue Langkah sign; turn right immediately and follow the fence line until you get to the little red Chinese temple, then the trail starts just behind the little temple. It is the muddy steps to the left behind the temple. See pics
Great trail, pretty much straight up but beautiful views at the top!

We walked up number 10 and number 6 down to the tea house 2.
Total walking time 4h (walking only - including up the road)
Do NOT do it when it is raining.
Both ways it is steep and slippy as it is.
Need good shoes, water and some snacks.
Otherwise a good walk but very exhausting.
See images for a good map:
We left Tanah Rata close to Father's guest house... Just straight ahead up the road.
At the end of this road the entry on 10 is a little hard to find.
Turn right and then left again before the apartment house. There is a sign.
The rest is straight forward up the hill.
Up there you have 3 options. Right... Follow 10. Middle... Go up the hill top. Left... Down 6 to the tea house.
I recommend this direction because when it starts to rain you walk the rest on a proper path.
From the tea house you have to hitch hike or walk along the road for 45 min.

Trail 10: the start of the trail is now at « Gunung Jasar Trailhead (Carnation Park) ». Then, you have to climb the stairs behind the small red Chinese temple. After a few minutes of walk, there is an intersection: take the right path with the old metal bord “N° 10”. After that, it's about 30 minutes of steep climbing through the jungle. When you get out of the jungle there is another intersection. Take the right path to get to the summit « Gunung Jasar ». It’s about 5 min walk.
If you want to do trail 10 & 6 together, the trail 6 starts at the previous intersection. This time you have to take the left path (in the upward direction). It is therefore necessary to go back down further than the antenna at the peak. Afterwards, you just have to follow the path under the high voltage line. The first part of this trail is really slippery tough. The last part is through the tea plantations. The end is at « Bharat Tea Factory ». Trail 6 is about 2 hours and then you have about 5km along the main road to get back to the center.

Amazing trail!! It’s extremely steep to begin with, for a good 10-15 minutes of straight effort, but the view is great and after the incline you have a lovely 2 hour hike through farms and tea plantations, finishing at a tea cafe!

I hiked Jungle Trail 10 in the morning (9am) in dry and sunny conditions. I recommend using a phone app like AllTrails if you plan on continuing on to Jungle Trail 6. To get to the path leading to the Gurung Jasar it is a steep climb. However, ropes and footholds are aplenty and there are tree roots to grip also. I don’t think you need to be experienced to do this, but you might have more fun if you’re in good shape. There are very large bees/wasps (hard to tell when you’re running away) in the long grass at the top. I didn’t get stung but be very cautious if you have an allergy because there are quite a few, and some people have been stung.

I did a trail run along jungle trail 10 in august 2023. The path is in good shape, and fairly easy to follow. I turned right at the t-junction a few mins after the start in this suburban street. Views from gunung jasar are nice, and took me 15-20 mins to brisk-walk up there from the start. At the pylon keep going up the summit. Then follow the ridge along - lovely forest - to another small peak, unfortunately now the construction has reached all the way there. Come out next to a power substation, and follow the fence all the way around to come out onto a side road that will take you towards the town.
Simon — Google review
You meet construction, and to the right of this you will find a fence, which is where the trail starts.
Really fun hike, but you need to be fit and ready. Path is clear but a lot of climbing, use maps.me to guide your way and follow the 'flags'. I would recommend starting this side and ending near the power plant on the other side for ease (then a 45-minute walk into Tanah Rata after). It took us all round 2 hours.

I went here with my wife because it was close to our guesthouse. The path is a bit of a climb and the topsoil is washed out, not to mention being overgrown with vegetation. Not worth it at all.

It was raining all along the trail which made it more adventurous. Do cover trail 6 along with this as well. Great views from the top and you also pass through the cameron valley tea. You'll encounter some pitcher plants as well on the way and a lot of vegetable plantations.
Trek level is easy and it took ~5 hours for the entire trek.

After Gunung Jasar to tea plantation some places was slippery, muddy and steep. Not really difficult and not dangerous but very dirty during rain. Some steep muddy places are quite long and without anything to grab by hands to support.
After pass first farming house no more mud, only tar road wich is no problem to complete even during heavy rain.
Olya Sozera — Google review
This is the best place to start the trail. At first you will see a construction site where they are building a house, but if you walk up the hill to the right side, then you will meet trail 10. Whenever you wre in doubt if it is tge right direction, just continue going uphill until you reach the viewpoint near the big "electricity mast" at the top. Then you can continue trail 10 or turn left for trail 6 downhill(which is quite slippery and muddy some places but manageable)
The beginning of trail 10 as shown on Maps.me near Tans Cannelia garden wasn't open(as of 10. nov. 2023) because of a fence blocking for building/maintenance, so I advice you to use this location instead:) But for the rest of the trail, then the app Maps.me is good for showing the right direction
The Agro-Technology Park MARDI in Cameron Highlands is a government-owned agro research center and tourist destination that is located just 1 km from the city center. The park features beautiful gardens filled with flowers, as well as strawberry patches, vegetable fields, small rabbit and butterfly farms, and a greenhouse. Visitors can learn about Malaysian agriculture while also trying out new and interesting types of food made from the park's tropical fruit cultivations.
This place is a nice visit as you can really see they plants full bloom (depending on season for some plants).
A great place for kids and adult alike as you can identify different flowers, vegetables plants and some trees. There are even huge pitcher plants/ monkey cups.
Bonus was the small butterfly enclosure where the butterflies were fluttering. You can see a few deers and for extra RM 2, you can see the rabbits.

Satisfactory visit. Nice variety of edible and non-edible plants to see. The flowers were beautiful. Overall layout is pleasant to the eye.
Just 3 stars because the petting zoo was quite sad. There was a strong odour in there, and the deer were in a cage with muddy ground. The rabbits were huddled under a table to avoid some visitors - they obviously needed some relief from people petting them.
Better signage would help too. The signpost pointed the tea plantation in one direction, but we found it in another section of the park.

Lesser crowd and no traffic leading to this park, unlike other tourist attraction which is highly congested. Some of vegetables and herbs overly grown, not harvested. Great things to show but lacked maintenance.
There are so many things to see here. The gardens, the flowers, the plants, the animals... You can even buy the produce and plants to your liking.
But the flower bush has weeds to the point I'm confused which one is weed and which one is flower bush.
The butterfly are going to extinct inside the butterfly garden (because so few of them) so the management need to repopulate them again.
Otherwise RM6.50 fee is not worth it.

Robinson Falls is a magnificent natural wonder located near Tanah Rata. The waterfall cascades down the mountainside in a deep ravine, surrounded by lush greenery and serene environment. Hikers can access the falls via Cameron Highlands Trail No. 9, which takes them through dense jungle before reaching the series of waterfalls. However, it is the main waterfall that truly steals the show with its stunning display of nature's beauty.
You can reach there with a short walking getting off from the car. The path is paved but slippery. I found some dogs residing there. Initially got scared of these. But eventually could reach to the falls bypassing those dogs. So called development has not destroyed the natural look of the site. You can hear the murmuring sound of the falls. Worthy of visiting.

Be careful during rainy season. The path with red and green stones installed can be very slippery. With the wet leaves sticking on then. No maintenance at all.
Walk extra carefully when it's wet. Better walk on the ground when it's like this. I slipped many times and I'm an experienced hiker.

The trek to the falls is very beautiful. It is properly maintained. I did not find a way to go down to the falls (I am not sure there is).
This is a properly guided trail, trail # 9. These falls are at the quarter of the trail and are a beautiful sight.
I would definitely recommend it to everyone visiting Cameron Highlands.

Decent 30 minute walk from the town centre and fairly enjoyable up until the waterfall. The waterfall itself is not that big but still enjoyable to see. The downside is the large amount of rubbish at the bottom of the waterfall and just ruins the experience. Hope the local council or government does something about this soon.
Matthew Zhou — Google review
First thing, Google directions are wrong .. the entrance is behind the animal feeding centre just out of Tanah Rata so if you want to go, set the animal feeding centre as your destination otherwise you'll end up at a power station that you can't walk through and will have a half an hour drive back.
Second thing, if you do find it, wear decent shoes. The path is really slippery (where it hasn't already fallen down the cliff.)
It's not very accessible so only go if you have a decent fitness level.
Third thing, personal view, but I've seen better waterfalls without having to chance falling down a steep hill.

.
There are several trails inside, so be careful not to get lost. The path to the base of the waterfall has collapsed (though you can still get through with some difficulty).
.
The waterfall is beautiful and the route is quite challenging, occasionally requiring some rock climbing. Since it's not developed as a tourist spot, there are no facilities at the destination, nor are there any shores to linger on. You can rest on large rocks, but I recommend not getting into the water as the current is very strong.

Easy hike to get to. Loved the view of the fall, however, littering has left this place with full of plastics and smelly water. Sad scene to see really! Hope the local government can do something about it!

Very stunning view, many food stall around the road. Beautiful scenery you can also enjoy the waterfall swimming
Matt Yazer — Google review
The place is beautiful, but it doesn’t smell very pleasant, because there is water with sewerage. To the waterfall, which is marked on the Google Maps, there is a wild path with steep ascents and a steep descent. If it rained, it would be impossible to get up. Better don't go down. On the way I met a snake about half a meter long (see on picture), when you going look under your feet, take a stick with you

It's worth a look... Not sure I'd go too far out my way to visit it. Just a dilapitaded footpath, and a river and waterfall that is brown and full of plastic.

Beautiful Waterfall! It’s just a small hike away from Tanah Rata. Trail 9 goes right next to the waterfall and if you take a left you can go down to a nice spot in front of the waterfall. Unfortunately there’s some washed up trash there but apart from that it’s really pretty.

Nice place to stay And make some photos.
Like 500-700m trail 9 from main road.
Way much better than Parit falls.

A little disappointing hike but big waterfall. Couldn’t get to the bottom or close to it. Don’t know if we made a wrong turn ?
Malthe Langergaard — Google review
Beautiful waterfall - only experienced hikers will be able to get there. The trail is poorly marked and involves lots of intense trekking through undergrowth, abseiling and following unmarked paths to get to the base.
The actual waterfall has a huge pile of rubbish and plastic bottles at its base, which takes away from the beauty. It’s not easy to find unless you can recognise hidden paths. But absolutely worth it.
Turn right at the fork, past the blue metal post which is hidden so you have to keep your eyes open. That’s the way to the base. Most hikers turn left and miss it.
Entrance is at the left side of the small road. The first 100m or so is walking through some think undergrowth before reaching the forest path. Nice and moderate gradient up till it merges with trail 6 at the small hut. Many mosses growing and it is a nice hike. Highly recommended!

We took this way because the trail 7 wasn't really welcoming
Pretty nice walk all the way up with trees in the middle at the start and can be slippery in the end if it has been rainy before
It took us less than 1 hour to go to the rain shelter but in total the way up and down till the summit took us 3 hours
Alex Gouj — Google review
I am not much of a hiking person but well... my girl really wanted to do it. So we did the entire circuit from trail 5 to 6 then to 4. It took us about 4-5 hours to complete it. The hike was good, and you see some really beautiful mossy forest here. The end at trail 4 was a bit difficult as it does not really end where you start. We had to walk through some construction area before getting back to our car.

The trail is passable again, but you need a permit from the forestry office. This as far as I know for all trails except the trailer 10. The permission you can apparently get relatively easy (we have made the way with a guided tour and the guide has taken care of in advance) but you should take care of it early.
Other than that, this is a very nice trailer through the middle of the forest. The trail is walkable, there are only a few steep and slippery spot. Good shoes and length clothing recommended. Can also be combined well with path 3.
Mata Vato (matavato) — Google review
This trail can be accessed from the right hand side of the worker accommodation. It’s a bit overgrown at the start but soon enters the forest and it is a nice path. The path is in good condition and a lovely forest. You can get all the way up gunung berembun and beyond from here. There is a sign at some point which implies the trail is closed, but it’s unclear which path you are officially supposed to take up according to the authorities.

Linked #5 with #6 and #4 to do a loop ending at the waterfalls. All quite easy to follow using the photos here.
Nice walk through shaded trees. Waterfall a disappointment, heaps of plastic waste.

Before reading always take plenty of water on any hike trail!
It’s A bit tricky to find the start. But overall a fun hike although It’s an easy to moderate trail I found it a little tough. is very steep in places and If you have knee or hip problems I would avoid.
The track is however very well labelled and very easy to stick to.
I would recommend following it then heading down trail 3 to Gunung Berembun for an amazing view.
Then heading down trail 7 ( Quite Tough) and ending up pretty much where I’m you started.
If not after 5 you can go up trail 2 and visit Sam Poh Buddhist temple.
Or go down 3 taking you to the golf course.
Enjoy 👍
I was very happy to know that there was a Catholic church in Tanah Rata. It's easily accessible; it has ample parking. Lovely surroundings and comfortable chapel. Attended the 8.30am Sunday mass, conducted in English. First reading in English, second reading in Tamil. Homily was in English, Malay & Tamil.

This farm in Brinchang sells strawberries that are pesticide-free. The uncle is very friendly and the price is RM35 for picking your own strawberry.
I like it because this place is quite remote and not so busy with other tourist. But the strawberry farm is not so wide just a few rows. They sell flowers and cactus also here. The uncle is very friendly and the price is rm35 (roughly 500g) for picking your own strawberry. Rm30 for two box+2 small box if you just buy at the counter.

First hand experience with strawberry picking. Ready to get your hands and shoes a bit dirty. It was fun and tiring. It's like strawberry hunting too.
To pick 500gm of strawberry is at RM35. When we left, buying a big box of strawberry is RM16 and you get a small box for free. If you don't want to pick, just buy the ready ones. But worth the experience especially with kids.
Parking is limited. So be wary during peak season.
May Yuen — Google review
This family with two kids enjoyed strawberry picking here a lot, after going to Big Red with no picking available. Healthy felt like a real farm, with a lot of strawberry fields (behind doors that say “Don’t Enter”😆), different berry types (Korean/Japanese etc) and friendly staff. Our expectation was not very high when we saw the old reception area and some construction, but the actual strawberry fields hidden in the back were very good! If you want to visit a genuine, a bit dirty and less touristy/polished/busy farm like us, this place is a good choice. We will be back. Official parking space very limited, but can park on street. Just like any other self-picking, go in the morning before good strawberries are gone 🍓🍓🍓We went at 9:30am, Saturday, late April.

RM35 for 500 grams of hand-picked strawberries is the average price in many farms around Cameron Highlands. I felt it was the experience that made it worthwhile. The strawberries here are ripped and is advisable to consume within the same day. The strawberries in the picture are picked at the highest part of the farm. They are big and sweet to the taste. Strawberries that are picked over 500 grams will be charged by grams additionally. Hence this is something to take precaution to avoid paying extra. There are weighing stations located around the farm so utilize em'

No direct access to the strawberry plantation.
Visitors are not allowed to enter the farm or pluck strawberry. Permitted entry is limited to their nursery to buy their plants.
One can buy strawberry from their outlet at the entry.
Not recommended for fun loving tourists.

This is a self pick strawberries farm priced at RM35 for 500gm. Well during my visit strawberries are really tiny but still quite sweet comparatively. The farm not as well done up as other more famous places, so there isn't much more to go around and see. For the same reason it's less crowded and easier to park and get around. There are a few other things on sale and you can get yourself a drink or two but that's about it.

Best place for picking strawberries, big plump juicy ripe and sweet. Their waffle is the best we have tried, loaded with chocolate sauce and strawberry jam. The strawberry ice stick is good quality, you can get the natural flavours of the berries. Their strawberry ice creams comes with few frozen berries as well. Friendly staffs, explain how to pick and store the berries to last longer. Satisfying time and money spend

We ordered strawberry+chocolate waffle with ice cream (RM7), without ice cream is RM5. I love the waffle, nice combination.
Strawberries are sour to me. We had the small box for RM6/box. The staff told us the small strawberries are sweet while the big ones are sour. Not sure about this since the small ones are sour too.
Before we left, we bought one bottle of handmade strawberry jam for RM7. Didn't buy the strawberry because my friend said it's cheaper to buy at kea farm.

Big and spacious. We went there on Monday. Not crowded. A good size of strawberries available. The workers were helpful and kind. Located near government hotel. There were 2 level of ground. The top one could be challenging for those who fear height. But overall, our experience were good. Parking were full but always available since people come to buy/pick strawberries and go. The price, there are package, 2 people for one box, upfront payment is needed with maximum weight strawberries. If it exceed, need to pay extra. Recommended.

We bought two containers and went picking with our kids. Each container costs 34RM and gets two adults and a kid through the door. You end up with about 0.5kg of strawberries. You can find strawberries on the outside for 17RM per half kilo.
The strawberries taste okay but aren't really anything special. I've had much better out of the farmers market in Los Angeles.

It opens 7 am to 7 pm according to Google. I went here on Thursday (public holiday). Arrived there around 6.45 pm, so the farm was almost closed. Only small part are open, the strawberry is expensive (500 gm for 35 RM and only 2 persons, and 7 RM extra 100 gm), the beverage prices and add on like Starbucks but the quality of the place and the beverages is sucks, they use caned jam not homemade from the farm, you can't eat while u r pickup, the Indian guy in the entrance is rude, place not clean.

This place was actually my second choice in my list of Cameron Highlands strawberry farms. My first was Big Red Strawberry Farm. I went through reviews for both farms and decided to come here instead, and it was the correct choice!
Opened as early as 7.30 am, the farm was located on the winding little hill beside Cameron Highland Resort. No entry fee needed, but RM35 for 500g strawberries is the price for two adults to come inside the farm and pluck strawberries yourself. After making your payment, the staff will show you the way to the farm.
The farm offers lots of fresh, sweet strawberries. So, be sure to pluck ripe, big strawberries to bring home.
The staff were friendly and helpful, too. My sister and I, at first, felt disappointed since we couldn't pluck the strawberries due to lack of cash to pay and no online transaction was allowed at that time. We thought that we had made our trip here a waste. Later on, one of the staff told us to proceed to the farm, and came back to the counter to make an online payment after we finished getting our strawberries.
Hearing that, we were over the moon and thrills surged instantly in our veins.
From the bottom of our hearts, we couldn't express our heartfelt gratitude to the staff and the owner for their hospitality and assistance. Definitely will come again if we are in Cameron Highlands one day.

Tan's Camellia Garden is a tropical flower garden that contains various plants, including camellias and anthuriums. The owner is friendly and knowledgeable about the plants in the garden. Visitors can freely explore the compound, which also includes a shop selling potted plants and ashitaba tea leaves. Mosquitoes can be present on the premises.
Such a lovely place! The garden is owned by a lovely 70 year old local lady. Shes been working on the garden for over 30 years. There are a lot of beautiful and colorful flowers! A lot of hard work and passion! When we arrived she met us with a big smile! She gave us a tour around the garden, and told us about all the different flowers and plants. She also told us about the japanese tea she makes, called «ashitaba». A tea known to be very good for your health. She’s been drinking it for years herself. Its free to visit the garden and she does not expect anything in return. She will, however, be very grateful if you want to support her and her business. The Jungle Trail 3 is a well-marked path through a forest that leads to the summit of Gunung Beremban peak. The trail offers undulating terrain, which allows hikers to catch their breath as they trek through the mossy jungle. It takes approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes to reach the peak by taking this trail, and another 2 hours to descend. Hikers should be prepared for rain as it can make the path slippery and more challenging.
The trail is passable again, but you need a permit from the forestry office. This as far as I know for all trails except the trailer 10. Very disappointing that you need permits now for every trail. The only tourism this area has are trails and now you can't use them anymore. The government gas already closed down multiple other trails but it seems that even the easy/no guide ones are restricted. Such a shame cos it looks amazing. Definitely not recommend to any idy going to Cameron Highlands unless you want to pay for the only tour they have available and takes like 2 hours and that's it.

This is our second time on trail 3. The first time we went up trail 7 and came down trail 3. This time we took trail 3 up to the peak and the same way down. This is not the toughest hike we have attempted, as the terrain is undulating so there is enough opportunity to catch your breath. It has the typical “mossiness” of the jungle in Cameron so it is quite pretty. We did it at a leisurely pace and took 2 hours 15 mins to reach the peak, and another 2 hours to get back down. We got caught in the rain on our way down, and that made it much more challenging as it can get slippery.

Pretty flat and easy, joins trail 2 which is v.difficukt with lots of up and down. The trail exits at a resort/hotel where you need to walk down the road. The walk is average, not very tough and not as interesting as some as the longer more out if the way walks. Easy to navigate.

The point on the map is a bit in the wrong place if you ask Google maps the directions it will lead you to the wrong private road. You should walk up the road of Arcadia, see picture. Keep following the road and there you will see the start of track 3.(the entrance is next to the grey car in the 2nd picture)

Wanted to go trail 1 but taxi guy said it’s closed and took me to trail 3. Entrance is on the right side of sign. Trail isn’t easy lots of steep climbing up and down using tree roots. I slipped a couple times. Keep following the trail till you see sign connecting to trail 5 which will lead you back into town.
Shantanu Rane — Google review
The location pointed by Google Maps is wrong. It will lead you up a private property where you will encounter a couple of dogs that will try to chase you. The private property should at least put up signs warning people not to approach or be wary of the dogs. Its very irresponsible to just let people walk up the road without any warning at all and have your dogs run at them.
Ignore maps and take the left at the arcadia bungalow when you see the sign. Thats the picture I have posted. See also other reviews above including those of local guides.
Aimaad Aurangzeb Khan — Google review
Quite a trek uphill and downhill, so be prepared for that. The Google Maps direction to the start of the trail is misleading. One should search for the road leading to Arcadia Bungalow (instead of blindly following the directions provided by Google which will lead you a private property owned F&N). Parking is limited to a few cars at a time.

A nice short walk, paved all the way. Access via the forest office at one end and a campsite at the other. Some questions about whether access is actually allowed...
We entered from the forestry office end of the trail. On the right hand side after the entrance behind a kind of picnic area. Exit is around a campsite, then up a paved drive and through an unlocked car gate at the top. Both places open at 8am.
The tail is paved all the way and mostly flat with some steps at the end to cross the river. You can see a small waterfall and the river. Good walk for kids or family.
Exiting through the campsite seems to be questionable and it might be safe to walk out and back from the forestry office.

It's ok. It's dirty and the path down to the waterfall wasn't well maintained. It would be great if the Malaysian government could do something about all that trash. The waterfall is really small. I did like the walk leading to the waterfall though. But it was kind of scary going there alone.
Situated conveniently on the winding roads of the picturesque Cameron Highlands, the Sg Palas tea plantation offers a delightful experience for visitors. With its viewing platform and restaurant accessible to the public, one can marvel at the stunning views and serene landscape. For those interested in delving deeper into the world of tea cultivation, there is an option to explore the actual rolling hills covered in tea plants, although a fee is required.

Conveniently located along the meandering roads up and down the cool Cameron Highlands. It is opened to the public at the viewing platform and restaurant. A fee is charged if one wants to tread into the actual tea plants rolling hill scape.
