🌄 Lake + Garden + Boating ⛵
✨ Saputara Lake is the perfect destination for quality family time during the monsoon 🌧️. It's enveloped by lush trees 🌳, and both the lake and garden are well-maintained 🍃. Boating 🚣 is also an option here at a reasonable price, and I highly recommend trying it out. Enjoy a memorable day surrounded by nature at this lovely spot! 🤗
🌄 At sunset, the atmosphere becomes truly enchanting ✨, and you'll find the lake view to be particularly captivating. It's a great time to enjoy the scenic beauty of the place. 🌌

Saputara Lake is the heart of Saputara. Mainly Pedal boats are there, and normal boats are also available. We took the pedal boat as they were in a better condition.
Timing is from 8am to 7pm
I will suggest visiting the lake in the morning (if u have a single day trip) to avoid the harsh sun. During the evening we mostly visit to see the sunset so it will not be manageable, better to go in morning itself.
But if u have 2 evenings then go boating on 1st evening as Lake during evening is mesmerizing!
Charges are fixed around 100 per head
There are many small shops for refreshments around boating ticket counter where you can try lemon soda, tea etc. Kids games and entertainment is available over here.
(2 seater decorated cycle for adults is preferable to ride here as compared to table point, since the road is plain in Boating club area.)
Ramay Rajeev — Google review
You can get boating facility here. Rs. 300 for 4 seater self pedal boats for 30 min. Pedalling Person with boats are also available. Food court is also available here. Night view is also fabulous.

Beautiful, calm, serene despite being a man made lake. Can be crowded with revellers boating as well as hordes flicking the surrounding garden, but a foggy weekday eve in monsoons or winter and you can find yourself lucky to have it all for yourself.

Saputara Table Point, also known as Town Viewpoint, is located atop Governor's Hill and offers a flat table-like surface with breathtaking views of the valley and mountains. It's a paradise for adventure enthusiasts, offering activities like camel riding, horse riding, zip lining, and bike tours. Additionally, visitors can embark on a ropeway ride for an unforgettable experience.
Beautiful place for sunset view and other activities like horse, camel riding, kids activities are also there. You can also have snacks over there like sweet corn, chai, soda and much more. It was full fun.

It's a nice place for sunset lovers. I visited with family on weekend so mostly it was crowded place. You will be able to see the sunset clearly from this spot. You can easily drive car there but be cautious while driving to spot as the road are bit stiff you need very good driving skills. They also have rope way there.

We had a wonderful time at Table Point, which offers a great perspective of the entire city as well as a tonne of kid-friendly activities and stalls. It's a great place to come at both sunset and sunrise. It is feasible to drive to this location, but be careful to only drive on the very sloppy road that leads into the point.
Arshad Pathan — Google review
The hill station near Malegaon best situated and calm and peaceful. Very cheap, CO operative people, loving. Development authority of Saputara is very honest. Good architectural works at sunrise point. Other development is going on every where lake area private hotels. We often go there for relaxing.
Zaheer Ahmed Abdul Majeed Ansari — Google review
I visited this place on Sunday evening and i found it overcrowded. There are lot of activities on this table point like paragliding, rope way ( both i feel unsafe), motor ride and lots of things which we can see in fun fair for kids. I didn't feel to get down at this place also. One reason for overcrowded is Sunday and evening. It is best sun set point also and people starts gathering from 4-5pm to do some activities followed by sunset. May be in week days it's must be bit good. It's Better to trek hatgad fort which is near from Saputara than this table point if you want peaceful time in non crowded area . It's easy trek.

.we have to buy scooty to reached there. Approx 3 km from saputara circle

Wonderful place especially in current weather conditions - not too rainy and not to hot. Table top point offers you Horse ride, bike/car rides for the kids, baloon shooting etc. It's like visiting the childhood memories again. The food items including groundnuts, fruits, Maggie noodles are slightly expensive compared to the prices near Saputara lake but you'd pay for it as it's worth enjoying food here! One can definitely enjoy sunset from this point as well.
There's plenty of parking space and pay-and-use basis toilet too.

This is the place from where you would get the ropeway to reach sunset point. I would suggest this place to take the ropeway from as t sunset point, you would have climb on your foot for a long while.
The parking here is chargeable. It quickly closes after sunset. The elevation to reach this place is steep. The road quality is good. The view is pretty good.

Great views of around 270° from the edge with mountain range, lakes, river etc. Some people scaled the mountain ahead for either better views or for that adrenaline rush but surely it is not for the faint hearted. The timing of aun rise was slightly later than what was shown on Google search. Large parking space for many cars n bikes. Few shops were open while sun was rising but the hot tea seems heavenly. Searching for the route to the ropeway in Saputara town, we chanced upon an apiary which has bee boxes where one can witness the in and out movement of worker bees busy shoring up the colony's pollen reserve to make honey for larvae in the hive. The apiary has freshly bottled honey on sale which we purchased. The shopkeeper was kind enough to wrap the two bottles we bought in newspaper after taping the lid to ensure we could carry back home the honey intact in the bottles. Barring the honey that we bought there is nothing at Saputara that you can buy as souvenirs.
