A must see in Bermuda. Chair and umbrella rental was $10 per item. They do sell food and drinks.

Tiny beach on the right side of Horseshoe Bay beach. Good for family with small kids because looks like a pool. There are absolutely no waves and water is warm and clean. We used natural shade from trees and rocks.

I’ve grown up in Bermuda, and yes, this beach is GORGEOUS. Very safe for kids as far as beaches go and you can rent chairs/you can get food, which is cool because these don’t apply to many other public beaches in Bermuda. HOWEVER, it can get very busy in the summer because this is the beach all the cruise ships get told to go to etc. Definitely a must to go here once, maybe twice, but make sure to check out all of the other beautiful beaches Bermuda has to offer!

Horseshoe Bay beach and the surrounding coves and beaches are bucket-list worthy. To be honest, most of Bermuda's beaches are 'that gorgeous'. No photoshop just #unfiltered beauty. Go and see for yourself.

An amazing beach with pink sand and beautiful waters. Very scenic and a great place to spent the day. Went there during a cruise. Locals in Bermuda were super friendly. Taxi was 32 each way fro the port. When worth it.

One of the best beaches in the world. Umbrella and chair rentals are $20 each as of Aug 2023. Can bring your own chairs and shade.
Explore both ends of the beach for interesting rock formations.

I visited in December but water was not too cold. It's the best area of scenic beauty I've seen in Bermuda. I took a bus #7 from Hamilton bus terminal and 20 minutes to reach.

Absolutely stunning beach with a food shack / bar and umbrellas and chair rentals available.

Transportation to the beach from our hotel was seamless and stress-free. It was a clean, well-maintained beach. The path to the beach was so well constructed. Parking was available and rest rooms were very clean. Recycle bins were located in great spots. The waves were also much tamer for the time of the year and the view was spectacular. See for yourself.

This place was great. The sand was so soft and there were no shells cutting up your feet on this beach. If you walk on the jogging path you will get to a cliff with crazy views. Seen in the pictures I posted below. Highly recommend going to this place the water is also really calm great for little kids

I came here so many times and always enjoyed the famous pink sand and turquoise waters. loved the waves, beach also has life guards there it was never crazy busy unless you have a cruise ship docking on the island and a load of them want to enjoy the beach. then it's get crowded but other than that hands down, what a beautiful beach. Beach has a grill with some good burgers and stuff at great prices, be aware they close the grill sometime 2 PM.

This is so beautiful beach! I love this beach with cool pink sand and good snorkeling. 😍. We come to Bermuda by cruise ship and had there 3 amazing days. We went to the beach every day. It is pretty easy to get the beach from the dockyard. We went by public transport and taxi. It takes 20 min and 5-7$ for one person to get the beach.

Wonderful and fun beach with pink sand, shallow water, coves around the beach, decent space to sun tan. In winter the bar and eating options are not available. Water is clear and good for snorkeling. The coast goes to long bay beach, jobsons cove as well. One of the better beaches in Bermuda hence busy in summers.

Great place to visit! It's beautiful and easy to het to. The restaurant offers good and quick take out food and the bar is also right there on the beach! The area is safe and the staff is friendly! The water is Crystal clear and blue! It's nice to cool down in the water or go for a walk along the amazingly beautiful shore line! There is a bus stop that can take you from one part of the island to the other! And is relatively cost effective! It might get busy on the beach but the area is so big that it doesn't bother that much!
The operational cast-iron lighthouse, constructed in 1846, permits visitors to climb up 185 steps to reach the summit. The Gibbs Hill Lighthouse stands tall at 117 feet and provides a breathtaking view of Bermuda. It is located near a bus stop, and after a brief walk, tourists can relish the beautiful panorama from the base of the lighthouse.
We took the bus and the driver dropped us off at the closest stop. It was a short 10-minute walk to go to the base of the lighthouse. The scenic view at the base was already worth the visit. The steps up to the top were not difficult. Take advantage of each landing spot and read a little history on your way up. The panoramic view at the top is incredible. We all can post pictures for you to see. But you really have to visit the lighthouse and experience it yourself. And at $2.50, this attraction is an absolute bargain.

Lovely views here even if you don't actually go up the zillions of steps to the top of the lighthouse. If you do go up, take the bare minimum with you. Carrying snorkel gear up all the stairs was not the best idea! Hold the railing up and down. When we got to the top, we didn't want to go out on the very narrow platform. I'll share the view from the door for those who can't or don't want to go up. If you go out, enjoy the 360° views. But maybe tuck your hat somewhere safe first because it's breezy up there! As others have said, there's a nice little gift shop here where you also pay $2.50 entrance fee (if you want to visit the lighthouse itself).

The lighthouse is beautiful with a wonderful view. You don't have to climb to the top to get a beautiful view of the island. One of our group (me!) went up in the lighthouse. It was HOT so be prepared. But it was so worth the view from the top (and very affordable to enter)

Loved it. It quite the hike but it’s a good burn on your legs. 😉

I had a great time. Climbed the steps and it was not bad at all. There were 8 flights but fear not there are resting landings in between. The view from on top was breathtaking. It was worth the visit

This is a great lighthouse! Our tour guide gave us 10 minutes here, which was not enough time. Hopefully you will have longer so that you can hike to the top of the lighthouse. It cost less than $3 USD. There’s a well-stocked gift store with reasonable prices. A short-sleeved adult tee shirt is about $16. There are clean bathrooms here as well. Although this was part of our tour, I would highly recommend a stop.

Such a great area for your first time to Bermuda. It really shows you how pretty it is, and there is a little gift shop to remember your time here. This was one of my favorite areas to visit since it was pretty quiet.

This is a great lighthouse with spectacular views of the island. You can pay a small fee to walk to the top, 180+ stairs. You are even allowed to walk out onto the small observation deck atop the lighthouse that encircles it.

Be sure to visit this landmark, take in the panoramic island views and get a little more of Bermuda's history. It's inexpensive. The stairs are broken up with frequent landings and windows. The lamp in the lighthouse and views at the top are very cool, and so is the breeze. It's also a short walk to Henry XIII restaurant, which overlooks the coastline and where I hear the Bermuda Chowder is excellent.

Awesome place to see! Only a couple dollars to go up top and see all of Bermuda from this breathtaking view! Super cool to go up top and see everything. There are quite a bit of stairs but totally worth it!

Due to the lighthouse being painted, we were unable to go inside of it. But just to look up at it & knowing that it is still guiding ships, it's awe inspiring!! And there is also a cute little gift shop to explore.

Very small but cute place. Light house with a little gift shop. Reasonable prices. The bathroom was available. Only a few $US to enter and walk up the light house. Nice views, even if you don't go up.

After a brisk 5-7min walk uphill, we've arrived at the base of the lighthouse. It's 185 steps and 6 landings in total! With a fantastic 360 degree vantage point of Bermuda. Btw, per person ticket costs $2.50.

Gibb's Hill is a great stop any time in Bermuda. Great views and a little bit of fitness to boot. Would like to see more of a maritime, geographical or island history museum experience at each landing to break up the climb but either way, a terrific view from a working lighthouse.

This lighthouse is a rare cast iron one. The views are amazing. There is a lot of information about the lighthouse and construction of it. You can even go to the very top and do a 360 walk around on good weather days. The lighthouse keeper is very friendly and knowledgeable. The souvenir store has very reasonable prices and a great selection to choose from.

Today, my vacation adventure took me to Gibb's Hill Lighthouse.
Climbing the winding staircase, I couldn't contain my excitement as I caught glimpses of the breathtaking panoramic views through the peak hole square windows. The sights that awaited me at the top were nothing short of spectacular. The lighthouse stands tall, offering commanding views of turquoise waters that sparkle in the sunlight. The views also showcased the picturesque white-roofed houses dotting the landscape, adding a touch of charm to the scene.
Gibb's Hill Lighthouse is more than just a vantage point—it's a beacon of history. Opening its doors in 1846, it witnessed the passage of time and the evolution of Bermuda.
This experience was undoubtedly one for the books, immersing myself in the magnificence of Bermuda. When you visit, @Bermuda, this is a must-see attraction. The cost is only $2.50 for 185 steps for gorgeous views.
Church Bay in Bermuda is a serene inlet that boasts a renowned spot for diving, a compact and sandy shoreline, and an attractive small garden. It is an extraordinary retreat that provides privacy and seclusion to its visitors.
The prettiest beach I have ever visited. Great snorkeling with many views of foot-long rainbow parrotfish. Warm water, calm tides, clear, great wildlife. There is nothing wrong and everything right with this beach.

The sand here is fine and soft almost like at Horseshoe Bay Beach. Large rocks at the surface of the sand when wading into the ocean (hurt my feet). Lots of ants in the sand along with another larger black bug that pinch at your skin. Not busy, so it’s nice and private if that’s what you’re looking for.

Had an amazing experience free diving here. Swam with a couple reef sharks out deep, school of jacks and a nice assortment of reef fish on the structure about 100 yards out.

The beach is not clean, but fortunately everyone is helping by bringing what they find to the trash. It’s impossible to go if the ocean is rocky as the waves would push you away. It’s a great place otherwise to snorkel.

We saw dozens of fish the size of giant platter plates, brightly colored. It drops off kind of fast and it got a little rough for us. Well worth snorkeling here.

We have to say this is one of the most amazing little beaches to go to. Amazing sand. amazing waters, fish everywhere and so amazing to snorkel and swim. If you get a chance go see this beach and one more thing it is not that busy of a beach. Somedays we were the only people there.
