Dry Creek Vineyard is an estate grower that uses sustainable and low-impact practices to bring out the unique characteristics of each small lot in their bottles. Visitors have praised the helpful staff, particularly Ian, who provided just the right amount of information without pressuring them into wine clubs. The indoor and outdoor setup at Dry Creek is highly recommended for those in the area. Guests can enjoy a beautiful setting with excellent wine selection poured by knowledgeable staff.
Great atmosphere. I enjoyed the wines and the experience. The salami, crakers and cheese were delicious that I had to bring some back to Texas with me to pair with my wine purchase.

Dry Creek’s charming tasting room is a great way to spend your afternoon sampling wines. Sample their world-class wines, including limited-production, single-vineyard bottlings only available at the winery. They also have a delicious charcuterie board available for purchase.
We had an amazing tasting experience at Dry Creek Vineyard. Support family-owned wineries!

Ask for Aaron. We had a fabulous visit. Learned a lot. Great wines. Highly recommend the $20-ish Sauvignon Blanc as a great value. Lovely setting. Great people.

Stopped in for a quick tasting and to pick up a couple bottles of the Sav blanc. Ian was so helpful and gave us the exact right amount of information without pressuring us into wine clubs. We were in a hurry and didn’t intend to do a tasting but he gave us a couple samples and helped me select a couple bottles we hadn’t tried before. Dry creek has an amazing indoor and outdoor set up that I highly recommend if you’re in the area! Definitely suggest asking for Ian and having a glass of wine or tasting!

Great place with outdoor seating for wine tasting, knowledgeable staff that gave good pours and provided tastings of wines that weren't on the tasting flight if requested. Tasting was $25 and was waived if 2 bottles were purchased They have good wines at reasonable prices

Had a wonderful time at Dry Creek Vineyard. The grounds are beautiful and perfect for an afternoon of tasting fine wines. We did the tour and tasting which was very interesting and worth the time. Darren did a great job giving historical perspectives and explaining sustainable in the business. Would highly recommend this tour and enjoyed every drop of the wines we tasted….so much so that we’re having some shipped to our home. Thank you Dry Creek for a lovely afternoon!

Had a great Bordeaux tasting at Dry Creek this week. Nick was excellent and we felt welcomed from the moment we stepped out of the car (even with being late for our reservation). Initially had a table inside but they graciously moved us outdoors, which made it easier for us traveling with an infant. Both wine and service were fantastic! Don’t miss out on Dry Creek when coming to the Healdsburg area!

Stopped in on a whim and was thoroughly impressed. I’ve “known about” Dry Creek Vineyard for years and have enjoyed some of their wines but for whatever reason had never stopped in. Today we had some time between other appointments so decided to pop in and holy crow I am glad we did. First of all the place is just gorgeous. Like pack a lunch and get comfortable kind of gorgeous. Lots of shaded seating outdoors with nice views and a totally relaxed vibe. Second - the tasting is more of a guided tour through an impressive portfolio of wines that you can only get at the cellar door. I had NO idea. The staff are all well informed, cheerful, and incredibly friendly and down to earth. No snobbery or condescension here. An absolutely fantastic visit and on the list for a return for sure.

Dry Creek Winery is fabulous and the wine is one of the best I've had the pleasure of tasting. Paige was the wonderful lady that made the experience extraordinary. She is vivacious and truly enjoys what she does. If you get the chance to visit, ask for her. She's one of a kind! I would recommend making a reservation as it gets quite busy.

Great wine and beautiful winery! The 4 stars only is because I was pretty surprised by the winery staff. I don’t believe all of them were this way but our person was mostly absent, took over 30minutes between pours, and didn’t seem super interested. Could of been having a bad day so I would still recommend stopping by and enjoying the wine and atmosphere.

This is a beautiful winery and a must stop on your adventures thru Napa. Our tour with Darren was the best. He was informative and engaging and spent time with us out among the vines sharing the ins and outs of growing, harvesting and even the ecosystem! Thank you Darren for a wonderful experience. You are the bomb 😜😁

Thoroughly enjoyed our wine tasting experience at this beautiful winery. The wine selection poured was excellent. Our pourer was very knowledgeable and truly enjoyed sharing her wine knowledge. The setting is lovely. It was a windy day so we were in the Secret Garden which was perfect. The price point of the wine was good for the region and they have a nice portfolio. They have gardens to wander after the tasting and the views of the vineyards add that special touch.

Page was an excellent host for our reserved tasting. It was a perfect day to taste these iconic wines. Darren also came by to greet us. My wife and I have been club members for over 10years and seems like every year the wines keep getting better.
Jordan Vineyard and Winery, nestled in the Alexander Valley between Geyserville and Healdsburg, is a must-visit destination in Sonoma County. Known for their commitment to sustainable practices, the estate boasts a diverse array of offerings including a garden producing both food and flowers, an apiary for beekeeping, a chicken coop as well as cows and goats used to control unwanted grass and waste. The property features an impressive estate resembling French architecture from the 1970s.
I wish there were more than 5 stars to give! The beautiful grounds, impeccable hospitality, incredible food pairings and every wine delicious! Aristotle was am amazing host and source of knowledge! Can’t wait to go back!

Having enjoyed their wines in the past, we'd been wanting to visit the winery for some time. We booked the Winery Tour & Tasting with the hopes that the typical February weather would not "dampen" our experience. As it turns out, we could have not been more pleased! Christine was an excellent host. Her style put us at ease and encouraged a fun and informal discussion about the history of Jordan, the inner workings of the winery and, of course, their wonderful Cabernet Sauvignon and Chardonnay. And to top all of this off, the food pairings were amazing! Definitely a top tier winery experience. We can't wait to return during the summer months to try the estate tour and other featured events!

We did the library tasting. It was pretty good. Beautiful place. I would have appreciated more information about the wines we were tasting. A final splash of your favorite wine would have been a nice courtesy, especially when your group purchased over 600 dollars in wine bottles. I think they can improve on that.

Lovely winery and vineyard. The place has an incredibly peaceful vibe to it, and the music choice is perfect. They are some Italian/French cafe songs. Decent amount of parking here. It's a shame they ripped the vines off of the building, during the fall the leaves all turn red and it looks incredible.

Modeled after a First Growth Bordeaux, Jordan Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon has remained one of Sonoma’s best Cabernet Sauvignons for four decades with an unwavering commitment to food-friendly wines of balance and elegance.
Every vintage of Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon is crafted with a focus on striking a perfect balance between beautiful fruit, silky tannins and a lingering finish. It is this delicate balance all done by taste that allows for the gradual, graceful evolution of Jordan’s Cabernet Sauvignon in bottle.

We had a wonderful stay at the Jordan Winery. The property is gorgeous. In the morning, there is a mysterious fog which covers everything. Our suite was absolutely beautiful and very comfortable. The undercounter refrigerator was stocked with fruit and water, and there was a bottle of Jordan Winery Chardonnay on the dining table for us. We had the opportunity to have lunch on the outside patio as guests of a private event. Chef did a wonderful job pairing the five course meal with four of the Jordan Winery wines. I really enjoyed the Chardonnay. I hear that the Russian River is close by, unfortunately I did not get a chance to go for a swim. Next time. There is a garden and a bucolic farm on the estate. Ask for a tour.

Molly was our awesome tour guide and led us through the Winery tour followed by a seated tasting featuring generous pours of two Chardonnays (2015, 2020), and two Cabs (2015, 2018) and cheese and small bites for pairing with the wines. They even features estate grown olive oil. The wine and food tasted great and the scenery was hard to beat. They were accommodating of our vegetarian diet and also had a delicious non alcoholic beverage option. Highly recommend and would visit again.

This is gem of a winery with beautiful scenery and buildings as a bonus. They specialize in Alexander Valley Cabernet from their Estate Vineyards and Chardonnay that they bring in from the Russian River Valley. The result is beautifully balanced wines in the style of Bordeaux and Burgundy with nuanced use of oak. Try their tasting experience, which is made better by great staff to take you on a tour and answer your questions followed by a seated tasting paired with small plates. It was simply excellent!

Jordan Winery is in my top 5 favorite wineries to visit globally. I recently had the pleasure to enjoy their Picnic Lunch Experience and it was a fantastic way to spend an afternoon relaxing on the Estate Chateau lawn enjoying the views, food and wine. Guests were provided with everything needed for the picnic from the moment they arrived. Simply bring yourself. The winery takes care of it all... from the high end blanket, to the picnic basket, to gourmet lunch items to choose from created by the estate chef using local ingredients and of course guests also receive a bottle of wine to enjoy together and a glass of bubbly handed to them as soon as they arrive. Jordan Winery knows how to create a memorable experience for guests!! The service, staff and property is always presented at the highest level of quality. Thank you to the whole team for making my last visit so amazing! Check out the photos! It really was an awesome time. When in Sonoma County, Jordan Vineyards & Winery is a must visit location.

I'm a little biased here, since we have family living in this great little town.
Healdsburg has changed over the years. Now an enclave of boutiques, art shops, wine tasting rooms, and a number of resorts.
The new Calistoga on the Sonoma county side. That being said, wine tasting is a non cholant exercise for us. Drink what you like, not what "experts" say. Same thing with food. Even if it is simple, and you like it that is good.
The Healdsburg plaza becons to an older time. Mature redwoods line the plaza square. There are times when crafts and art fairs, live music and wine tastings are around on weekends.
The streets are lined with art galleries, restaurants from simple fair, to more refined foods, as well as wine tasting everywhere. Lol
It is October and wine crush is here. A last tourist push.
You can find some good bargains at the art fairs. I was able to find music photos from concerts in the day of the rolling Stones, led Zeppelin, Fleetwood Mac, Santana, heart, and lynrd Skynyrd. Showing my age, but very nice photography. All unique and unpublished. I bought quite a few to take home and mat and frame.
In all a nice town to visit, and look around for 3-4 days.
An addition for the holidays. A Healdsburg Christmas 12/25/2033

This plaza is really awesome. There is a gazebo there and a fountain which isn’t running at the moment. Tonight there was a DJ under the gazebo. Families and people were dancing and it was cool. The plaza is all lit up with cool lights and has this lighted tunnel that’s super cool.

Gorgeous plaza in old Healdsburg. No wine tastes, gelato or tasting menus. Just a place to relax in the shade of old trees. La dolce vita!

The City of Healdsburg utilizes the Plaza perfectly - art, music, retail, exhibitions & fairs, and wine tasting - according to permits, and local & state laws. The setting is expansive yet intimate for local artisans and visitors alike to enjoy a respite or education or a picnic lunch. Cyclists and families traverse through freely, with quiet respect of others' enjoyment.

Lisa's culinary skills add an artistic touch to the already impressive wine selection.
Absolute must-go!!! The staff were very friendly, helpful and gave our group lots of information on the wines. We never felt unattended to. Wonderful boutique winery. We found them on Groupon and ended up becoming members. They have multiple member events during the year offering delicious food with the wines. Always a great afternoon where we bring two friends and we really enjoy the conversation and wine pairings. Delightful bubbly experience at J !
It’s a semi formal winery, beautiful setting with both inside and outside seating. If you can definitely get an outdoor table booked. We were not able to get that and sat indoors. The wine tasting is super generous and a great value. We only got one cheese plate which was enough since we had dinner plans right after this. Great thoughtful pairing with the cheeses, exceeded my expectations. We did two separate flights so we could experience more variety. It was great. Our wine expert was an expert! we had 101 questions and he was not bored answering them. Made our experience that much better. They are not push but like most wineries will bring a price sheet and membership booklet in case you want to make a purchase. Cost wise this is a mid-level tasting but under $100 per person. If you get a membership they usually comp the tasting. In any case it’s a beautiful experience tasting variety of wines but especially their sparkling wines are the main event!!

I went this past Friday. Beautiful spot! Beautiful entrance with lush gardens. Arrived just before they opened at 11. We were the first ones to go in but it quickly filled. We had our tasting in the Legacy Room(?). I chose the bubbles option while my boyfriend had the reds flight. They were all great. Skipped on the snack options because we had just eaten breakfast, but the table next to us had very appetizing bites. The service was great and they were very friendly. Will return at some point!

Delicious lunch and wine pairing in the bubble room. Everything melted in your mouth. Strawberry soup, tempura fried asparagus short rib, and much more. By the time you go menu will have changed so wont give you all the details.
Wines were also all excellent. From the rose, to an oaky chardonnay, Pinot noir (of which they have almost 20), and multiple sparklings.
Nothing here I did not like and we left with a full case to take home. Oh…and also signed up for a membership to continue to enjoy this wine.

An incredible experience! I had lunch at the Bubble Lounge this past Sunday. Each course was a unique combination of tastes and textures. The chef came out an explained the inspiration behind each dish. There was a variety of cuisines - you could see influences from Italian, Middle Eastern, American, French and Asian. We started with an amuse bouche of caviar with mandarin gelee and parsnip caviar paired with a bright sparkling wine. I can’t do justice to explaining the dishes but a brief summary: octopus with chili oil, risotto, a creative twist on corned beef using cabbage, paired with roasted mushroom and a ginger hollandaise, then lamb kofta and finally a childhood inspired riff on orange creamsicles. The staff was attentive and answered all my questions. I was on my own which can sometimes feel awkward but they were welcoming. Each pairing of sparkling wine was a delight. The lamb dish was paired with a pinot noir that was so smooth. Lastly, the restaurant and the surroundings are stunning. Casually elegant, modern but not imposing. Thank you for an wonderful experience!

We went to the Jordan Valley Vineyards and participated in their estate tour and tasting. It was around a three two or three and a half hour tour with tastings and food along the way. It was a wonderful experience. The morning started out with champagne with fresh fruit preserves and pastries. We toured the inside of the wineries to see the barrel rooms and distilling process of the wines. Mid-morning we had a 2013 Jordan Chardonnay along with their Jordan estate extra virgin olive oil with a seasonal crudette and fresh bread to taste with the olive oil and wine. After touring the farm which included their Gardens and animals we toured the rest of the estate and had lunch at their Vista point top area and had three additional wines along with a very lovely paired lunch. The only feedback I would give is we needed a little bit more time with the lunch to actually drink the wines with the food items, it felt a little rushed towards the end where I felt like I was trying to drink the wine down as fast as I could without really enjoying it.

We've been members for years, and the tasting experience here is amazing, with great food pairings. Come here especially for the bubbles (the Pinot Noir is good but you can find comparable at other Russian River wineries, but also the Pinot Noir is *good*). Service is usually excellent and attentive.
The MacRostie Winery Estate House is renowned for its elegant and refined Sonoma wines, as well as its stunning tasting room with contemporary decor and floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards. While famous for Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from various Sonoma County sites, the winery also produces a small quantity of red wines from Napa Valley grapes, such as the popular Clockwise Red Blend.
One of the best wine tasting experiences I’ve ever had!
My boyfriend and I did a tasting at MacRostie last
Friday morning and had a wonderful experience. We were sold from the greeting toast Chardonnay!
The view was incredible and Andy modified our tasting to include the type of wines that we like.

Better call Sol!
My wife picked MacRostie from a reel she saw online and we figured, why not, let's give it a shot. Just the view driving into the property was amazing, truly what you think of when you think "let's go to a Sonoma winery". We were greeted immediately and given a glass of wine, the employees were super friendly and welcoming. They said since it was a slower day we could pick anywhere to sit and I said "give us the best view", and man, they did not disappoint.
Our wine tasting host for the afternoon was Sol, and man, I could not have imagined a better host if I had tried. He was friendly, chatty and extremely knowledgeable. As someone who never has really appreciated wine, Sol went out of his way to help me understand what I was drinking and tailored our tasting to the things I was enjoying. I really can't say enough about how perfect of a tasting it was.
After our trip was over my wife and I reflected on our favorite parts and both of us agreed, MacRostie had the best tasting experience, both from the view, the host and the delicious wine.
If you're on the fence, take the word of someone who doesn't drink wine, this place is amazing.

We didn't get to spend as much time at MacRostie than we probably would have liked, but my friend dumped a whole glass of red wine right onto his pants. But our time there with Corey was great. We love the wines that we can purchase from Seghesio in MN, and the winery experience did not disappoint. Very know staff and very friendly! Thanks for baking us feel at home and glad to be part of the membership now that we've been to the production facility!

Beautiful setting. Fantastic wines. Tasting was $30 per person and for an extra $5 you could add a library wine to raster against its current version. We spent 90 minutes and enjoyed every second of it. I shall return. Highly reccomended..

Amazing experience at the chefs table!
A 4-course meal with wine, plus extra wine and surprises. A great start to a Healdsburg weekend!
Big bonus that the vineyard is walking distance (easy) from the Healdsburg square. Go here! If it’s sunny, the outdoor space is beautiful too.
Even having a quick tasting and a saffron arancini by the bar would probably be amazing too, but if you have time for the food and wine pairing do that. If not, stop by and taste great wines, enjoy friendly service and sample something small from the incredible chefs menu.

Seghesio was the first wine stop of our girl's trip last weekend. We arrived to a lovely table with Tony as our host. He was extremely knowledgeable about the wines and the family history. We tasted some delicious reds and ordered several to ship home. The tasting room is very pretty and comfortable, and Tony made it extra special. I was already a fan of Seghesio wines, but now I'm a super fan- thanks for a wonderful visit!

Seghesio was our second wine tasting for the day and it was our favorite by far! Tony Sciullo was our VIP liason and he was such a pleasure to host us. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to our questions. The wines were so delicious that I decided to sign up for their wine club as well. After our tasting, we bought a bottle of wine to drink there while watching others play bocce ball on their grounds. So worth a visit if you are in the area and love wines. Also ask for Tony.

Seghesio definitely has been the best wine-tasting I’ve been to so far! They have a lovely outdoor seating area and a convenient reservation process.
The staff were very hospitable and informative- they accommodated our group despite the delays and changes to the reservation. Tasting rooms are both indoors and outdoors- depending on the weather. The outdoors section has rocking chairs and beautiful big trees providing shade- I could spend hours there!
There were a total of 8 wines- with the tasting we selected. Mostly Zinfandels, which are my favorite. Each vintage had a history and distinct taste. Our favorite was the wine made out of grapes grown in Rockpile.
I’d highly recommend Seghesio for wine-tasting, it’s a very personalized, warm experience.
Note- they are pet-friendly, we left our pups behind but they do allow dogs in their outdoor area.
Williamson Wines is a small winery in Healdsburg, California that specializes in helping visitors learn about wine pairing. They have a kitchen on-site where you can taste different wines and snacks to get an idea of what would work well with them. The winery also offers free wine tasting paired with bites for anyone visiting on a weekday afternoon!
It was a girls’ weekend in Windsor and we stopped in at Williamson’s wine for a wine tasting/cheese pairing. Our host Tracey was knowledgeable and kind, very helpful and friendly. We were even visited by Dawn, one of the owners and she gave us even more fabulous information. The wines were delicious alone, but amazing when paired with the cheese and spices and Bacon Jam! We bought wine and cheese and the Truffle Salt and served it with pork chops when we got home. Thank you Dawn- It was delicious! We will definitely be back.

Definitely worth the trip! The selection of wines was impressive, with a perfect balance that complemented the various cheese pairings offered. As a Pinot Noir enthusiast, I was delighted that they accommodated my preference and even went the extra mile to enhance the experience. Tracy, the host, provided exceptional service, making sure my visit was memorable. Highly recommend this place for wine lovers seeking a top-notch tasting experience!

Williamson has fantastic wines. The owner is Australian, but the focus is on French varieties. Their wine tasting includes cheese and jams, and there an optional food pairing. (We're doing the food pairing later, will review then). The cheese and spreads are creative, different, and very tasty! . Thier bottle prices are on the slightly higher side for the area, but the wine is worth it.

A delightful way to spend a rainy, cool Tuesday evening. The happy hour was a splendid deal at $15 that included a chicken slider, truffle popcorn, a few homemade chips and my choice of a full glass of wine from any of their open bottles. The server was a kind, attentive young man who shared part of his story while also teaching me more about the family and history behind the wine. It was a fantastic find in Healdsburg that I would recommend to anyone. Good food, great wine, and considerate staff and service.

My husband and I had an exceptional wine tasting provided by Kyle. It was their wine club pick-up party so they were not initially taking walk-in tastings. As we were headed out to their other location, a gentleman ran to fetch us saying they could accommodate our tasting - which we thought was incredible customer service. In a very busy environment, Kyle provided our tasting, full of knowledge and good conversation. The wine was an added bonus as it was delicious - and don’t forget about the cheese pairing! Definitely the best money spent on our trip! We’ll definitely be back!

The Williamson tasting was unique because for every pour we got a cheese pairing. It was remarkable to taste the wine, try the pairing and taste again. We also bought wine, mustards, jelly and truffle salt. The staff was very attentive. We enjoyed our stay. The bathroom was I think clean but they were having power issues and there were no lights in there. You had to use your phone as a flashlight.

Avoid Williamson Wines if you are young and melanated
Owners Dawn and Bill act like they don't want to be there, but if you are young and melanated, they will make sure you know you are not welcome.
I have been going to their first tasting room since 2015, and the tasting room staff (other than one of the older managers) is always a delight. They are really wonderful. We finally joined the wine club and cheese club in 2022. We started attending member events, which owners Dawn and Bill seem to be obligated to go to, and we realized how they both made sure to avoid us (usually the youngest and almost always the brownest customers there). This weekend was the last straw, and we canceled our membership after being blamed for something staff forgot to do on a past order. They checked my account and realized they were in the wrong, admitting it to us, and still managed to blame us for their mistake.
Update: this was not a one off issue, we have noticed being treated differently than other guests many times. I emailed in full detail of the many incidents, this was the full response: We are acknowledging your cancellation and have removed you from both the wine and cheese club moving forward and wish you well.

The Icon Tasting - you do NOT want to miss! We selected the lunch; all of the food was creative and delicious. The wine pairings were well thought out. Not one of the four of us left hungry or thirsty. Tracey was our host - she was friendly and very knowledgeable with excellent recommendations for the wine. In fact, we enjoyed the food and wine so much, we came back for the happy hour and enjoyed that as well! Allison was a great host! We will definitely return!

GREAT experience here! If you only taste in one tasting room in Healdsburg, choose this one. Wines are all very tasty, and the cheese pairings are a fun peek into the worldview of Williamson, which is to pair food with wine and wine with food. Also, the hosts have such quick wit and have clearly mastered the art of making a visit enjoyable for everyone, regardless of experience with wine!

I can't tell enough good things about this tasting. Take your time and stop in.... The food pairings will astound you.... At least they did me... Everything was so thoughtfully planned and executed - each time a new wine and food pairing were brought out I was surprised how much they complimented each other.
So... Tell a long story short, now a wine club, cheese club, and spice club member. It's that worth it.
I really love coming to this winery... The people couldn't be nicer, and the wine is so good. The property is amazing, especially the garden and abundant shade seating. The last time was here was early December last year. They had just gotten in a box of their Christmas ornaments of their truck. I bought a few as gifts. Today, we got to see some behind the scenes wine making. Lambert Bridge is always a hit.

So here’s the thing. We have done A LOT of wine tasting. This place literally blows every other wine tasting experience out of the water. Starting with the location - the grounds are so so so beautiful. You feel like you’re in the French countryside. Everyone who helped us was so welcoming and delightful. Michelle was an absolute gem. And I haven’t even mentioned the wine. Holy moly. Every single wine is so good. Even varietals we are generally iffy on - all delicious. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. Visit here, you will not be disappointed.

We rode our bikes to Lambert Bridge and enjoyed a picnic on the gorgeous grounds. Our group sat in a shady patio, watched as the butterflies danced across the gardens and enjoyed some wine that they kept ice cold for us. They even brought us a picnic basket full of cold water and glasses - a perfect spot for a warm summer day.

We love this winery! Oh first visit we joined the wine club.
The grounds are beautiful and the tasting room is a like a comfortable living room.
AND the wines are amazing. Bordeaux style wines made perfectly and aged appropriately. I really like the merlots and cabs. They’ve also helped this branch out into their rosé and the new sparkling that they have both we purchase off of our wine club but love.
Also female wine maker and female owner!!!

One of the best wines I've ever had was his 1996-7 reserve.. it was poured in their humble space by the farmer and his hired hands who used horses to organically harvest the grapes. I was a friend of a friend who worked at Lalimes in Berkeley. And we got a tip to visit. Different days now, but hello to any family if they still exist. Your dad was, is, a genius.♥️

First visit to this winery. My wife and I had just joined their membership and went for a tasting. Our wine expert, Linda, was great-she did a great job describing the wines, their flavor profiles, pairings, etc. She even found some bonus appetizer plates for us to sample with the wines.
We took a walk around the grounds, which are beautiful and offer many secluded places to sit away from others. As members, we are able to have picnics in their gardens, so we will definitely be taking advantage of that!
All in all, a great way to spend a Saturday.

Let me start with the positive - very pretty winery (but aren’t they all) and very friendly people. Now for the negative and it’s a bit one. If you’re visiting Sonoma and collecting a few bottles (or maybe even a case of wine) from each vineyard you visit, you can’t do it here. You can only purchase what you taste If you join their club which is a minimum commitment of 24 bottles. The website should be edited to clearly state that. There are so many vineyard to visit and this one was a waste of our short time in Sonoma.

We visited Lambert winery for a tasting for 7 people over the weekend. The property and grounds are gorgeous. Unfortunately our experience was underwhelming. We got tiny pours of 4 wines for our tasting and the whole experience felt rushed. We were brought the check after 50 mins and got the vibe that they didn't really care about someone unless they were going to get the membership (starting at 24 bottles). The wines themselves were okay, we liked one but you also can't get a bottle and hangout at the grounds until you get the membership and all this while the property was practically empty and we only saw one other party while we were there.
Medlock Ames is a family-owned winery and vineyard situated at Bell Mountain Ranch. The founders have devoted the majority of their 338-acre property to ecological health and conservation, creating a wildlife habitat. The remaining portion serves as an organic farm that produces grapes, olives, and vegetables. Visitors can experience a unique self-guided audio tour throughout the ranch, called Immersive Sound Experience.
What a beautiful experience! The garden was a perfect setting for this tasting, and the wines were amazing. They were very accommodating with our unexpected delays. I would highly recommend!!

Arrived at 3:30, one hour before closing time with my daughter on Mother's Day after a lovely lunch at Catelli's. Thought a little taste on our way home would be a nice treat. Unfortunately we were met outside by a gentleman and told the last tasting is at 3 and that we should check the website. Apparently reservations are required. We felt very unwelcome. There were no other patrons there so it would have been nice if he had offered to offered to give us a reservation on the spot

I’m not sure it’s even possible to have a better wine tour than this place offers. Not only the tour but the quality of the wine and the time they took with our small group to go over everything was exceptional. If you are looking for some huge production facility with props and a massive tour of operations then don’t bother. But the drive out is worth it alone.

One and Done
Drove to M-A's from Santa Rosa this evening (about a 35 min. drive). Went to their Backyard Nights to have a glass of wine, some food truck tacos and hear the band.
Got my glass of rose' for $20, ordered my tacos, and as I waited in 85 degree weather for my food, I killed the Rose' before the tacos came and went to the tasting room to buy another one to have with my dinner. "Sorry we only sell bottles". I said "I'm here alone and just want another glass to have with dinner." I wasn't interested in a bottle because I'll drink the entire bottle and I know better. Just want 1 glass. She said "sorry" and stared at me. I left my glass in the tasting room and said "I guess I'm having water". I kinda hoped someone would catch up to me and say "sorry, here's a glass of ...." but nope. I ate my tacos with wonderful water and said this was a waste of time and drove 35 minutes back to SR.
Why 1 star, because it's about the customer experience. Either it's good or it's bad. I left pissed and it doesn't matter why. You have a customer who is alone and doesn't want an entire bottle of wine, you find an accommodation other than "sorry". They could have made an exception, they could have made an exception and sold a glass, offered me a different beverage like a Crystal Geyser, comp me a Rose' (I did pay $20). but the answer was... "sorry, sit outside and drink water". Disappointing

We have had many RS wines over the years, and belonged to the wine club for some time too. We were recently in Sonoma, so we arranged a tasting.
Our host Ron did an outstanding job of describing the wines, the winemaking process, food pairings, and many, many other things. And, he took his time to answer all our questions, and there were lots. He introduced us to the Club coordinator Katy, and we're now back in.
This was just a great experience overall. Very highly recommended!

Went here back in July 2015 for a Kenny Loggins concert and just realized I never wrote a review. The grounds and buildings are immaculate, it is a beautiful location and the staff here are amazing. The next day I came back and bought a few bottles and their wine is absolutely delicious. Sadly I haven't seen it where I live now, but I would definitely buy more if I could and I would definitely go to future concerts or other events here as well.

I will never return to this venue.
The parking and shuttle were easy. The event area was very nice even though the stage isn't much of a stage. Those are the only good things I have to say. I woke up this morning still mad about our experience there. Without question this was the most hassled I have even been at a concert. The sold-out audience was almost exclusively over 50 so you might expect a respectful, quiet crowd but it was nothing like that where we were. We were on the outer aisle against the building in the seated area. Before the concert, many people were standing in the shade but once it began the entire area was filled with people from the lawn seating and others who simply didn't want to sit in their seats. People were also crowded behind me as we were in the last row. This was only mildly annoying. The real problem was the number of people who were heavily intoxicated. Loud talking, screaming, stumbling as they danced. Many people seated in our area were unhappy and annoyed. The volunteers(?) and the security did nothing. No asking people to return to their area, no asking people to behave. Nothing. In the middle of the concert a severely drunken man (and badge-wearing wine club member) leaned on me and told me he needed to sit in my seat because he couldn't find his. A few minutes later he stood behind me and put his hands around my neck. The only reason he didn't get thrown to the ground was because I didn't want to be the a-hole who punched a rich 65 year-old. I did convince him to never come near me or my daughters again.
I'm sure the venue absolves themselves of the behavior of their patrons but they clearly have no control and no policies in place so that others can enjoy the show. Good luck driving the roads after a show here.

I went here today with a couple of friends for a tasting. It was really fun and the Pinot noirs were so good. Nice earthy and fruity tones. The grounds are super pretty. I love the walk up to the tasting room and walking down from the back the stairs are a bit slanted which was cool. They were having a spring market event with cool vendors like jewelry, candles things like that. There was this cool taco truck that also sold sandwiches. I tried the pulled pork melt with two types of cheeses on sourdough. It was absolutely amazing. Want to come back for sure.

Came here for a tasting and can't say enough good things! The tasting room staff is so knowledge and passionate about their wines. They took the time to answer our questions about not just the wines we were tasting but the entire process starting from where the grapes come from and how they are picked to what the different varieties consisted of and where we could find their wines back home. Well I did not go to the winery, I did come across this wine in Las Vegas. So it's unbelievably smooth, it's buttery but not too buttery. It's fruity but not too fruity. What an incredible blend. This is a home run. This is not a base hit. Get this wine, Cabernet 2020, from Sonoma.

Ashley (I hope that's the correct spelling) was so wonderful greeting us. It was a last minute diversion after Armstrong redwoods. We remembered years ago stopping and enjoying all the wines we tasted at Rodney Strong. That never happens to me and my wife at the same winery. She was able to squeeze us in as a walk in. She treated us with so much kindness and was such a delight. We are thrilled to be her first wine club members. The Terrace was beautiful and it was nice having a grassy area for our toddler to run around a bit after sitting still for a tasting. Towards the end of our visit Evan came over and shared some amazing port with us. We were very grateful for our time at Rodney Strong and were delighted with another outstanding tasting.

Really everything we ordered was good. The octopus and the calamari were excellent. They were perfectly cooked, seasoned, and presented. Also the portion was big for a tapas bar. Highly, highly recommended those items.
Then I would also get a tin board. We went with sardines, because they are my favorite. The board comes with pickled veggies, bread, and sauces to top the tinned item you pick. The pickled vegetables were really good, would order these as a standalone item.
The pork cheek bocadillos is the other item I would recommend. The meat is tender and the salsa verde is tangy.

We enjoyed a late Sunday afternoon lunch at this popular spot in. Healdsburg. Madam Wife and Granddaughter One enjoyed the gin cocktails recommended by the waiter.
Daughter One and I went with a very tasty Pinot and a Pilsner for me. Just right.
The crispy fried eggplant was nicely done and very tasty.
We ordered mussels, expecting a bowlful but got the tin with the box on it partway. Delicious on a bit of toasted bread (they brought more upon request) with a dab of aioli sauce and a little bit of the pickled veggies that come with it.
The place was quite busy but the staff did a good job of keeping up the service.
It’s the sort of place we’ll go back to. Inside & patio dining is available and if you want a low table (we had a high top) with chairs on the patio it’s best to reserve ahead of time.

Good tapas spot in downtown Healdsburg. This was my second time there. Both times we were really happy with the food.
Biggest issues were with the out door patio experience. Service was a little slow - though in fairness they were busy. There were also a ton of flies that seemed to be constantly attacking the food. Not sure what can be done about that.
Overall though, great spot that I’d definitely recommend - especially the dishes pictured.

Nice authentic Spanish food spot. Most dishes were great, The potatas bravas were a major miss, texture was off. Shishitos with chorizo was not great. But Jamon, pan con tomate and anchovies were super high quality and amazingly flavorful. Worth the visit for those three dishes alone. Olives, croquettes and cocktails were very good as well.

We came here on a recommendation from our hotel. The cocktails were very tasty and well crafted. The service team is very friendly, wear fun T-shirts with witty phrases and serve up the small and larger plates as a coordinated family. The dishes were all very tasty. We came here a few years ago and thought it was great. Unfortunately, this time around was not. The services was fast and friendly, but the food came up short. We started with a couple of cocktails, the Jamon iberico, pan tomate, duck bocadillos (meatballs), spinach, bacalao and the octopus.
The pan tomate had too much garlic, the duck was dry and tasted gamey, the spinach was good. The bacalao was interesting and I am glad we tried it, but will not order again.
The flavor of the octopus was good but the texture was off.
We saw a lot of people ordered the paella. Maybe we should have had that instead.

We look forward to have another fantastic experience on the coming NYE.

We live on the east coast and this is our second time! Food is amazing and the portions generous and cocktails on point. The star is the baked scallop! If you don’t like scallops, this dish can change your mind. Will we come back? Yes

All of the food was delicious. The service was great. The execution of the tasting menu where people get different dishes was really weird to me. I appreciated the sentiment, but hated the execution. I would absolutely go back for the food and the service.

My first time having California Cuisine (as a Californian) and it was such a wonderfully executed dining experience.
The heirloom gazpacho was a nice start to the meal and a very nice surprise in the flavor department: light, floral, and enhanced with the natural sweetness of the heirloom melon. I thought the scallop dish was very nice but needed a touch of heat and acid; it still was a very solid and interesting app.
The duck breast is a must-get. It was everything I expected of a duck breast dish from the California cuisine perspective and more: succulent, crispy skin, perfectly mid rare, and yet it never ate heavy. Use of duck confit in the salad portion of the dish was both smart and delicious. My partner loved the halibut, which was glistening from what I saw.
Loved the meal so much and a perfect end to a trip from the wine country. Thanks Valette!

Arrived early with a reservation for 5 people. They accommodated us right away. Service was quick and professional. Food came out delicious and flavorful. Cocktails were expertly crafted. Table service was attentive and left nothing wanting. Started with bread for the table with a poppy seed butter, fresh warm and delicious. Apps came next; beef tartare was my favorite, followed by the burrata, caviar, and tuna poke. All apps were amazing, bright, and fresh. Split the pork loin and the duck breast. Finished with cappuccino and the snickers cake... was definitely worth saving room for.

Great service and wine selection.
We had the poke, burrata cheese, duck and pork with a fantastic Pinot Noir (Russian River Valley). We were celebrating our anniversary and they complemented a couple of desserts.

My husband and I were gifted a gift card to this restaurant. We had never heard of it and didn’t know what to expect but the menu looked good. We decided to go on a Wednesday night, rather close to closing time and they did not disappoint. The service was phenomenal.the food was just as good. It was a beautiful place for date night, and I can see us visiting there again. Our server was Alfredo and he was very helpful.

We are so glad we chose to dine at Valette!! We shared the chef’s choice 5 course tasting menu and it was a culinary delight!! The food was prepared perfectly and coursed out in perfect timing. Exceptional service, food and cocktails!! We can’t wait to visit again!

If you haven't been here yet, book a table immediately! We ordered a 6-course tasting menu with the wine pairing and the food was unbelievable! It was easily the best tasting menu experience of my life, partly because the service (from Frank) was so good... and partly because the food was extraordinary. We especially liked the scallops, the ahi, the beef tartare, and the sole. The vibe is incredibly chill for such an elevated culinary experience. We loved it and we'll return! Total price for 2 before gratuity was about $420, a bargain for the quantity and the quality of the food and wine!
A special thank you to Bianca at Aperture Cellars for the recommendation!

First fine dining experience in Healdsberg on our week long vacation as a family and this was fantastic. From private label wine options to top notch appetizers and entrees, we had a wonderful meal. My main commentary on something that could be improved would be removing the seaweed salad from the tuna dish. The bluefin tuna is so fantastic and so flavorful that I think it would be better paired with some local greens instead of seaweed salad. I loved the rose of Pinot noir, the private label caviar, and my duck entree which was fantastic paired with the cherries and marcona almonds. Highly recommend!

Valette Restaurant is located in the downtown Healdsburg area and has both indoor and outdoor seating. I love the ambiance of this place and the service is always excellent! We have been here several times since the food is amazing! The staff are friendly and it's always a great experience dining here.
The food is absolutely delicious! I ordered the Pan Seared Lassen Steel Head and my husband got the Smoked Prime New York Steak. We shared a Sonoma County Citrus Salad that was also amazing! The wine list has amazing options and I love that they have wines from local wineries.

I jewel of a find in Healdsburg. The owners focus on fresh and high quality ingredients. Menu options are creative, well done, and mouth watering.. The ambiance is wonderful. Service is great. Fresh, hot bread is served. As one would expect with a high-end restaurant, prices come in a little high. All together, it is worth it. Looking for a great experience, try Valette.
Update 3/5/2024 - It was my son's 25th birthday. We chose Valette to celebrate and made reservations. It was a Tuesday at 5:30. So, not busy. We sat outside in the patio. Everything was perfect. The menu didn't disappoint. Our choices included duck, steelhead trout and sides of sweet potatoes, and mixed vegetables. Of course, there was artisan bread. Yum! Our server let us know that the duck required extra preparation time, maybe 30 minutes. No problem, we had lots to talk about. The wait wasn't long, and our meals were served. But, there was a glitch. No sides. We waited a few minutes. Still no sides. So, I asked. Our server returned and said he just ordered our sides - like this was good service. It wasn't. And, he didn't acknowledge the error. Main dishes without the sides is a terrible dining experience. How does this happen when the restaurant isn't busy? I thought our server might offer some kind of comp, a gesture. Nope, nothing was mentioned. Not to get lost, our meals were wonderful. Our experience told us Valette would be great. This evening, it wasn't. Mistakes happen. Owning the mistake matters. Particularly when the cost of the experience is high. Will I return? Maybe.
Noble Folk Ice Cream & Pie Bar is a popular Healdsburg ice cream shop with a wide variety of house-baked pies. The store stocks different artisanal ice cream flavors, and the staff recommends pairing them with different pie varieties. For lunch, customers can order takeout pies from the food hall.
Felt like something sweet. Saw a couple holding ice cream and asked where they got it. They sent us here and it was so good. I got the Swiss chocolate and my husband got the salted caramel. Definitely will be going back.

Delicious ice creams and pies. They sell macaroons and other desserts but I think pies and ice cream are their specialty. They sell their pies by the slice (or you can buy a whole pie) - I had a slice of their chocolate pumpkin pie and my husband had their maple pie both were amazing.
Ice cream wise they only let you try one ice cream flavor per person so I wish I knew what the other flavors tasted like. I got a scoop of the peanut butter brownie flavor and it was good. My husband got the hojicha tea ice cream and he liked it but it wasn't for me.
Maribel Mullins — Google review
A great place for dessert when in Healdsburg. The flavors of ice cream and pie are unique and delicious. We tried the coffee ice cream and peanut butter whip cream pie.
Monica Niess — Google review
They only allow ONE sample. I tried the maple cornflake which I found bland and overly creamy, but then didn’t know which other flavor to get because I was out of my sample. I then ordered a split scoop of two different flavors, both of which were extremely bland. The raspberry blood orange had barely any flavor contrast. Definitely don’t recommend if you’re used to high quality ice cream with interesting flavors.

We love this place. We have been to both locations (Santa Rosa the other one). Their ice cream is delish and good variety of flavors. They offer tasty treats as well. My only gripe, i wish they would change their cupcake GF option, it is always the same (been that way for years). My husband is a fan of their pies. This location gets busy during the warmer months so be prepared to wait in line if you come to the square during a hot day!

Amazing ice cream and pie. Had the strawberry berry mix with a scoop of coffee ice cream. The crust was amazing and the coffee so smooth n creamy. The price is more than reasonable for the quality.

If I could I would give them NO stars.
We were there this evening and the woman that served us was rude and unprofessional. It was our first visit and will be our last. I asked for a taste and she scrapped some ice cream from the sides of the container. What I tasted had no flavor and caused me not to get anything. As she was serving my daughter she was abrupt and loud and we could not understand her. The actual ice cream isn’t good and is over priced. Don't waste your money here. Better ice cream and service at other less pretentious places. As we walked out we were stopped by 2 other people who overheard us talking about our experiences at Noble folk and they said they had a similar unsatisfactory experience the night before.
Rosie Balekiwai — Google review
For sure this is somewhat a reflection of my personal taste but I thought this ice cream was way too sweet and flavors were not nuanced. However, I do prefer European style ice cream and gelato. If you're all about the sweet and creamy above all you may enjoy. I had chocolate and raspberry-orange (or something like that) split scoop. I also tried my friend's oreo and pistachio.

I hired Noble Folk for my wedding and it was the best decision I could have made!! They made me a beautiful wedding cake, a display of cookies and cupcakes, and brought the famous ice cream trolly. Throughout the entire process, Christian was just phenomenal. He answered all of my questions, worked with me on menu, pricing, design etc, and absolutely nailed it!! From initial booking to packing up everything on the day, I could tell he wanted our wedding day to be perfect, and Noble Folk is a business I will continue to visit for years to come. Anniversary cake? Birthday cake? It's Tuesday let's go get ice cream and pie just because? It'll be worth the hour drive! Thank you Noble Folk for being one of the best parts of my wedding!

It also has two free toppings. The freeze? dried raspberry was super sweet and have a nice texture. The chocolate sauce was good too and paired well

Interesting choices of ice cream flavors. Hi quality, creamy texture. Very helpful service. Recommend to get a split scoop if you can't decide. I had black sesame coconut and Thai tea. Very nice, then again every thing looks good.

They have really good ice cream but today we wanted raspberry sorbet and salted caramel and instead we got strawberry sorbet and vanilla. Beware- make sure you get what you order!! Other than that mix up it’s our favorite ice cream in Healdsburg.

After 2 years, we finally made it back.
The line here is always long (weekends) and I thought it was worth the wait. We came back for the pistachio ice cream but this time it’s pistachio with cherry 🍒 and it didn’t taste the same. We miss the original pistachio flavor that made it our favorite.
Dru Looks — Google review
Grabbed a split scoop of the raspberry blood orange and the pistachio cherry. Absolutely perfect serving size. The flavors were wonderful and the ice cream itself was well made. It was creamy and rich but didn't taste heavy like an old fashioned creamery style. Good modern flavors that were still accessible to anyone's palate. Really no faults or complaints so I'd absolutely recommend it.

Best ice cream in town. Great selection of pies and ice cream. Not the flavors you would get at a normal ice cream shop other than vanilla bean. Flavors are great, im a fan of the swiss chocolate and the dutch cookie. Pistachio cookie sandwiches they have are S-tier.
Banshee Wines is a wine store in Healdsburg that carries a variety of California wines at affordable prices. The staff is passionate about their wines, and they aim to create an experience that is both relaxed and challenging. They also offer flights of wine so that customers can try different varieties without spending a lot of money.
Lorelei was an incredible host! The tasting room is gorgeous and Lorelei made us feel right at home. The interior decor is the perfect blend of vintage and modern, and the wine was delish! We will definitely be back again!
Kyra Lefferts — Google review
Banshee has a great location, but otherwise fell short and was the most disappointing part of our trip. No open tables for our reservation, dirty, unprepared, and smallest tastings I have ever had.
We paid online for two tastings, which was $40 per person ($80 total), and made a reservation for Sunday Feb 20. When we arrived, the place was packed, 100%. No open seats or tables. The staff said a table was leaving shortly and we would need to wait for them to leave and the staff to clean the table. )We did show up on time for our reservation). The place we were sat was dirty, napkins and crumbs leftover from the prior customers. The server was pleasant, and offered water with our tastings...but never brought it. He said they were all out of their tasting menus and he would have to "wing it". He poured us five tastings each, but each pour was barely 0.5 ounce. In all, that came out to~ 5 ounces of wine for $80; we would have been far better off ordering a bottle instead. At the end of the tasting, the server asked if we had paid online ahead of time, which we had. I was shocked they were not prepared for a reservation, "winged" the tasting, did not know we pre-paid (reservation, remember?), and poured such tiny amounts of wine.
I doubt I will visit this location again. It was a very disappointing experience. I hope they pull it together and improve, the place is cute and well decorated and they have a prime location.

Stopped at this place on a recommendation from Chalk hill for their sparkling wine. We did a tasting and the sparkling was actually the best of their wines. They did not have any food available other than caviar. Pretty disappointed. Their pouring was very small as well and the tasting was $40 a person. Server was very nice and explained Ed all the areas where the grapes were grown and the music was great. If you are so inclined you can browse through their record collection and play it on their record player. Don’t know if I’d come back for wine again though.

A selection of very good pino noirs and happy hour prices are decent for winery members. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The atmosphere was more upbeat, hip than most wine tasting rooms from the decor to the albums on their record player. I would have preferred a bit quieter, relaxed atmosphere. The tasting room was open until 7pm which is a couple hours later than most wineries in the area if you're looking for a bit more wine into the evening. However, tastings end at 4pm unfortunately. But then Happy Hour begins.

We joined Banshee Wines for a SommCamp 2023 white wine seminar: Sauv Blanc, Bubbles, & Beyond. The wine offerings were the Ten of Cups, the 2022 Sauvignon Blanc, 2021 Chardonnay, and the 2021 Morning Light Chardonnay. These beautiful wines were paired with fresh shucked oysters, caviar, charcuterie boards, and various poke bowls created by Chef Alec Graham. Alicia Sylvester, the Banshee winemaker was there as a moderator for a panel discussion with Jeff Jenssen and Mike DeSimmone: The World Wine Guys. It was an educational event with beautiful pairings.

Laid back and intimate tasting room with a boho chic vibe. Great stop for a girls wine tasting adventure. All of the wines are delicious, but the rose and the sauvignon blanc are especially great for a hot summer day. Be sure to reserve a tasting in advance they book up fast.

Be warned. We had reservations on 08/10, tastings were fine, the place was basically empty. We bought 4 bottles of wine, paid for them to be shipped (we did not join the wine club). As of this review 09/22, we have yet to receive our wine. We waited 2 weeks after we got home to make the first inquiry, they didn't have any of our information. We have called minimum of once each week to follow-up and nothing. They keep making promises but now they are no longer returning our calls or even answering the phone. Jordan winery had our shipment to us within 4 days so there is something wrong with Banshee Wines.

Wines nothing special for Healdsburg area. Subpar wines on a Foley Wine group scale (this winery is a Foley establishment). There are so many great wineries around Dry Creek Valley & Alexander Valley, but this wine is average. It's OK.
Something good is you are free to buy wines by the glass or bottle and drink them there. It's an attractive tasting room. However, the pours were skinny & skimpy. No need to be so stingy and give customers half ounce tastes. Bad business.

Trying Banshee's 2021 Sonoma County Pinot Noir. About $30 at the winery but discounted everywhere. Nice color but water clear at outer edge. Subtle to non-existent nose. Decent fruit in the front of your mouth BUT literally no mid-palate or finish! Highly disappointed. Foley properties usually deliver higher quality.
For those who have a passion for organic produce, DeVero Winery is one of the must-visit places in Sonoma. Located in Healdsburg, their farm boasts both a vineyard and an olive grove. The motto they live by is to grow what thrives in the area and to practice patience, which has informed their farming choices. They have also made the decision to go Biodynamic.
We popped here towards the end of the day and they were able to let us buy a bottle to enjoy there and some snacks. They were kind to accommodate a last minute stop. The grounds are gorgeous...so many cute and private areas to enjoy a picnic like garden tasting. We only tried 1 red but was a great suggestion by staff. It's actually close to town so we walked back along the wide shoulder road. Definitely worth a stop!

Solid wine, but the overall experience is the prime draw for a visit. We were able to wander the beautiful property and get a sense for how deliberate and environmentally conscious the ownership is. We even got to meet and pet some grazing pigs! Plus, the staff is warm and welcoming—the opposite of rushing you out the door.

DaVero Farm and Vineyard is truly heavenly. Their trinity of wine, Olive Oil, and Balsamic Vinegar combined with their farming methods which honor biodiversity and sustainability, and their passion for what they offer make it such a magical place. I absolutely fell in love with this place and will be back as often as my schedule allows. I also plan to become a member. I am especially grateful for the care and responsibility this family-curated ecosystem takes in preserving the life and health of the soil (love the vermi-composting). Soul-care is so very important, and you get that!!! Our guide, Jacqui, was outstanding. She really made my friends (Sara, Robert, Carlos) and me feel like we were part of the farm’s family. It was a wonderful experience. I will be back.

We came here for my husbands birthday celebration over Labor Day weekend. We did a garden tasting and our host was especially great at answering questions about biodynamic wines and the DaVero farming process.
Besides wine they have many items for purchase such as olive oils, jams, and more, so it’s a fun place to explore and take home gifts.
The snacks (Meyer lemon olive oil popcorn and Italian seasoned nuts, and cheese with olive oil yumm) were delicious and did not attract the bees as much compared to other wineries in the area, which was a big plus.
They have a gorgeous garden you can explore and small barn with pigs that are incredibly cute.
Spend a magical afternoon or any time of day here by the foundation! See the barrel room and crush pads up close. The wines were all delicious. Located just a few minutes from downtown if you want to ride bikes there. We will definitely be coming back and will bring our friends.

DaVero Farms and Winery in Healdsburg was a great outing for my one-year old today. They weren’t busy at all either on a three day weekend. We got to walk their garden and see three adorable baby pigs, which kept my daughter preoccupied for 30 minutes enough time for some wine!
