Ban Bang Phra is a spacious and picturesque reservoir featuring a path for jogging and biking, as well as snack stands and stunning sunset views. The reservoir boasts ample room for walking, running, and cycling while taking in the beautiful environment with morning sunrises and fresh air. It is a great place to bring children to relax, unwind, and recharge with caution regarding monkeys in the area. However, there is a concern with its steep stairs lacking rails that can pose risks to visitors.
It is a very wide reservoir, beautiful, suitable for walking, running, biking along with admiring the beautiful atmosphere with the sunrise in the morning, breathing in the fresh air.

I bought a laptop at IT World on the 2nd floor. I needed an emergency replacement, as I headed to the airport. When I arrived (for work) at my destination, I discovered IT World had provided a power cord with a non standard plug. I could not use the laptop, as I could not find an adaptor. Total waste of money! (They would not change it when I returned a month later.)

IT Supermarket. Software, hardware, phones and associated. Tops food supermarket, electrical hardware store cables, light fittings, light bulbs, small restaurants and coffee. Bank. Few chain shops selling genuine hardware. Banana IT, IT city. And more shops. DVD movies. Game shop, with quite new PS4 games I have looked at.
Parking a bit complex. The building next to it has a parking garrage, then there is a bridge across.

Space Inspirium is a contemporary science museum that centers on space technology and the mysteries of the universe. It features an array of exhibits that provide basic information about space exploration, travel, and celestial bodies. While it may not be entirely new for those who have watched National Geographic TV, it is an excellent place to learn more about space if you are unfamiliar with it. Although there is a significant amount of textual information available, the museum could benefit from more interactive displays.
This is a fairly good space themed exhibition centre that is aimed at kids. Lots of displays and activities to try out and its only 40 to 60 baht. The tour is brief but you can walk around by yourself after. Plenty of parking, clean toilets and a good cafe as well. Overall a good deal.
Jay Roams Thailand — Google review
It's like a basic exhibition about the universe and space exploration and traveling. It is interesting, but if seen many on National Geographic TV, not many new for me. If you are unknown with space, this is a good place to learn more.
Personal I think it can use some more interactivity, now you need to read most information. Overall a good place to visit, considering the entrance price is only 50 baht for adults and 20 baht for children.

Very nice place giving entry level information on space, space flight and modern satellite applications. I would guess children age 8 and higher can understand the topics. Some hands on activities bring fun to the experience. They have a coffee shop on site selling properly brewed coffee. Some texts are available translated to English. Very affordable entrance fee of 50B for adults. NO dual pricing. Air conditioned exhibition. Plan 2h+ for your visit. Entrance from main road looks like leading to some factory parking, but is actually the way to the site, so don't miss it.

Pros:
- knowledge about space, the evolution of the sky, stars, space
- Entrance fee just 50 baht
- There is small cafe with reasonable price
- Recommend for everyone , especially children will love this place
- A lot of free parking lot
- Free toilet
Cons:
- The museum presentation is quite old style
- Too much content to read and some text are too small
- Some presentation is about the technical informations and too hard to understand . it woukd be better to provide a staff to give the explination

A good place to take kids to enhance their knowledge. Although only 2-3 hours can be spent at max but clubbed with coffee and cake dining can turn out to be a day out. Its two story auditorium. The ticket for adults (both Thai and foreign national) is only 50 THB and for kids with hight above 120 cm is 20 THB. Timeline of space research is nicely outlined with brief description along with small designs to outline the design concept. There is seating model manufactured to experience the space travel in satellite, quiet adventurous. A hoist based chairs are two in number to experience moon walking/jumping. There is VR based space travel as well. Overall a very good place to bring kids to spend few hours. Ample amount of parking is available. Toilet, water, coffee and some refreshments is available similar to other tourist places.

I recently visited the Space Science Museum and I must say, I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The ticket prices are very affordable, with a fee of only 50 THB and free admission for those over 60 years of age. The museum itself is not very large, with just two floors, which can be easily explored in about an hour.
While there were a few key activities such as VR and simulation machines that had long queues, the experience was worth the wait. Additionally, the museum has a fantastic coffee shop inside where visitors can grab a quick bite or sip on some coffee while enjoying the exhibits.
One of the biggest perks of visiting the Space Science Museum is the abundance of parking spaces, which makes it a convenient destination for those driving their own vehicles. Moreover, it's an excellent place to visit during the rainy season as you can avoid being outside while still enjoying a fun and educational experience.
The only downside to the museum was the abundance of knowledge posters with small fonts, which may not be easy to read for young children below the age of 7. It would have been better if they had simplified the information or made it more engaging for young visitors.
Overall, I highly recommend the Space Science Museum for anyone interested in space and science. It's an affordable, convenient, and educational destination that offers a unique experience for visitors of all ages.

Good museum for kids and adult, not far from Srisacha (30 mins) and Pattaya. Many activities for kids to learn things on space. Have two floors with education and activities zones.
My kids is still young but he seem to enjoy this place.
Close on Monday. Entrace fee is 50B.

Very small museum and experience centre, but well done. Some explanations in English, but it seemed more targeted to Thais, perhaps to inspire the next generation to go into space to 'plant' the red white and blue stripes.
Unfortunately, the 3-D movie was in Thai with no subtitles, a lost opportunity. We didn't try any of the interactive activities, but some might be interesting for the younger aspiring astronauts. It's a bit out of the way, so might be a difficult for many tourists to visit. There is a small cafe on site, good if you're staying a little longer as it is in the middle of nowhere!
Only B100 to enter, <AUD5.

A very good place to visit, we had a slight hiccup getting in with our trolleys. However, the security guard is very helpful and he helps coordinate getting us inside. The place is very great for learning, many interactive features inside, and we hope that more in the future. A bigger souvenir shop would definitely help. there are no cafeteria inside except pending machines.

Fantastic location and panoramic view of the concretized town below. A beautiful simple artistic structure nestled in a serene scenic environment on the Siracha hill. A great view in the evening to witness the beauty of nature. A wonderful place for meditation and to make merit. Another main attraction is a crystal glass globe that gives a refraction optical vision of city center. The entry point from the Sukhumvit road take left before the Bangchak gas station. About 500 meters steep uphill and a sharp bend. Be cautious driving during the rainy season. The cool breeze welcomes you to holy location filled with aromatic incense in the air. The monks are kind to welcome the devotees and bless during the merit making. A go to place to an enchanting amazing location. The terrace of this Buddhist temple premises welcomes to the sight of a huge Buddha statue overlooking the city. It’s an overwhelming feeling to greet the cool breeze and enjoy the evening.

Small temple combined with a viewpoint over looking the town and sea.
The entrance is down a very small road off sukhumvit road, when you are in the area you will see a Burger King at a gas station, this is where you need to turn off.
Up the hill there are plenty of monkeys so if walking keep your valuables safe!!
Parking for quite a few cars is available, nothing undercover so your cars interior may get a little warm during your visit.
Inside you have the pray areas, buddha shrine which stands over 40ft tall, a phayana dragon guarded entrance to the view point and the crystal ball that gives an inverted view of the scenery.
We went yesterday and there are some maintenance going on the steps to the viewpoint, view point still accessible tho.
Overall the whole of the complex is very clean and well maintained.
Not a major attraction so quite quiet and very beautiful! If your in the area have a look!!

A struggling shopping center with tight parking space. The Max-Value grocery supermarket has a wide range of products and especially Japanese products. Sit in the small food court and enjoy your snacks, but the shopping inconvenience is the supermarket is divided into two sections. Buying sanitary, household items, you have to exit from the main section and get into another area. The restrooms are untidy and not timely cleaned.

It's a fairly new hotel and some of it maybe smells new too. Staff are friendly, rooms are small (even for an elite member with a minor room upgrade). The room ac is weak, the shower has demand hot water that fluctuates from too hot to cold. The bed was comfortable and the floor was quiet. The pool area is nice and comfortable, I did note the pool chemicals (salt?) used seem to be eroding the marble and grouting and has not been maintained. The 7-11 across the street must be owned by one of the businesses nearby and does not sell any alcohol, but the hotel advertised alcohol in the lobby. Just go a few hundred meters down the street to the next 7-11. Unless you have business in the area there is no compelling reason to stay here.

Nice boutique, business hotel. We stayed for a night before heading to Trat the day after.
Room is clean and spacious. Breakfast is okay and sufficient although there's not a lot of options available.
Service is disappointing. Prior to our arrival, I sent an email to request for the 3rd bed to be ready in the room as we are arriving past 9.00pm. So we can rest and sleep after check in as we were so tired from work. It was Friday at that time. The reservation confirmed by email about that. But when we arrived and checked in, the 3rd bed was not prepared at all at 9.00pm.
I understood but this was the second time it happened. The last time we stayed at this hotel, the same simple request was also not done, despite hotel confirming that by email. That was extremely disappointing.
Another incident happened during breakfast. I requested for oats as it was mentioned that it can be requested, as it isn't normally served in the breakfast buffet.
It took almost an hour for the oats to be served. Even the waitress confirmed to us that the kitchen forgot about it.

Breakfast buffet is average (compared to other Holiday Inn like Rayong or Vana Nava) nothing to write home about. Took awhile for food items to be refilled, Bacon was out of order that morning!! (Like seriously ? This is the most basic item for breakfast but the hotel let it went out of order)

We stayed during 27 - 28 Dec 2023 by using IHG points. Staff at the check-in and at restaurant (8th fl) were amazing. They were friendly and helpful. As IHG platinum member, we got upgraded to suite room and got all eligible benefits. The staff also prepared a birthday cake (chocolate mousse cake) in the room with some fruits which was very thoughtful.
**Suite Room (Room No. 2015)**
Nice clean and comfortable. The bed and pillows are super comfortable. However, the TV in the living room kept turning itself on so it might need a little maintenance. There aren't many movies channels to watch. The A/C works fine. There is a kitchenette with microwave oven, 2 fridges, sink, electric stove and washing machine (outside).
**บุฟเฟ่ข้าวต้ม boiled rice buffet **
Every Sun - Thu, they offer boiled rice buffet at only THB 399 / person. Very good variety of dishes to go with the boiled rice, DIY spicy salad, japanese curry, indian food and dessert. The overall taste wasn't outstanding (japanese curry was very light, the spicy salad dressing was spicy but bland). The boiled rice wasn't hot at first but the staff fixed it afterwards. The pendan steamed custard was super yummy though. Overall, still good value.
**Breakfast**
We were a bit disappointed that there was no bacon at the buffet line. Overall was good. The restaurant tends to get really busy and crowded at around 9.

Its a shame.
The service at the restarunt is not the same.
First off all i came to check in around 9:30 A.M and i was hungry so i ask the front desk if i can eat first and check in later.
The front desk contact the restaurant to tell them i want to eat.
When i got there the first thing the worker saied to me is that they are closing in 19 minits and she showed me the time.
Not the bast welcoming for anyone.
I was in stress to finish my food becase off it.
So you pay 500 thb and they have no problem charging you for it, and more then that they will make you uncomfterble becase they are sapouse to clase at 10.
So its my falt that i came 19 minits to eat before they close.
In addition to that the eags were cold.
After brakfast i went to do check in and then went to the pool.
Everytime i wanted to order somthing at the pool, i needed to get up and go to ask for what i want.
No one is even looking for the costomer.
Lunch time we went to eat again at the restaurant with the family.
Again i needed to get up to order everytime someone needed or wanted somthing.
The service has chainged a lot from the last time i was there and not for good.
The front desk service is very good. They surprise us with a cake after i explaind everything that happened at the restaurant.
I expact much more from holiday inn and its a shame to have this service.
There is a smoking area at the entrence off the hotel with ashtrays that no one clears. The entrence smells like a cigarette .
Even smokers were standing at the side and not next to everything derty.
The manegmant is not the same from the last time i was there and i do not think i will go back there.
By the way if you dont care about that they have beutiful cleen rooms and the bed is one off the bast.
Good luck to the new costomers.

Mismatched Alarm Clock Settings and Inconsistent Services Between the Front Office and The Hub Bar
It may just be my unfortunate experience, but I recently stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Siracha Laemchabang from October 25-27, 2023, and again from October 29-31, 2023.
The first issue was the alarm clock in my room going on at 5:25 am and 5:30 am daily, even though I hadn't set it. It likely remained set from the previous guest. Despite informing the Front Office and requesting their help to turn it off, my request was overlooked, affecting my sleep during the first part of my stay. However, with the assistance of the Duty Manager during my second stay, the alarm clock was removed from my room as I requested. This resolution was truly commendable and helped alleviate my concerns.
The second issue, initially perceived as minor, turned out to be a matter of principle. When I checked in, I received a complimentary drink voucher as part of the Diamond Elite Member benefits. The Front Office staff informed me I could exchange it for any drink, including certain cocktails. Yet, when I attempted to redeem it at The Hub Bar, I was told it didn't cover cocktails but mocktails were available. Intriguingly, during a previous stay (before October 25-27, 2023), I recall using a similar voucher for a cocktail without any issues. This inconsistency made me feel I was not receiving the same standard of service as before, even though my membership status remained unchanged and IHG made no announcements about any reduced benefits.
Regarding the room and dining experience, I have no complaints. However, the lack of understanding among hotel staff regarding member benefits is disappointing. If I hadn't raised concerns, I wouldn't have received any compensation.
