The Charles Hosmer Morse Museum of American Art is a historic, family-friendly museum featuring extensive Tiffany collections and special exhibits. The design guru's work can be found in everything from jewelry and lamps to paintings and pottery, making it one of the most comprehensive collections of his works in the world.
I love this museum. I love that the folks that started this museum saved so much of the history of Tiffany and his work.
The chapel is amazing!! A hidden jewel in winter park. The detail and history are breathtaking. It is amazing to think that on a number of occasions the chapel was almost forgotten and left to ruin.
I also love that this museum puts out a silver creamer mallee by Paul Revere and a baseball signed by Babe Ruth and Ty Cobb every Fourth of July!!

The prettiest collection of stained glass that I have ever seen. A Must-see location!
This is located on the north of downtown Winter Park and to the west of Lake Osceola. Parking can be found on the street (many places are 3-hour open spots) and in a parking garage just south of the building. The building has many parts to it. You enter through the north door along the west side of N Park Avenue. You pay at the counter and are (at this time) required to wear a mask. General admission is $6/person. It is the best deal in the city for what you can see. There are numerous rooms explaining the various types of art that were explored. There are numerous paintings, sculptures, blown glass, stained glass, furniture, jewelry throughout the museum. There are whole rooms recreated to show the beautiful artwork in its original atmosphere: a chapel, a dining room, etc. It is absolutely beautiful. There are numerous places that show how some of the work was created. Once you are done, you exit through the gift shop which has some wonderful products illustrating some of the artwork. Many of the exhibits have a number that can be accessed through a podcast-like app to give you more data on the item. Be careful to keep the volume down or the museum guards will ask you to lower it. I liked this museum so much I would have given it a 5 but for the fact that they require masks. This is an absolute must-see location that I highly recommend for all my fellow travelers.

This is a lovely museum, and a surprisingly large one for the low price of admission. The beautiful art is amazing, and the items saved from Tiffany's house and lovingly recreated in the gallery spaces is really remarkable. If you're looking for a day away from the theme parks in Orlando, try this and the Leu Gardens that are close by for a change of pace. It will be worth your time.

A+++ if you like stained glass it's a must to see. We hit timing just right (God's timing for sure) and got a small tour from Phyllis who felt like she was part of the museum. Whatever they are paying her, it is probably not enough. She is a gem and made the place that much more exciting with all her knowledge and excitement with the pieces of art.
Some pieces are just breathtaking. If you study the pieces for a while you keep finding more hidden gems within each piece.
Some of our favorites are in the pictures.

Very impressed with the museum. I have been to winter park a few times and walked by but never checked it out. I went on a Friday night where it was free entry after 4 or 5. I had no idea what to expect and it was much larger than I thought also. Tons of Tiffany glass and art. Could go back and spend more time there for sure! Definitely recommend

Absolutely breathtaking museum. Didn't even know this place was here, which is such a shame knowing now all of the beauty stored within. Gorgeous art, spectacular Tiffany stained glass works, and lovely pottery. The Chapel was awe-inspiring and vast, with so much fun history attached to it. The staff and security crew alike were both polite and well-informed, adding to the gentle atmosphere. Entry fee was STUPID cheap, but the gift shop is where they get you hard. Come prepared to spend some cash on a lovely replica!

This was a much larger and more comprehensive museum than I expected. It has all things Tiffany - windows, lamps, pottery and jewelry. In addition it also has a nice selection of paintings by American painters, notably painters from the Hudson River School such as Albert Bierstadt. The interior of the museum is beautiful. Tiffany's Daffodil patio with Tiffany columns is nicely located in an area surrounded by floor to ceiling glass allowing a beautiful view of the outdoor courtyard and gardens.

This is an absolutely beautiful museum housing the works of Louis Comfort Tiffany along with other Victorian Era artisans. We did not have enough time! Recommend at least 2 hours to really enjoy the museum and see everything.

Stunning museum! Perfect size; it’s not too big but has plenty to look at. The only inconvenience is that the details for each piece are printed on booklets for each room. It would be more user- and environmentally-friendly if the info was placed next to each piece like it is in most museums. Well worth the admission price.

Decided to do something different with my kids and found this gem and we were impressed to say the least. Loved it! So much to see, it's definitely a place to visit several times. It's nice that they have a self guided tour and info available for each exhibit.
Very affordable, parking is in front of the entrance.

Tiffany glass never gets old...it only gets better. These are my sentiments for the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum as well. Each year when we visit Florida, I love to stop and have lunch on Park Ave in one of their many cafes then head on over to spend the entire afternoon looking at all the Tiffany glass works both old and new. Each piece appears different based on the lighting of day and it has a timeless appeal. So if you find yourself in the Orlando area don't miss this museum and lunch on Park Ave. I can guarantee you, you will return again ❤️ and again ❤️ and again ❤️! On Friday's from April - November admission is free in the evening.

This is a really unique museum. Tiffany is in here, which is super cool! It’s quite large, and you can certainly spend a lot of time in here. For Rollins students, the cost is only $1. I think there’s very much to see here, many pieces you wouldn’t expect either. Some pieces were original pieces in Charles Morse’s home - take a look here!

This museum exceeded my expectations! When I heard I could see the largest Tiffany glass collection for $6 I didn’t expect much but boy was I wrong. This museum is the perfect size! It’s such a diverse collection of art that anyone who visits this museum should leave inspired by the works of Tiffany. If you’re interested in Tiffany glass or need to escape the Florida heat don’t hesitate to stop by, you won’t be disappointed.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Charles Hosmer Morse Museum, and I must say it was an absolute delight from start to finish.
Upon arriving at the museum, I was immediately captivated by the pleasant ambiance and inviting atmosphere. The museum is located in a charming area of Winter Park and the exterior alone exudes a sense of tranquility.

An absolutely joyful and beautifully curated small museum. Dedicated to the stain glass and ceramic works of renowned American artist Louis Comfort Tiffany (of the Tiffany lamps fame) and the precious salvaged interiors of his Laurelton Estate. The complimentary literature that accompanies each room exhibit is so well-crafted and joy to read. Thoroughly enjoyed wandering through each beautiful room. The gift shop is a treasure trove and such a delight. Highly recommended and a worthy antithesis to Orlando’s theme park plagued personality!

The largest collection of Tiffany glass in the world. The collection includes the priceless Tiffany Chapel made for the 1893 World Colombian Exposition. It is over 1000 square feet in area including the baptistery.
The museum is overwhelming and takes at least 4-5 hours to appreciate. There is also a rare Tiffany carpet.
Highly recommended. Not to be missed while in Winter Park.

This museum is a hidden gem here in central Florida. I loved the Tiffany artwork. My favorite exhibit was the chapel. All the glass artwork was a beautiful in each way. The only complaint I have is they told us we could not bring our stroller in but while walking around we saw two other families with strollers the same size as our own. I felt uncomfortable due to this and decided to leave.
Central Park is an expansive 11-acre park that boasts beautiful gardens, fountains, and a rose garden. The park hosts a variety of seasonal events and festivals throughout the year. Visitors can enjoy shaded seating areas and observe children playing on the low-branched trees. Dogs are not permitted in the park. It is an excellent place to take a leisurely stroll or have a picnic while enjoying nature's beauty.
A large, open park perfect for picnics, walks, encounters with nature, and watching the SunRail pass by.

Beautiful park. A nice and calmed enviroment to take a walk, eat something or just chat with somebody.
There's enough benches, trees, squirrels and green space that complement the relaxing enviroment along with the fountains, that are certaintly refreshing to look at mostly on sunny days.
The park seems very well taken of, is very clean and I always saw a trash can near.
Sometimes there's noise because of the trains passing by, but at least when I went, that wasn't really a problem.

WOW! I photographed an Engagement Session at Central Park on Park Ave, and was blown away with how perfect this street was for couple portraits with the vintage buildings surrounding the brick roads, If you're planning on having your engagement session here, remember to get here early for some adventurous parallel parking or park above the 3rd level at "Park Place"... oh and grab some ice cream and a burger down towards Rollins College.

I am not a winter holiday celebrater, so I'm a bit biased. I visited the park for a free holiday concert with a friend who loves Chistmas, and she had a great time. The lights were pretty cool. I'm giving five stars because I know that if I visited in the daytime when there weren't 10,000 people milling around, I would have liked it a lot more. As is, in the dark with a bazillion people, I didn't have a wonderful experience. The music was nice though.

The Albin Polasek Museum & Sculpture Garden is a beautiful home and sculpture museum that contains works by the internationally acclaimed Czech-born sculptor. The grounds are often visited by those looking for peace and beauty, as well as art lovers. There are guided tours available to visitors of all levels, as well as a chapel that offers serenity.
The story and history behind Albin Polasek is amazing. He was an extremely talented artist in sculptures of wood metal clay and more. Albin could also paint. The tour guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and they back up to the winter park chain of lakes. They also have a venue for weddings and events. I would say you can spend about 1.5 hours here. There are promos you can find for added value to your visit.

The grounds are pretty, and we had a nice time exploring. We didn't take the tour, since they weren't ready to give one yet when we arrived. It would have been interesting, but we were trying to fit in visits to several places in the time that we had that day.
We didn't have to pay an admission fee because we belong to another garden that is on the reciprocal list.

I had no prior knowledge of Albin Polasek upon visiting the sculpture gardens. I was looking at attractions in Winter Park and thought it would be something different to try. Thanks to our informative tour guide Marty and his wife Sue I learned so much more than I thought I would! The guided tour through his home and chapel gave intimate insight into the artists’ life and work. The gardens themselves are tended with so much care and there’s a beautiful view of the lake. Even on a rainy day, it’s so beautiful and worth the time 🌸

A must see yet easy to miss place in Winter Park. A 10 minute gentle walk (if you are European, as Americans don't walk in the heat) from the main street, it is a very interesting small museum and lush art garden, with the works of Czech American artist Albin Polasek, a talented sculptor and painter. Little known outside the US, his works are very interesting. Many, the largest ones, are still visible in Chicago. Many other, smaller ones, are spread in the lush gardens of his villa. The themes of his work often revolve around Christian figures and European mythology, and sometimes a mix of the two, for instance with his admirable Sower. His fantastic masterpiece, which epitomizes his (very American) worldview, is visible in the front garden: "man carving his own Destiny". This piece is all the more admirable since it was carved after he got paralized on one side after a stroke. Our guide Marty was really great, with a in depth knowledge of Polasek, his life and work. Don’t miss it!

Absolutely beautiful, with sculptures around every corner of the garden. I would recommend going when the weather is a bit cooler but even at a feels like of 111, the gardens and the bamboo path were serene and lovely! The Kraft Azalea Garden is a large public park with beautiful giant cypress trees and blooms in the winter. The park is open year-round and has plenty of benches, areas to put down a blanket, and beautiful views of the lake.
The Azalea Garden is a small but beautiful garden at the edge if a lake in an extremely nice neighborhood. There are plenty of tall trees and a fancy column structure/statue. This is a wonderful place to come to take photos (during my visit on a Sunday, there were at least two groups or people with professional photographers). Parking is free and is not too difficult to find. It is great to relax here or even for a quick 30 minute visit.

A small but beautiful garden with great views of the lakeside. There are plenty of places to picnic, walk around, rest on benches, and take pictures on notable photo spots.
While the azaleas are only in bloom in early spring, one can still appreciate the cypress trees.
If you head there around April/May, one has a chance to see the nesting area of the egrets perched on top of the cypress trees along the roadway.
The parking lot can accommodate ~15 cars, but when visiting on a weekday, it's usually not too crowded.

Loved this hide-away park. Perfect for photo taking. We were there for family portraits. They turned out beautifully. Many trees for shade in the warmer months, places to sit and watch the boats or jet skis on the lake. The park is filled with flowering bushes and a small water fountain that make for great backgrounds in our photos. Will revisit next time in Central Florida.

Wow! This is a very pretty place with enchanting scenery. We were visiting the area in January and didn't expect to see azaleas blooming then, but there were many. Probably not as many as will be blooming in the spring, but more than enough to delight the hearts of these northerners in the winter.
We did not know about the little camellia garden, and we enjoyed walking around and seeing many blossoms on the bushes. It was fun to see the great white egrets walking all around, and perching in the trees.

This location is a wonderful lakeside park and garden with a Roman inspired arch for intimate weddings and gorgeous spaces for pictures. To ensure you get the space you want, please make sure you book the location with Winter Park parks and recreation. Hidden gem in the winter park area. We like to walk there from Park Ave through the area’s beautiful streets and houses. The park is relatively small but has amazing trees and lake views. The only downside is that there seems to be always a large group or two taking photo shoot there and occupying the seats and making you feel like you are trespassing when you walk in their photo shoot area!

The garden is beautiful, the water was so pretty and I loved all the different plants. But as my girlfriend and I walked around, we got to the little pond, and there was plastic decoration binkys and blue paper all around the side of the pond, as if someone had a gender reveal party. I looked like it had been there for a few days, I can't believe the nerve of some people to litter so blatantly. To have a gender reveal is one thing, but not to pick up after yourself is another. My girlfriend and I spent almost an hour and a half picking up all the little blue plastic cutouts of pacifiers on our anniversary just because people can't have nice things. If you want to enjoy things in nature, please respect it.

Gorgeous park! I’ve never seen it too busy. But they have lots of benches close to the water in order to enjoy the view, or I see lots of people sit on blankets under the trees.
This is also a popular place for people to take different kinds of professional photos (family, engagement, gender reveal, etc).
Recently the area has signs for cars to drive by slowly for the wildlife (birds), which made me realize this could also be a great place to walk around bird watching.
People also use this as a kayak launch, which is a fantastic idea!

I really wanted to love this place but it ended up being a bit of a disappointment. The place is small (not much to see) and the tour and facility was bit disorganized. The speaker and the other staff were very nice though! Five stars to them! We were having a good time until we went to the tasting room. Which to many of us on the tour opinion, should be reserved for paying tour customers when a tour arrives. (Just a recommendation). There was no where to sit because other customers with their dogs were in the room. Which brings me to our main issue of the tour. Dogs. Dogs in a bar setting. I'm a dog lover! But, I don't like dog hair in my drink (yes we found a hair) and in my seat when we finally were able to sit. Many on the tour didn't like the dogs allowed either. First of all, we couldn't concentrate on our tour guide speaking because the dogs were either barking or playing rough and interrupting. One customer at the bar brought her horse (I mean Great Dane). He was barking so loud and he was scary! Jumping on customers and other dogs. At one point because of the horse and a puppy pit-bull playing rough another customers drink was spilled. The customer was not happy and I don't blame her! I don't pay money for dogs to spill my drink when I'm trying to chill and have a drink! Again, this was all happening while we're supposed to focus on the tour guide speaking. Very distracting and many on the tour were annoyed and some even left before the tasting was over. I understand for some people to be able to bring their dogs to a bar is pretty cool in theory. But I think it ends up being more an inconvenience actually because even those people can't sit and enjoy their own drink because their dogs are acting up. So I think it just doesn't work out. Just giving some feed back. Again, I love dogs but eh! LOL!

I couldn't wait to give this place an outstanding review. I was here last night for a friends 40th birthday. We had been to several other breweries prior to getting here yet this was my favorite and a delightful nightcap. I'm primarily writing this with emphasis towards the distillery. Being that they can only serve liquor tasters in a tasting room, I was only disappointed I couldn't enjoy 2 fingers neat but you can walk out with a bottle of your choice for incredibly fair prices. The whiskeys were fabulous and I was ecstatic about the white whiskey which was the best I've had to date. Also, the vodka belongs in the top shelf of every bar. I really thought this place would be better and I wanted to like it but, yikes! My husband and I did the brewstillery tour and we’ll unfortunately never be able to get that time back. The whole tour felt like a class lecture of boring monotonous information. Don’t get me wrong I’ve done tour guide & self-guided brewery and distillery tours before which were amazing times but this was downright boring. I wasn’t even the first person to walk out before the tour ended and to quote someone else at the end of the tour “the tasting was like drinking gasoline”. Focusing on the actual facility itself, I literally felt embarrassed for the owners letting people walk through such a disorganized and sloppy facility and our guide was one of the owners! It just seemed like people used items and tossed them wherever they felt like leaving them, do people not take pride in their “business babies” anymore? I don’t know I just don’t understand it I want to root for the small business owners especially in my home town but I can’t take places seriously that don’t seem to take themselves seriously.

This 47 acre botanical garden is a tranquil oasis with beautiful gardens, wildlife habitats, and pavilions. It's always free to visit, and features extensive butterfly gardens as well as a boardwalk and bike trail.
Lots of great memories here over the last 30 years. Married here at the small amphitheatre. Still beautiful grounds to walk, pathways and features.

Very nice park with amazing views. I just wish they maintained it a little more. Will definitely come here more often and might even have my wedding here!!! We took so many pictures and it's so big we barely toured half! Those people who live there are super lucky!!

It’s a nice walk. Awesome little trail to walk around, I didn’t see any gators. Would be good to visit in warmer weather, but a really cute place and it’s free to walk around.

This was a pretty big place!! Beautiful creeks, wildlife, bridges, dirt pathways. Do be cautious where you step because there are tree roots all over. I tripped over one.
They are pet friendly too!! Except for one boardwalk that I went on anyway with my dog. It was BORING so you're not missing out on anything!!
I would recommend a visit

Such a beautiful place, we came for a stroll and had lunch at the picnic tables with cute-playful squirrels around, loved it!! Everything looks nice and well taken care of. I noticed they have one or 2 stages, I guess events here must be really beautiful and fun. Restrooms were very clean too.

A beautiful garden. It's amazing this oasis even exists in the hustle and bustle of the city.
The garden is actually a lot bigger than I thought. There are many trails to walk and there's even a restroom near the parking lot.
Just be careful because the trails are full of root stumps and bumps.
No fee to enter.

Absolutely love this garden. It's always so well maintained, clean bathrooms considering it's partially outside, and the garden area hardly ever has dead flowers. Beautiful atmosphere, there are benches that people use for work, get togethers, and events. A few stage areas are available for weddings, there's a mini play area for kids (no slides, swings, or anything of that nature, but colorful tree stumps and fun art). There are butterflies and many cardinals/birds singing, a river stream where you'd find turtles and more nature. A fun place to get some outdoor exercise and take in the beauty of nature.

I expected more of an actual botanical trail which I didn't find when following the map and there also wasn't much signage either for the trail not flowers or plants. Hence, the rating. Otherwise, it was a nice outing

I spent over an hour just roaming around the garden. I'm not sure how much of it I saw, but what I did see was delightful. Rabbits, squirrels, lizards, birds and butterflies were easy spot and enjoy. The plumeria tree was beautiful.

Nice garden, definitely needs some work in some areas but they are making progress. Maps were a little hidden but found them near a community book drop. Some blooming flowers and lots of lizards and butterflies. Big area and we didn't even see everything! Free to visit so you can go anytime. Convenient location as well.

It was so HOT and HUMID but I had a good time! The gardeners were super friendly! I don’t like bugs but I loved Mead Botanical Garden, will definitely be back when it’s a little cooler to see the butterflies!

Beautiful year-round and definitely worth a visit if in the area. Lots of native plants and flowers. Tons of butterflies. I regularly visit to de-stress and get away from the hustle of the city of O-Town.

A very nice hiking trail with free parking and free entrance. The garden was full of visitors, there were also employees and/or volunteers taking care of the green areas. It was a Friday and was awesome to see the park full of school children enjoying the gardens and having a blast with their friends. The only thing that I recommend is that the provide a map of the garden at the entrance because it was kind of difficult to know where to go once inside the area. Overall very nice place to visit and enjoy nature!!! :)

I took a beautiful stroll through Mead Botanical Garden.
This place has seating close to the pond, walking trails by the stream, a few picnic tables, endless amounts of flowers & plants, and a couple stages where some events take place (check schedules).
There is no charge to enter the garden, and it’s also pet friendly.

It was a nice sunny day in January so we decided to do a quick pit stop for a lunch picnic after visiting the museums nearby. What a beautiful place! We didn’t have time to visit the gardens but took a quick walk around Alice’s pond. It was such a great nature walk on a bright beautiful day! We will definitely be back!

Really enjoyed! FREE botanical garden to walk around and enjoy the Creek, pond, different trees, plants and flowers. Not a lot going on due to season. I'll bet its incredibly beautiful in season. Still enjoyable to stroll around. Nice trails with boardwalks. Safe and friendly atmosphere. Plenty of places for a picnic including benches and chairs to relax. Highly recommend.

Really cool! You can tell there is a lot of work going into this place, there’s a locked greenhouse. But a statue garden right around the corner. Trails through landscaped areas and more natural wild areas, a swamp, and a boardwalk! Lots of cool things like pavilions, outdoor concert area, and parks. Free parking in multiple areas! Definitely worth a stop! Saw so many cook and unique plants, even poinsettias!
Beautiful lake, accessible parking, located in an upper middle class / wealthy community,
walk area, good for kayaking or paddle boarding, i believe there an area to rent small boats, very good and relaxing area do homework, work, read or just simply take a breather. Rolling college about 5min away from it and about 3-5miles to some of the best restaurants in the area.

This is my dog’s favorite park. Large fenced in area with plenty of shade and sun. There is a small dog park for toy breeds and puppies that follows a weight limit. All dogs can freely run off leash and take a trail hike or swim in the lake. The park is well kept with a clean bathroom, dog washing station, and a kids playground next door, keeping pups and kids safe. Plenty of parking available, and it’s large enough that even if the park is busy, you still can find private areas for quieter adventure. Highly recommend this park.

The Bigger, more well trained dogs will have the most fun here. There is a small dog area, but it's not spacious or exciting. The lake is beautiful and the water stations were clean enough. I suggest bringing toys. Great reception for phones. Bring something for yourself todo if you let your dog off the leash. FOR SMALL DOGS, YOU CAN FIND BETTER. NOT SUPER SAFE
Naker Oats (Royalrockateer) — Google review
It's a great big fenced in dog park with trails, covered pavilions, long beach along the lake, benches and picnic tables, dog wash stations. My pup has a blast bounding through the shallow water with others.
All that said: The park is huge and dogs are fast, the owners may not always be right with their pup and dogs can get worn out quickly playing here.
This *can* lead to little scraps between them. Most are quick back off warnings, but there have been some serious fights.
Know their signals of being tired or overheated, be aware of pups around you, there can be bacteria in the lake during the heat of summer, and alligators(though I don't know of anyone seeing one at the dog beach)
Have fun and enjoy the park with your pup!
Diana Wright — Google review
The playground is very shaded, near parking lot, waterfront, bathrooms and dog park. The dog park looks fantastic with a wooded trail area and separate waterfront paddock that the dogs can walk into and swim (as always in Florida just keep an eye out for 'Gators) there's even a big oak tree trunk down on the ground that people and the dogs can climb on and dig under. Again lots and lots of shade, and four hoses at tables for washing the dogs off without bending over. I don't live in Orlando but I might just bring my dog with me next time I go to that area so she can experience the trails and waterfront fun. My kids had a great time.

Best dog park in Orlando. There's a large lake for those pups that enjoy water. Multiple water stations for hydration. Places to sit for the owners. Wash stations to clean your dog after they get dirty. Plenty of trash cans and bags, and Park Rangers to come to make sure everything is tidy. A few trails for the dogs to explore. Our dog loves coming here.

This dog park is the best place a dog (and his/her humans) can dream of:
incredibly well maintained, beautiful landscaping offering both a beach area, a large open space for socializing and a tropical wood for nice walks.

I absolutely love this place and I am very thankful it exists. I take my dog here and he loves running for 2 hours chasing squirrels and other dogs. To top it off, got to watch some baby owls grow up. Grateful this is here. Everywhere else in Orlando is obnoxiously monteized.

Lake Baldwin Dog Park, located in the heart of Orlando's Baldwin Park near the VA clinic, offers a diverse range of activities and amenities for both you and your furry companion. Here's a closer look:
Spacious Setting: The park is spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of room for dogs to run, play, and socialize. The separation from the common area ensures a safe and controlled environment for your pets.
Natural Beauty: The highlight of the park is the large lake at the front, creating a serene and picturesque backdrop. It's a perfect spot for scenic walks with your dog or a tranquil moment of relaxation.
Shade and Picnic Areas: The abundance of trees and shaded areas means you can enjoy the outdoors even on sunny days. It's an excellent place for picnics, with benches and picnic tables available.
Exercise Opportunities: Beyond the dog park, you'll find running and biking trails. This makes Lake Baldwin Dog Park an ideal destination for active dog owners who want to get some exercise themselves while their pets have a blast.
Dog-Friendly Facilities: The park goes the extra mile by providing shower facilities for your dogs. This feature can be a lifesaver after a particularly muddy or wet playtime.
Convenience for Boaters: If you're into boating or fishing, you'll appreciate the boat ramps and fishing opportunities available at the lake.
Restroom Facilities: The clean and well-maintained restrooms are a welcome addition, ensuring you can freshen up during your visit.
Crowd Dynamics: As mentioned, it can get crowded on weekends and evenings. This can be a great opportunity for your dog to socialize but might require a bit of patience during peak times.
Photography Opportunities: Nature enthusiasts and photographers will find plenty of captivating scenes to capture. The lake, the lush surroundings, and your happy dog make for great photo moments.
To recap, Lake Baldwin Dog Park is a multifaceted recreational area that caters to various interests. Whether you're a dog owner, nature lover, or outdoor enthusiast, you'll find something to enjoy in this clean and scenic park. Just be prepared for potential crowds during peak hours, and don't forget your camera to capture the beauty of this natural oasis in Orlando.

I don't have a dog, but the people that do were having a great time there in the large dog park. They have a place to wash dogs and a big spot near the lake where they can run, swim in the lake and play.
There is also a playground for children, and a 2½ mile loop to walk or bike around the lake. The paths are also connected to Lake Susannah for extra walking, jogging, biking, or dog-walking.

This is the best dog park! So big and well maintained. If your dog likes water, there's a lakeshore. If you like hiking, there is a small Preserve area you can walk through off leash with your pup. There's a self bathing area if your dog gets dirty :) There are also restrooms and plenty of parking!

Great dog park. Winter Park did a great job here, this dog park is very large, all fenced in and on a lake for the dogs to go in. Pavillions, picnic benches, water spigot, restrooms, and dog washing areas for all size dogs. When I visited there was 6 other dogs that got together with mine. All the dogs loved retrieving from the lake.
There is a kids park with a gym and climbing equipment located on the other side of the park. That area is fenced in for protection too and have restrooms and water fountains.
This is a great park overall.
The Casa Feliz Historic Home Museum is a restored Spanish farmhouse in Winter Park, designed by the acclaimed architect James Gamble Rogers II. The home boasts original Spanish roof tiles and a bell tower with rustic details that add to its Mediterranean facade. The property sits amongst towering live oaks and lush landscaping, making for a charming backdrop. This historical landmark has been beautifully preserved and showcases the rich history of Florida's architecture. Guests who have visited this venue cannot stop raving about its beauty and charm.
Casa Feliz was the first and only venue we looked at for our wedding this past Friday. Once we saw it, we knew it was the place for us. We cannot say enough great things about the venue and the whole experience. Our guests all loved the venue and thought it was so beautiful and unique. A HUGE thank you to Sarah, who answered all of our questions, helped make our wedding go smoothly and everything in between. Arthur's Catering has the BEST wedding food we have ever had. All of our guests couldn't stop talking about how great the food was. Especially the flaming donuts! The bartenders were amazing, our server Alyssa was amazing and all the rest of the staff were impeccable! I would recommend Casa Feliz to anyone looking for a venue in Central Florida!

Casa Feliz is such a special place! The moment I saw photos of this venue, I knew it was where we were going to get married. Our wedding was intimate (85 people) and Casa was the perfect sized-venue for our wedding. The house is absolutely gorgeous, with so many beautiful details. We didn't have to spend much on decor or flowers, considering the house as-is is so colorful and stunning. The ceremony to reception flowed perfectly with the layout of the house. We got so many compliments on how beautiful the venue was, how nice and attentive the team working there was, and on Winter Park in general. It is such a cute town, with a historic feel. We loved working with Lori so much! She helped us make our vision come to life, and was so easy to work with. I wish we could get married all over again! We will definitely visit Casa as patrons to the museum in the future and relive our special day.

Casa Feliz was a dream venue for our wedding, and Sarah with Arthur’s was fantastic to work with! It was the perfect backdrop for our perfect day - the building and grounds are gorgeous inside and out. While we initially dreamed of having our wedding outdoors, we ended up moving it inside due to rain. That said, the team at Casa (Arthur’s) didn’t miss a beat, and it ended up being even more gorgeous than I could have imagined (part of why we picked Casa was because we felt comfortable with the indoor option and with the unpredictability of FL weather that’s a very real thing to take into account!). Our guests were in awe of the venue, and we absolutely love looking back at our wedding photos!

Definitely one of my favorite spots in all winter park. The history, culture and friendliness of this place can’t be compared to anywhere else. From the colorful window bars to the clay tiles of the roof. You can either walk in and take a tour under the risk of it being reserved for an event or you can book a tour online. Either way yours are completely free. Pictures allowed and freedom to walk as much as you want inside of the house. Loved it

The Rollins Museum of Art is a very small but high quality art museum. It takes about 20 minutes to walkthrough fast, or about 45 minutes to an hour if you take your time to appreciate and learn about all of the art on display. It is great that the admission is free and is definitely worth a visit! Unfortunately there is not a lot of parking close to the building, so you have to park at the parking garage that is down the street.

Free entry always. Very polite greeting from the receptionist giving newcomers an overview of the site so i could venture around. Security guard was also polite. Great variety of art styles, i stayed for 30mins, about 100 exhibits. I parked in a bay just over the street from the entrance. The museum is its own building amongst the Rollins Campus grounds. The museum entrance is by the only round-about in the road, so keep driving until you arrive at a round-about.

I got there about 30 minutes before close, but I was able to spend a good amount of time appreciating the art I especially wanted to see and had some good conversations with the staff. I am always impressed by the collections of this museum and how often they refresh and update the galleries/exhibitions here. And it is FREE.
In my opinion it is worth checking out if you're in the area. The Dinky Dock park nearby is small (as the name suggests), but has a good amount of shade and a lovely little free library if you wanted to partake in some more free diversions!

Hannibal Square Heritage Center is a museum that offers photos and oral histories highlighting local and national African-American experiences. The heritage center is located in Winter Park, Florida, which is known for its rich African American history. The museum provides information on the origins of African American heritage in Central Florida as well as events and activities that are held there.
Hannibal Square is a historic district in Winter Park on New England Avenue two blocks west of Park Avenue, between Virginia and Pennsylvania Avenues. Winter Park sprang up around a railroad track laid in 1880 by the South Florida Railroad that connected Orlando to Sanford. Hannibal Square was founded in 1881 as an African-American community of laborers who built the town and worked as domestic servants to the areas wealthy families. The people who lived in Hannibal Square had educational opportunities, prosperity, and professional standing. The railroad tracks served as the dividing line in the town with whites living on the east side and blacks to the west.
The Hannibal Square Heritage Center was created in 2007 by the Crealdé School of Art in partnership with the city of Winter Park. The museum was created to showcase the past, present, and future contributions of the African-American community. The museum displays their permanent exhibit, Heritage Collection: Photographs and Oral Histories of West Winter Park. The collection is 100 framed archival photographs of West Winter Park residents spanning the 20th century. Another museum exhibit is the Hannibal Square Time Line, documenting local and nation's events in the African-American community since the Emancipation Proclamation. In addition the museum hosts visiting rotating exhibitions that document the black experience. The current exhibit is social justice quilts created by the Charmettes Club and it is running until August 27th. The museum also offers historical walking tours.
Admission to the Hannibal Square Heritage Center is free, You can do a self tour as I did or arrange for a guided tour. The museum is small but packed with history that shows love and pride for the community. I love a free history museum. There are a number of restaurants and other museums and attractions within walking distance of charming Hannibal Square.

A must-see stop on your visit to Winter Park/Orlando. It was exactly the black history/culture experience I was looking for on my trip. I loved the documented narratives of the long-time residents as they described the area before its current status. The ladies are a wealth of knowledge.
I appreciate the context as she shared her knowledge and discussed connecting with the arts school and community. Winter park’s timeline with national events was well documented and a great juxtaposition to provide local context.
Stop by to learn the history and pay respect to such a cultural-rich area preserved by this center.

The Winter Park History Museum offers exhibits on the local history of the town, including items from its past as a winter resort for wealthy Northerners. The museum is located right next to the Farmer's Market and is always free to visit.
Small museum, but loaded with a wealth of information and items from Winter Parks past. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Located right next to the Farmer's Market.

This is a nice, small Museum.
The current exhibit is Retailing Our Story: 100 Years of Winter Park's Bistro's Boutiques and Businesses. There are a few exhibits of past “iconic” businesses and displays of toys and candy of a bygone area.
A short, commercial video shows Winter Park as “One of "the best places to live, work and grow.”
There are steps leading up to the main entrance but, according to their website, “If wheelchair access is needed, please call us prior to your visit for ramp access.”
Admission is free. There is a restroom. Ample Parking.

Was disappointed to find it is very small. Like only one room and doesn't pertain to anything about Winter Park history. Parking was a headache.

Nice displays of hotels of the past in Winter Park with the history on plaques telling of the pre-Disney lifestyle in Winter Park, which was popular for celebrities, singers, and other wealthy snowbirds.

Beautiful museum. I hope the facility stays open forever. I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim whom I hope is there every day. This museum truly feels like home!

I visited for the exhibit dedicated to Winter Park’s perspective during World War II, and found there is a lot here for such a small museum. The exhibit space is interactive and immersive. Leaf through magazines of the day in the 40s living room while the radio plays music and news. Open a drawer and find a poignant telegram from the US Army. Quite an effective spin back in time, and gave me a sense of what it was like for my parents to live during those years.
Blue Bamboo Music is an exceptional establishment that offers live performances of blues and jazz music. The musicians are exceptionally skilled, creating a top-notch experience for visitors. The venue showcases impressive artwork, even within the bathrooms, adding an interesting touch to the overall ambiance. It is highly recommended for those seeking a great live music experience without the drawbacks of traditional bars. This community center for the arts hosts local and visiting talent across various genres such as jazz, blues, Americana, and bluegrass.
It's an exquisite place for jazz lovers. It was a beautiful evening listening bossa nova.

Love this listening room! So intimate with focus on the artists. There is no bad seat in the house. I have seen tens of shows over the last 5 years or so and never been disappointed, from local musicians to international acts. Great "house band" - wish I could play like Walt Hubbard lol. Our local scene is much stronger than many know with some of the greatest musicians found anywhere. Even the free Tuesday night jam sessions are fun and a great way for artists to grow and practice in a live setting. Much love and kudos to Chris and Melody Cortez for creating such a jewel in Central Florida. They have established a United Artists subsidized non-profit venue dedicated to supporting musicians and sharing their talents with the community. If you like live jazz or jazz inspired music, you should visit and support this venue.

A wonderful Community Center for the Arts. Not at all fancy, There are many talented local and visiting Musicians who play here. If you are a fan of Jazz, Blues, Americana or Bluegrass you will be glad that you can comfortably enjoy the experience

We went here to see Heather Thorne play and she was fabulous! Her band is uber talented and succeeded in entertaining and impressing the crowd. Wonderful bar, also.

Nice place for some local Jazz and musical talent. Seats about 80 people and they serve beer, wine and snacks. Great set up for local artist to record a live set.

There are no street lights and it's very dark. There are only a few parking spaces near the venue building. I drove into the overflow parking area first. Decided to move closer to the building and went into a hole and heard a scrape of my bumper. Something needs to be done to light and repair that!!!! 😡 The woman at the table is very nice and professional. She said the band was still rehearsing and it would be about ten minutes before the doors would open. I asked about using the restroom. She said they weren't available until the doors opened. Unacceptable! That isn't a good set up. I doubt I will come to any events here in the future. I didn't stay for the performance so my ticket was a donation and price of lesson learned!!!

We went in for the Bill Allred show. 🎶 They have some amazing artworks in the building, and the live, jazz show ties it all together. 👌

The best place in Orlando Metro area for live jazz and other creative music. This is not a club for dancing. People come to listen seriously to the musical artists in an encouraging and supportive, family friendly atmosphere. As a former New Yorker I had given up on finding a place like this in Central Florida. But Blue Bamboo Center For the Arts surpassed my expectations.

No glitz here. This place is basically a recording studio in a warehouse with best jazz music in Orlando. If your truly a jazz aficionado this is a must stop in Winter Park. Snacks beer and wine available but your here for the music on a small concert setting. Check the website for up coming events. It's not a club which is open nightly.

This is a wonderful place for live blues and jazz music. We really enjoyed the blues jam and the musicians were all top-notch. I've been to this location on a couple of different times and was particularly enthused by the music on this Saturday afternoon. The artwork is something that is also a very interesting part of the experience. They even have artwork in the bathrooms. But highly recommend this venue for someone who wants to get great live jazz and blues music, but doesn't want to listen to it in a smokey alcohol-filled bar.

A music venue for music lovers. No frills on the outside means great lights and sound inside.
Located in the heart of Winter Park, Orange Tree Antiques Mall is a 140 dealer complex that specializes in antique furniture, books and more. The store has an on-site appraiser to help shoppers find the perfect piece of furniture for their home.
This antique mall is by far the best antique mall I have found and have been to in Orlando. It's very well-kept, all categorized and organized. The people who work there are quiet, reserved, and very nice. There are always new things coming in.
I have bought big bags of great condition jewelry. Anywhere from $5 to $8 a bag. The last bag I got had 29 pieces. I kept 21.
When I say you can find anything there you can find anything there. They have a record section all the way in the back and it is epic.
I highly recommend going here!!!!

Stopped here while traveling to Orlando, Florida. We’ll definitely come back again. Antiques. Dishes. Heirlooms. Vintage clothes. Tools. Vinyls. Baseball cards. Pocket knives. Old lunch boxes. Homemade items. Jewelry. Furniture. Holly Hobbie. Raggedy Anne & Andy. Lots more.

Prepared to get lost in an antique wonderland. When arriving, I suggest you leave your bags/ purses/ fanny packs in your car as you’ll have to place them in a locker otherwise. So many different rooms with any type of knick knacks your heart desires. We went relatively quickly through the store and spent a good 90 minutes doing so. Definitely a great way to spend your day!

Great experience. Nice store with lots of venders with antique and vintage items. My wife and I were in there for a couple of hours and found 7 items to purchase. Staff were helpful, pleasant and good prices. Lots of parking too so makes it easy to go anytime.
Thanks,

Lots to see. Staff seems friendly and helpful. Pretty clean for shopping. Restrooms were not working on one side. "Otherside" was clean, roomy, though not super handicapped friendly.

We must have spent 2 hours in here checking out all the sections, but it felt like a fraction of that. Fun antique mall with lots of vendor sections. There's a huge section of vinyl records in the far back. Also, there are some fun displays, such as a mock garage workbench with a bunch of items for decorating a "man cave." Lots to look at!

Very cool vintage & misc items for sale here! Such a huge variety of booths & selection, you're sure to find something. Overall, I felt most prices were reasonable. Give yourself a good hour to browse- it's a big store!

Such a gorgeous collection of so many old treasures. These are well curated antiques not thrift so bring your $$.
The staff is amazing and so helpful. The displays are well organized and 141 individual different mini shops all inside the indoor AC controlled environment.
Quality finds of vintage posh. Love it 🥰

The store is really clean. It is easy to walk through. Some of the items are not actual antiques, but it was fun and a great way to spend an hour.

Very large and eclectic antique mall. Over 100 vendors too. They do have you lock up your purse, but it’s understandable with how many little items are in the store. The owners were super nice and helpful and the inside felt clean.

There was an amazing selection of items from glassware to Nostalgia, to vintage. Prices were overall reasonable. A few booths had very high prices, but the staff was amazing and gave us a 20% discount on the items we purchased. Very nice and friendly location!!

This has to be one of my favorite antique malls I’ve ever been to. Excellent selection of antique and more vintage style items. The antique mall is deceptively large, it kept going and going with a lot of awesome items to look at plus even a record area in the very back. Prices were fair and there were so many things to choose from: books, furniture, jewelry, kitchen items, toys, purses, and almost anything else you can think of. Really friendly folks running the shop!
