The catholic cathedral in Baguio City, Philippines is a stunning building with distinctive pink façade and rose window. It is popular for its beauty and is one of the top tourist destinations in Baguio City.
The Baguio Cathedral is in the center of the city, just along session road. You have to climb up the famous stiff stairs but you have an option to go the other way. The Cathedral itself is huge and it's amazing as it's well maintained church though there's a lot of people going to mass. There's a Chapel that you can go to if you want a more secluded area and more peace.

Baguio Cathedral is located nearby shops in the city so it is so accessible to go anywhere after church.
It has many people on holidays and weekends.

i like the interior design and the exterior is quite clean and well maintained. but quite small for a big city.
The view is so nice

Very beautiful cathedral on top of a hill. The place is well maintained. On Sundays, there is a holy mass every hour in Ilocano, Tagalog, and English

The Baguio Cathedral is right at the center of the city. You can reach it via taxi, Grab or just follow google while driving.
Parking spaces are available but you will be charged per hour. There is a ticket upon entering and they’ll charge you at the exit.
There is also a food court but it was closed during our visit. Restrooms have minimal charge but are clean.
When we got there, we were lucky to have heard mass and see and touch the Black Nazarene visiting Baguio.

A peaceful place to be at night. Walk from session through the stairs. Before going up, stop by at the Mylk Tea store

Our first destination upon arriving in Baguio. They have mass every 30 mins and we were able to hear the 6 am to 6:30am mass.
If you are using public transport, this is less than a kilometer walk from the terminal.
If you have own transport, parking is available.
The comfort room is open to the public so you don't have to look anywhere else too.

It was smaller than I expected. But it is a beautiful church that is one of the must visit churches when visiting Baguio. We passed by at night which gave a different view of the church highlighting it's beauty.

One of the famous and historical landmarks in baguio. Located @ the heart of Baguio City. A very solemn and peaceful ambiance. A must visit specially for Roman Catholic.

The iconic church in Baguio City is just located above the busy street of Session Road. Parking space is available just be considerate enough to not park for more than an hour. Parking is only for 10 pesos but it is only if you are going to mass. Please make sure to leave with your car after the mass or else you will be fined for a significant amount. Every Sunday there is a mass from 6 am to 6 pm.

BEAUTIFUL CHURCH. That time there were so many Christmas lights and decorations, and you can really feel the christmas vibes!
It was very crowded but the mass was beautiful.
There was a reenactment of the birth of Jesus, done by a youth group.
Traffic & parking situation was very crowded. Better if may hatid sundo.
Not sure if taxi is accessible at that time.

Quick review: Place is constantly being altered especially the exterios. Cathedral must attain its landmark or style already. Everything else, looks fine (4/5)

The atmosphere is very holy. I love the structure. Mixed modern and classic. The interior is so new and neat. Location is very accessible since it’s in the center of Baguio City.

I don't really go to church to pray or attend a mass, I was just there to check out the interior and how well it was built. This one in Baguio seems ok, sturdy and well ventilated, great ceiling, so I think it's safe for church-goers to be here and be all spiritual and righteous. Hope they pick up after themselves, and remember that cleanliness is next to godliness.. or however Catholics or Christians would say it.

A solemn place, as what was expected from all the other churches in the country. But in fairness, even on a regular day, they open early which sounds very good for the tourists.

Burnham Park is a large city park located in front of The Melvin Jones Grandstand, in Baguio City, Philippines. There are many activities to be enjoyed by visitors, such as boating on the man-made lake, skateboarding and riding rides on the amusement park's kiddie rides, eating strawberry taho and other local delicacies at food stalls, or picnicking under the pine trees.
A lovely place to be on a nice day.
We were pleasantly surprised and very pleased at how long a period of time that we had aboard our boat on the lake. You may hire bicycles(some carrying as many as three people)on the cycle track for a modest fee,and once again the period of time allowed is most generous indeed ~ so it is good value for money.
Spend time here is amazing. I love the place.

Went to Burnham Park on a Sunday. There is a crowd anywhere but it is given since it is a tourist spot that is accessible to everyone. The lights are beautiful at night since we went during Christmas season. Some spots were dark alleys when you walk on them but otherwise, good for friendly and family dates!

A place that everyone wanted to visit. So many activities that your family can enjoy, but expect heavy traffic in the city. So, I advice be there early so you can have so much fun and enjoy before the crowd. But I love to go back to Baguio and explore more

We went to Burnham Park during the holidays and expect that there are a lot of visitors. The park is jam packed with tourists and locals. All sides of the park had activity areas from playgrounds, rentable bicycles, rowing of boat on the lake and even picnic area.
Even though it is jam packed it is still walkable and there are still ample space for sitting and setting up a picnic area. We had a nice experience especially the weather is nice and had a very cold breeze even at the peak of the sun in morning

An excellent place for family and friends to visit. It has no entrance fees, and has a lake where you can ride a boat (P 150) and park grounds where you can ride small bikes (P 100). Not a place I would recommend at night as it gets quite dark here at some spots. But the morning is a superb experience you will definitely want to come back to.

A very beautiful park in the heart of Baguio city.. you can do many activities there.. sailing a boat in the lake, biking, having a massage, buying ice cream. It is full of families and friends.. kind people would smile whenever your eyes meet. I will certainly go back there someday.

Great place and one of the popular spots to visit in Baguio. You can enjoy the waterpark rides and take a stroll around the area. The place is also quite near the Baguio City mall. Best ride that I enjoyed is Bump car (recommended with friends). Much better to visit Burnham Park during summer. There's no enough shade if ever you'll get caught in the rain. You can't walk around whenever it rains. The lake is also not attractive during rainy days.
Great place to have fun or relax with your friends or family. The place looks amazing and great for taking long walks. There are also guides on the paths for the blind

A great place for a trip with your family, friends and your partner!
-There are available paddle boat operators that you can rent from 200-350 pesos.
-Bikes can be rented from 75 pesos up to 150 pesos that is already good for 30 minutes.
Location is strategic. There are several walking distance establishments where you can eat and jeepney vehicles are just nearby.

I've been to Baguio for several times but never had the chance to visit Burnham Park. I read a lot of comments that it is not that beautiful but to my surprise, It exceeded my expectation. The park is bustling with positive energy. The cool weather is perfect for the people renting bikes and boats. There are stalls that sells food and the atmosphere is vibrant. It really is the heart of Baguio city. The place is open 24 hours and it is also bright during night. The place is well lit and you will feel that it is safe. There are a lot of students practicing even at night. I was surprised that it was near SM Baguio and Session Road. Definitely a must visit in Baguio city.

Perfect bonding moment!
One of the best place in Baguio City is the Burnham Park. How did this place became so great? Well, there are numbers of activities that you can enjoy there with your friends, family, or someone/people you love.
One of the spots that I really loved was riding the Boat. As a first timer boat paddler (? Lol), I really enjoyed it.
Try the other activities there too!

Burnham Park offers a beautiful natural setting and a wide range of recreational activities, making it a must-visit destination in Baguio. However, visitors should be prepared for crowds and limited parking, especially during peak times. Affordable: Most of the activities and rentals at Burnham Park are affordable, making it accessible to a wide range of visitors, including budget travelers.
Cons of Burnham Park:
Crowds: Burnham Park can get extremely crowded, especially on weekends and holidays. The large number of visitors can lead to long queues for boat rentals and other activities, diminishing the peaceful atmosphere.
Limited Parking: Finding parking around Burnham Park can be a challenge, and the available parking spaces can fill up quickly during peak hours.
Commercialization: Over the years, Burnham Park has become more commercialized, with numerous vendors and stalls selling snacks and souvenirs. While this can be convenient, it has also led to a slightly cluttered appearance in some areas.
Maintenance: While the park is generally well-maintained, some areas could benefit from more attention and regular upkeep, especially during the rainy season when certain paths can get muddy.

Surprised to see a crowd of people in Burnham Park at night time- babies, kids, teens, and families just enjoying the night stroll. The place is safe as there are police officers were everywhere. Lots of food, drinks, coffee, milk tea and more to choose from when you feel hungry. The bike area is also packed although one can still manage to enjoy bike riding. Busking was also allowed. Rides were also available for kids to enjoy. Sparkling night to remember with all the Christmas lights all over the trees and pathways! A must-see when visiting Baguio during the holidays! Burnham Park is a must visit spot in Baguio City, and even though it's been a while since I've been there, I can still recall the lively atmosphere at night.
Delicious street food stalls lining around the park, and a bustling night market full of treasures waiting to be discovered. It's like stepping into a lively scene straight out of a movie, with people laughing, chatting, and enjoying the local vibes. It's a nostalgic experience that showcases the heart and soul of Baguio's culture.

Oh how I missed Burnham Park. I used to come here every morning to run around the lake many years ago. It still was a great place for a nice walk, some bump-car fun, and the like. The holiday market (?) was well designed and decorated, so I'd recommend visiting this place around Christmas.

You just can't skip Burham Park whenever you're in Baguio. Best to go here during weekdays for that mid-to-late afternoon stroll. You'll see lots of assortment of activities: lake boat rides, bikes, food stalls scattered around. Gardens are well maintained and there are lots of seating around. But best to enjoy the walks, the scenery, in that cold Baguio breeze.

The Bell House Library Museum is an American colonial-style house with a lush garden amphitheater that is well-preserved and historically interesting. It was designed by General J. Franklin Bell, who was instrumental in transforming the Camp John Hay resort into a major military retreat during the Philippine-American War. Art and architecture enthusiasts will be impressed by the house's American style and its cozy interiors. The museum is currently open to the public as a tourist attraction.

When your in Baguio, one of the best place to go is Camp John Hay to avoid the congestion in the city.
And when your at Camp John Hay a must see is the Bell House. Its another piece of history. It was named after general J Franklin Bell and used as a vacation residence for the commanding general of the philippines.
Now this place is turned into a museum. Exploring the place felt like you are transported in time. The pieces of furnitures are still intact. It was well maintained. The luscious surrounds & the fresh air is worthwhile.

The house is named after General J. Franklin Bell, US official who had stayed there in the early 1900s. It was Bell who converted Camp John Hay into military resort. House was built in 1906 in American colonial style.
There is not much to see inside. Just some basic furniture. It would be more interesting if there were some kind of information about the place and its residents.
Building and surrounding areas were turned over to the Philippine government in 1991 and became open to the public
It is still worth a visit as the structure is beautiful.
Under one ticket to historic area (85 PHP per adult and 40 PHP for students) one may see The Bell House, Bell Amphitheater, Secret Garden and History Trail. Place is open daily from 9 am to 5 pm.

A little of history:
Named after Gen. J. Franklin Bell, who was sent to the Philippines during the Philippine-American War, the Bell House holds historical significance. Gen. Once the vacation home of the Commanding General of the Philippines, the Bell House has now been converted into a modern museum that showcases old architecture and lifestyle. Bell House is indeed a good place to visit when in Baguio. Entrance fee is php 20.00. Its location is near the boundary of baguio and la trinidad. There, you have to go up and climb up their stairs to reach and watch the good view of Baguio city. Hopefully, this place will be improved and renovated as old structures were noticeable throughout the area.
Session Road is a capacious avenue adorned with numerous dining establishments, neighborhood amenities, lodgings and merchandisers. The stretch also boasts an array of hotels where one can spend a comfortable night's rest after a long day exploring the city, plus several shops where visitors can purchase souvenirs or other essentials.
The Mines View Park observation deck is one of the most popular tourist destinations in Baguio City. The views from the deck are breathtaking and you can also enjoy other attractions in this park like the abandoned copper mines of Itogon, Benguet.
Come to Mines View Observation Deck to breathe and relax away from work!
My friends and I went here very early to watch the sunrise. I managed to get few snaps of the place as it was jam packed with tourists from other parts of the Philippines. On a hindsight, it is always like this whenever I come to Baguio. This place never run out of tourists. And one do understand why... Had I happen to live near here, I'd also frequent this site.
We no longer took pictures with the horses nor with igorot costumes on and whatever there are. We just wandered the Mines View Park to appreciate what's in there and buy food and clothing to bring home as souvenir to our love ones.
We had our breakfast just outside the Park where a canteen offers inexpensive but satisfying food nonetheless while waiting for the Good Shepherd Convent to open because we'd buy their products like the famous ube jam.
In the years to come and given the chance to come again to Baguio, I would still come to Mines View Park and do what I did.
Visit the Park if you can! It's worth your time and energy.

A classic Baguio tourist spot. It is a reminder of Benguet as a mining town.
Parking can be challenging especially on the weekends. You only have to pay a minimal environmental fee to enter, which was 10 pesos as of July 2023. There’s a lot of food stalls and souvenir shops in the area. If you fancy riding a pink horse, you may do that here too.

Visiting Mines View Observation Deck is a must for anyone traveling to Baguio. The breathtaking views and the opportunity to engage with the local culture are definite highlights. However, the crowds and pushy vendors can be a downside, so it's best to go early in the day to enjoy a more peaceful experience.
Pros:
Scenic Views: The main highlight of Mines View Observation Deck is, of course, the stunning panoramic view of the mining town of Itogon and the surrounding Cordillera mountains. The sight of the mining town nestled amidst the mountains is truly captivating and provides ample photo opportunities.
Cultural Experience: Mines View is a great place to immerse yourself in the local culture. You can rent traditional Cordillera attire and have your photos taken in them, which adds a unique cultural dimension to your visit.
Souvenir Shopping: The adjacent souvenir shops offer a wide variety of locally made handicrafts, jewelry, and other souvenirs. It's a good place to pick up gifts or keepsakes to remember your trip by.
Food Options: There are stalls selling local snacks and refreshments, allowing you to enjoy some refreshments while taking in the view.
Cons:
Crowded and Commercialized: Mines View Observation Deck can get extremely crowded, especially during peak tourist seasons. The commercialization of the area can sometimes detract from the natural beauty of the place.
Pushy Vendors: While the souvenir shops offer a diverse range of products, some vendors can be quite persistent and pushy, which can be off-putting for visitors who prefer a more relaxed shopping experience.
Limited Parking: Finding parking nearby can be a challenge, especially during busy times, which can be frustrating for those traveling by car.
Limited Amenities: The observation deck lacks modern amenities, such as restroom facilities, so visitors should plan accordingly.

Last visit here was more than decade ago, and it has improved a lot: much cleaner, wider and clearer path ways, more organized/orderly sections now compared to before. It might be the case for us as we visited during weekday morning (~10am) so there wasn't much of a crowd and parking was not a problem.

The deck provided a scenic view of Baguio’s outskirts and was great for picture taking. However, the stairs leading to it are steeper than most.
Before heading to the deck itself, there are numerous stalls selling flowers and souvenirs such as shirts, tote bags, fans, and many more. Animal attractions are also present. They have horses with manes dyed pink and a St. Bernard dog wearing sunglasses.
There were not a lot of people as we went in the middle of the afternoon on a weekday.

As usual. You’ve got a nice view here if the weather permits you because sometimes the fog eats the view. Never the less it’s so relaxing and there are stalls where you can buy your pasalubongs as well. You just have to pay a small amount for you to enter the place but it’s worth it.

Expect this place to be packed. A lot of local tourists take turns capturing their photos. Bring some extra money. A lot of goods and foods are quite pricey, especially the strawberry taho. You can purchase rare plants and herbs as well.

Mines View Observation Deck is another tourist attraction in Baguio City. The entrance fee is just 10 pesos and you can have the view that you can take photos of. They have a lot of stalls that you can choose from that offer different kinds of souvenirs, plants, food packs, clothes, and other pasalubongs. They also have a St Bernard dog that you can take photos of but with a price. They also have ponies that you can ride just for a photo of. Just outside of it are different stores where you can also buy your souvenirs.

Quite a serene place to visit if you come early in the morning. It gets cold up there, so if you're not used to cold weather, bring a sweater or jacket. It is a good place to take pictures, esp. when the fog is out. The staircases going up and coming down from the view deck get slippery when wet, so be careful. You'll pass by the souvenir and plant stores / booths on your way up to the view deck, but you can always shop on your way down. You can also take pictures with the St. Bernard (woof, woof) with pay and if hungry, restaurants are available outside Mines View, where the parking areas are at. More Souvenir stores can be located outside as well. PLS. DO NOT LITTER. Bring your trash at home.

Sunrise and sunset is a must experience here. We visited this on a normal weekday, and there's still a couple of people so expect huge crowd on weekends specially on holidays.
Also a classic spot for us. I've been here for a lot of times since I was kid and it still has the same feels.
The convent known for its solemn atmosphere of prayer and masses with singing is frequented by relatives of the former Pink Sisters who have since pursued different life missions, among them being missionaries. It's a great place to connect with God, and donations are gratefully accepted for the international missions of the Sisters of Devotion. Additionally, special sales are held at Christmas time and during Lent in support of missionary work.
I can’t forget my first time to attend mass at Pink Sisters in Davao City. The mass is so solemn and their trademark large metal gate inside the church to separate them from church goers. So as we went Baguio and it’s very near our accommodation, we visited and offered prayers in writing. You can buy candles for P5 each. You need help if you’re in a wheelchair to climb those steps at the church. Few parking space. But it’s worth your while to refresh our spirituality.

A santuary for the mind and soul. We visited in mid March when the flowers were bright and blooming.
Hope that the good nuns in the Museum Shop to the left of the chapel would consider adding more religious items for us to purchase and bring home.

My lolo +Father Julio Barbieto SVD used to be the parish priest here when I was still a kid. So we would regularly visit this chapel then. My dad also has college friends who used to be Pink Sisters (who moved on in their respective life missions and advocacies). And now whenever I go to Baguio, I still drop by to say a prayer. We also visited my dad’s friends who were Pink Sisters. Great great place to say connect with God. Make sure to write your prayer intentions and donate for the international missionaries of SVD. You can also help the missions by buying some goodies and souvenirs like Ostya Cookies and St. Benedict pendant/medallion.

Observe proper dress code when visiting the convent. There are scarves available in case you go there in shorts or sleeveless top/dress.
Please observe silence, turn off phones before going inside. Have respect for the solemnity of the place especially when the nuns are around.

One of the best churches to visit in Baguio. You can really feel the peace and tranquility everytime you attend or even just offer prayers. Go-to ng mga magtatake ng boards, light a candle and prayover.

So quiet and peaceful here. Some needed alone time with Him to offer prayers for family and friends.

A quiet respite. This is one place in Baguio where you can find comfort with God. You can also buy mass cards, novena booklets, and other religious items here. Just patiently wait for the nun in charge to attend to your needs and inquiries

Want a solemn Holy Mass experience? This is the place to be!
You just have to be early to be able to get a seat. Limited parking spaces too.
A very serene place for prayer and meditation. You can offer your intentions for the Pink Sisters to pray for. Their prayers are very powerful! 🙏🏼

Even though only the chapel was open when I visited the place yesterday, I was impressed with the buildings and the sisters' dedication. There is a sister kneeling in front of the altar at all hours. Because of the silent environment, I felt closer to the Almighty for that brief moment in time.

“Visited Pink Sister’ Convent and Chapel, I was captivated by its serene atmosphere. The chapel’s peaceful ambiance and beautiful surroundings create a perfect environment for reflection and prayer. A truly tranquil and spiritual experience.”

Well known place for prayers and masses by the Catholic faithful. Write down your intentions on the paper provided, say your prayers in silence, and drop your intentions. The nuns continually pray for the intentions of the faithful. If you believe in the power of prayers, this is one manifestation of this.
Do support the Convent with your donations. The guard here also sells ornamentals, and there are sellers of sampaguitas in case you have a car. You may also light candles (you may purchase them from the guard).
Masses are also held here but it's just a small chapel, so if you're hearing mass, it's best to go to the other Catholic churches in Baguio instead.

The Lourdes Grotto is a Catholic shrine and pilgrimage site in Baguio City, Philippines that features an image of the Virgin Mary. The grotto is a popular pilgrimage site during Holy Thursday and Good Friday, with devotees ascending the 252 steps to pray. The stairs are both physically challenging and spiritually rewarding, with devotees often lighting a candle at the altar.
Shrine created by the Jesuits. It now has a chapel near the grotto, and as always, after a long hike up its stairs, the view on top is amazing. Say a little prayer to Mama Mary when you get there.

Our visit to Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto in Baguio was memorable. The site offers a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for those looking for a place of reflection and prayer. The climb to the top of the grotto is a bit steep, but it's well worth the effort. There are several areas where people may pause while on the trek upwards. Candles can also be bought and lit for prayers and offerings.

Another place that you should not miss when you take your trip to the summer capital city. Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto will nkt only fill your eyes full with the scenery but also connects your spirits to our Creator. Make sure to be ready to take the steps to reach the top. Aside visiting the shrine you can definitely spend your time in Mirador Eco park which is at the side of the hill.

For devotees of Our Lady of Lourdes, this is a must visit. Prepare to climb the stairs up to the grotto. There is an accessibility ramp where cars can go up and park at the highest point so no worries for seniors and PWDs.
There are signages that restrict visitors bringing pets, so consider yourselves warned. A lot of stray cats on the stairs though.
A lot of gardens act as ststions of rest as you climb the grotto. Fantastic view of Baguio and the mountains. Lots of flowers depending on season. I went there this April so flowers are still in bloom.
Candles are available at the grotto on top through the honesty boxes. But be advised they quickly run out depending on the nunber of visitors. On the other hand there are people selling candles and flowers at the foot of the stairs, but quite pricey if you ask me.
Lots of canteens and stores along the streets going to the grotto.

If you're a Catholic, you may find this place interesting. I don't belong to any organized religion, thus it's not my cup of tea to climb up the stairs. A few snaps of photo from my dashboard was enough.

Catholic shrine that sits on Mirador Hill in Baguio City. It was constructed in 1913 mainly out of limestone that was used to build the Mirador Jesuite you will have to climb up a stairway made up of around 252 steps which took five years to complete.

The concrete stairs from the foothill leading up to the Grotto is a challenge for the young at heart. A landing is provided every now and then as respite for picture taking and to rest. The trek upstairs is a good bonding moment when taken with the family.
There is an access road for cars leading up to the Grotto. It is a big help for the elderly who only have to muster a dozen more steps to reach the Shrine.

You have 2 options to see Our Lady of Lourdes Grotto: first by taking the stairs and the other drive up by car. There are parking lots from other establishments and the start of the stairs and we simply asked for permission if we can park in for a period of time.
We did not know the entrance or way to the vehicle option, hence we went through the stairs. It was more or less 250 steps but felt like more. There are quick stops where you can take a rest and appreciate the angel structures.
At the top is the huge grotto of Our Lady of Lourdes, a candle offering area and a small chapel where you can sit, reflect, pray and listen to nature. We took the staircase back down to our car and grabbed some strawberry ice cream.
The place is clean and with a clean restroom as well.
The Bell Church is a Buddhist temple located in the town of La Trinidad, halfway between Baguio City and the city of La Trinidad, in the Philippines. The temple features Taoist architecture alongside some Buddhist features, and is a popular tourist destination due to its tranquil environment and views from the courtyard. A small lily pond is included.
A known tourist spot here in Baguio City. If you are a peace and nature loving person, then go to this place. A picturesque mountain side which they turned into a temple. This is along the highway going to La Trinidad Benguet. Nearby tourist spot is the Volley of Colors which is just 3 minutes walk.

I wasn’t sure that I really wanted to visit this location. But it is worth the visit. This is a beautiful Temple that still offers a place to come and pray. I can’t begin to imagine the number of people that visited here to pray. The grounds are amazing, quiet and very well preserved. There is a view point that allows you to see the surrounding area, if your willing to do stairs. They invite you to bring your camera’s, but not inside the Temple.

This was the nearest attraction near the event we attended at Magsaysay Avenue. It was a nice find that I chanced upon. I have been to Baguio several times but my first time to visit here. I paid 20 pesos for the entrance fee which was the rate per person and another 20 pesos for the parking fee. I went up flights of stairs to see the big bell, the shrines/gazebo and the pagodas. The view from the top was so nice too. The Buddhist church is well- maintained and flowers were in bloom when I was there. Met foreign tourists as well as locals and a group of students from Camarines . I had fun wandering alone.

Before you reach the Taoist Temple agte, you'll pass thru the street with shops, you will notice that the Taoist walls were not taken care of. On the temple itself, it's fully renovated, newly painted, and newly trimmed landscape. The view from the lower ground is perfect to take photos of the gazebos with statues. Elders would have difficulty climbing up the ladder since it's stiff. They may just stay at the temple.

Bell church is a beautiful place of worship. The structures of the buildings are of classic Chinese architecture. There is an intricately landscaped garden going up the hill. If you want solitude and a place where there are less crowd of people around, then you would love to pay the Bell Church a visit.

Bell Church is a Buddhist Temple. This place is one of the tourist destination of La Trinidad. Open minded people like me will enjoy here. Aside from the beautiful scenery which will welcome you upon entering this place, you will be amazed of the persons personality inside the church of you are not shy to talk to him. You will gain more knowledge about their religion if you are willing to learn. The key is to ask, then you will find the answer.

Picturesque place. The panoramic view of the surroundings from the top is peaceful and serene. Seeing a church in the conventional Chinese style is quite an experience. The site only had a few visitors when I visited guess it has to do with the timing of my visit. A typical itinerary if travelling from Baguio would be Bell Church-->Valley of Colors-->Strawberry Farm. Add this to your Baguio travel list if your travel plan exceeds 2 days.

Before it used to be free .. but now there is a 20 pesos entrance free ... Still a reasonable price...
It's a Buddhist church with a garden... It's a good place to go take a walk .. or you can also pray here if you share the same religion ...

It was an enlightening experience. The intricate architecture and ornate decorations were visually captivating, offering a glimpse into the rich cultural and spiritual traditions of the Chinese-Filipino community.
The serene surroundings and well-maintained gardens added to the overall tranquility of the place. While the experience was informative, some visitors might find the limited guided information a slight drawback.
Nevertheless, the Bell Church remains a must-visit for those interested in cultural diversity and religious heritage.
PS. You can pass by this tourist spot, on your way to the Valley of Colors and Strawberry Farm 🍓

It was a very short trip to Baguio and I chanced upon this temple on my way to La Trinidad. I have been to Baguio several times but I haven't visited this place. It is located just before the La Trinidad Arch. The temple is built on a hillside and the view from the top is beautiful. There is a parking lot at the base of the temple with a parking fee of Php 20. Entrance fee per person is also Php 20. You can include this in your sightseeing if you're on your way to the Strawberry Farm.

Definitely worth time to see. Comparing it with other Chinese attractions I seen this one is amongst top ones.
To enter it’s only 20php and parking space is available.
It’s specious, didn’t expect it. It was relatively easy to capture good photos as people move from one attraction to another.
When you reach the top (near the bell itself) the view is peaceful.

A peaceful place for a quick stopover before Valley of Colors and Strawberry Farm. There's an entrance fee of ₱20.00, parking is also available— just not sure if they have a fee for it. We went there on a weekend around 1PM and spent 30 minutes roaming around the area. Quick exercise on climbing the stairs up to the bell.

One of the tourist attractions in Baguio City which you might want to visit as well. Bell Church is known for intricately designed arches and buildings adorned with flags, bells and dragons. It is a Chinese temple of the Chinese Filipino indigenous religious organization of the same name in La Trinidad, Benguet. Before you can enter, you need to buy an entrance ticket for about 20 Pesos. You can take good photos inside and will be able to view from the top and see the beautiful scenery of Baguio City.

This place feels like a China tourist spot. It features dragons that symbolizes strength, knowledge, and supernatural power for Chinese culture. I really love how the red colour can be seen all over the place. There's also an overview of distant houses of La Trinidad, Benguet. Feels like Korea vibes whenever you see such houses built in such way as shown in my photos. Recommendable place for tourists! Don't miss this out.
The Tam-Awan Village is a recent addition to Baguio City that is devoted to showcasing the culture and history of the Cordillera Region. It features traditional ifugao huts, art galleries, coffee shops, as well as perfect spots to see the breathtaking sights of Benguet.
Place is a bit dark as there were alot of trees. Highlight of the attraction would be the paintings made by i believe people living there. There was quite of it and if you love paintings and a little bit of trecking you will enjoy the place. You can also buy items there as there is a souvenir shop inside as well as home made kitchen food.

Reconstruction of traditional huts and showcasing Baguio arts/history. Nice and short hike trail especially for young people to get them starting, or a couple looking for fun time out. Some stairs or walkways missing handrails though.

We went here having relatively no idea what we would find. The entrance fee was fairly cheap at P60 per adult. It's basically a cultural attraction where you can see traditional igorot huts and watch igorot dances. We went during a holiday so there were many tourist. Don't go on holidays.
As for the cultural show of the native dances, they were entertaining for a while but I wish they actually explained the meaning of these dances more thoroughly or maybe had brochures or any form of written information about them and the history of the place.
This place is also not recommended if you have elderly or disabled persons with you because the stone steps are steep and can be slippery. The greenery is great, though. It's a nice place to stop and enjoy nature as long as it's not crowded.
Overall, I wish they could improve on how they showcase the cultural aspects of the site. Maybe have some guides too.

Been here before and it was not exactly what I remembered. I remembered more art pieces back then. More sculptures and huts. Also don't bring a stroller here you won't be able to use it. It will just be an added weight. It's a hike going here so be ready.

If you're into nature tripping, this is the place for you to explore. Though, one has to be ready to take the challenge in climbing lots of stairs. Entrance fee is discounted for students and seniors and paid upon registration. There's a hut selling souvenirs, another hut if you want to have a sketch of yourself, another hut where you can have a tattoo. Lots of things to explore and do. But for seniors, take note to visit when its summer cause the stones and steps are slippery and not senior friendly. There's also a gallery featuring paintings of local talents.

We arrived on a random Saturday and didn't need to wait at all to enter. Tickets were relatively cheap at 60 pesos each.
However, to fully enjoy the experience, be prepared for a steep hike up the mountain. The most dangerous part of the hike had no rails to hold on to, and there were no clear guides pointing the way. Additionally, bring an umbrella as rain will keep you on the trail and will have you working slower through the path.
As a sidenote, the way up was infinitely more enjoyable than the way (slide) down.
Overall, if you are energetic, physically prepared, and dressed for the hike, go for it. Otherwise, I'd recommend going up the first few sets of stairs and promptly going down and eating some of the strawberry ice cream instead.

The Diplomat Hotel, formerly known as the Dominican Hill Retreat House, is a sprawling 17-hectare property located atop the Dominican Hill in Baguio City, Philippines. It has been registered with the National Heritage Commission as a heritage site and is often considered one of the most haunted locations in the Philippines due to its history of paranormal activity.
Heritage Hill and Nature Park Garden, with the Old Diplomat Hotel ruins, provides a unique historical and cultural experience with beautiful scenic views. However, visitors should be prepared for limited amenities, challenging terrain, and weather conditions that can affect the overall experience.

I’m a bit hesitant going to this place. Not because I’m scared, but because it feels like we are trespassing and invading the space of those who are occupying this place, whether in this world or in the other realm. It’s like disrespecting their privacy for our own amusement. Thus before entering the premises, and the whole time we were inside, I asked for their permission and apologized for the disturbance.
I made a review of this place not to encourage or discourage people to go here but to encourage everyone to give respect first before entering their space and maybe offer a little prayer for the souls who are here, to find peace.

It was sooo foggy when we got there around 4pm, feeling you are really in a hunted place 😱. Tourist are no longer allowed inside the building because of the falling debris, but you can take pictures outside of the eerie old building. It was constructed in 1913. You have to pay P10. entrance fee per head and closes at 5pm. You can take your best OOTD as the outside building facade is soo vintage and very beautiful but just be aware there might be a ghost or white lady behind you 🤪😂✌️

Guests are allowed to enter until 5PM. While you can’t enter the building itself, you can go around the haunted structure, appreciate its history, and take snaps. Entrance fee is P20 per person.
The Mirador Park is nearby so you might want to add that to your itinerary as well.

The Baguio Botanical Garden is a beautiful spot in the city where visitors can explore a variety of plants and flowers. The park has a variety of different areas, including individual pavilions dedicated to the cities that Baguio shares relationships with. There are also plenty of benches to relax on and activities to do, like taking a lunch break or exploring the gardens. If you're interested in nature then this is definitely a place you should visit.
For entrance fee of just 10 pesos, you can spend time with your friends and family in this beautiful and newly renovated garden. Go on a weekday if you can to avoid the crowd. There is a milk tea stall in the middle of the park if you want refreshments, and a cafe near the entrance. Take time to see the cacti collection. Restrooms are clean. Highly recommended to both locals and tourists.

One of the best gardens I visited. This place is Eden-like cozy version. If you are dreaming of going to Denmark or Amsterdam or any European countries but on a very tight budget, this is a good alternative.
The place is clean, the flowers are beautiful. The ambiance of the place is relaxing. There are food stalls too where you can just sit, eat, relax, stroll and repeat.
This is also a good place to propose!

The garden showcases a rich variety of plant species, inviting visitors to explore its lush pathways and admire the vibrant colors of nature. With themed areas highlighting different plants and cultural elements, it offers a blend of botanical beauty and cultural significance. While some areas could benefit from further maintenance, the garden overall provides a peaceful retreat and a delightful experience for nature enthusiasts and those seeking a connection with the outdoors.

I recently had the opportunity to visit Baguio Botanical Garden, and it was a delightful experience overall. Here's a review of the pros and cons based on my visit:
Pros of Baguio Botanical Garden:
Variety of Flora: The garden is home to a diverse collection of plants and trees, showcasing the rich biodiversity of the region. It's a great place for nature enthusiasts and botany lovers.
Cultural Experience: Baguio Botanical Garden also features indigenous huts and sculptures that represent the Cordillera region's cultural heritage. It provides a unique blend of natural and cultural attractions.
Educational: The garden offers informational signs and guides who can provide insights into the different plant species and their significance, making it an educational experience for visitors.
Photography Opportunities: The picturesque landscape and colorful flowers make it a fantastic spot for photography. You can capture some stunning shots amid the lush greenery.
Cons of Baguio Botanical Garden:
Maintenance: During my visit, I noticed that some areas of the garden seemed a bit neglected, with overgrown vegetation and worn-out huts. It could benefit from more consistent maintenance.
Crowds: Baguio Botanical Garden can get quite crowded, especially during weekends and holidays, which can make it challenging to explore and enjoy the serenity of the place.
Limited Amenities: The garden lacks amenities like restrooms and dining options. Visitors should be prepared with essentials like water and snacks.
Pushy Vendors: Some souvenir vendors near the entrance can be a bit pushy, trying to sell their products aggressively, which can be off-putting for some visitors.
In summary, Baguio Botanical Garden offers a unique blend of natural beauty and cultural heritage. It's a great place to connect with nature and learn about the local flora and culture. However, it could benefit from improved maintenance and crowd management, and visitors should be prepared for a rustic experience with limited amenities.

Entrance is 100 pesos if you're not from Baguio
This place is magical. We went in the morning and on a weekday so there were not many people. We plan on coming back and experiencing the night view of this place since there are lots of lights strewn about the entire area. It is big and you probably need 2 hours to explore the entire place.
The best parts were literally why it is called the Botanical Garden. The flowers and plants are so beautiful, well maintained and lovely to take pictures of. I almost maxed out my phone memory because every flower I come across I would want to take a photo of. Great experience. 10/10.

Newly improved botanical garden. With improved ambiance. When you want to shoot or pictorial you need a permit @ the entrance. Don not worry for your safety there are guards roaming around. Also restrooms are within the vicinity, you need to pay for maintenance aside from the entrance fee. Enjoy the view!

Marvel at the best landscape architectural project I have ever seen. Don't be fooled by it's name this isn't your typical plant based attraction.
This place will be very hard to explain in words so it is best if you see it in personal. It has different cultural gardens. It has a great play with elevation. It has tunnels it has great paid comfort room that brings you deep inside the rain forest. But most importantly, it has a coffee shop situated perfectly to feast your eyes with a view.

Renovations are impressive! It's a completely different garden now. What I impressed the most is the layout. It's clever to have the souvenir shops and a cafeteria by the exit that is also near to the entrance

I've been to the Botanical Garden in Baguio multiple times, and I must admit, it never fails to amaze me. Each visit unveils new selfie spots and unique features in the area. What's great is that there's easy access to a comfort room for everyone, as well as a convenient food store and souvenir shop on site.

Went there early in the morning.. Not many people yet.. So we got the place very quiet.. Paid 100 per adult.. Residents, seniors and children have discounts.. Parking is 35 pesos for the first 2 hours and our car is Vios. The garden is very nice and colorful.. At this month, lots of flowers bloom and the weather was perfect

Simply amazing. The place offers a lot to see. It's great for different kinds of people looking for different things, Whether it's a peaceful walk to see different kinds of plants, exploring a Japanese tunnel, or having a picnic, the place has you covered.

Last went here in 2014 and just got back in 2022. Now, it is even more improved and prettier. It is worth the P10.00 entrance fee. It is low because it is owned by the government of Baguio City. Although it used to be free, 10.00 is not painful at all because it needs little help in budget to improve the place. It is a breath of fresh air in the middle of the city, and it is not crowded unlike other parks in Baguio. We were able to sit down and appreciate the plants and flowers. It is beautiful.

Love this place. Family-friendly and a good place to stroll around with different phases in every corner. They feature cross-cultural landmarks and flowers here and there... and a chance to wear tribal clothes. It's a nice place to bring the kids and even the oldies :)

I great place to visit! Pay a fair price of fee to preserve the beautiful plants in the area. Walk and take pictures 'til your hearts content, then visit the tunnel if you dare. Clean and very refreshing! Follow the rules and regulations, and you'll find yourself enjoying and appreciating the place even more! 🇵🇭❤️⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐😊👍

The Botanical Garden offers numerous activities to enjoy, and there's one particular recommendation I would like to highlight: it's important to avoid wearing slippery shoes, especially after rainfall. The pathways can become quite slippery, so it's essential to choose appropriate footwear to ensure your safety. Aside from that, the garden itself is truly beautiful, particularly during the mid-afternoon hours.
Ian Tanpiuco — Google review
The recently refurbished botanical garden offers a captivating and vibrant display of flower gardens that are a visual treat, even in the rain. We truly appreciated the enchanting hues and lush flora despite the bad weather when we visited. This garden also provides a delightful experience with its on-site cafés and mini restaurants, allowing guests to enjoy refreshments while taking in the natural beauty. The entrance fee is budget-friendly, making it accessible to a wide range of visitors.

We had fun time visiting the botanical garden of Baguio City. We reached the place at 10am estimated. The entrance was quite crowded and took us almost 10 minutes or so before we've got to enter the place. It is a very great garden that showcases a lot of picture worthy spots (a lot of mini-size version of popular infrastructure from different countries). It also have a tunnel that you can explore but we didn't proceed further because there is no tourist guide that could guide us back if ever we could not figure out how to get back to the tunnel's entrance. The whole place feels like a park. Still a great place to visit.
Also, if ever you're planning to buy souvenirs, there's also a souvenir shop you could visit.

Probably one of the best places to visit in Baguio City. The place was beautiful and maintained well. There are neat comfort rooms, and good restaurants nearby; there are cafes in the garden, too, so you can enjoy the breeze while sipping.
Just an obvious advice, though: go there earlier, around 4PM, so you can enjoy the place without having to deal with crowds. Also, go there on a weekday.

Great place to visit. As a couple we had lot of pictures. Well maintained place. There was a green house with variety of ornamental plants... worth visiting.
Rishikesh Manolkar — Google review
The flowers dried up because of El Niño, but that doesn't make it okay to jack up the entrance fee from 10 pesos to 100 pesos for tourists. I just want more pine trees for shade since the blazing summer heat makes visiting less chill. And I hope the fee hike actually helps spruce up the place, turning it back into a cool botanical garden instead of just a regular park.
Felicisimo Galletes Jr — Google review
Very beautiful gardens with lots of colourful flowers. There's Filipino-Chinese garden as well and they're selling herbs there for P50 per pot. Entrance fee is P100 for tourists and P50 for Baguio residents.

I have visited this place several times since I was a kid. But I enjoyed my recent visit because there are LED lights for butterflies and flowers showing the metamorphosis of butterflies.
Children and kids at heart will surely enjoy this place. There is an entrance fee of 100 for adults. They offer discounted price for Baguio residents.
Agnes Larice Adem — Google review
Beautiful and lots of flowers. We liked the cactus area and the butterfly area when it lit. Line for admission is short coz it is not a holiday. We went on a weekday. Last December 2022 when we were in Baguio, we cannot go inside because the lines where too long. And they admit 1-2hrs after

Baguio Botanical Garden is one of the tourist attractions in Baguio. The entrance fee is 100 pesos for those who are not living in Baguio while 50 pesos for those living in Baguio. They also provide discounts for seniors/pwd and students. They have different gardens inside like a friendship garden with a Chinese community, a friendship garden with Koreans and other communities. They have different varieties of flowers and plants that you can take photos of.

Better to come in the afternoon and wait for the display lights around 5-6pm. There are coffee shops, plants for sale, benches and clean pay restrooms. More food shops in the Botanical Garden Souvenir Shops, right below the small parking area.
The shopping mall SM City Baguio has recently introduced a new dining experience called Dine Under the Sky. This offers guests a unique view of the surrounding greeneries and night sky through acrylic walls. The mall is also home to nationally-known brands such as Nike, Uniqlo, Salvatore Ferragamo, Chanel, and many more.
SM is in good condition. Workers are doing their job well. They are strictly following the protocols. SM is really good and a nice place to relax since there are lot of food stores and a sky garden where kids and elders can enjoy their free time

Great location, and great views. There are several levels of viewing platforms, but the one at the top floor is by far the best (and most crowded). There are places to sit there too, which is great.
They also have a playground for kids on the top level, and the mall also has a paw park for dogs.
If you have luggage, there's a free luggage storage facility in few basement.
As for the mall itself, they have an okay range of things you need. Not a lot is variety though.
But all in all, it's a decent mall.
With a great view 👍
And their Christmas decorations this year (2022) is pretty decent too.

I recently visited SM City Baguio and had an absolutely amazing experience! The breathtaking view surrounding the mall added an extra touch of magic to my shopping trip. The weather was perfect, creating a pleasant atmosphere for leisurely strolls and exploration.
The mall itself offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. I was delighted by the variety of stores available, catering to different tastes and preferences. From fashion to electronics, there was something for everyone. Additionally, the dining options provided a diverse selection of cuisines, ensuring a delightful culinary experience.
While the overall experience was exceptional, I did encounter a slight inconvenience during rush hour. It could be a bit challenging to find a taxi promptly due to high demand. However, considering the mall's popularity and the surrounding traffic, this is not entirely unexpected.
Overall, SM City Baguio deserves a five-star rating for its breathtaking view, perfect weather, and excellent selection of stores and dining options. Despite the minor inconvenience with taxis during peak hours, the overall experience was memorable and I highly recommend visiting this wonderful shopping destination.

Very aesthetic mall on top of the hill. It's location means it's got a great view of the city. The mall also doesn't have air-conditioning but still remains cool inside.
Qetzyl — Google review
We went here to eat dinner and shop a little at around 6:30pm. It wasn't as crowded as I've expected for a Saturday night. Having not been here for over two years, I've noticed parts with new interior design and new stores. The interior now has a more natural look and feel. They recently renovated the fourth floor balcony. It's like a mini park where visitors can chill and take lots of pictures. The view is unreal. It was nice to walk around and feel the Baguio breeze when you use those escalators near their wide open doors. Food lovers would like the wide variety of restaurants and kiosks available at every floor. The open cold airflow is refreshing. We appreciate the art ala mini museum in their basement. Rooms for improvement: 1. Bathrooms! other malls have sensor faucets, soap dispensers, and toilet flushes so you don't touch anything suspicious. SM Baguio needs that and better supply of soap and tissue. 2. Parking space lighting! It's always dark and gloomy in their basement parking when it doesn't have to be. It's such a big space but I feel claustrophobic there. 3. Genderless stores and department store. I find it very non-inclusive to label certain clothes/products for males or females only. It's a little sexist to assume people's preference for clothing is one or the other. This also applies to the bathroom. Overall, it's still a good mall. That's all, thank you.

Great shopping center. There is a wide variety of stores to choose from. Just about anything you need, you can find it here. Great food, clothes, salons, hardware, sporting goods, and just about everything in-between.
The best part for me are the observation decks with wonderful views. See the sunrise on one side, and the sunset on the other.

My favourite mall in the Philippines. A nice mountain setting with an amazing view of the city, and the weather is cool and comfortable even without aircon. The sky garden is also very relaxing. Would rather spend a few hours here than in one of the big malls in Manila or Cebu. Gets busy on Saturday but still did not feel as bad as somewhere like Megmall or MOA.

Beautiful Christmas decorations and tons of places to shop at. Loved going to this place it was so nice, and there were even people singing live. They are higher up, so it's a good place to take nice pictures. You won't go wrong coming here cause they're so much to do you can get lost for hours shopping, eating and even playing bingo
Took a star away cause the lineups for the lady's washrooms are insane!

It is your typical SM mall in terms of shops, restaurants and services, just as complete and comprehensive. It doesn't get as crowded as the SM malls in Manila. It has a roof desk and a long veranda/balcony offering you a commanding view of the city where you can dine al'fresco. The queue for taxi was long but many taxis come over so it wasn't a long wait. The balcony and roof desk is worth visiting.

Not just a mall but if you want to find a place where you can see the city and the sunset view and chill, SM Baguio sunset veranda is the best place. Parking space is not a problem, you can park till the stores closes with no additional parking fees.

I visited SM Baguio on a rainy day and was pleasantly surprised by the beautiful view, especially from the topmost part of the mall, the Sky Terrace. Despite the weather, the view of the surrounding mountains and cityscape was breathtaking. The mall itself had a great selection of shops and restaurants, providing a fantastic shopping and dining experience. I highly recommend visiting SM Baguio, especially on a clear day, to enjoy the stunning views from the Sky Terrace.

Back from 2005-2010, we always visit baguio annually, and SM baguio was one of the places we always visit to past time. The view from the terrace was really cute and greeny way back then. There were houses in the mountains and you wouldn't even notice em. But now it's different. I wish they could preserve the area or made a rule which allows you to build a house, but the roofing are colour green. The amazing over looking mountain view from the terrace is now over crowding house view. This was the first time again I visited baguio after more than decade, and its just,somewhat....disappointing.

SM City Baguio is one of the coolest malls in the Philippines. It was literally built like an open mall which makes the mall super cold without needing air conditioning at all which is a really smart idea. The mall is so big and has so many shops to go around. The department store is huge, the supermarket is VERY huge, and the mall just has everything. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to go shopping and have fun with their friends at the same time! :)

Great mall for shopping, Western standard shops. Clean and amazing views of Baguio.
Family and I stopped for dinner at Blake's wings and steak, the absolute worst meal we have ever eaten, if you're gonna have steak and wings in your name, you should make sure you at the very least knock those two items out of the park. This has no reflection on SM mall as a whole. It is fantastic!
We will, however, try out another restaurant this evening.

It seem like a typical mall but it has a distinct feature that it was sitting on top of a hill and no Aircon all year round. Skygarden at the top with birds eye view of the city scenery.

A superb and splendid mall at the top of the hill in Baguio city. You will find all the luxurious goods of renowned brands. A nice place to hangout, chill and shop.

Strategically located in the heart of the city. Was crowded when I went there. I was so amazed that they were not using air conditioner. This really helps a lot in the environment. The only thing I didn't like was waiting for a taxi ride for more than 30mins.

Nothing too special about this place, just a regular SM mall, the only nice thing is the garden, which is really good looking. Also the flowers inside the mall gives it a really natural vibe it’s like you’re not in a mall, it’s good. Also no ACs just natural cold air nice.

This mall has hundreds of stores, restaurants, and kiosks, even a grocery store. It's very vibrant and alive with a lot of shoppers and diners. There are a lot of great choices of places to eat. No matter what you're in the mood to have for a meal, there is something you'll be happy with. You can also take in some pretty views of the city from the upper balconies.
Dinosaurs Island is a theme park situated on a hill in Baguio, showcasing life-sized animatronic dinosaurs amidst natural surroundings. The park features themed entertainment and offers tours around the area, where visitors can climb steep stairs and encounter various dinosaur models along the way. The tour concludes with an entertaining dance performance from a person wearing a dinosaur mascot. Despite mixed reviews about its value for money, Dinosaurs Island provides an exciting and unique experience for those interested in prehistoric creatures.
Fun place to go. Kids and adults will love it. You can take photos everywhere. It's a climb so get those legs ready :) There's a show at the end of the tour - dinosaurs dancing. They get too close. So make sure to sit with your kid as they might end up screaming.... (i screamed btw :P)

It was raining when we went there, typical and unpredictable Baguio weather. The place was on a hill, there was dinosaurs scattered along the way (animatronics) and the person who was at the lobby when we arrived offer to tour us around. It was steep going up, you have to climb the stairs, it was really slippery and a bit muddy. At the end of the tour, there was a person wearing a dinosaur mascot who will entertain and dance (the finale of the themed park)... For me, t was not worth the rate, nevertheless it was a fun experience.

The BenCab Museum is a dedicated art sanctuary showcasing the works of National Artist Benedicto Cabrera. It is committed to promoting the arts and preserving the environment, as well as traditional culture of the Cordilleras region. There are 12 exhibition galleries with indigenous and contemporary art, a farm, eco-trail, garden, and cafe.
Lovely museum in stunning grounds, definitely worth visiting if you're in Baguio. All of the art on display, by local artists, is excellent and the space itself is very nice. 150 entrance per adult.
There is a cafe on the ground floor and a koi pond and seating area outside. The grounds of the property are huge and very beautiful - you can do an eco tour for an extra 150 per person to explore the grounds.

A trip to Baguio will never be complete without going to this museum. I get that most of the artwork on display are still the same year-in, year-out, save for a gallery that’s being updated based on who’s exhibiting. But the sheer pull of BenCab himself, as well as the art he made of the place, with the museum building and then the garden and the ponds, and even the cafe, makes a pilgrimage to it worth it every time.

The museum was far from the city. But its location is nice; it has a beautiful and relaxing view. There is no need to purchase a ticket in advance. There is also a cafe and a pond, which add to relaxation. If you love Benedicto Cabrera's art or are a fan of him, then you must visit his museum. One of the highlights of our Baguio Trip. It was raining when we arrived but it was no problem at all! The vibe can't be ruined by anything. It was a total treat for the mind and soul. Especially when you go to the top floor veranda and have a glimpse of the mountain view. I mean, swooshing, raindrops, cool weather, birds. Soul fest indeed! 😌
Jeepney rides are available going to and from the city proper, although not that frequent, but we were lucky that time. Entrance fee at the museum is around ₱200 ($3-4) only.

This museum is a must-visit and an excellent place to spend an entire afternoon. It’s quite far from the central part of Baguio so easiest to take a taxi directly; going home, there are plenty of jeeps passing in front of the museum that go back near Burnham Park.
The museum boasts myriad exhibits ranging from various indigenous artworks to a wide selection of contemporary pieces from BenCab and other esteemed artists. The café as well as the nearby pond are fine places to relax for an hour or two while quietly admiring the view. Only issue would be the absence of mobility options for PWDs for going up and down floors so just a heads up.

I was pleasantly surprised by the amount and the quality of artwork in this art museum. I expected much less given its location and rather uninteresting facade, but it housed a wide selection of great artwork. It's a good museum, they mostly have pieces of Ifugao sculptures and of course, BenCab's art pieces as well. They also have modern art category in there - I saw Yeokka's work. It's a 4-storey bldg, the ground floor is the cafe. You should come here extra early because people line up after 10am (they open at 9am). They have this spot (terraces with view) that I love and I wish i could just stay there lol. Downside, they don't have elevators (for pwd accessibility). Overall, the art pieces are amazing and it was a great experience.

Aside from the clean and modern looking building which houses the works of BenCab and other artists, you will also enjoy the very nice views at the back of the property. The entrance fee for the museum is very reasonable. You can also do hiking for an additional fee of less than $2 around the vast area of his property. The staff is very friendly and eager to explain the exhibits. They have a restaurant too where you can enjoy good food at very reasonable prices. All-in-all a very good place to visit and meet the BenCab himself who often mingles with the visitors.

One of the most iconic tourist attraction in Baguio that you shouldn't miss! It's along Kennon Road and it's a landmark when entering Baguio City! It's free for all so have fun taking a selfie or groupies with the the beautiful sculpture made of limestone.

The iconic lion's head that for so many years they can't get the color right. A must stop before going to Baguio(or after). Huge parking space now available for 20 pesos. Have your strawberry taho here.

This spot is one of the most tourist attractions that definitely make it to your bucket list.

On a Saturday it was really crowded and there was a huge traffic jam. The viewpoint on the way to Baguio is much nicer and way less crowded. The lion's head is just what it looks in the pictures. Nothing really impressive and you can take pictures from the car window or park at numerous parking areas nearby.

Not to detract from this experience, but besides the actual lion's head, nothing much else to do here. Taxied out just to snap a few pics and head back to town. It was just on my list to see again since I was 5yo last time I was here 50 years ago! Worth it since it's free, pretty cool.

The drive down is very wiggly, so be prepared to go down the mountain for a bit but you will need to turn around because unless you are going to go back to Manila. You must try the famous strawberry taho and strawberry ice cream when you come here. At this time there is a lot of people so be careful when you walk past and get yourself souvenirs here.

One of iconic tourist spots of Baguio that you shouldn't miss.
During pandemic, it is recommended to strike a deal with your taxi driver to go to and fro here, coz the passing public vehicles are limited.
It is not crowded during pandemic compared to before.

This is always a worthy stop-over. Everyone should pay homage to this post-modern structure for a bathroom break or a taste of that home-made strawberry ice-cream or to just take a snap of the big lion which i do all the time.

SWAMPED WITH TOURISTS! You cannot miss this gigantic figure once you enter the Kennon Road. If you're riding a private vehicle, you must stop and get few photos and eat strawberry taho as well. But if you're in a public vehicle, you cannot stop for photo op, so better took videos- just like what I did then have it screenshot if needed.

We went there almost 7PM because we were still finishing our activities in the seminar. Truly this iconic, one of the symbols of Baguio City and the rest of the mountain province is something to go to and should be included in the bucket list. It's surroundings is clean and well maintained.

Discover the iconic Lion's Head along Kennon Road, a must-see attraction with a rich history.
While the Lion's Head has been repainted many times, the recent restoration closely resembles the original structure, adding to its nostalgic charm.
If you can, avoid visiting on weekends, as it tends to be crowded. We arrived on a Friday morning and found the area packed with people.
Previously, there were no other attractions nearby, but now, you'll find additional activities such as St. Bernard and horse encounters. This adds to the lively tourism scene in the area.
Overall, the Lion's Head remains a symbol of adventure and exploration along the scenic Kennon Road. Don't miss the chance to capture a photo with this iconic landmark during your visit to Baguio!

We dropped by this iconic mark along Kennon Road on the way home from Baguio.
The crowd is smaller on a Monday morning but it gets larger during the weekends. There are souvenir shops where you can purchase some goodies for last minute pasalubong.
Parking is available. Has a view.
It's okay. Iconic mark by the Lion's club.

One of the iconic place on our way to Baguio.
There a lot of shops and street parking. If full, there is a nearby parking area

Baguio's iconic Lion's Head is a symbol of welcome and a popular stop for visitors. Towering over the landscape, it offers a fantastic photo opportunity and marks the gateway to the City of Pines. While simple in concept, its significance and picturesque setting make it a memorable part of any Baguio adventure.

Iconic destination in Baguio and a must-stop for anyone travelling here. It’s an unmissable attraction on the side of the mountain/road with plenty of little stalls offering pasalubong/souvenirs. Getting to the location can be a little slow due to traffic and people coming in/out of parking spaces but there is also a dedicated parking area past the lion and the stalls. I first visited as a child and it was so nice to come back.

Located in the heart of Baguio City, The Wright Park is a tranquil natural area that is perfect for nature lovers and those who want to get some exercise. There are several walking trails and horseback riding opportunities available, making it an ideal place to spend a day out.
₱250/30minutes to ride a horse with a guide is not bad at all. The kids loved it. The guide was courteous, Kuya Rolly. The stroll around The Mansion and the mirror pool was my fave. The area had bike lanes and the paid restroom area had a landscaped zen like garden and was so clean. The whole area was clean and the lark was well kept. The pool had fishes on it. A few meters walk down towards botanical was a steak place you can wind down on, they have . Pine Country Steaks and Waffles! Highly recommended!

Benguet province is a mist visit place in the Philippines because it offers a unique experience especially if we came from southern provinces where the temperature was high and too hot. The province offers a lot of tourist attractions we can explore with our loved ones. The weather is great despite the coldness of the place.
I've been in Benguet more than five times and I will always go back to this place whenever I have a chance.

Went horseback riding here. 300PHP for 30mins, and registration fee 20PHP per person. But they charged us 350PHP for the horseback riding because 2 people took turns riding the horse for 15 mins each. But I said, “Can we get a discount cos my horse pooped?” LOL

We went there at about 6pm. If you ride a jeep, the shortest way to the fountains is by walking up the stairs. The only light you'll see would be the fountains so it's a bit dark there. No music accompanying the fountains too.
It looks cool but could be better.

The place has improved a lot. The dancing fountains with lighting at night look great. The area is clean with little to no trash scattered. I just don't like the part around the fountain with huge speakers blaring songs that aren't even in synch with the dancing fountain. It really distracts from the peaceful vibe that the rest of the park has

Never fails to be mesmerizing. It's my 5th time to be here and I still enjoy going here. Nice to help local tourist spot and help boost their economy. Specially the ones that are striving to for it. If you love nature come here. But make sure it's the weekdays because weekends produce the most populous days to travel.

Photos and enjoy the fog and rain

After 3 years, we were able to visit Wright park again, we love picture taking with the horses but the picture taking with the huge dog is like a hold-up in the broad daylight.@P50/pax. There are no available free restroom for use even parking spaces are not free. Over-all the park is back to its glory days

The best thing about this park is it is free, just like Burnham park. The Mansion house is overlooking and reflected on the reflection pond. There are souvenir shops, horseback rides and doing some physical activities like jogging early in the morning or climbing 130+ steps.
Myra Aviles — Google review
The garden part in front of the mansion was nice. But I really don't like seeing the horses. I am wondering why all the horses were small? Are they ponies, or are they really just small. Because if they're ponies, where are the adult horses? I know it's their livelihood. It's just my 3 cents.

It is less crowded during the pandemic so we get to enjoy the park more.
Great place to pass time, unwind and just to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

We really enjoyed riding beautiful horses at this place! The people who's taking care of the place allowed us to see their giant horses! Great place to visit! Peple around were accommodating.

Wright Park is a must-visit destination for nature lovers and horse enthusiasts. The park is well-maintained and offers breathtaking views of the mountains and pine trees. The horse back riding experience is def the highlight of the park (P300 for 30mins), with well-trained horses and friendly guides to take you around.

This park has never change. It is sad that there's no improvement or a solid maintanance. I hope they improve this park.
Horse back riding below. Climp 200+ steps stairs. And theres a gazebo and the long pond.
Parking is avaiable near the horse stable.

Great visitation site for traveling to Baguio! The surrondings in the area is indeed clean, however due to the amount of horses it does smell like pee. But don't let it get to you the fun horse rides are likely fun for first-timers.

One of Baguio’s most popular tourist attractions. It’s the best place to bring family members of all ages since all the activities here are child-friendly.
Horseback riding was an exhilarating and pleasurable activity. You have the opportunity to embark on an adventure while riding well-trained and friendly horses, all while exploring the breathtaking surroundings.

Place is foggy and cold. Local vendors nearby selling souvenirs. Plenty of horse to ride. There are locals will sell you stuff. Beware of any local asking for you to take photo but must pay. Overall, good experience. Again parking if a challenge. Recommend to have a driver drives you or take the taxi.

Bustling with people as any other tourist destination in Baguio City especially during the holidays. Trees within the park are magnificent, lots of vendors and one of the most popular activities is horseback riding. There are also steep stairs leading to the fountains and The Mansion.
